European Marketing Attribution Software

Attribution software joins ad spend, site visits, orders and CRM records into one view of which channels earn revenue, so it holds the customer journey of every buyer. These European vendors cover multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modelling and incrementality testing, and each contracts through a company based in the EU, the UK or Switzerland.

How we rank these tools — 4-step process
  1. 1
    European ownership, verified

The company is headquartered and incorporated in the EU, EEA, the UK, Switzerland or Israel, and processes customer data in Europe or Israel. A US parent company disqualifies a tool from this page regardless of where its servers are.

  2. 2
    Category fit and hands-on review

What the tool actually does, who it suits, and where it falls short — checked against the vendor’s own documentation, changelog and pricing page rather than its marketing copy.

  3. 3
    Compliance and pricing check

GDPR posture, hosting location and the prices quoted on this page are verified against the vendor’s public pricing before publication, and re-checked when we revisit the category.

  4. 4
    Position on this page

Placement on this page can be paid, and that can affect the order tools appear in. It never buys a listing: a tool that fails the checks above is not here at any price, and payment does not change the shortcomings we write about. A vendor can ask us to correct a factual error — not to remove a criticism.

Vendors can pay for visibility on this page. It never changes what an entry says about a product, including the criticism, and we earn nothing when you click through to a vendor. Paid placement can affect the order in which tools appear; it never affects whether a tool is listed. Editorial policy

Key takeaways

  • Klar (Munich, Germany) ranks #1 among the European marketing attribution tools in this directory, because it combines multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modelling, incrementality and profit reporting at a published price from EUR 200 a month.
  • Sellforte (Espoo, Finland) and Fospha (London) are the two tools here that start from experiments and modelling, and both are priced for large budgets: Sellforte at $1,900 a month and up for an average media spend of $300,000, Fospha for brands spending over $150k a month on advertising.
  • Eulerian (Paris) is the only tool in this category with a free plan that includes attribution, and the vendor states that it is made and hosted in France.
  • Dreamdata (Copenhagen, Denmark) is the one tool built for B2B, grouping touchpoints by account and tying them to CRM deals, and its free plan at $0 keeps 2 months of user history.
  • Tracklution (Finland) and Littledata (Newbury, United Kingdom) are tracking tools, not attribution models: Tracklution recovers server-side conversions from EUR 39.20 a month, and Littledata fixes Shopify orders in GA4 and ad platforms but stores its data in the USA.

European marketing attribution software is the group of tools that measures which advertising channels, campaigns and touchpoints produced sales or pipeline, built and contracted by a company established in the EU, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. The European part matters because an attribution tool is connected to your ad accounts, your store and often your CRM, so it holds ad spend, order values and customer identifiers together in one place.

#1 Klar

Munich, Germany Core from EUR 200/month, Core + Attribution from EUR 400/month, priced by net revenue of the last 12 months; 14-day free trial Demo on request

Best for: Ecommerce and DTC brands that want attribution and profit reporting in one tool

  • Operating company. Klar Insights GmbH
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Germany)
  • Where the data sits. Hosted in Europe (vendor statement)
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Triple Whale, Northbeam

Klar is the attribution tool in this category that reports profit next to credit. A brand connects its store and ad accounts, and the same account then holds multi-touch attribution, a marketing mix model, geo-lift incrementality, a P&L view, cohort and retention analysis, and creative and influencer reports. That is the reason it sits at #1: one price covers the whole ecommerce measurement stack, with unlimited users and integrations.

The company is Klar Insights GmbH in Munich, and the vendor states that data is hosted in Europe and that it is ISO 27001-certified, although it names no country or provider for hosting. Core starts at EUR 200 a month and Core + Attribution at EUR 400, priced by net revenue of the last 12 months, with a 14-day free trial. The founding year is not stated on the pages checked.

What Klar does well

  • Attribution, MMM and incrementality in one engine
  • Profit and retention reporting in the same tool
  • Published pricing with a 14-day trial
  • Unlimited users and integrations
  • German entity with hosting in Europe

Where Klar falls short

  • Aimed at ecommerce, not B2B pipelines
  • Attribution needs the higher plan
  • Price scales with revenue
  • Hosting country not named

Standout feature. Klar is the only tool in this category that puts a P&L view of profit next to attribution credit in the same account.

#2 Dreamdata

Copenhagen, Denmark Free plan at $0/month; Attribution and Activation on custom pricing Demo on request

Best for: B2B marketing teams measuring pipeline and revenue by account

  • Operating company. Dreamdata.io ApS
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Denmark)
  • Where the data sits. EU data centres on Google Cloud Platform
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. HockeyStack, Bizible-style B2B attribution

Dreamdata measures B2B marketing by account instead of by order. It groups known, anonymous and cookieless touchpoints by company, ties them to CRM deals and shows the journey as a timeline with ROI and ROAS reports. Stage models set the rules, and the vendor says AI answers follow those rules instead of redefining them.

Dreamdata.io ApS in Copenhagen is named as the controller in the privacy policy, with customer data stored in EU data centres on Google Cloud Platform, and the vendor states SOC 2 Type II. A US entity, Dreamdata Inc., participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and a New York office is listed. The free plan is $0 with 5 seats, 2 months of user history and 3 stage models; Attribution and Activation are quoted.

What Dreamdata does well

  • Account-level journeys tied to CRM revenue
  • Free plan with real analytics
  • Data stored in EU data centres
  • SOC 2 Type II and DPO stated
  • Warehouse export and MCP access

Where Dreamdata falls short

  • B2B focus only
  • Custom pricing for paid tiers
  • Free plan keeps 2 months of history
  • US affiliate named in the privacy policy

Standout feature. Dreamdata is the one tool here that follows a buying committee across months and reports revenue by account.

#3 Funnel

Stockholm, Sweden Starter from EUR 280/month billed annually; Business from EUR 560/month billed annually; Enterprise custom Demo on request

Best for: Marketing teams and agencies consolidating many channels and markets

  • Operating company. Funnel AB
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Sweden)
  • Where the data sits. Customer choice of EU, US or global data region
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Supermetrics, Adverity, manual marketing data exports

Funnel is the marketing data layer in this category, not an attribution screen. Its Data Hub collects data from advertising and analytics platforms, applies business logic and sends the result to dashboards, BI tools or warehouses, with 117 connectors on Starter and 579 on Business. Funnel Measure, an add-on on Business and Enterprise, brings MMM, MTA and incrementality testing.

Funnel AB in Stockholm is the contracting entity unless the order says otherwise, under Swedish law, and customers can choose an EU, US or global data region. The security page states ISO 27001. Starter is EUR 280 a month and Business EUR 560 billed annually. Customers in the Americas, Australia and New Zealand contract with Funnel, Inc. in Boston, and the founding year is not stated.

What Funnel does well

  • 600+ connectors on Enterprise
  • EU, US or global data region selectable
  • ISO 27001 stated
  • Starter includes MCP and dashboards
  • Funnel AB contracting entity with Swedish law

Where Funnel falls short

  • Starter from EUR 280 per month
  • Data platform, not a white-label report builder

  • Americas customers contract with a US entity

Standout feature. Funnel is the only tool in this category where the customer chooses between an EU, US or global data region.

#4 Sellforte

Espoo, Finland Incrementality Testing from $1,900/month, Incremental Attribution $2,500, Full-Funnel MMM $4,500, Enterprise $8,500 (USD shown by default; EUR, GBP and AUD selectable; priced at an average monthly media spend of $300,000) Demo on request

Best for: Ecommerce, DTC and retail brands with large media budgets that want causal measurement

  • Operating company. Sellforte Solutions Oy
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Finland)
  • Where the data sits. Not stated on the pages checked
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Triple Whale, Rockerbox

Sellforte begins with experiments and uses them to challenge platform-reported results. The entry package runs geo lift tests with Bayesian synthetic control and reports incremental sales and iROAS, and the higher packages add incremental attribution at campaign and ad set level, a full marketing mix model and promotion analysis. Results come with confidence intervals and R-squared.

Sellforte Solutions Oy, Finnish Business ID 2832424-2, is the default contracting entity under Finnish law, with the headquarters in Espoo and offices in Dallas and Hamburg. Packages start at $1,900 a month for Incrementality Testing and reach $8,500 for Enterprise, each stated at an average monthly media spend of $300,000. USD is shown by default, and no hosting location is stated.

  • Finnish entity and Finnish governing law
  • MCP connection to AI assistants

Where Sellforte falls short

  • High entry price for small budgets
  • USD shown by default
  • Hosting location not stated
  • US office listed

#5 Eulerian

Paris, France Starter free; Growth EUR 280/month or EUR 3,000/year; Scale EUR 720/month or EUR 8,000/year; Enterprise on request Demo on request

Best for: Teams that want measurement and activation from a French vendor with hosting in France

  • Operating company. Eulerian Technologies SAS
  • Jurisdiction. EU (France)
  • Where the data sits. France (vendor states Made and Hosted in France)
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Triple Whale, Google Analytics for attribution

Eulerian combines first-party collection, attribution and audience activation in one product and describes itself as a French technology made and hosted in France. The Starter plan is free for one site and one user with three months of history, deterministic and statistical post-view attribution and budget synchronisation from Bing, Google, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and Snapchat. An AI agent called LEO answers questions in natural language.

Eulerian Technologies is a simplified joint stock company registered in the Paris Register of Commerce under 442 792 313, with its head office at 52 bis rue Ramponeau in Paris. Growth costs EUR 280 a month or EUR 3,000 a year, and Scale EUR 720 a month or EUR 8,000 a year. What Eulerian does well

  • Free Starter plan
  • Published monthly and annual prices
  • Hosted in France by vendor statement
  • Attribution plus activation in one tool
  • Names its Paris register entry

Where Eulerian falls short

  • MMM and incrementality only on Enterprise

#6 Fospha

London, United Kingdom Quoted after a demo; Lite, Pro and Enterprise tiers per suite Demo on request

Best for: Retail and DTC brands spending over $150k a month on advertising

  • Operating company. Fospha Limited
  • Jurisdiction. United Kingdom (adequacy decision, outside the EEA)
  • Where the data sits. Not stated on the pages checked
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Triple Whale, Northbeam

Fospha is a measurement system with four suites: Media Mix Attribution, Marketing Mix Modeling, Incrementality Testing, and AI and Automation. Every customer starts with the daily attribution model, which credits sales across channels, marketplaces and campaigns down to ad and creative level, and the Halo suite extends it to DTC, Amazon and TikTok Shop. GeoLift tests are designed and run by the vendor's marketing science team.

The privacy policy names Fospha Limited at Scale Space, 58 Wood Lane in London as controller, and the website notice is issued by Fosjento Holdings Ltd under English jurisdiction. The pricing page lists Lite, Pro and Enterprise tiers per suite with no figures and states the platform is built for brands spending over $150k a month on advertising. Brand Impact and the Budget Planner are marked beta, and the data location is not stated.

What Fospha does well

  • Attribution, MMM and incrementality in one system
  • Ad and creative-level credit
  • Marketplace and TikTok Shop coverage
  • Tests designed by the vendor's team
  • UK company with named address

Where Fospha falls short

  • No published prices
  • Built for high ad spend
  • Data location not stated
  • Brand Impact and Budget Planner still beta

Standout feature. Fospha is the one tool here where the vendor's own marketing scientists design and run the incrementality tests for you.

#7 SegmentStream

London, United Kingdom Per project after a discovery call; no seat cap Demo on request

Best for: Marketing teams with long journeys, CRM revenue or offline conversions

  • Operating company. SegmentStream Ltd
  • Jurisdiction. United Kingdom (adequacy decision, outside the EEA)
  • Where the data sits. US or EU data residency
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Triple Whale, Rockerbox

SegmentStream builds one journey from sessions, devices and CRM records, attributes revenue across channels and recommends budget moves. It reassigns conversions credited to direct or brand search through self-reported attribution, shows expected conversions beside observed ones with predictive attribution, and offers marginal ROAS and scenario planning. An MCP server lets assistants such as Claude query the engine.

The site is operated by SegmentStream Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 11472676, with its office at 66 Paul Street in London. Enterprise terms offer US or EU data residency, there is no per-seat charge, and every project is priced after a discovery call. The privacy policy lists US sub-processors including Google, Anthropic, Cloudflare and Vercel, so EU-only processing has to be agreed in the contract.

What SegmentStream does well

  • Identity graph across sessions, devices and CRM
  • Predictive and self-reported attribution
  • Marginal ROAS and scenario planning
  • EU or US data residency on enterprise terms
  • No per-seat charge

Where SegmentStream falls short

  • No published prices
  • US sub-processors listed
  • No self-serve plan
  • Onboarding is consultancy-led

Standout feature. SegmentStream is the one tool in this category that asks buyers how they heard of the company and reassigns the credit.

#8 Nexoya

Zurich, Switzerland Personalised estimate through an online form, depending on channels and ad spend; see website Demo on request

Best for: Performance marketing teams running several ad channels that want weekly budget changes

  • Operating company. Nexoya Ltd.
  • Jurisdiction. Switzerland (adequacy decision, outside the EEA)
  • Where the data sits. Not stated on the pages checked
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Triple Whale, Rockerbox

Nexoya links attribution to budget action. It aggregates channel data, measures what each campaign and ad set contributed to revenue, predicts the outcome and reallocates budgets and bids across channels every week. A simulation module and an ROI simulator model scenarios first, and the vendor describes the process as AI-driven and human-controlled with expert-led activation.

The imprint names Nexoya Ltd. at Konradstrasse 32 in Zurich as the headquarters, with offices run by Nexoya GmbH in Berlin and Nexoya Ltd. in Milan, and the site is branded Swiss made. Premium and Premium Plus are the two packages, with monthly reviews with the customer success team. Prices come from a form that returns a personalised estimate, and no hosting location is stated.

What Nexoya does well

  • Attribution linked to budget optimisation
  • Weekly automated budget changes
  • Scenario simulation
  • Swiss entity with EU offices
  • Monthly reviews with customer success

Where Nexoya falls short

  • No fixed public prices
  • Hosting location not stated
  • Paid media focus
  • Switzerland is outside the EU

Standout feature. Nexoya is the one tool here that turns its attribution into automated weekly budget changes.

#9 Ruler Analytics

Liverpool, United Kingdom Small up to 10k visits: EUR 344/month (EUR 309 billed annually); Medium up to 50k visits: EUR 575/month (EUR 517 annually); larger tiers listed Demo on request

Best for: Marketing teams that need revenue-level attribution for leads and calls

  • Operating company. Ruler Analytics Limited
  • Jurisdiction. United Kingdom (adequacy decision, outside the EEA)
  • Where the data sits. Not stated on the pages checked
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Attribution add-ons of reporting tools, GA4 last-click reports

Ruler Analytics answers one question: which marketing activity produced revenue. It combines first-party tracking, multi-touch attribution and CRM data, adds offline conversions and a budget scenario planner, and says it can send offline revenue back to ad platforms. The output is ROI and ROAS views, not white-label client decks.

Ruler Analytics Limited, registered number 09691646, has its registered office in the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool, and the site terms follow the law of England and Wales. Small, up to 10k visits, costs EUR 344 a month (EUR 309 billed annually), and Medium, up to 50k, EUR 575 (EUR 517 annually); annual billing saves 10% and agency partner rates exist. The hosting location is not stated.

What Ruler Analytics does well

  • Multi-touch and data-driven attribution
  • Offline conversions and CRM revenue
  • Published prices in EUR, GBP and USD
  • UK company with register number
  • Agency partner rates available

Where Ruler Analytics falls short

  • Attribution focus, not full reporting
  • Price scales with site visits
  • Hosting location not stated on pages checked
  • Entry price from EUR 309 per month

Standout feature. Ruler Analytics is the one tool in this category that prices by site visits and is built around leads and offline conversions.

#10 Wizaly

Paris, France Founded 2015 Pricing on request Demo on request

Best for: Marketing teams that want attribution plus modelling with data science support

  • Operating company. Wizaly SAS
  • Jurisdiction. EU (France)
  • Where the data sits. Not stated on the pages checked
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Triple Whale, Northbeam

Wizaly pairs algorithmic attribution with media mix modelling and resolves identities across sources before it attributes anything, which the vendor says avoids double counting. It offers campaign tracking in a cookieless environment, a free customised report on the accuracy of your current attribution strategy, and a dedicated data science team, according to the home page.

Founded in 2015, Wizaly is published by Wizaly SAS at 53 rue Nollet in Paris, and the terms apply French law with the Paris commercial court. The investors page lists Innovacom, Ankaa Ventures, Galia and Lefonds. There is no published price and no self-serve plan, the hosting location is not stated, and the case studies lean towards French enterprise accounts.

What Wizaly does well

  • Algorithmic attribution and MMM in one platform
  • Identity resolution before attribution
  • Cookieless tracking option
  • Dedicated data science support
  • French entity with named address

Where Wizaly falls short

  • No published prices
  • No self-serve plan
  • Hosting location not stated
  • Few English case studies

Standout feature. Wizaly is the one tool here that resolves identities across data sources before credit is assigned.

#11 Tracklution

Finland, Finland Free 0 EUR/month (5k events); Grow EUR 39.20/month billed annually (50k events); Enterprise and Agency custom Demo on request

Best for: Small advertisers and agencies fixing conversion data before attribution

  • Operating company. Tracklution Oy
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Finland)
  • Where the data sits. AWS, primary data centres in Stockholm
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Google Tag Manager server containers, manual pixel setups

Tracklution is the tracking layer in this category. It captures events on the server, sends them to ad platforms and adds offline conversions from CRM, payment or backend systems, so the ad platforms and any attribution tool underneath work on cleaner data. The Agency plan adds a multi-client manager, white label and event pooling.

The terms are issued by Tracklution Oy and refer to Finnish law, and the security page states AWS with primary data centres in Stockholm, SOC 2 and ISO 27001. The free plan covers one website, 5,000 events a month and three months of retention; Grow costs EUR 39.20 a month billed annually for 50,000 events and adds the attribution engine. The vendor's claim of 34.2% conversions recovered is its own figure.

What Tracklution does well

  • Free plan available
  • Grow plan from EUR 39.20 a month
  • Stockholm hosting stated
  • Offline conversion tracking
  • Agency plan with multi-client manager

Where Tracklution falls short

  • Not a full attribution suite
  • Attribution engine only on paid plans
  • Free plan limited to 5k events
  • No MMM or incrementality

Standout feature. Tracklution is the cheapest published way in this category to get server-side conversions to ad platforms, from a free plan.

#12 Littledata

Newbury, United Kingdom Flex pay per order ($0.35 per order); Scale from $219/month at 2,000 orders in the calculator; Plus from $792/month; 30-day free trial Demo on request

Best for: Shopify stores that need accurate orders in GA4 and ad platforms

  • Operating company. Littledata Technologies Ltd
  • Jurisdiction. United Kingdom (adequacy decision, outside the EEA)
  • Where the data sits. Google or AWS servers in North Virginia, USA (stated in its privacy policy)
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Manual Shopify tracking setups

Littledata is a Shopify app that captures browser and server events once and delivers the same order data to GA4, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Klaviyo. A persistent ID recognises returning shoppers for up to a year after cookies expire, and Profit Signal adds gross profit to the conversions sent to ad platforms so campaigns can bid on margin.

Littledata Technologies Ltd, registered in England and Wales with its office in Newbury, enters into the terms. Billing runs through Shopify by monthly orders: $0.35 per order on Flex pay, from $219 a month at 2,000 orders on Scale, from $792 a month on Plus, with a 30-day free trial. The privacy policy states that data is stored on Google or AWS servers in North Virginia, USA.

What Littledata does well

  • Shopify setup without Google Tag Manager
  • Persistent ID beyond cookie expiry
  • Per-order pricing with a trial
  • UK entity with named address
  • Profit-based conversion signal

Where Littledata falls short

  • Shopify only
  • Not an attribution model
  • Data stored in the US
  • Plus plan starts at $792 a month

Standout feature. Littledata is the one tool here that sends ad platforms a profit-based conversion signal straight from Shopify.

Which kind of attribution tool does my business actually need?

Start with what you sell, because that decides almost everything. Klar and Eulerian read an online shop, where a purchase follows a few ad touches within days. Dreamdata, Ruler Analytics and SegmentStream read a pipeline, where a deal takes months and the revenue lives in a CRM. Picking an ecommerce tool for a B2B funnel produces tidy charts that stop at the lead form, and Dreamdata's own limitations say the same in reverse.

Next is the method. Pixel and journey tools such as Klar, Eulerian and Wizaly assign credit to tracked touchpoints. Sellforte and Fospha lean on experiments and marketing mix models that ask what would have happened without the spend. Funnel sells both kinds as an add-on to its data hub. If your suspicion is that platform dashboards over-claim, ask for an experiment, not another dashboard.

The third question is scale. Sellforte's published packages assume an average monthly media spend of $300,000, and Fospha states $150k of monthly ad spend as the floor. Below that, the sensible group is Klar, Eulerian, Ruler Analytics and the two tracking tools.

How is European marketing attribution software priced, and what makes the bill grow?

The metering units differ in a way that matters. Klar bills by the net revenue of the last 12 months, starting at EUR 200 a month for Core and EUR 400 with attribution.

Ruler Analytics bills by monthly site visits, from EUR 344 a month for up to 10k visits. Tracklution bills by events, Littledata by orders, Funnel by connector tier and Eulerian by plan with a free entry. Each model grows at a different moment: revenue for Klar, traffic for Ruler Analytics, orders for Littledata.

Five tools publish no usable price. Fospha quotes after a demo, SegmentStream per project after a discovery call, Wizaly on request, and Nexoya returns a personalised estimate from a form, based on channels and ad spend. Dreamdata publishes a free plan and quotes Attribution and Activation. Treat the missing numbers as a sign of enterprise sales, and expect a conversation before a trial.

The cheapest real starting points are Tracklution's free plan with 5,000 events and its EUR 39.20 Grow plan, Eulerian's free Starter, and Dreamdata's $0 plan. They differ in what they do: two are tracking or analytics layers and one is an attribution plan with one site and one user.

Does a European attribution vendor mean my marketing data stays in Europe?

It means the contracting entity is European, which gives you an EU-law processor and a supervisory authority, but hosting needs a separate answer. Eulerian says it is made and hosted in France, Tracklution names AWS with primary data centres in Stockholm, and Dreamdata states EU data centres on Google Cloud Platform. Klar states Europe without a country, and SegmentStream offers US or EU residency on enterprise terms.

Five tools do not state a hosting location on the pages checked: Sellforte, Fospha, Nexoya, Ruler Analytics and Wizaly. Ask for it in writing. Littledata is the clearest counter-example, because the privacy policy places stored data on Google or AWS servers in North Virginia while the contracting entity is British.

Look at the group structure too. Dreamdata names a US affiliate and a New York office, Sellforte lists a Dallas office, and Funnel contracts with a US entity in Boston for customers in the Americas, Australia and New Zealand. None of these is hidden, and each is worth a line in your vendor review.

Are the UK and Swiss tools a risk compared with the EU ones?

Fospha, SegmentStream, Ruler Analytics and Littledata are British, and Nexoya is Swiss. Neither country is in the EU, and the jurisdiction line on each tool page records an adequacy decision for the UK and for Switzerland. An adequacy decision is a legal basis the European Commission can review, so it is a different footing from a contract between two EU companies.

In practice many European brands accept it after a short assessment. The difference shows up in a few places: Ruler Analytics' terms follow the law of England and Wales, and a UK vendor with a US sub-processor list, as SegmentStream has, adds a second layer to check. If you want intra-EU law throughout, the group is Klar, Dreamdata, Funnel, Sellforte, Eulerian, Wizaly and Tracklution.

How do I move from a US attribution dashboard such as Triple Whale?

Plan a parallel run rather than a cutover. We could not read the Triple Whale pages, so we cannot list what it holds for you, but any dashboard of this type holds ad-account connections, a store link and historical numbers. The new tool needs the same connections, and its first weeks of numbers will differ because each vendor assigns credit in its own way.

Choose the replacement by the job. Klar, Sellforte, Eulerian, Fospha, SegmentStream, Nexoya and Wizaly all list Triple Whale or a comparable US tool in their replaces field on EP, so they are the direct candidates. Funnel replaces manual marketing data exports and Supermetrics-style connectors, Dreamdata a B2B attribution tool, and Tracklution and Littledata replace tracking setups rather than dashboards.

Keep the old subscription until the new tool has run through at least one full buying cycle of your own. For a shop that may be a month, for a pipeline business two quarters.

When should I not switch to a European tool?

Do not switch for the location alone if the replacement measures something you do not sell. Dreamdata gives a web shop little, Littledata only works on Shopify, and Nexoya's weekly budget model is designed for paid channels. A mismatch costs more than the data transfer assessment you were trying to avoid.

Also wait if you rely on a connector the European tool lacks. Funnel lists 117 connectors on Starter and 579 on Business, Eulerian syncs budgets from Bing, Google, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and Snapchat, and Tracklution's free plan covers Meta and Google Ads only. Check your channel list against each vendor before you start, because a missing platform shows up in month two.

How we selected and ranked these 12 tools

Every tool on this page is in the European Purpose directory, which means the operating company is established in Europe and we have verified that from the company register or the vendor's own legal notice rather than from a marketing page. Tools headquartered outside Europe are not eligible, however good they are.

  1. Feature verification (weight: 40%). We check each capability against the vendor's own documentation and product pages, and record what the tool does rather than what the category is assumed to include.
  2. Ease of adoption (weight: 30%). Integrations, published API access, trial availability and how much configuration stands between signing and a usable result.
  3. Value and transparency (weight: 30%). Published pricing counts in a vendor's favour; quote-only pricing is recorded as quote-only rather than estimated. We weigh what a buyer gets for the entry price, not the headline feature count.
  4. Editorial review. Every page is researched and drafted with AI assistance, and the compliance and pricing claims are checked against the vendor's documentation before it is published under the founder's editorial responsibility. The three weights above decide the order; a position is a ranking against the other European tools in this category, not an absolute score.

Vendor-reported outcomes — ROI figures, margin uplift, time saved — are labelled as vendor claims wherever they appear on this page. We have not audited them, and neither has anyone else who quotes them. Read our full editorial process for how pages are re-verified.

Frequently asked questions

Klar holds #1 among the European marketing attribution tools in this directory, because it joins multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modelling, geo-lift incrementality and profit reporting at a published price from EUR 200 a month. The right answer depends on the business: Dreamdata for B2B pipelines, Eulerian for a free start with hosting in France, Sellforte for experiments with a large media budget, and Funnel when the main need is consolidating many channels.

Three tools offer a free plan. Eulerian's Starter plan is free for one site and one user, with three months of history and attribution. Dreamdata has a $0 plan with 5 seats, 2 months of user history and 3 stage models. Tracklution has a free plan with 5,000 events a month, which is a tracking tool and not a full attribution suite. Klar and Littledata offer free trials of 14 and 30 days instead.

Klar (from EUR 200 a month), Eulerian (EUR 280 and EUR 720 plans), Funnel (EUR 280 and EUR 560 a month billed annually), Ruler Analytics (from EUR 309 a month billed annually), Sellforte (from $1,900 a month), Tracklution (EUR 39.20 a month) and Littledata ($0.35 per order or from $219 a month). Fospha, SegmentStream, Nexoya and Wizaly do not publish usable prices.

Sellforte offers geo lift tests and a full-funnel marketing mix model, Fospha runs GeoLift tests through its own marketing science team, Wizaly adds media mix modelling to algorithmic attribution, and Klar lists a marketing mix model and geo-lift incrementality. Funnel offers MMM, MTA and incrementality testing as the Funnel Measure add-on, and Eulerian lists them on Enterprise only. Tracklution does not offer either.

Dreamdata is built for B2B: it groups touchpoints by account and ties them to CRM revenue, and it has a free plan. Ruler Analytics connects ad spend to CRM revenue and offline conversions, with prices from EUR 309 a month billed annually. SegmentStream stitches sessions, devices and CRM records, and is quoted per project. Klar and Littledata are aimed at ecommerce and Shopify instead.

Every tool listed is contracted by a company in the EU, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, so GDPR or its UK and Swiss equivalents apply directly. That does not settle hosting, which varies: Eulerian states France, Tracklution Stockholm, Dreamdata EU data centres, and Littledata the USA. Ask each vendor for a data processing agreement and the hosting location before you connect ad accounts.
