Collaboard includes voting and rating, a timer, a presentation mode in which participants follow the presenter, and more than 150 templates according to its features page. Boards can be exported as PDF, image or CSV. Collaboard integrates with Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Jira, Nextcloud, Pexip, Rocket.Chat and Confluence and has a public API, and desktop and mobile apps are offered alongside the browser version.
The contracting party for Collaboard is the Swiss AG, Swiss law applies and the imprint also lists a German office, IBV GmbH in Loerrach. Switzerland is outside the EU. Collaboard stands out for deployment choice: Microsoft Azure in the Netherlands as standard, Microsoft Azure Switzerland or Open Telekom Cloud in Germany on the Advanced plan, and on-premises, private cloud, confidential cloud or air-gapped installs for Enterprise customers. Draft.io is a collaborative visual workspace operated by Draft SAS, registered at the Nantes trade register under number 848 959 268 with its seat in La Chevroliere. Draft.io calls its boards drafts and counts usage in objects rather than boards.
The free plan already includes the facilitation features, folders, private drafts, the template library and a Jira integration. Paid plans add password-protected sharing, draft versioning and manual backups, and the enterprise offering adds bridges with Azure DevOps. Draft.io names TUI, Le Bon Coin, Enedis, AXA and SNCF as customers on its enterprise page.
Draft SAS is a French company and the privacy policy says the platform is managed by its teams in France and hosted by its provider in France; the enterprise page names that provider as OVH.

Excalidraw is an open-source whiteboard for hand-drawn style diagrams, published under the MIT licence in its official repository. The free editor at excalidraw.com supports real-time collaboration with end-to-end encryption, works offline as a PWA, autosaves to the browser and exports to PNG, SVG or an .excalidraw JSON file.
The paid service, Excalidraw+, adds cloud-saved scenes and folders, access management, read-only links and embeds, comments, presentations, voice hangouts with screen sharing, and PDF and PPTX export. Excalidraw suits engineers who sketch architecture diagrams and are comfortable keeping files locally or running their own instance. Spreo is an online whiteboard for agile teams, and it is the new name of Metro Retro: the terms state that the service was called Metro Retro until 4 August 2025, and the site presents Spreo as the merger of Metro Retro and Ludi.
Spreo is built around recurring meetings such as retrospectives, sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups and planning poker. The canvas has sticky notes with private writing, voting, frames, zones, connectors, polls and task tracking. The about page of Spreo says more than 250,000 people have held over 2 million meetings in the product.
Spreo is a trading name of Deqo Software Limited, incorporated in England with registered number 11594409 and a registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London. English law governs the terms, so the contract sits outside the EU.
The security page says Spreo is deployed to DigitalOcean in Amsterdam (AMS3), with TLS 1.2 in transit, AES-256 at rest and backups kept for at most 7 days. The SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS certificates mentioned there belong to the data centre, and Spreo names none of its own.
