European Alternatives to LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Looking for a European alternative to LinkedIn Sales Navigator? It is sold by LinkedIn, whose terms name LinkedIn Corporation and Microsoft Corporation as affiliates, and its list prices on LinkedIn's plan page are in US dollars (Core US$119.99 per month, Advanced US$159.99 per month, Advanced Plus on quote), with the lead data kept inside LinkedIn.
The European tools below mostly work on top of LinkedIn: they automate outreach, export Sales Navigator searches or find contact details, with contracts under EU, UK or Swiss law. LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits bots and unauthorized automated methods, so none of them removes that risk.
How we rank these tools — 4-step process
-
1
European ownership, verified
The company is headquartered and incorporated in the EU, EEA, the UK, Switzerland or Israel, and processes customer data in Europe or Israel. A US parent company disqualifies a tool from this page regardless of where its servers are.
-
2
Category fit and hands-on review
What the tool actually does, who it suits, and where it falls short — checked against the vendor’s own documentation, changelog and pricing page rather than its marketing copy.
-
3
Compliance and pricing check
GDPR posture, hosting location and the prices quoted on this page are verified against the vendor’s public pricing before publication, and re-checked when we revisit the category.
-
4
Position on this page
Placement on this page can be paid, and that can affect which tools appear here and the order they appear in. It never buys a good review: a tool that fails the checks above is not here at any price, and payment does not change the shortcomings we write about. A vendor can ask us to correct a factual error — not to remove a criticism.
Vendors can pay for visibility on this page. It never changes what an entry says about a product, including the criticism, and we earn nothing when you click through to a vendor. Paid placement can affect which tools appear here and the order they appear in. Editorial policy

Key takeaways
- No European tool is a one-for-one replacement for LinkedIn Sales Navigator, because its search and lead data live inside LinkedIn; the European tools automate, export or enrich on top of it.
- LinkedIn's own plan page shows Sales Navigator Core at US$119.99 per month and Advanced at US$159.99 per month, while Waalaxy starts at EUR 19 per user per month and Dux-Soup at US$55 per seat per month.
- LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits bots and other unauthorized automated methods to send messages or download contacts, so every sequencing tool on this page carries the same account risk as the others.
- Evaboot, from Estonia, exports a Sales Navigator search to a verified lead list from US$29 per month for 400 credits, but it needs its own Sales Navigator subscription to work.
- HeyReach prices per sender rather than per seat, with Growth at USD 79 per sender per month and a fixed Agency plan at USD 999 per month for 25 to 50 senders.
Why people leave LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Sales Navigator is the paid search layer that LinkedIn sells on top of its own network.
The compare-plans page lists more than 50 search filters, AI-written account and lead summaries, buyer intent signals, alerts on job changes, a relationship map, TeamLink introductions through colleagues and 50 InMail messages per month, and the vendor says more than 1.5 million sellers use it. The data behind all of that is LinkedIn's own member base, which is why a lot of sales teams regard the licence as non-negotiable and look at European tools only for the work around it.
That work around it is where the complaints start. Sales Navigator finds and qualifies people, but it does not run a sequence: nobody sends a follow-up on day three or stops a cadence when a prospect replies, and a licence will not give you a verified email address or a phone number.
Teams cover those gaps with extra software, and most of the extra software in this category was built in Europe. The list prices also leave room for argument. Core is shown at US$119.99 per month (EUR 120.99 on the euro table) and Advanced at US$159.99 (EUR 148.21), with Advanced Plus quoted per team.
So the honest question is not which European product is Sales Navigator, because none is. It is which parts of the bundle you actually use, which of those you can rebuild from a vendor that contracts under EU, UK or Swiss law, and what you still keep paying LinkedIn for. This page sorts twelve tools by those jobs.
- The licence is for searching, not for reaching people Sales Navigator ends where outreach begins. The plans page offers InMail, Message Assist and alerts, but nothing that schedules a multi-step cadence, waits for a reply or moves a prospect to email when LinkedIn gets no answer. A rep who needs that today either does it by hand or buys a second tool. The European sequencers here exist for that second purchase, and several of them cost less per seat than the search licence itself.
- Prices are quoted in dollars and are only estimates LinkedIn labels the figures on its plan page as estimates that may exclude VAT, and Advanced Plus has no public number at all. Annual billing is a stated 25 percent cheaper than monthly on Core but only 6 percent cheaper on Advanced. A team of ten on Advanced pays US$17,998.80 per year at the listed annual rate, which is the number to hold against the per-seat and per-sender prices of the tools below.
- The data stays inside the platform Leads you find in Sales Navigator are LinkedIn records. The CRM integrations on the higher plans push profiles into Salesforce, HubSpot and similar systems, but the search, the alerts and the relationship maps stop working if you cancel. Export tools such as Evaboot and Kaspr, and workflow tools such as PhantomBuster, turn search results into lists you own, which makes a cancellation less of a cliff.
- Which entity you contract with depends on where you are The Sales Navigator agreement names three possible signatories. Where LinkedIn Corporation signs, California law and Santa Clara County courts apply, where LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company signs, Irish law and Dublin courts apply, and a Singapore entity covers part of the rest of the world. A European buyer may well contract with the Irish company, so check the order form. The group still sits under a US-headquartered parent, and that is what a European compliance review has to weigh.
What you have to replace, not just match
Start with what the licence does for each person in the team.
A prospector who lives in Lead and Account search needs somewhere to keep saved searches and a way to get the results out; Evaboot and PhantomBuster do the exporting, and both still need a LinkedIn account behind them (Evaboot says outright that it needs a Sales Navigator subscription of its own).
A rep who mainly sends messages needs a sequencer, and the choice there is between LinkedIn-only tools (Expandi, Dux-Soup, HeyReach) and multichannel ones (Lemlist, La Growth Machine, Waalaxy on its top tier, Skylead, Overloop, Closely). An SDR who needs a mobile number before calling needs a contact finder such as Kaspr.
Then list what has no European counterpart. TeamLink, which surfaces warm introductions through colleagues, relies on the LinkedIn graph. Relationship maps, buyer intent and the alerts on job changes are LinkedIn's data about LinkedIn members.
Closely advertises job change signals and PhantomBuster can watch profiles through its workflows, but both read LinkedIn from the outside and neither replaces the in-product feed. If your process depends on those signals, plan to keep a small number of licences and move the volume work elsewhere.
Finally count the integrations. Sales Navigator syncs with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle. Among the European tools, Dux-Soup lists Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Slack, Closely lists Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and GoHighLevel, Overloop lists HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce, and La Growth Machine lists HubSpot and Pipedrive on its top tier. A team on Dynamics or Oracle should ask each vendor directly, because the EP pages do not list those two.

How each alternative compares to LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Which law reaches it. EU (France). LinkedIn Sales Navigator is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
- Source code. Closed source, as LinkedIn Sales Navigator is.
Best for: Small teams that find leads elsewhere and want predictable per-user pricing for sequences
Waalaxy answers the question a Sales Navigator licence never does: who sends the follow-up. Pro starts at EUR 19 per user per month with 300 LinkedIn invites a month and unlimited campaigns, which is a fraction of the Core licence price. Business at EUR 69 adds cold email sequences and 500 email-finder credits, so a prospect who ignores LinkedIn can still be reached, something InMail alone cannot do.
It runs in the cloud rather than as a browser extension and is operated by SAS Waapi in Montpellier. The weakness against Sales Navigator is the list itself: Waalaxy does not give you 50 search filters or intent signals, so the quality of the leads depends on where you source them. Invites are capped at 800 a month even on the top tier.
What Waalaxy does better than LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Starts at EUR 19 per user per month against US$119.99 for Core
- Runs a follow-up cadence that Sales Navigator does not schedule
- Email steps and an email finder on the Business tier
- Contract with a French company, with 20 or 50 percent off for quarterly or annual billing
Where Waalaxy is a step down from LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- No lead search, intent data or alerts of its own
- Invites capped at 800 per month on the top plan
Standout against LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It is the only tool on this page where the first paid tier costs less than a fifth of a Sales Navigator Core month.
La Growth Machine
one sequence that continues from LinkedIn into email, X and phone when nobody replies
- Which law reaches it. EU (France). LinkedIn Sales Navigator is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
- Source code. Closed source, as LinkedIn Sales Navigator is.
Best for: Outbound teams that want LinkedIn, email, X and call steps chained together in one campaign
La Growth Machine treats LinkedIn as one step in a longer chain. A campaign can start with a profile visit, move to a connection request, switch to email after a few days and add a call task or an X interaction, all driven by what the prospect has done so far. Sales Navigator, by contrast, gives you InMail and nothing that decides the next channel for you.
Billing is per sending identity, from EUR 60 a month for Basic, with CRM integrations for HubSpot and Pipedrive on the top tier. Costs climb once a rep runs several identities, and the EP page notes that the exact registered city could not be confirmed from an official legal notice. It also does not substitute for Sales Navigator's search depth.
What La Growth Machine does better than LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Four channels in one campaign where Sales Navigator offers LinkedIn and InMail
- Prices published in euros rather than US dollars
- Cloud sending with dedicated mobile proxies, no extension
- HubSpot and Pipedrive sync on the top tier at a per-identity price
Where La Growth Machine is a step down from LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Per-identity billing climbs quickly with several accounts per rep
- No LinkedIn-grade lead search or relationship data
Standout against LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It is the only tool here that sequences LinkedIn, email, X and phone calls in a single campaign.
- Which law reaches it. EU (France). LinkedIn Sales Navigator is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
- Source code. Closed source, as LinkedIn Sales Navigator is.
Best for: Teams whose outbound runs on email and who want LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and calling alongside
Lemlist comes at the problem from the other side: it is an email platform that added LinkedIn. The Email plan at $55 a month billed annually covers 50,000 emails with unlimited users and senders, and the Multichannel plan at $87 a month adds LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and a call dialer. Where a Sales Navigator seat gives you one person's search and InMail, Lemlist gives the whole team a shared sequencing engine.
LEMPIRE SAS is registered in Paris. Lead enrichment and intent-signal add-ons are priced separately, at $16 and $21 a month, so intent data exists but is bolted on rather than native. Prices are in US dollars, and SSO or SAML needs a sales conversation. For someone whose daily work is searching LinkedIn, it is a poor stand-in.
What Lemlist does better than LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Email, SMS, WhatsApp and calling that Sales Navigator does not touch
- Unlimited users on the entry Email plan, no per-seat licence
- Enrichment and intent add-ons are priced in the open
- Contract with a French company with a Paris registered office
Where Lemlist is a step down from LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- LinkedIn is one channel among many, not a search product
- Multichannel plan caps senders at 5 per user
Standout against LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It is the only tool here that puts email, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and calls on a single published-price plan.
- Which law reaches it. EU (Netherlands). LinkedIn Sales Navigator is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
- Source code. Closed source, as LinkedIn Sales Navigator is.
Best for: Teams that prospect only on LinkedIn and weigh account safety above price
Expandi was built around one worry that Sales Navigator users share: what happens to the account when you automate. It sends from a dedicated cloud IP and needs no browser extension, which the vendor positions as safer than extension-based tools. It is a design argument, not a guarantee, and LinkedIn's User Agreement still prohibits bots.
The price is one plan: $99 a month, or $79 billed annually, with unlimited campaigns, and a custom Agency plan from ten seats that adds white label. That is easy to budget and sits below a Core licence, but there is no cheaper tier for a solo user and the trial lasts seven days. ProfitSoft B.V. in Eindhoven is the contracting party, and no founding date or certification is published.
What Expandi does better than LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Cloud IP sending instead of a session in your own browser
- A single flat price with unlimited campaigns
- Agency plan with white label for client work
- Dutch contracting entity with a named registered office
Where Expandi is a step down from LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- No lower tier for one person, and a 7-day trial
- No search filters, intent data or InMail equivalent
Standout against LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It is the only tool on the page whose whole pitch is that the sending IP is separate from your own machine.
- Which law reaches it. EU (Netherlands). LinkedIn Sales Navigator is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
- Where the data sits. Servers in the European Union, per the vendor's GDPR statement.
- Source code. Closed source, as LinkedIn Sales Navigator is.
Best for: Freelancers, recruiters and small sales teams working only on LinkedIn with their own CRM
Dux-Soup stays on LinkedIn and says so: it deliberately has no email or calling steps and expects you to connect other tools. A campaign chains up to 12 actions, including visit, connect, message, InMail, follow, endorse and like, and pauses when a reply is detected. The vendor states it works with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter, so a Sales Navigator search can feed it directly.
Supertec B.V. in Breda is the contracting party, with a KvK registration and Dutch law, and the vendor's GDPR statement puts service data on EU servers. STACKED local costs US$55 per seat per month and the cloud version US$99. The local version needs your computer to stay on, and nothing in the product replaces Sales Navigator's own search.
What Dux-Soup does better than LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Cheaper local seat than a Core licence and a drip engine on top
- EU-hosted service data per the vendor, with Dutch governing law
- Native Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Slack, Zapier and Make connections
- Works on top of Sales Navigator or Recruiter if you keep them
Where Dux-Soup is a step down from LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- No email step, so ignored prospects cannot be followed up in the tool
- Prices in US dollars, and the local version depends on your computer
Standout against LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It is the only tool here that offers the same campaign engine both as a local app and as a cloud service.
- Which law reaches it. EU (Estonia). LinkedIn Sales Navigator is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
- Where the data sits. Not stated; the privacy policy says data may be stored and processed in countries outside the country of residence.
- Source code. Closed source, as LinkedIn Sales Navigator is.
Best for: Agencies and outbound teams running many sender accounts on a fixed monthly cost
HeyReach swaps the licensing unit. Sales Navigator charges per licence; HeyReach charges per sender, at USD 79 a month on Growth, or a fixed USD 999 for 25 to 50 senders on Agency and USD 2,999 for up to 300 senders on Unlimited. For a firm that adds LinkedIn accounts every time it signs a client, that curve is flatter than buying a licence per person, and campaigns can be unlimited.
HeyReach Inc OU is registered in Estonia's e-Business Register under code 17149947. It is LinkedIn only, with email steps coming through Instantly or Smartlead integrations. The privacy policy names no hosting location and no certification, so an agency promising clients European data residency must ask for both in writing before it moves a client list across.
What HeyReach does better than LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Fixed Agency and Unlimited plans against a licence per seller
- Unlimited campaigns on Growth, with native Instantly and Smartlead links
- Estonian register entry confirmed for the contracting entity
- A 14-day trial without a card to test sender volume
Where HeyReach is a step down from LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- LinkedIn only; email depends on partner tools
- No stated hosting location, and prices exclude VAT
- No lead search comparable to the advanced filters in Sales Navigator
Standout against LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It is the only tool here priced on the number of LinkedIn accounts connected, with a fixed ceiling for agencies.
- Which law reaches it. United Kingdom (outside the EU, English law). LinkedIn Sales Navigator is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
- Where the data sits. The privacy policy says personal data is processed primarily in the United Kingdom and the United States.
- Source code. Closed source, as LinkedIn Sales Navigator is.
Best for: Teams that want LinkedIn and email in one smart sequence and can accept a UK entity
Skylead puts LinkedIn and email steps into a single sequence and adds image and GIF personalisation, unlimited email accounts and an AI SDR on its one all-in-one plan. Against Sales Navigator, the interesting parts are the built-in email finder and verifier and the B2B database on the same seat, because those are the pieces that a licence leaves to other tools.
It is the dearest entry in the list at USD 100 per seat per month, and the Agency tier at USD 999 for 25 seats is a first-year promotion. Skylead Technologies Ltd is registered at Companies House, so it is a UK vendor under an adequacy decision, not an EU one, and the privacy policy says processing happens mainly in the UK and the US. Weigh that if the point of leaving LinkedIn's group is to keep data in Europe.
What Skylead does better than LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Email finder, verifier and unlimited email accounts included in the seat
- Image and GIF personalisation that InMail cannot do
- Unified inbox and white label on the Agency plan
- Company confirmed at Companies House under number 12887130
Where Skylead is a step down from LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- USD 100 per seat is close to a Core licence
- UK-registered, with processing in the UK and the United States
- Agency pricing is a first-year promotion
Standout against LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It is the only sequencer here that personalises images and GIFs inside the message.
- Which law reaches it. EU (France). LinkedIn Sales Navigator is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
- Where the data sits. Platform personal data hosted on servers in the EU, per the vendor's privacy policy.
- Source code. Closed source, as LinkedIn Sales Navigator is.
Best for: Growth and sales operations people who would rather build workflows than buy a fixed sequence
PhantomBuster is the nearest thing here to what a technical user does with Sales Navigator exports: take a search, pull the profiles, enrich them through a provider and push them into another system. Its solution pages cover LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Google and Instagram, and its sub-processor list names enrichment providers such as Icypeas, Dropcontact and BetterContact in France.
The Phantom Company SAS is registered in Paris, French law governs the terms, and the privacy policy says platform personal data is hosted exclusively in the EU. Several US providers appear for AI features under standard contractual clauses. The terms state that you are responsible for your rights under the contracts of the sites you automate, and plan prices were not readable, so check the live page. It takes more setup than any sequencer.
What PhantomBuster does better than LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Turns Sales Navigator searches into workflows you control
- EU-hosted platform data stated in the privacy policy, with a dated sub-processor list
- Also covers Google and Instagram sources, not just LinkedIn
- A 14-day free trial advertised without a credit card
Where PhantomBuster is a step down from LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- More setup than ready-made sequence tools
- Responsibility for third-party platform rules sits with you
Standout against LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It is the only tool here built as a chain of small automations rather than as a campaign builder.
- Which law reaches it. EU (Estonia). LinkedIn Sales Navigator is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
- Source code. Closed source, as LinkedIn Sales Navigator is.
Best for: Sales and recruiting teams that keep a Sales Navigator licence and want the results as a clean list
Evaboot does not try to replace Sales Navigator; it removes the awkward step after it. One click exports a search, cleans the result and finds and verifies an email for each lead, from US$29 a month for 400 credits, with unused credits rolling over and seats unlimited. That makes it a complement to a licence rather than a substitute, and the page says so rather than hiding it.
Nademode OÜ is registered in Tallinn under number 17128164. Each lead costs a credit with the verified email included, and a lead where no email is found still consumes a credit. There is no phone number search, which is where Kaspr is the better fit. If you cancel your licence, Evaboot has nothing left to export.
What Evaboot does better than LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Starts at US$29 a month and credits roll over
- Verified email included in every credit
- API, Zapier, n8n and MCP access for automation
- Estonian register number stated for the contracting entity
Where Evaboot is a step down from LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Needs its own Sales Navigator subscription underneath
- No phone numbers and no outreach
Standout against LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It is the only tool here that exists purely to turn a Sales Navigator search into a verified lead list.
- Which law reaches it. EU (France). LinkedIn Sales Navigator is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
- Source code. Closed source, as LinkedIn Sales Navigator is.
Best for: SDRs who read profiles in LinkedIn or Sales Navigator and need direct contact details
Kaspr fills the gap that bothers callers most: a LinkedIn profile shows a name and a job title, not a number. The Chrome extension shows emails and phone numbers directly on the profile, and on paid plans supports Sales Navigator. A free plan gives 15 B2B email, 5 phone and 5 direct email credits a month, which suits an honest trial before a team commits.
Starter costs EUR 45 per user per month with 1,200 phone credits a year, and Business EUR 79 with 2,400. KASPR SAS is registered in Paris and is part of Cognism, a UK group, so ownership sits outside the EU even though the contracting party is French. Phone credits are capped per year, and the tool depends on LinkedIn access, so it shares the account risk of everything else here.
What Kaspr does better than LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Phone numbers and direct emails shown on the profile itself
- A free plan that includes phone credits
- Unlimited B2B email credits on paid plans
- Euro prices, French law and Paris courts
Where Kaspr is a step down from LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Phone credits are limited per year
- Part of Cognism, a UK group, so ownership is not purely EU
Standout against LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It is the only tool here that combines a free plan with phone numbers.
- Which law reaches it. EU (Belgium). LinkedIn Sales Navigator is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
- Source code. Closed source, as LinkedIn Sales Navigator is.
Best for: Teams that want to source contacts and email them from one product, with LinkedIn as a step
Overloop starts from a contact database, which the vendor puts at 450 million contacts. That is the opposite of Sales Navigator's approach: instead of searching inside a social network, you search a database and email the result, with LinkedIn steps in the same campaign. Started in 2015 as a Chrome extension called Prospect.io, it integrates with HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce.
Overloop SRL is registered in Brussels. Pricing is credit-based, from $69 per user per month on Starter (250 credits) and $99 on Growth (500 credits), so comparing it with a flat licence needs a model of how many contacts you pull. Salesforce and dedicated support sit on the custom Enterprise tier, the trial lasts seven days, and the database size is the vendor's own figure.
What Overloop does better than LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Contacts and emailing in one product, without a separate export step
- Published tiers from $69 per user per month
- HubSpot and Pipedrive sync from the Growth plan
- Belgian contracting entity with a named address
Where Overloop is a step down from LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Credit-based pricing is hard to compare with a per-seat licence
- LinkedIn is a step, not a search experience
Standout against LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It is the only tool here whose contact database sits inside the product instead of behind a LinkedIn search.
- Which law reaches it. EU (Cyprus). LinkedIn Sales Navigator is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
- Where the data sits. United States; the privacy policy says servers are in the USA and data is hosted outside the EU.
- Source code. Closed source, as LinkedIn Sales Navigator is.
Best for: Agencies that resell LinkedIn outreach under their own brand and accept US hosting
Closely includes white label on every plan, including the USD 65 Starter, which makes it an inexpensive way to resell outreach under your own name. Each sender is one LinkedIn account plus one email inbox, campaigns combine connection requests, visits and email, and it lists AI personalisation and job change signals, the latter being the nearest thing to a Sales Navigator alert here.
Esterson Limited is the contracting party, with Cyprus law and Nicosia courts named in the terms. The same privacy policy says servers are in the USA and data is generally hosted outside the EU, which is the clearest data-residency gap in the list; the Cyprus register was not checked by EP. Choose it for the contract and the white label, not for residency.
What Closely does better than LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- White label from the first plan, with unlimited email accounts
- Job change signals alongside the outreach steps
- Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and GoHighLevel integrations
- Published prices with a 40 percent annual discount
Where Closely is a step down from LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Servers in the USA, so no EU hosting argument
- Trial length not stated and prices in US dollars
Standout against LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It is the only tool here that includes white label on every plan, but it states that its servers are in the USA.
What actually breaks when you switch
Moving off a Sales Navigator licence costs less in contract terms than in habit. Saved searches, lead lists and account lists live in LinkedIn and export only as CSV, so run an export of every list you care about before the end of the term, and keep the search definitions in a document because they cannot be moved. Alerts and relationship maps have no equivalent, and a manager who reads the feed every morning will notice the first week.
The second bump is the CRM. Anything that pushes leads automatically from the licence into Salesforce or HubSpot has to be rebuilt through the new tool's integration or through Zapier, Make or n8n, which Waalaxy, Dux-Soup, Evaboot and Closely mention. Allow time for field mapping and a dry run. The third is risk: start the sequencers with low daily volumes on one account, because LinkedIn's rules do not change when the vendor is European.
Can I cancel Sales Navigator and keep prospecting on LinkedIn with a European tool?
Partly. The sequencers (Waalaxy, Expandi, Dux-Soup, HeyReach, Skylead, Closely) act through a normal LinkedIn account and work with the free search. What you lose is the advanced filtering, saved leads and alerts, and with them the quality of the list you feed in. Dux-Soup states that it works with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter, which means it follows you either way.
The pragmatic split is one or two licences for the people who build lists and a European sequencer for the people who send. Evaboot and PhantomBuster sit between the two, because they take the output of a Sales Navigator search and turn it into a file. Cancel only after you have seen a month of results from the cheaper setup.
Is it safe to use these tools on a LinkedIn account?
LinkedIn does not say so. Its User Agreement forbids bots and other unauthorized automated methods to add or download contacts or to send messages, and also forbids scripts and browser plugins that copy profile data.
The vendors on this page respond differently: Expandi runs from a dedicated cloud IP, Dux-Soup offers a cloud version, Closely says its limits mimic human behaviour. These are design choices, not guarantees, and the EP pages do not claim any of them keeps an account from being restricted.
The practical advice is to test on an account you can afford to lose, keep daily volumes low, and never put the account of your best seller into a tool on day one. The contracting entity of the vendor changes who you can hold to account over data; it does not change LinkedIn's position.
Which one to pick
If the real need is sending, Waalaxy is the cheapest to try, Expandi suits a team that puts account safety first, and La Growth Machine or Lemlist suit one that wants email and other channels behind LinkedIn. Agencies handling many accounts should look at HeyReach, with Closely as the white-label option if US hosting is acceptable. Dux-Soup is the quiet choice for a freelancer or recruiter who already pays for Sales Navigator and wants cadences on top.
If the real need is data, keep one Sales Navigator licence for the list builders and add Evaboot for clean exports, Kaspr for phone numbers or PhantomBuster for custom workflows. If you want to leave LinkedIn's search altogether, Overloop is the closest to a database-first product. None of these removes the account risk, so the safest first step is a pilot on a small group before cancelling anything.
Frequently Asked Questions
None of them replaces Sales Navigator one for one, since its lead data stays inside LinkedIn. For outreach, Waalaxy and La Growth Machine (France) and Expandi and Dux-Soup (Netherlands) are the usual starting points. For turning searches into contact lists, look at Evaboot (Estonia) and Kaspr (France). Agencies with many accounts should compare HeyReach, and multichannel teams Lemlist.
On the published prices, mostly cheaper per seat, though they do a different job. Sales Navigator Core lists at US$119.99 per month and Advanced at US$159.99. Waalaxy starts at EUR 19, Dux-Soup at US$55, Evaboot at US$29 for 400 credits and Kaspr at EUR 45. Skylead at USD 100 and Overloop at US$69 sit nearer the licence, and PhantomBuster's prices were not readable server-side.
Not according to its own User Agreement, which prohibits bots and other unauthorized automated methods to access the Services, add or download contacts, or send messages. All twelve tools on this page work through a LinkedIn account and therefore carry that risk. The account holder bears the consequences, and a European vendor cannot grant permission that LinkedIn withholds.
It depends on the tool. Evaboot needs a Sales Navigator subscription of its own because it exports Sales Navigator searches. Kaspr supports Sales Navigator on its paid plans, and Dux-Soup says it is compatible with Sales Navigator and Recruiter. Waalaxy, Expandi, HeyReach and Lemlist can send from a regular account, so a licence is optional, mainly for better lists.
Dux-Soup says its service data sits on servers in the EU, and PhantomBuster's privacy policy says platform personal data is hosted exclusively in the EU, with US sub-processors named for AI features. Closely states its servers are in the USA, Skylead mentions the UK and the US, and HeyReach names no location. Ask each vendor in writing before loading a prospect list.
