Draft.io

Draft.io is a collaborative visual workspace operated by Draft SAS, registered at the Nantes trade register under number 848 959 268 with its seat in La Chevroliere. Draft.io calls its boards drafts and counts usage in objects rather than boards.

The free plan already includes the facilitation features, folders, private drafts, the template library and a Jira integration. Paid plans add password-protected sharing, draft versioning and manual backups, and the enterprise offering adds bridges with Azure DevOps. Draft.io names TUI, Le Bon Coin, Enedis, AXA and SNCF as customers on its enterprise page.

Draft SAS is a French company and the privacy policy says the platform is managed by its teams in France and hosted by its provider in France; the enterprise page names that provider as OVH.

Draft.io describes TLS 1.2 in transit, AES-256 at rest and periodic third-party penetration tests. The enterprise page lists ISO 27001, SOC 1 and SOC 2 compliance in connection with the hosting, and the security-measures page names no certificate issued to Draft SAS. The privacy policy also discloses US-based processors for payments, email and webinars under standard contractual clauses.

Draft.io Pro costs EUR 10 per member per month billed monthly or EUR 100 per year, from 2 members. Draft.io Team has the same EUR 100 yearly rate for 1-50 members but requires 10 members and adds group management.

Draft.io Business costs EUR 130 per member per year for 1-50 members, requires 50 members and adds SAML SSO and IP filtering. Enterprise, with a dedicated instance or on-premise options, is priced individually. The pricing page does not say whether VAT is included. Draft.io fits teams that want French hosting without a contract negotiation; teams under 50 people cannot buy SSO at a published price.
