European Alternatives to Salesloft
Looking for a European alternative to Salesloft? Salesloft, Inc. is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and its privacy policy names Clari, Inc. and Groove Labs LLC as affiliates; it publishes no prices and sends buyers to a sales conversation.
The European tools below run cadences from France, Belgium, Poland, Estonia and the Netherlands, with published prices starting at EUR 19 per user per month, and several sync to HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce.
How we rank these tools — 4-step process
-
1
European ownership, verified
The company is headquartered and incorporated in the EU, EEA or Switzerland, and processes customer data in Europe. A US parent company disqualifies a tool from this page regardless of where its servers are.
-
2
Category fit and hands-on review
What the tool actually does, who it suits, and where it falls short — checked against the vendor’s own documentation, changelog and pricing page rather than its marketing copy.
-
3
Compliance and pricing check
GDPR posture, hosting location and the prices quoted on this page are verified against the vendor’s public pricing before publication, and re-checked when we revisit the category.
-
4
Position on this page
Placement on this page can be paid, and that can affect which tools appear here and the order they appear in. It never buys a good review: a tool that fails the checks above is not here at any price, and payment does not change the shortcomings we write about. A vendor can ask us to correct a factual error — not to remove a criticism.
Vendors can pay for visibility on this page. It never changes what an entry says about a product, including the criticism, and we earn nothing when you click through to a vendor. Paid placement can affect which tools appear here and the order they appear in. Editorial policy

Key takeaways
- Salesloft, Inc. is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and its privacy policy names Clari, Inc. and Groove Labs LLC as affiliates that can act as sub-processors of customer data.
- Salesloft publishes no prices; its pricing page only offers a conversation with sales.
- Overloop (Brussels) is the closest European match to Salesloft's per-user model, at USD 69 or USD 99 per user per month with CRM integrations.
- Zeliq (Paris) is the only tool in this selection with a permanent free plan and published Aircall and Ringover dialer connections.
- None of the ten European tools publishes a forecasting or call-analysis product comparable to Salesloft's Clari Forecast or Conversation Intelligence.
Why people leave Salesloft
Salesloft, Inc. sells a revenue platform rather than a single outreach tool. Its own navigation lists Cadence for sequencing, Conversation Intelligence, Deals, Rhythm, Inspect, Analytics, Signals, AI agents and Clari Forecast, and the login menu now shows Clari Forecast, Conversations, Drift and Groove next to Salesloft itself. A buyer who signed up for email cadences can end up evaluating a stack that spans pipeline inspection and forecasting.
The company is based at 285 W Wieuca Rd NE in Atlanta, Georgia, according to its privacy policy, and that policy names Clari, Inc. and Groove Labs LLC as affiliates. One consolidated policy now covers the Salesloft and Clari brands and replaces the former Clari policy. For a European buyer this means the party holding sales data is a US group with several legal entities, not a single contract partner in the EU.
People look elsewhere for reasons that have little to do with the quality of cadences. Salesloft publishes no prices (the pricing page is a form that books a conversation with sales), the product is built for revenue teams with an operations function, and the data it touches is sensitive: email metadata, calendars, call recordings and CRM records. Smaller outbound teams and EU-based buyers often want a simpler tool with a contract under their own law.
- No published price, only a sales conversation The Salesloft pricing page shows no plan, no per-seat figure and no price range. It offers a form for a business email, a quick intro call and a tailored walkthrough. That is normal for enterprise software, but it makes budgeting hard for a team of five. Against that, Overloop, Lemlist, Waalaxy and Woodpecker.co publish every tier below their enterprise plans, so a buyer can model the cost before talking to anyone.
- Sales data goes to a US group with several affiliates Salesloft's policy says customer data, including CRM data, email and calendar information and call and meeting recordings, can be processed by Clari, Inc. or another Salesloft affiliate as a sub-processor. Transfers out of the EEA, UK and Switzerland rest on the Data Privacy Framework certification and on Standard Contractual Clauses. A European vendor has no such transfer layer for its own processing, which shortens the paperwork in a security review.
- Inbox access is the price of the integration To work with Gmail, Salesloft asks for read-only access to a business Gmail account, and some features, such as Groove by Clari, need compose and modify access. Its policy states that authorising the connection gives it access to all email content as defined by Google's Gmail API. Many outbound tools instead send from mailboxes you connect for sending only, which is a narrower relationship to the rep's inbox.
- More platform than a small outbound team uses Forecasting, conversation intelligence and deal inspection matter when a revenue organisation has managers who review pipeline weekly. A founder-led team running cold email and LinkedIn does not use them. Paying for a full revenue stack to get sequences is the situation in which a focused European cadence tool, at a flat per-user or per-volume price, is the more direct purchase.
What you have to replace, not just match
The core to replace is the cadence: a timed series of email, call tasks and social steps that stops when a prospect replies. Every tool on this page does that, but the surrounding pieces differ.
Salesloft ties cadences to CRM records, reply tracking and manager reporting. Among the European tools, Overloop, Zeliq and La Growth Machine sync with HubSpot or Pipedrive, and Overloop and Zeliq add Salesforce (Overloop only on its custom Enterprise tier), so check which CRM sits under your reps before ranking anything.
The second piece is calling. Salesloft sells conversation intelligence, which records and analyses calls. No European tool here replaces that analysis. What you can replace is the act of calling: Zeliq connects to the Aircall and Ringover dialers, La Growth Machine sequences calls as a channel, and Lemlist includes calling on its Multichannel plan. Recording, transcription and coaching would need a separate product, for instance from the AI meeting assistant category.
The third piece is everything above the rep: forecast roll-ups, deal inspection and analytics for managers. None of the ten tools offers those as a core feature, and the vendors' own pages describe prospecting and outreach, not forecasting. Teams that use Salesloft mainly for those functions should read this page as covering only part of their stack, and keep the forecasting layer in their CRM or a separate tool.

How each alternative compares to Salesloft
Best for: Small sales teams that want per-user cadences, a built-in database and a Belgian contract partner
Against Salesloft, Overloop is the smaller, priced-in-public version of the same idea: a rep logs in, builds a campaign of email and LinkedIn steps, and the tool syncs the outcome to the CRM. The operating company, Overloop SRL, shows a Brussels address and a Belgian VAT number in its footer, so the contracting party sits under European law.
Starter costs USD 69 per user per month with 250 credits, and Growth costs USD 99 with 500 credits, three email accounts and ten campaigns. The credit model means enriching contacts has a cost per record that Salesloft's quote-based pricing never shows you up front, so budget by prospects per month rather than by seats alone.
What Overloop does better than Salesloft
- Published per-user prices against a quote-only page
- Contact database inside the product
- HubSpot and Pipedrive sync from the Growth plan
- Belgian contracting party
Where Overloop is a step down from Salesloft
- No forecasting, deal inspection or call analysis
- Salesforce integration only on the custom Enterprise tier
- Credit allowances are small next to a full seat licence
Standout against Salesloft. A Belgian prospecting tool, running since 2015, whose per-user tiers read most like a Salesloft seat with the price on the page.
Best for: Outbound teams that want to add LinkedIn, SMS and calls to email without a per-seat bill
Lemlist, run by LEMPIRE SAS in Paris, covers the cadence part of Salesloft with more social channels than Salesloft's navigation mentions: email, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and a call step on the Multichannel plan. Its terms name Paris courts, so a dispute stays in France.
The Email plan is USD 55 a month billed annually for 50,000 emails with unlimited users and senders, and Multichannel is USD 87 with five senders per user. A fifteen-person team therefore pays for volume and channels, not headcount. Enrichment and buying-intent signals are add-ons at USD 16 and USD 21 a month, which approximates Salesloft's Signals idea at a smaller scale.
What Lemlist does better than Salesloft
- Unlimited users on the entry plan
- More outreach channels than email and calls
- Published prices below Enterprise
- French contract under Paris courts
Where Lemlist is a step down from Salesloft
- No manager forecasting or conversation analysis
- SSO and SAML require a sales conversation
- Prices in US dollars add exchange-rate movement
Standout against Salesloft. It prices by senders and volume instead of seats, which changes the maths for any team larger than five.
Best for: Reps and small teams that call as much as they email and use HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive
Zeliq, from GetHeroes SAS in Paris, is the tool on this page that leans hardest on the phone side of Salesloft's workflow. It enriches contacts with emails and phone numbers, runs sequences and connects to the Aircall and Ringover dialers, with sync to HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. It also keeps a free Basic plan, limited to 100 imported leads a month and two active email sequences.
Starter is USD 59 per user per month with 750 credits, and Custom starts from USD 1,500 per user per year for at least three licences. One caveat from its privacy policy: website data is hosted on servers outside the European Union, so ask for the data processing terms covering the product before loading a prospect list.
What Zeliq does better than Salesloft
- A permanent free plan
- Published dialer connections
- Salesforce sync listed alongside HubSpot and Pipedrive
- Contact data and sequences in one tool
Where Zeliq is a step down from Salesloft
- Lighter sequencing logic than Lemlist
- Hosting statement points outside the EU
- No call recording or analysis of its own
Standout against Salesloft. It is the only option here that lets a rep start for free and connect a dialer.
La Growth Machine
Cadences that add X and calls to LinkedIn and email, priced per sending account
Best for: Teams that want every touchpoint in one sequence and accept paying per connected account
La Growth Machine sequences LinkedIn, email, X and calls from cloud infrastructure with dedicated mobile proxies. Where Salesloft sells a platform around the rep, this is a sequencing tool built by an outbound agency team, founded in 2019, and it syncs with HubSpot and Pipedrive on its top tier.
Billing is per sending identity: Basic is EUR 60 per month, Pro and Ultimate EUR 120, with an Agency plan from six identities. That suits a few senders running many campaigns and punishes a team that wants every rep to have several accounts. The vendor's own pages do not confirm the registered city, so confirm the contracting entity on the order form.
What La Growth Machine does better than Salesloft
- Four channels in one sequence
- Euro prices published per identity
- No browser extension to install
- Agency plan for many senders
Where La Growth Machine is a step down from Salesloft
- Registered city not confirmed in a legal notice
- Per-identity pricing scales fast with many reps
- No forecasting or conversation analysis
Standout against Salesloft. The only LinkedIn-led tool here that puts a call step into the same workflow as email and X.
Best for: Email-first teams whose headcount varies and whose volume is predictable
Woodpecker.co, based in Wrocław, turns the Salesloft pricing question around: nobody counts seats. A plan costs USD 7 per 100 contacted prospects, 25% less when billed annually, and every plan includes 16,000 emails a month, verification, four warm-ups and unlimited team members and email accounts.
The cost is then driven entirely by how many people you contact, which rewards careful targeting and punishes volume. LinkedIn outreach is not native; it is a USD 29 a month add-on per connected account. Note that the company's current terms name Woodpecker AI sp. z o.o. in Wrocław as the contracting party, which differs from the listing on this site.
What Woodpecker.co does better than Salesloft
- Unlimited team members on every plan
- Verification and warm-up included
- Cost follows prospects contacted, not seats
- 14-day trial with full features and no card
Where Woodpecker.co is a step down from Salesloft
- LinkedIn only as a paid add-on
- Cost climbs directly with outreach volume
- No call step or dialer listed in the facts we checked
Standout against Salesloft. It is the one tool here where adding a rep costs nothing.
Best for: Outbound teams that run many mailboxes and want volume, not seat licences
Salesforge is a Tallinn email sequencer that sells unlimited mailboxes, workspaces and warm-up on both plans. Pro is USD 40 a month with 1,000 active contacts, 5,000 emails and one user. Growth is USD 80 with 10,000 contacts, 50,000 emails and unlimited users and LinkedIn senders.
For a team leaving Salesloft because of cost, that is the sharpest drop in the list. An AI SDR called Agent Frank is sold separately at USD 499 a month billed quarterly. The pages name no hosting region and no certification, so ask for the subprocessor list before moving a prospect database in. Salesforge OU is listed in the Estonian e-Business Register.
What Salesforge does better than Salesloft
- Entry price of USD 40 a month
- Unlimited mailboxes and warm-up on both plans
- Unlimited users on Growth
Where Salesforge is a step down from Salesloft
- Pro is limited to one user
- No stated hosting location or certification
- No dialer, forecasting or call analysis
Standout against Salesloft. Unlimited mailboxes from USD 40 a month undercut most per-seat cadence tools.
Best for: Small agencies and founder-led teams that want fixed monthly plans in euros
Emelia, operated by Bridgers SAS in Paris, builds sequences in a visual flow that branches on opens, clicks, replies and LinkedIn acceptances. It includes an email finder, a phone finder, an email verifier and a unified inbox, so the data work Salesloft users often buy separately sits in the same account.
Plans are Start at EUR 37 a month, Grow at EUR 97 and Scale at EUR 297, with discounts of roughly 16% on yearly billing, and sending and warm-up are unlimited on all three. The limit is mailboxes (3, 50 or unlimited) and LinkedIn accounts. The legal notice says the site is hosted by AWS but does not say where customer data sits.
What Emelia does better than Salesloft
- Prices in euros and fixed per plan
- Phone and email finder built in
- Unified inbox for replies
Where Emelia is a step down from Salesloft
- Only a 7-day trial, no free plan
- Data location not stated
- No CRM integration list on the pages we checked
Standout against Salesloft. A flat euro price with unlimited sending, for a team that does not want a seat count.
Best for: Small teams whose Salesloft use was mostly LinkedIn touches rather than email cadences
Waalaxy, from SAS Waapi in Montpellier, is the weakest match for Salesloft's email and call workflow and the strongest for a rep who only wants LinkedIn automation. Pro is EUR 19 per user per month with 300 invites, Advanced is EUR 49 with 800 and API access, and Business is EUR 69 and adds cold email sequences.
Annual billing takes 50% off, which makes the effective price low. The invitation cap stays at 800 a month even on the top tier, and the vendor lists no certification. The vendor pages we checked list no call step, so a team that runs phone steps would need a dialer next to it.
What Waalaxy does better than Salesloft
- Lowest published per-user entry price at EUR 19
- API, Make, Zapier and n8n from Advanced
Where Waalaxy is a step down from Salesloft
- Email only on the top tier
- Invitation volume capped at 800 a month
Standout against Salesloft. The cheapest per-user LinkedIn entry point on the page, with a 50% annual discount.
Best for: Small teams that need a French host named in writing and a low usage-based entry price
Magileads covers email, LinkedIn and SMS campaigns with contact enrichment and a white-label option. Its own pages state that it is hosted on OVH servers in France, the only named European hosting statement among the ten tools, and pricing starts from EUR 25 a month excluding tax, scaling with enrichment volume and accounts.
It is also the hardest vendor on this page to verify: no registered city, founding date or certification appears on the pages checked, so confirm the legal entity in the French company register before contracting. Treat it as a candidate for a pilot, not a replacement for a team's full Salesloft deployment.
What Magileads does better than Salesloft
- Named French hosting on OVH
- Entry price from EUR 25
- White label for agencies
Where Magileads is a step down from Salesloft
- Legal entity details missing on vendor pages
- Usage-based price is hard to forecast
Standout against Salesloft. The only tool here whose own pages say where the data sits: OVH in France.
Best for: Teams whose main concern is LinkedIn account safety
Expandi, operated by ProfitSoft B.V. in Eindhoven, is LinkedIn automation designed around account safety: it runs from a dedicated cloud IP rather than a browser extension and offers multichannel outreach and unlimited campaigns. It covers one channel of what Salesloft does and has no dialer, so reps whose day is calls and email should look at Overloop or Lemlist above.
Pricing is a single published Business plan at USD 99 a month, or USD 79 billed annually, with a 7-day trial and an Agency plan for ten or more seats on request. The EP review notes no founding date or certification is published, that there is no cheaper entry tier for one user, and that the invoice may come from either ProfitSoft or LeadExpress B.V., so confirm which on the order form.
What Expandi does better than Salesloft
- Cloud-IP design built around LinkedIn account safety
- One flat published price
- Dutch contracting party with a named registered office
Where Expandi is a step down from Salesloft
- LinkedIn only, no dialer
- Prices in US dollars and no cheaper solo tier
- No founding date or certification published
Standout against Salesloft. The clearest LinkedIn account-safety design among the tools here.
What actually breaks when you switch
The first break is data. Cadence definitions, templates and sent-email history live in Salesloft and do not travel as a ready-made package, so plan on rebuilding sequences by hand and exporting contacts and activity from the CRM, where the system of record should already be. Templates written for a Salesloft cadence need re-checking for merge fields, because each tool names its variables differently. Ask your Salesloft contact what an export includes before you give notice.
The second break is the people and the contract. Reps lose their familiar call-task queue and the manager loses forecast and conversation views, so decide which of those you replace and which you drop. Check your Salesloft term for renewal and notice terms, and keep both systems running for one billing cycle. Warm-up for new sending mailboxes takes weeks, so move email volume gradually rather than in a single week.
Can a European tool replace Salesloft for a team that uses it every day?
It depends on which part of Salesloft the team uses every day. If the answer is sequences, reply handling and CRM logging, then Overloop, Zeliq or Lemlist cover the same loop and publish their pricing. A rep who builds a cadence, adds a call step and syncs the result to HubSpot or Pipedrive will find the same objects under different names.
If the daily work is pipeline inspection, forecast calls or reviewing recorded conversations, the answer is no, at least not within these ten tools. In that case the realistic move is to split the stack: a European cadence tool for outreach and the CRM's own reporting for the managers. Run both in parallel for a quarter before cancelling anything.
Is the EU-US Data Privacy Framework enough for sales data held by Salesloft?
Salesloft states that it, together with Clari, Inc. and Groove Labs LLC, is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, with the UK extension and the Swiss-U.S. framework, and that it uses Standard Contractual Clauses where needed. That is a legal basis for transfers, and many companies accept it. Whether it is enough is a risk decision for your data protection officer.
What the framework does not change is the nationality of the processor. A US company can be compelled by US law to disclose data it controls, whichever data centre holds it. A European contract party avoids that layer for its own processing, though several European tools above still disclose US or non-EU hosting, so read each vendor's data location statement as well.
Which one to pick
Choose Overloop if you want the structure of Salesloft (seats, CRM sync, a database) at a Belgian vendor with prices on the page, and Lemlist if your team is mixed in size and wants email, LinkedIn and calling under a flat sender price. Zeliq fits reps who call, use Aircall or Ringover, and want to start without a contract. La Growth Machine is the pick when every prospect should be reached on LinkedIn, email, X and the phone.
Choose Woodpecker.co or Salesforge when the job is email volume and the headcount keeps changing, Emelia for fixed euro plans for a small agency, and Waalaxy or Magileads only when LinkedIn or a named French host is the deciding factor. If your use of Salesloft is mostly forecasting or recorded-call coaching, do not switch to any of these for that part: keep that layer where it is, or replace it separately.
Frequently Asked Questions
For a team that wants the same shape of tool, per-user cadences with CRM sync, Overloop in Brussels is the nearest match and Lemlist in Paris is the broadest on channels, with email, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and calling. Zeliq suits individual reps who want a free start and a dialer link. None replaces Salesloft's forecasting or conversation analysis.
Not on the pages checked on 19 October 2026. The pricing page asks for a business email and offers an intro call and a tailored walkthrough. Overloop, Lemlist, Waalaxy, Salesforge and Emelia all show prices on their sites, which lets you compare the cost of your team size before booking any call.
The site footer reads Salesloft, Inc., and the privacy policy lists Clari, Inc. and Groove Labs LLC as affiliates. That policy replaces the former Clari policy, and the login menu offers Clari Forecast, Conversations, Drift and Groove. The pages checked do not explain the corporate structure beyond that, so ask for the contracting entity on your order form.
Zeliq syncs with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. Overloop supports HubSpot and Pipedrive from its Growth plan and Salesforce on the custom Enterprise tier. La Growth Machine lists HubSpot and Pipedrive on its top tier. Check the integration on the plan you will actually buy, because vendors often reserve it for higher tiers.
Only for the LinkedIn part of outreach. Waalaxy, for example, is built around LinkedIn invitations and adds email on its EUR 69 tier. LinkedIn restricts third-party automation in its user agreement, so every such tool carries an account risk that a sequence of email and calls does not. Teams moving from Salesloft usually keep email and calls first.
