European LinkedIn Automation Tools

LinkedIn automation tools send connection requests and messages, visit profiles and export search results on your behalf, usually through your own LinkedIn session. That makes the vendor a processor of prospect and customer contact data, so it matters whether the company behind the tool contracts under EU, UK or Swiss law. The twelve tools below are run by companies in France, the Netherlands, Estonia, Belgium, Cyprus and the United Kingdom.

How we rank these tools — 4-step process
  1. 1
    European ownership, verified

The company is headquartered and incorporated in the EU, EEA, the UK, Switzerland or Israel, and processes customer data in Europe or Israel. A US parent company disqualifies a tool from this page regardless of where its servers are.

  2. 2
    Category fit and hands-on review

What the tool actually does, who it suits, and where it falls short — checked against the vendor’s own documentation, changelog and pricing page rather than its marketing copy.

  3. 3
    Compliance and pricing check

GDPR posture, hosting location and the prices quoted on this page are verified against the vendor’s public pricing before publication, and re-checked when we revisit the category.

  4. 4
    Position on this page

Placement on this page can be paid, and that can affect the order tools appear in. It never buys a listing: a tool that fails the checks above is not here at any price, and payment does not change the shortcomings we write about. A vendor can ask us to correct a factual error — not to remove a criticism.

Vendors can pay for visibility on this page. It never changes what an entry says about a product, including the criticism, and we earn nothing when you click through to a vendor. Paid placement can affect the order in which tools appear; it never affects whether a tool is listed. Editorial policy

Key takeaways

  • Waalaxy, run by SAS Waapi in Montpellier, is the lowest-priced entry in this directory at EUR 19 per user per month, and La Growth Machine is the only tool that chains LinkedIn, email, X and phone calls in one campaign.
  • Dux-Soup (Supertec B.V., Breda), Expandi (ProfitSoft B.V., Eindhoven) and HeyReach (HeyReach Inc OU, Tallinn) are the three tools in this category built around LinkedIn alone, and none of them includes native email sending.
  • Evaboot (Nademode OU, Tallinn) and Kaspr (KASPR SAS, Paris) do not send messages at all: Evaboot exports Sales Navigator searches with verified emails, and Kaspr shows emails and phone numbers on a LinkedIn profile.
  • Skylead is registered at Companies House in London and Closely is a Cyprus company whose privacy policy puts its servers in the USA, so two of the twelve tools give a European contract without European hosting.
  • LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits bots and other unauthorized automated methods, which means every tool in this category, whatever its country of registration, carries the same account risk for the person who connects it.

European LinkedIn automation tools are software that sends connection requests and messages, visits profiles or exports search results through your own LinkedIn account, sold by a company contracting under EU, UK or Swiss law, which matters because the vendor then processes the contact data of your prospects and customers.

#1 Waalaxy

Montpellier, France From €19/user/month, published tiers Demo on request

Best for: Small teams that want LinkedIn sequences at a clearly published per-user price and add email only when they need it

  • Operating company. SAS Waapi
  • Jurisdiction. EU (France)
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Reply.io, Expandi, Dripify

Waalaxy is the entry-level sequencer of this directory, with a Pro tier at EUR 19 per user per month that already allows unlimited campaigns and 300 LinkedIn invites a month.

Advanced at EUR 49 raises the invite cap to 800 and adds API access plus Make, Zapier and n8n connections, and the top Business tier at EUR 69 is where cold email sequences and 500 email-finder credits a month appear. It runs in the cloud, so there is no browser extension to keep open.

The operating company is SAS Waapi, registered in Montpellier under RCS 841124001, which puts the contract under French law. The vendor gives no founding date and names no certification beyond its EU incorporation. Billing discounts are the largest published in the category, 20 percent quarterly and 50 percent annually, which shifts the real cost for any team willing to commit for a year. The trade-off is that a team wanting both channels from the first week pays the Business price.

What Waalaxy does well

  • Three clearly published per-user tiers
  • Unlimited campaigns from the entry tier
  • API, Make, Zapier and n8n on the mid tier
  • Large billing discounts: 20% quarterly, 50% annually
  • Cloud-based, no browser extension

Where Waalaxy falls short

  • Email sequencing only on the top Business tier
  • LinkedIn invites capped at 800 a month even on Business
  • No founding date or certification published
  • Billed per user, so costs scale with headcount

Standout feature. It publishes the steepest billing discount in the category, 50 percent off with annual billing.

#2 La Growth Machine

France (exact city not confirmed via an official legal notice) Founded 2019 From €60/month per identity, published tiers Demo on request

Best for: Outbound teams that want one campaign to move from LinkedIn to email, X and phone calls

  • Operating company. La Growth Machine
  • Jurisdiction. EU (France)
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Outreach, Apollo.io, Lemlist

La Growth Machine sequences four channels from one campaign: LinkedIn, email, X and calls, sent from cloud infrastructure with dedicated mobile proxies. Billing counts sending identities rather than seats, with Basic at EUR 60 a month per identity, Pro at EUR 120 with 400 enriched leads a month and Ultimate at EUR 120 with 1,000 leads, unlimited campaigns and HubSpot and Pipedrive integrations. An Agency plan starts at six identities.

The company was founded in 2019 by Brice, Adrien and Boris out of an outbound agency that served roughly 450 B2B startups, which the vendor says is how the product began. France is confirmed as the country of registration, but the EP review could not confirm the city from an official legal notice, so the entity is flagged rather than guessed. Teams that run several identities per rep will see the per-identity billing scale quickly.

What La Growth Machine does well

  • Four channels: LinkedIn, email, X and calls
  • Cloud-based sending with dedicated mobile proxies
  • CRM integrations with HubSpot and Pipedrive on the top tier
  • Well-documented founding story and team
  • Prices published in euros

Where La Growth Machine falls short

  • Registered city not confirmed in an official legal notice
  • Per-identity billing scales quickly with several accounts per rep
  • Pro and Ultimate cost the same despite different features
  • No certification published

Standout feature. It is the only tool in this category that sequences LinkedIn, email, X and phone calls together from a single campaign.

#3 Lemlist

Paris, France From $55/month (annual), published tiers Demo on request

Best for: Teams whose outbound already runs on email and who want LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and calling under the same price

  • Operating company. LEMPIRE SAS
  • Jurisdiction. EU (France)
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Outreach, Salesloft, Reply.io

Lemlist grew from email sequencing and now covers email, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and a call dialer, which is the widest channel mix of the twelve. The Email plan costs $55 a month billed annually ($69 monthly) for 50,000 emails with unlimited users and senders, and the Multichannel plan costs $87 annually ($109 monthly) with up to 5 senders per user. Lead enrichment and buying-intent signals are add-ons at $16 and $21 a month.

The legal operator is LEMPIRE SAS, registered at rue La Boetie in Paris, under French law. The pages checked give no founding date and no compliance certification such as SOC 2 or ISO, so buyers with such a requirement should ask directly. Enterprise adds SSO and SAML on request. All prices are in US dollars, so VAT and exchange rates apply on top of what the pricing page shows.

What Lemlist does well

  • Widest channel mix in the list: email, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and calling
  • Unlimited users and senders on the entry Email plan
  • Prices published at every tier below Enterprise
  • French company with a named registered office in Paris
  • Enrichment and intent add-ons available inside the product

Where Lemlist falls short

  • No founding date or compliance certification published on the pages checked
  • The Multichannel plan caps senders at 5 per user
  • SSO and SAML still require a sales conversation
  • Prices are in US dollars, so VAT and exchange rates apply on top

Standout feature. It is the only tool here that puts email, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and calling on one published-price plan.

#4 Expandi

Eindhoven, Netherlands $99/month ($79/month annual), published Demo on request

Best for: Teams that prospect only on LinkedIn and rank protection of the account above price

  • Operating company. ProfitSoft B.V. (also referenced as LeadExpress B.V.)
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Netherlands)
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Dux-Soup, We-Connect, Waalaxy

Expandi builds its pitch on where the messages come from: a dedicated cloud IP instead of a browser extension, which the vendor presents as safer for LinkedIn account health. It offers one flat Business plan at $99 a month, or $79 billed annually, with unlimited campaigns and multichannel outreach features, and a custom Agency plan for ten or more seats that adds role management and a white-label option.

The contracting party is ProfitSoft B.V., which the site footer also references as LeadExpress B.V., registered at Meerenakkerplein in Eindhoven. There is no founding date and no certification published, and the free trial lasts only seven days, though it gives full access. The single-plan model is simple to budget but leaves a solo user without a cheaper option, and the claim about safety is the vendor's own design argument, not a promise that LinkedIn will not restrict an account.

What Expandi does well

  • Dedicated cloud IP, no browser extension required
  • One flat, published price instead of a tier ladder
  • Unlimited campaigns on the single Business plan
  • White-label option on the Agency plan
  • Dutch company with a named registered office

Where Expandi falls short

  • No lower-cost tier for a solo user
  • Only a 7-day free trial
  • No founding date or certification published
  • Prices in US dollars

Standout feature. It is the only tool here whose central design choice is a separate cloud IP for every account instead of an extension.

#5 Dux-Soup

Breda, Netherlands Founded 2015 STACKED local: US$55 per seat per month (US$41.25 billed annually). STACKED cloud: US$99 per seat per month (US$74.17 billed annually). Demo on request

Best for: Individuals and small teams that only prospect on LinkedIn and want a long-established Dutch vendor

  • Operating company. Supertec B.V.
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Netherlands)
  • Where the data sits. Servers in the European Union, per the vendor's GDPR statement
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach features, Waalaxy, Dripify, Meet Alfred

Dux-Soup is the LinkedIn-only specialist of the group and says on its own site that it does not add email or calling. A campaign chains up to 12 actions, from visits and connection requests to InMail, follows, endorsements and likes, with adjustable delays and automatic pausing when a reply arrives. It is sold as STACKED powered by Dux-Soup, locally at US$55 per seat per month or in the cloud at US$99.

Supertec B.V. in Breda is the contracting party, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 64816931, and Dutch law governs the terms. The vendor says it has operated since 2015, founded by Will van der Sanden, and that service data is hosted on servers in the European Union. Native integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Slack, plus Zapier, Make and an MCP server. The local version needs your own computer to stay running.

What Dux-Soup does well

  • Dutch vendor with a KvK registration and Dutch governing law
  • Service data hosted on servers in the EU per the vendor
  • Published per-seat prices for both local and cloud versions
  • Up to 12 actions per drip campaign with response detection
  • Integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Slack, Zapier and Make

Where Dux-Soup falls short

  • LinkedIn only, no email or phone steps
  • Prices in US dollars
  • Local version needs your computer running
  • Automation conflicts with LinkedIn's User Agreement

Standout feature. It offers the same campaign engine as a local desktop app or as a cloud service, and keeps its sequences strictly to LinkedIn.

#6 HeyReach

Tallinn, Estonia Growth USD 79 per sender per month (USD 71 quarterly, USD 63 yearly); Agency USD 999 per month for 25 to 50 senders; Unlimited USD 2,999 per month (capped at 300 senders under fair use); Done for you on request Demo on request

Best for: Agencies and outbound teams that run many LinkedIn sender accounts and want the cost fixed by sender count

  • Operating company. HeyReach Inc OU
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Estonia)
  • Where the data sits. Not stated; the privacy policy says data may be stored and processed in countries outside the country of residence
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Expandi, Waalaxy, Dux-Soup

HeyReach is priced around the sender rather than the seat. Growth costs USD 79 per sender per month, falling to USD 63 on yearly billing, with unlimited campaigns and 100 enrichment credits per sender. Agency costs USD 999 a month for 25 to 50 senders, and Unlimited costs USD 2,999 a month, capped at 300 senders under fair use. Email steps run through native Instantly and Smartlead integrations, since the product itself is LinkedIn only.

The terms name HeyReach Inc OU, an Estonian corporation under Estonian law, and the e-Business Register lists it under code 17149947 with a Tallinn address. The vendor says more than 7,000 businesses use it. Its privacy policy states no hosting location and no certification, so an agency that promises clients European residency has to ask in writing. A 14-day trial without a card is available, and Agency and Unlimited can request 30 days.

What HeyReach does well

  • Priced per sender, which suits agencies adding clients
  • Fixed Agency and Unlimited plans for many accounts
  • Native Instantly and Smartlead integrations
  • Estonian company confirmed in the e-Business Register
  • 14-day trial without a card

Where HeyReach falls short

  • LinkedIn only, with email handled through partner tools
  • No hosting location or certification stated
  • Prices in US dollars, excluding VAT
  • Unlimited tier is capped at 300 senders

Standout feature. It is the only tool here that sells fixed-price plans for dozens of connected LinkedIn accounts.

#7 Skylead

London, United Kingdom Founded 2020 All-in-one plan USD 100 per seat per month; Agency plan USD 999 per month for 25 seats or USD 1,999 for unlimited seats as a first-year promotion; annual billing is pay 10 months get 2 free Demo on request

Best for: Teams that want LinkedIn and email steps in one sequence and can accept a UK rather than an EU vendor

  • Operating company. Skylead Technologies Ltd
  • Jurisdiction. United Kingdom (adequacy decision, outside the EEA)
  • Where the data sits. The privacy policy says personal data is processed primarily in the United Kingdom and the United States
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Expandi, Waalaxy, Dripify

Skylead puts LinkedIn and email steps into the same smart sequence, with image and GIF personalisation, unlimited connected email accounts, infinite email warm-up, an email finder and verifier, a B2B database and an AI SDR on one all-in-one plan. That plan costs USD 100 per seat per month with 100,000 emails, and annual billing is pay 10 months, get 2 free. The Agency plan adds a unified inbox, client roles and white label.

Skylead Technologies Ltd is registered at Companies House as company 12887130, incorporated on 17 September 2020, with English law in the terms. That makes it a UK vendor covered by an EU adequacy decision, not an EU one, and its privacy policy says processing happens primarily in the United Kingdom and the United States. The Agency price of USD 999 for 25 seats is a first-year promotion, and there is no cheaper tier for a solo user.

What Skylead does well

  • LinkedIn and email steps in one smart sequence
  • Image and GIF personalisation
  • AI SDR and API on the single plan
  • White label and unified inbox on the Agency plan
  • Company confirmed at Companies House

Where Skylead falls short

  • USD 100 per seat is the highest entry price in this list
  • Registered in the UK, outside the EU
  • Processing primarily in the UK and the United States
  • Agency pricing is a first-year promotion

Standout feature. It personalises images and GIFs inside outreach messages, which no other sequencer here does.

#8 PhantomBuster

Paris, France See website; the vendor advertises a 14-day free trial with no credit card required Demo on request

Best for: Growth and sales operations people who build their own prospecting workflows rather than use a fixed sequence tool

  • Operating company. The Phantom Company SAS
  • Jurisdiction. EU (France)
  • Where the data sits. Platform personal data hosted on servers in the EU, per the vendor's privacy policy
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. LinkedIn Sales Navigator exports, Evaboot, Dux-Soup, Waalaxy

PhantomBuster is a set of separate automations that collect or act on data and can be chained into workflows, with solution pages for LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Google and Instagram. Its sub-processor list names French lead-enrichment providers, Icypeas, Dropcontact and BetterContact, and Bright Data in Israel, so a Sales Navigator export can be enriched and pushed onward without leaving the platform. Plan prices are not stated on the pages EP could read, so check the live page.

The contracting party is The Phantom Company SAS, registered in the Paris trade register under number 818 723 629, with French law and Paris courts in the terms.

The privacy policy says platform personal data is hosted exclusively on servers in the European Union, while the sub-processor list, last updated on 21 July 2026, also names US providers for AI features. The terms put responsibility for third-party platform rules on the customer, and support may access a LinkedIn session cookie with your explicit consent.

What PhantomBuster does well

  • French SAS with a Paris register number and French governing law
  • Platform personal data hosted in the EU per the privacy policy
  • Covers LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Google and Instagram
  • Publishes a dated sub-processor list and a DPA
  • 14-day free trial without a credit card

Where PhantomBuster falls short

  • More setup than a ready-made sequence tool
  • Responsibility for third-party platform rules sits with the customer
  • US sub-processors for AI features
  • Automation conflicts with LinkedIn's User Agreement

Standout feature. It is built as a chain of small automations, so you can design workflows that no fixed campaign builder offers.

#9 Evaboot

Tallinn, Estonia From $29/month for 400 credits; $49 for 1,000; $99 for 3,000; credits roll over Demo on request

Best for: Sales and recruiting teams that keep a Sales Navigator licence and want its search results as a clean, verified list

  • Operating company. Nademode OÜ
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Estonia)
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Phantombuster, Lusha, Apollo.io

Evaboot turns a Sales Navigator search into a cleaned list in one click, finds an email address for each lead and verifies it. Pricing is credit-based and published in US dollars: $29 a month for 400 credits, $49 for 1,000 and $99 for 3,000, with unused credits rolling over and unlimited seats sharing one balance. It also offers URL enrichment, a standalone email finder, bulk upload, an API, Zapier and n8n connections and an MCP connection for AI agents.

The operator is Nademode OU, registered in the Estonian Business Register under number 17128164 at Joe tn 3-301 in Tallinn. A lead for which no email is found still costs a credit, the tool does not search for phone numbers, and it needs its own Sales Navigator subscription, so it reduces spreadsheet work rather than replacing the licence. Buyers who need telephone numbers will want Kaspr next to it.

What Evaboot does well

  • One-click Sales Navigator export
  • Verified email included in each credit
  • Credits roll over, unlimited seats
  • Estonian entity with register number stated
  • API and MCP for automation

Where Evaboot falls short

  • Needs a separate Sales Navigator subscription
  • No phone number search
  • Prices in US dollars
  • Leads with no email found still cost a credit

Standout feature. It does one thing, turning a Sales Navigator search into a verified lead list in a single click, from an Estonian company.

#10 Kaspr

Paris, France Founded 2018 Free plan; Starter from €45/user/month, Business from €79/user/month; Organization (annual, minimum 5 users) and Enterprise on request Demo on request

Best for: SDRs and recruiters who read profiles in LinkedIn or Sales Navigator and need a direct email or phone number

  • Operating company. KASPR SAS
  • Jurisdiction. EU (France)
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Lusha, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io

Kaspr is a Chrome extension that shows email addresses and phone numbers directly on a LinkedIn profile, with a dashboard for managing leads, CSV enrichment and, on paid plans, Sales Navigator support. The vendor claims a database of more than 500 million verified phone numbers and emails drawn from over 150 sources. The Free plan gives 15 B2B email, 5 phone and 5 direct email credits a month; Starter is EUR 45 per user per month and Business EUR 79.

KASPR SAS is a French simplified joint-stock company registered at the Paris trade register under number 843 898 396 since 2018, with French law and Paris courts in the terms. It is also part of Cognism, a UK group, which matters if the aim is purely European ownership. Phone credits are capped per year, at 1,200 on Starter and 2,400 on Business, and no certification is published, so heavy callers should model the allowance first.

What Kaspr does well

  • Free plan with phone credits
  • Paris entity under French law
  • Unlimited B2B email credits on paid plans
  • Works inside LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
  • Low per-seat entry price

Where Kaspr falls short

  • Phone credits are capped per year
  • Part of Cognism, a UK group
  • No published certification
  • Heavily dependent on LinkedIn access

Standout feature. It is the only tool in this category that combines a free plan with phone numbers.

#11 Overloop

Brussels, Belgium Founded 2015 From $69/user/month, published tiers Demo on request

Best for: Teams that want to source contacts and email them from one product, with LinkedIn as one step in the sequence

  • Operating company. Overloop SRL
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Belgium)
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Outreach, Apollo.io, Salesloft

Overloop is the oldest company in the category, started in 2015 by Vincenzo Ruggiero as a Chrome extension called Prospect.io and later renamed. It combines email and LinkedIn campaigns with a database the vendor puts at 450 million contacts, email verification and integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. Pricing is credit-based: Starter is $69 per user per month with 250 credits, Growth $99 with 500 credits, and Enterprise is custom.

The operating company is Overloop SRL at Rue des Pères Blancs in Brussels, and the team works fully remote. The Salesforce integration and dedicated support are reserved for Enterprise, the free trial lasts seven days, and no compliance certification is published. Because cost depends on how credits are consumed, comparing Overloop with flat per-seat tools such as Waalaxy takes a short model of how many contacts you pull each month.

What Overloop does well

  • Longest operating history in the category, running since 2015
  • Large self-reported contact database built into the product
  • Published tiered pricing rather than quote-only
  • HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce integrations
  • Belgian company with a named Brussels address

Where Overloop falls short

  • Credit-based pricing is hard to compare with per-seat tools
  • Only a 7-day free trial
  • Salesforce and dedicated support need the Enterprise tier
  • No compliance certification published

Standout feature. It has run continuously since 2015 under the same founder and keeps its contact database inside the product.

#12 Closely

Nicosia, Cyprus Starter USD 65 per month (USD 39 billed annually), 1 LinkedIn account; Growth USD 159 (USD 95 annually), 3 accounts and 3,000 credits; Essential USD 259 (USD 155 annually), 5 accounts and 5,000 credits; Custom on request; white label on every plan Demo on request

Best for: Agencies that resell LinkedIn and email outreach under their own brand and accept US-hosted data

  • Operating company. Esterson Limited
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Cyprus)
  • Where the data sits. United States; the privacy policy says servers are in the USA and data is hosted outside the EU
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Expandi, Waalaxy, Dux-Soup

Closely runs LinkedIn and email outreach with AI personalisation, data enrichment, AI sales agents and job change signals, and includes white label on every plan. One sender is a LinkedIn account plus an email inbox. Starter costs USD 65 a month (USD 39 billed annually) for one account, Growth USD 159 (USD 95) for three accounts and 3,000 credits, and Essential USD 259 (USD 155) for five accounts and 5,000 credits. Integrations cover Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and GoHighLevel.

The terms name Esterson Limited as contracting party, with Cyprus law and the courts of Nicosia, and the privacy policy gives its address as Prodromou Avenue in Nicosia; the Cyprus register was not checked, so the entity comes from vendor documents. The same policy states that servers are in the USA and data is generally hosted outside the EU, the weakest residency position in the list. Choose it for the contract and the white label, not for European hosting.

What Closely does well

  • White label included on every plan
  • Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and GoHighLevel integrations
  • 40% annual discount with prices published
  • Unlimited email accounts on every plan
  • AI personalisation and job change signals

Where Closely falls short

  • Servers in the USA, data hosted outside the EU
  • Trial length not stated on the pricing page
  • Cyprus entity taken from vendor documents, register not checked
  • Prices in US dollars

Standout feature. It is the only tool here that includes white label on every plan, even the USD 65 Starter.

Which kind of LinkedIn automation tool do I actually need?

Three different jobs hide under the same label, and mixing them up is the commonest wrong purchase. Sequencers send: Waalaxy, Expandi, Dux-Soup, HeyReach and Skylead run connection requests, messages and follow-ups, while Lemlist, La Growth Machine, Overloop and Closely add email steps around the LinkedIn ones. Exporters and finders produce data: Evaboot exports a Sales Navigator search, Kaspr shows contact details on a profile. PhantomBuster sits underneath both as a builder of separate automations.

Decide by the bottleneck. A team that already has a good list and cannot keep up with follow-ups needs a sequencer. A team that sends well but starts from poor lists needs Evaboot or Kaspr. A growth operator who wants to chain a search, an enrichment and a CRM push should look at PhantomBuster, accepting the extra setup.

How do the pricing models of these tools compare?

The unit changes from tool to tool, so a headline number says little. Waalaxy bills per user, from EUR 19 on Pro to EUR 69 on Business. La Growth Machine bills per sending identity, from EUR 60.

Dux-Soup charges US$55 per seat for the local version and US$99 for the cloud version. HeyReach charges per sender at USD 79, with fixed Agency and Unlimited plans. Evaboot and Kaspr charge for credits and seats respectively, from US$29 for 400 credits and from EUR 45 per user.

Expandi is the simple case, one plan at $99 a month or $79 billed annually. Skylead is the dearest entry at USD 100 per seat. PhantomBuster's plan prices are not stated on its server-rendered pages, so its tool page sends you to the live pricing page. Annual billing matters more than usual: Waalaxy lists 50 percent off annually, Closely 40 percent, Expandi 20 percent. Work out the cost per active sender, not per seat, before comparing.

Does a European vendor make LinkedIn automation safe or compliant?

No, and it is worth being exact about what it does change. A vendor registered in France, the Netherlands, Estonia or Belgium means GDPR-governed terms, a contracting party you can address a data request to and a supervisory authority in your own legal order. It does not change the terms between you and LinkedIn, whose User Agreement prohibits bots and other unauthorized automated methods to add or download contacts or send messages.

Vendors respond with design choices. Expandi sends from a dedicated cloud IP, Dux-Soup offers a cloud version next to its local one, and Closely says its limits mimic human behaviour. None of the pages on this site states that any of them prevents a restriction. If you automate, expect the consequence to land on the LinkedIn account holder, not on the vendor.

Where is the data stored, and does the vendor's country settle it?

Not by itself. Dux-Soup says its service data is hosted on servers in the European Union, and PhantomBuster's privacy policy says platform personal data is hosted exclusively on EU servers, while its sub-processor list names US providers for AI features under standard contractual clauses. HeyReach states no hosting location and says data may be processed outside the country of residence.

Two tools show the gap between contract and servers most clearly. Skylead Technologies Ltd is a London company whose privacy policy says processing happens primarily in the United Kingdom and the United States. Closely's contracting party is Esterson Limited in Nicosia, yet its privacy policy states that servers are in the USA. Read the privacy policy and any sub-processor page before you load a prospect list, and ask for a data processing agreement.

How should an agency with many LinkedIn accounts choose?

Look at how the tool counts accounts. HeyReach prices per sender, with Agency at USD 999 a month for 25 to 50 senders and Unlimited at USD 2,999 for up to 300.

Skylead's Agency plan lists USD 999 for 25 seats as a first-year promotion, with a unified inbox, client roles and white label. Closely includes white label on every plan, from a USD 65 Starter. Expandi has a custom Agency plan from ten seats with white label and a customer success manager.

Dux-Soup supports shared team campaigns across seats. For clients who expect European data handling, remember that Closely states its servers are in the USA and HeyReach names no location, so put the question into the contract. Test with two client accounts first, since volume limits and inbox handling differ more than the price tables suggest.

When should I not move from Sales Navigator to one of these tools?

When your team uses the product for what it is good at: searching LinkedIn's member base with advanced filters, alerts and relationship data. None of these twelve tools replicates that, because the data is LinkedIn's. Evaboot makes the point itself by needing a separate Sales Navigator subscription to export from, and Kaspr supports Sales Navigator on its paid plans.

The sensible pattern for many teams is to keep a few licences for the list builders and add a European tool for the sending or the contact data. Cancel a licence only once a month of results from the cheaper setup holds up, and export every saved list before the term ends.

How we selected and ranked these 12 tools

Every tool on this page is in the European Purpose directory, which means the operating company is established in Europe and we have verified that from the company register or the vendor's own legal notice rather than from a marketing page. Tools headquartered outside Europe are not eligible, however good they are.

  1. Feature verification (weight: 40%). We check each capability against the vendor's own documentation and product pages, and record what the tool does rather than what the category is assumed to include.
  2. Ease of adoption (weight: 30%). Integrations, published API access, trial availability and how much configuration stands between signing and a usable result.
  3. Value and transparency (weight: 30%). Published pricing counts in a vendor's favour; quote-only pricing is recorded as quote-only rather than estimated. We weigh what a buyer gets for the entry price, not the headline feature count.
  4. Editorial review. Every page is researched and drafted with AI assistance, and the compliance and pricing claims are checked against the vendor's documentation before it is published under the founder's editorial responsibility. The three weights above decide the order; a position is a ranking against the other European tools in this category, not an absolute score.

Vendor-reported outcomes — ROI figures, margin uplift, time saved — are labelled as vendor claims wherever they appear on this page. We have not audited them, and neither has anyone else who quotes them. Read our full editorial process for how pages are re-verified.

Frequently asked questions

It depends on the job. Waalaxy ranks first in this directory for published per-user pricing and combined LinkedIn and email sequences, La Growth Machine for multichannel prospecting, and Lemlist for the widest channel mix. For LinkedIn-only campaigns look at Expandi and Dux-Soup, for agencies at HeyReach, and for contact data at Evaboot and Kaspr.

Kaspr is the only one with a permanent free plan, giving 15 B2B email, 5 phone and 5 direct email credits a month. PhantomBuster advertises a 14-day free trial without a credit card, HeyReach a 14-day trial without a card on Growth, Waalaxy and La Growth Machine a 14-day free trial, and Expandi and Overloop 7-day trials.

LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits bots and other unauthorized automated methods to access the Services, add or download contacts or send messages. Sequencers such as Waalaxy, Expandi and HeyReach, and extension-based tools such as Dux-Soup, Evaboot and Kaspr, all act through a LinkedIn session, so the risk applies to every one of them, and the account holder carries it.

Lemlist, La Growth Machine, Skylead, Overloop and Closely run LinkedIn and email steps in the same campaign, and Waalaxy adds cold email sequences on its Business tier. Dux-Soup and Expandi stay on LinkedIn, and HeyReach reaches email through its Instantly and Smartlead integrations.

Skylead Technologies Ltd is registered in London, so it is a UK vendor covered by an adequacy decision rather than an EU one. All other tools in this category are registered in the EU: France, the Netherlands, Estonia, Belgium and Cyprus. Registration is not hosting, though, and Closely states that its servers are in the USA.
