European Alternatives to Lusha

Looking for a European alternative to Lusha? Its terms are concluded with Lusha Systems Inc. and/or Lusha Systems Ltd., and its privacy notice names Lusha Systems Inc., a Delaware company with its registered office in Boston. Lusha prices in credits (1 credit for an email, 5 credits for a phone number), and its free plan includes up to 40 credits per month.

The European tools below range from contact databases with mobile numbers (Cognism, Kaspr) to email finders (Dropcontact, Datagma) and website visitor identification (Leadfeeder, Leadinfo, Albacross), each contracting through a company in the EU or UK.

How we rank these tools — 4-step process
  1. 1
    European ownership, verified

The company is headquartered and incorporated in the EU, EEA, the UK, Switzerland or Israel, and processes customer data in Europe or Israel. A US parent company disqualifies a tool from this page regardless of where its servers are.

  2. 2
    Category fit and hands-on review

What the tool actually does, who it suits, and where it falls short — checked against the vendor’s own documentation, changelog and pricing page rather than its marketing copy.

  3. 3
    Compliance and pricing check

GDPR posture, hosting location and the prices quoted on this page are verified against the vendor’s public pricing before publication, and re-checked when we revisit the category.

  4. 4
    Position on this page

Placement on this page can be paid, and that can affect which tools appear here and the order they appear in. It never buys a good review: a tool that fails the checks above is not here at any price, and payment does not change the shortcomings we write about. A vendor can ask us to correct a factual error — not to remove a criticism.

Vendors can pay for visibility on this page. It never changes what an entry says about a product, including the criticism, and we earn nothing when you click through to a vendor. Paid placement can affect which tools appear here and the order they appear in. Editorial policy

Key takeaways

  • Lusha charges 1 credit for a verified email and 5 credits for a phone number, and its free plan includes up to 40 credits a month.
  • Lusha's privacy notice names Lusha Systems Inc. (Delaware, registered office in Boston) and Lusha Systems Ltd. (Israel) as joint controllers of contact data.
  • Kaspr, Dropcontact, Datagma and Pharow are French companies, and Leadinfo, Albacross, Overloop and Leadfeeder contract in the Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium and Germany.
  • Cognism is the only alternative here that is British rather than EU-established, and it states ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and SOC 2 Type II.
  • Dropcontact says it keeps no personal contact database, which makes it the alternative to Lusha with the clearest answer on stored data.

Why people leave Lusha

Lusha sells verified business contact details, and most people meet it the same way: a browser extension on a professional profile, a click on reveal, an email address or a mobile number appearing in a side panel.

Behind that sits a searchable workspace, an API, an MCP connector for AI assistants, buying signals, lead scoring and website visitor identification. On its pricing page Lusha says more than 280,000 revenue teams use it, which is its own figure, but it matches how often the extension turns up in sales stacks.

The people who start looking elsewhere usually have one of three problems.

The first is the credit meter: a verified email costs 1 credit and a phone number costs 5, so a team that lives on phone calls burns its allowance five times faster than the plan name suggests.

The second is where the data lives: the contracting party is a Delaware company with a registered office in Boston, and its privacy notice names an Israeli affiliate as joint controller. The third is the people in the database, who never signed up for anything.

None of that makes Lusha a poor product, and the rest of this page does not treat it as one. It is easy to start, the free plan gives up to 40 credits a month, and the extension is the fastest way to turn a profile into a call. The question is narrower: which European tool gives you the same click, which gives you something different that fits your motion better, and what you stop getting when you leave.

  • A phone number costs five emails Lusha's pricing page spells the rule out: reveal a verified email for 1 credit, reveal a phone number for 5. A rep who calls twenty prospects a day spends a hundred credits a day on numbers alone. Kaspr publishes yearly phone allowances per seat, Datagma publishes 30 credits per mobile against 1 per email, and Pharow charges 10 credits for a phone through its integration. The rates differ, but each one is stated before you buy.
  • Annual credits do not survive the year On Lusha's monthly plans, unused credits roll over up to twice the plan limit. On annual plans you receive all credits up front and whatever is left is reset at the end of the cycle. A team that front-loads prospecting and then slows down in summer pays for credits it cannot use. Datagma has the same reset rule on its annual plans, while Pharow says its credits do not expire, so the rule is worth checking in any contract.
  • The contacts did not choose to be there Lusha's privacy notice describes contact data as retained in its B2B database and offers contacts an opt-out. Every database vendor works this way, European ones included. What differs is the legal basis you rely on when you contact those people. Dropcontact says it keeps no personal contact database, and Datagma's terms say data is extracted in real time without storage, which gives a different answer to the first question a data protection officer asks.
  • US company, Israeli joint controller The privacy notice names Lusha Systems Inc. and Lusha Systems Ltd., a company incorporated in Israel, as joint controllers of contact and visitor data, says some staff are located in Israel, and lists recipients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Israel. A US parent also means US legal process applies to it. For a buyer that has to explain data flows to a works council or a client, a French, German or Dutch contracting party is a shorter paragraph.

What you have to replace, not just match

Replacing Lusha means replacing a habit, not only a database. The habit is the extension: open a profile, reveal, copy into the CRM.

Kaspr and Datagma copy that gesture most closely, Kaspr from inside LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, Datagma from a name and a company or a CSV. Cognism offers the same depth of phone data but works from a workspace and a quote. If your team reveals fewer than a few hundred contacts a month, the extension habit is the only thing you need to rebuild.

Lusha also bundles things that other categories sell separately. Website visitor identification, buying signals and lead scoring appear in the same product family as the contact data.

In Europe those split across vendors: Leadfeeder, Leadinfo and Albacross identify visiting companies, Cognism sells intent and hiring signals on its Pro tier, and lemlist and Overloop add outreach. Write down which of those you actually switched on, because a Lusha contract you only used for the extension can be replaced by one tool, while a contract you used for four things needs a short stack.

Then there is the data you already hold. Contacts revealed with Lusha sit in your CRM, and your records of consent, opt-outs and suppression lists sit there too. Moving vendors does not delete them. It does mean that the next enrichment run will overwrite some fields, so freeze a copy of the CRM before the first bulk enrichment with the new tool and decide which source wins when two disagree.

How each alternative compares to Lusha

#1

Cognism

The compliance-first database for teams that call prospects and answer to a legal department

London, United KingdomQuote-based: Standard and Pro plans with 5 seats included, credits per seat#6 in Sales Intelligence

  • Which law reaches it. United Kingdom (adequacy decision, outside the EEA). Lusha is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
  • Source code. Closed source, as Lusha is.
  • Independently checked. ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2 Type II.

Best for: Sales teams of several seats that phone prospects across Europe and need screening and certificates

Against Lusha, Cognism changes who carries the compliance burden. It says it screens its telephone data against Do Not Call lists in the UK, the US, Germany, France and other countries, and it states ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and SOC 2 Type II. Lusha's pages in contrast lead with credits and workflow. A rep who cold-calls in Germany or France has a concrete reason to prefer the vendor that screens before the number is shown.

The cost is flexibility. Cognism is quote-based, with Standard and Pro plans that include five seats and credits per seat, so there is no free plan to try on a Friday. Mobile numbers and intent signals sit on Pro. Cognism Limited is a British company, which means the UK adequacy decision applies, not EU establishment, and it also lists a US office.

What Cognism does better than Lusha

  • Do Not Call screening across several countries
  • Stated ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and SOC 2 Type II
  • Hiring and intent signals on the Pro plan
  • A documented opt-out through a Privacy Centre

Where Cognism is a step down from Lusha

  • No free plan and no published price
  • Not EU-established, only covered by UK adequacy
  • Built for teams, awkward for a single seat

Standout against Lusha. Phone data screened against Do Not Call lists is the closest thing to a compliance guarantee among the contact databases here.

Kaspr

The nearest copy of the Lusha extension habit, priced per seat and run from Paris

Paris, FranceFree plan; Starter from €45/user/month, Business from €79/user/month; Organization (annual, minimum 5 users) and Enterprise on request#7 in Sales Intelligence

  • Which law reaches it. EU (France). Lusha is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
  • Source code. Closed source, as Lusha is.

Best for: Individual reps and small teams who reveal contacts from LinkedIn and want a free plan to start

Kaspr replaces the exact gesture Lusha is known for: open a LinkedIn profile, see the phone and email in a panel. Its Free plan gives 15 B2B emails, 5 phone numbers and 5 direct emails a month, Starter is €45 per user per month and Business €79. Against Lusha's 5-credits-per-phone rule, Starter and Business give 1,200 and 2,400 phone credits a year, a stated cap instead of a conversion rate.

Two things to know before moving. Kaspr SAS is a Paris company under French law with Paris courts, but it is part of Cognism, so the ultimate owner is British. And the product depends on LinkedIn access, so a change on that side hits Kaspr harder than a database you search on its own site. The vendor claims more than 500 million phone numbers and emails from over 150 sources.

What Kaspr does better than Lusha

  • Published per-seat prices instead of a credit meter
  • Unlimited B2B email credits on paid plans
  • A French contracting entity with Paris jurisdiction
  • Free plan that includes phone credits

Where Kaspr is a step down from Lusha

  • Phone credits are capped per year
  • No published certification
  • Heavily reliant on LinkedIn access

Standout against Lusha. Kaspr is the cheapest way to get phone numbers inside LinkedIn from a French company.

Leadfeeder

A different job: showing who already visits your site rather than buying a list of strangers

Karlsruhe, Germany (additional office in Helsinki, Finland)Free Lite tier; paid plans from €79/month#1 in Sales Intelligence

  • Which law reaches it. EU (Germany). Lusha is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
  • Where the data sits. EU data hosting.
  • Source code. Closed source, as Lusha is.

Best for: Marketing and sales teams with enough site traffic to feed an inbound follow-up routine

Leadfeeder does not hand you contacts you have not met. It turns anonymous visits into named companies, which Lusha treats as an add-on to its contact data.

Its Lite tier is a permanent free plan with unlimited users and up to 100 identified companies a month, and paid plans run from Discover at €79 a month to Scale at €599. A sales team whose best leads already read the pricing page may find this list shorter and warmer than any database export.

The limits are plain. Verified contact emails and phone numbers start at Activate, from €369 a month, and Leadfeeder has no outbound search of the kind Lusha's workspace offers. The entity is Dealfront Group GmbH in Karlsruhe, but the 2022 merger behind it was funded by a US private equity firm, Great Hill Partners, a fact worth putting in a vendor questionnaire.

What Leadfeeder does better than Lusha

  • Surfaces interest that no purchased list can show
  • A permanent free tier, not a trial
  • German GmbH with prices published at every paid tier
  • Alerts and CRM pushes built around visits

Where Leadfeeder is a step down from Lusha

  • No outbound prospect search
  • Contacts and phone numbers only from Activate
  • US private equity behind the 2022 merger

Standout against Lusha. The permanent free Lite tier lets a team test visitor identification without a trial clock.

lemlist

Where Lusha stops at the contact, lemlist carries on into the sequence

Paris, FranceEmail plan USD 55 per month billed annually (USD 69 monthly) for 50,000 emails a month with unlimited users and senders; Multichannel plan USD 87 per month billed annually (USD 109 monthly) with unlimited emails and messages, 5 senders per user, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and calling; Enterprise on request; lead enrichment and buying-intent add-ons at USD 16 and USD 21 per month#1 in Sales Engagement Software

  • Which law reaches it. EU (France). Lusha is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
  • Source code. Closed source, as Lusha is.

Best for: Outbound teams that want data, email, LinkedIn and calling steps in one tool

The step after revealing a contact is sending something. Lusha offers an Engage area and integrations for that, while lemlist is built around the sequence: the Email plan is $55 a month on annual billing for 50,000 emails with unlimited users and senders, and Multichannel is $87 on annual billing and adds LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and calling. For a team that today pays for Lusha plus a separate sequencer, one contract may replace two.

The contracting party is LEMPIRE SAS in Paris. Against that, the pages checked give no founding date or compliance certification, SSO needs the Enterprise tier, and prices are in US dollars, so VAT and exchange rates apply on top. Enrichment and intent signals are add-ons at $16 and $21 a month, which means the database side is thinner than a specialist like Cognism.

What lemlist does better than Lusha

  • Sequences across email, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and calling
  • Unlimited users and senders on the entry plan
  • Published prices at every tier below Enterprise

Where lemlist is a step down from Lusha

  • A smaller data layer, with enrichment sold as add-ons
  • Prices in US dollars
  • No certifications on the pages checked

Standout against Lusha. lemlist is the only alternative here that covers five outreach channels under one published price.

Dropcontact

The email-accuracy specialist for teams that have the names and need clean addresses

Aulnay-sous-Bois, FranceStarter €79/month, Growth €120/month, Enterprise on request#8 in Sales Intelligence

  • Which law reaches it. EU (France). Lusha is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
  • Source code. Closed source, as Lusha is.

Best for: Marketing operations and CRM owners who clean and enrich records rather than prospect from scratch

Dropcontact answers the stored-data objection that sits behind Lusha. It says it uses its own algorithms and test servers to find and verify addresses and that no personal information is stored or resold. Give it a first name, last name and website, and it returns a verified email; it also deduplicates and enriches records in HubSpot and Pipedrive, and adds SIREN and intra-community VAT numbers for French companies.

It is not a prospecting database. There is no lead search, so a rep who used Lusha to discover people will need another source. Starter is €79 a month and Growth €120 a month with credit carry-over and LinkedIn enrichment, a 20 percent discount applies for yearly billing, and the credit tier behind each price is not shown on the pages checked. The CRM integration plan is priced separately on request.

What Dropcontact does better than Lusha

  • States that no personal contact database is kept
  • CRM cleaning and deduplication
  • French company identifiers added to records
  • Credit carry-over on Growth

Where Dropcontact is a step down from Lusha

  • No search or list building
  • Weaker outside France and the EU
  • CRM plan priced on request

Standout against Lusha. Dropcontact is the one alternative whose pitch is that it holds no database of people.

Waalaxy

For LinkedIn-first outreach at a per-seat price, not for buying data

Montpellier, FrancePro EUR 19 per user per month (300 LinkedIn invites a month); Advanced EUR 49 (800 invites, API, Make, Zapier and n8n); Business EUR 69 (adds cold email sequences and 500 email finder credits); 20% off quarterly and 50% off yearly billing#3 in Sales Engagement Software

  • Which law reaches it. EU (France). Lusha is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
  • Source code. Closed source, as Lusha is.

Best for: Small teams that run LinkedIn invitation campaigns and want a predictable monthly bill per user

Waalaxy replaces what you do with a Lusha contact after the reveal, if that is a LinkedIn message. Pro is €19 per user per month with 300 invites, Advanced €49 with 800 invites, API and Make, Zapier and n8n modules, and Business €69 with cold email sequences and 500 email-finder credits a month. Quarterly billing takes 20 percent off and annual billing 50 percent. Lusha cannot show a bill that clear before you talk to sales.

The email finder is a side feature, not a Lusha substitute: it does not give mobile numbers, and email sequencing only appears on Business. LinkedIn invites stay capped at 800 a month even there, and billing per user means the cost grows with headcount. SAS Waapi is registered in Montpellier, and the pages checked state no founding date or certification.

What Waalaxy does better than Lusha

  • Three published per-user tiers from €19
  • Cloud-based, with no browser extension needed
  • Large discounts on quarterly and annual billing

Where Waalaxy is a step down from Lusha

  • No phone numbers
  • Email sequences only on the top tier
  • LinkedIn invites capped at 800 a month

Standout against Lusha. Waalaxy offers the largest published billing discount among these tools, 50 percent for annual payment.

Overloop

A database plus outreach in one seat, from the longest-running vendor on the list

Brussels, BelgiumStarter USD 69 per user per month (250 credits, 1 email account, 3 campaigns); Growth USD 99 per user per month (500 credits, 3 email accounts, 10 campaigns, HubSpot and Pipedrive integration); Enterprise on request#2 in Sales Engagement Software

  • Which law reaches it. EU (Belgium). Lusha is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
  • Source code. Closed source, as Lusha is.

Best for: Outbound teams that want prospect search and sequences in one workspace and accept credits

Overloop is the closest one-to-one for teams that used Lusha's workspace plus a sequencer. It combines a self-reported contact database of more than 450 million records with email verification and automated email and LinkedIn campaigns, and integrates with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. The company started in 2015 as a Chrome extension called Prospect.io, so the extension habit is part of its history, and it is run by Overloop SRL in Brussels.

Pricing is credit-based, like Lusha, so you trade one meter for another. Starter is $69 per user per month with 250 credits, Growth $99 with 500, and Enterprise is custom with 1,000. The free trial lasts only 7 days, Salesforce and dedicated support need the Enterprise tier, and no compliance certification is published. Test whether 250 credits per user covers your reveal volume before you commit.

What Overloop does better than Lusha

  • Prospect search and sequences in the same seat
  • A Belgian contracting entity with a Brussels address
  • Published tiers with CRM integrations on Growth

Where Overloop is a step down from Lusha

  • Credit pricing that is hard to compare
  • A 7-day trial only
  • Salesforce integration reserved for Enterprise

Standout against Lusha. Overloop has run continuously since 2015 and keeps its database inside the product.

Leadinfo

Visitor identification with a decision-maker database, priced by volume instead of credits

Capelle aan den IJssel, NetherlandsFrom €69/month (annual), published tiers#2 in Sales Intelligence

  • Which law reaches it. EU (Netherlands). Lusha is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
  • Where the data sits. EU.
  • Source code. Closed source, as Lusha is.
  • Independently checked. ISO 27001.

Best for: B2B websites with steady traffic where sales wants named companies and the right contact at each

Leadinfo does what Lusha's website visitor product does, but as the core of the business. It unmasks visiting companies and links them to a database it says holds more than 300 million decision-makers. Pricing is by identified companies, not credits: Starter is €69 a month on annual billing for up to 100 companies with three seats, Scale is €159 and Pro €359, and every tier has a 14-day trial without a card.

Leadinfo cannot build a list from nothing, since it only surfaces companies that have already visited. Mobile numbers and unlimited seats are reserved for Pro, and the headline price climbs with traffic, up to €889 a month on Pro at higher volume. It holds ISO 27001, operates from Capelle aan den IJssel as part of teamblue, and does not publish a founding year.

What Leadinfo does better than Lusha

  • ISO 27001 stated, Dutch operator under EU law
  • Pricing by company volume, with no credit conversion
  • A 14-day trial on every tier

Where Leadinfo is a step down from Lusha

  • Inbound only, no cold search
  • Mobile numbers only on Pro
  • Price rises with traffic volume

Standout against Lusha. Leadinfo links each identified visitor company to named decision-makers inside one screen.

Albacross

Visitor identification from Stockholm with euro prices and outreach built in

Stockholm, SwedenStarter €59/month and Professional €149/month billed annually (€84 and €213 month to month); Organisation on request#9 in Sales Intelligence

  • Which law reaches it. EU (Sweden). Lusha is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
  • Where the data sits. Servers in Ireland.
  • Source code. Closed source, as Lusha is.

Best for: Small marketing teams that want identified visitors and first outreach steps without a second tool

Albacross sits next to Lusha's visitor feature rather than its contact database. It identifies companies on your site, shows the pages they read, segments them by behaviour and intent using AI, and lets you start email and LinkedIn sequences from the same product. Starter is €59 a month on annual billing (€84 monthly) for 100 identified companies, and Professional is €149 (€213) for 500.

The data-location answer is simple: Albacross Nordic AB states in its privacy policy that data is stored on servers in Ireland. There is no permanent free plan, only a 14-day trial without a card, the Organisation plan is quote-only, and each plan caps identified companies per month. Founding date and certifications are not published on the pages checked.

What Albacross does better than Lusha

  • Euro prices on two public tiers
  • Stated server location in Ireland
  • Outreach sequences from identified visitors

Where Albacross is a step down from Lusha

  • No permanent free plan
  • Monthly caps on identified companies
  • No published certification

Standout against Lusha. Albacross is the only visitor tool here that starts the outreach sequence itself.

Pharow

List building on French company data, with phones bought through a partner

Paris, FranceSee website; the plan page lists Essentiel and Avancé plans, billed monthly, quarterly or yearly, with a 15-day free trial#10 in Lead Generation Software

  • Which law reaches it. EU (France). Lusha is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
  • Where the data sits. Not stated; the website is hosted by OVH.
  • Source code. Closed source, as Lusha is.

Best for: Agencies and sales teams that select French companies by revenue, headcount or hiring signals

Pharow starts from the company, where Lusha starts from the person. You filter by revenue, headcount, number of establishments, sector and NAF code, add hiring or funding signals, then look for decision-makers by job title and view an org chart. Results go to a CRM, CSV or webhook. If your territory is France, the company filters are sharper than a general database offers.

Outside France it is weaker, and the interface and pricing page are in French. Price amounts did not render on the page we checked, so no figure is given here. Phone enrichment runs through Fullenrich and costs 10 credits, against Lusha's 5, while adding a contact to a list costs 1 credit. Credits do not expire, which suits uneven prospecting months better than an annual reset.

What Pharow does better than Lusha

  • Company filters on revenue, NAF code and hiring signals
  • Credits that do not expire
  • A French SAS with an OVH-hosted site

Where Pharow is a step down from Lusha

  • France-focused, not pan-European
  • Phone numbers cost 10 credits via a partner
  • French-language interface and pricing page

Standout against Lusha. Pharow filters companies on NAF code and hiring or funding signals, something Lusha does not advertise.

Datagma

The pay-per-match mobile finder for people who only need the number

Paris, FranceFree plan with 100 credits per month; paid plans from $49 per month ($39 per month billed yearly), shown in US dollars#11 in Lead Generation Software

  • Which law reaches it. EU (France). Lusha is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
  • Where the data sits. Not stated for the product; the privacy policy lists Amazon Web Services, Inc. as a storage subcontractor for data processed via the website.
  • Source code. Closed source, as Lusha is.

Best for: Recruiters, agencies and individual sellers who already have names and want direct mobiles

Datagma does one job: from a name and a company, or a CSV, it returns a verified email or a direct mobile number. One credit is an email and 30 credits are a mobile. It states that credits are billed only for successful matches, and the Free plan gives 100 credits a month. That puts the cost of a phone at 30 credits, against 5 at Lusha, so compare plans, not rates.

Paid plans start at $49 a month ($39 yearly) for 3,000 credits, and extra seats are $5 a month. Annual credits reset at renewal, the prices are in US dollars, and the legal notice says the website is hosted by Kinsta, a US company, while the privacy policy lists Amazon Web Services, Inc. as a storage subcontractor. The product's own data location is not stated, so ask before signing.

What Datagma does better than Lusha

  • Billing only for successful matches
  • Mobile lookup without a profile URL
  • API plus Clay, Zapier and Make connections

Where Datagma is a step down from Lusha

  • No search, lists or outreach
  • US-dollar prices and US subcontractors
  • Annual credits reset at renewal

Standout against Lusha. Datagma finds a mobile number from just a name and a company, with no profile page required.

What actually breaks when you switch

The first break is the extension. Reps who reveal contacts from a profile will notice any change in click count, and a tool that only works from a list will feel slower even if the data is better.

Give a pilot group two weeks with the new extension, and keep Lusha running alongside until the pilot group stops asking to switch back. Check that the new tool shows the same fields your CRM requires, in particular mobile numbers, job titles and company domains.

The second is contract and data. Lusha plans renew automatically and cancel at the end of the cycle, and annual credits reset, so the calendar decides when you can leave without losing spend.

Export what you need from the Lusha workspace before the plan ends, and ask the new vendor for a data processing agreement and a list of sub-processors in the same week. Then retrain: credits are counted differently at each vendor, so rewrite the internal rule of thumb about what a reveal costs.

Can I keep using the Lusha extension while I test a European tool?

Yes, and for most teams that is the safest route. Lusha's monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing cycle and unused credits stay available until then, so there is no need to cancel on day one. Run the European tool on a single team for one cycle, count how many contacts each tool returned for the same list of names, and compare the cost per reached person rather than per credit.

Annual plans change the picture. All credits are issued up front and reset at the end of the cycle, so there is no reason to buy a second tool at full volume while a year of Lusha credits is still unspent. Time the trial of the European tool for the last quarter of the Lusha term and decide on renewal day.

Will a European tool find as many mobile numbers as Lusha?

Not necessarily, and no vendor page lets you prove it in advance. Lusha's pricing page does not quote a coverage figure for European mobiles, and the European vendors state their own numbers in their own way: Kaspr claims more than 500 million verified phone numbers and emails from over 150 sources, and Cognism screens its phone data against Do Not Call lists. These are vendor claims on different bases, so treat them as a reason to test.

The reliable method is a blind sample. Take 100 contacts your reps already reached successfully, run them through each tool and count the numbers that connect. Do it with contacts in the countries you sell to, because a tool built around France or the Benelux will look different on a German or Spanish list.

Which one to pick

If your reps phone prospects in several European countries and a legal team signs off the data source, start with Cognism, and use Kaspr for individual seats that live in LinkedIn. If the job is clean email addresses for names you already hold, pick Dropcontact; if it is mobiles from a name and a company, pick Datagma and accept the US-dollar bill. For French territory work, Pharow gives company filters that Lusha does not advertise.

If most of your value from Lusha came from knowing who visits the site, move to Leadfeeder, Leadinfo or Albacross and drop the contact database. If you mainly wanted a place to send the contacts, lemlist, Overloop or Waalaxy replace the sequence step, with Overloop closest to Lusha's mixed data-and-outreach shape. Whatever you choose, test with 100 contacts from your own pipeline before you sign.

Frequently Asked Questions

For phone numbers and a similar workflow, <a href="/tool/cognism">Cognism</a> and <a href="/tool/kaspr">Kaspr</a> come closest: Cognism for teams with a data budget and compliance questions, Kaspr for single seats working inside LinkedIn. For email accuracy at a pay-on-success price, <a href="/tool/dropcontact">Dropcontact</a> fits. For finding out who already visits your site, <a href="/tool/leadfeeder">Leadfeeder</a> and <a href="/tool/leadinfo">Leadinfo</a> do a job Lusha only partly covers.

Lusha prices in credits, with 5 credits per phone number and 1 per email, and does not render plan prices on its pricing page. Kaspr publishes €45 and €79 per user per month, Dropcontact €79 and €120 per month, Waalaxy €19, €49 and €69 per user per month, and Leadinfo from €69 per month. The models differ, so compare cost per contact you actually reach.

Lusha publishes a privacy notice, an opt-out page and a transfer impact assessment, and names Lusha Systems Inc. and Lusha Systems Ltd. as joint controllers. We cannot rate a vendor's compliance from its pages alone. What we can say is that the contracting party is a US company with an Israeli affiliate, so a European customer needs a transfer mechanism and a risk assessment on file, which European providers contracting under EU law avoid.

Kaspr has a free plan with 15 B2B email credits, 5 phone credits and 5 direct email credits a month, Datagma gives 100 credits a month, and Leadfeeder has a free Lite tier that identifies up to 100 companies a month. Lusha itself gives up to 40 credits a month. The free plans differ in kind, so pick the one that matches the job.

Partly. <a href="/tool/datagma">Datagma</a> says it serves recruiters and finds a mobile number from a name and a company, and Kaspr works on professional profiles. Neither is a recruiting suite, and neither publishes recruiter-specific data coverage. Test with candidates in your target country before moving the whole team.
