European Alternatives to Baremetrics

Looking for a European alternative to Baremetrics? Baremetrics, Inc. is a US company whose terms give a San Francisco address, and its privacy policy states that personal data is stored and processed on servers in the United States. The product covers subscription analytics, payment recovery, cancellation insights and financial forecasting, with a free trial and plans billed monthly.

European alternatives such as ChartMogul, GrowPanel, SaaSFlow and Fincome calculate MRR, churn and retention from billing data, with free tiers, euro pricing or EU-hosted databases.

How we rank these tools — 4-step process
  1. 1
    European ownership, verified

The company is headquartered and incorporated in the EU, EEA, the UK, Switzerland or Israel, and processes customer data in Europe or Israel. A US parent company disqualifies a tool from this page regardless of where its servers are.

  2. 2
    Category fit and hands-on review

What the tool actually does, who it suits, and where it falls short — checked against the vendor’s own documentation, changelog and pricing page rather than its marketing copy.

  3. 3
    Compliance and pricing check

GDPR posture, hosting location and the prices quoted on this page are verified against the vendor’s public pricing before publication, and re-checked when we revisit the category.

  4. 4
    Position on this page

Placement on this page can be paid, and that can affect which tools appear here and the order they appear in. It never buys a good review: a tool that fails the checks above is not here at any price, and payment does not change the shortcomings we write about. A vendor can ask us to correct a factual error — not to remove a criticism.

Vendors can pay for visibility on this page. It never changes what an entry says about a product, including the criticism, and we earn nothing when you click through to a vendor. Vendors can pay for more visibility, higher up on the review pages; it never affects which tools are listed. Editorial policy

Key takeaways

  • Baremetrics Inc. lists a San Francisco address in its terms, applies Alabama law and requires arbitration in Shelby County, Alabama.
  • According to its terms, Baremetrics accepts cancellation only by phone or video call and refunds no payments.
  • The Baremetrics privacy policy is dated 14 August 2018 and relies on the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield for transfers from Europe.
  • GrowPanel (Denmark) is free up to $200k ARR, and ChartMogul (Germany) is free up to $10K MRR, while Baremetrics Launch starts at $49 a month.
  • No European tool in this category lists a dunning module equal to Baremetrics Payment Recovery in the pages we reviewed, so failed-payment recovery is the part you may have to buy separately.

Why people leave Baremetrics

Baremetrics reads your Stripe, Chargebee or other billing account and turns it into subscription metrics: MRR, ARR, churn, upgrades, downgrades and trial behaviour, with add-ons for failed-payment recovery and cancellation feedback. Anyone running a subscription product has probably seen its dashboards. The data it processes is your customers' payment history, which is why the identity of the company behind the dashboard matters more than the colour scheme.

The contracting party in its terms is Baremetrics Inc., with a copyright agent at 548 Market St in San Francisco, and the terms are governed by the law of the State of Alabama with arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules in Shelby County, Alabama.

The privacy policy, dated 14 August 2018, lists storing and processing data on servers in the United States among its purposes. The only European transfer mechanism it cites is the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, which the Court of Justice struck down in July 2020.

Most teams do not leave because of a clause, though. They leave when the invoice grows with the revenue, when a founder tries to cancel and is told it can only happen on a call, or when the finance lead needs forecasting and spreadsheet exports that the entry plan does not include. The sections below cover those triggers one by one and name the European tools that answer each of them.

  • The price is tied to your ARR and climbs in steps The pricing page FAQ gives Launch from $49 a month for up to $360K ARR, Growth from $189 for $360K to $3.6M, and Scale from $749 above that. The plan cards in the same page text show different figures ($75, $255 and $1152), so confirm which one your billing cycle applies. Payment Recovery and Cancellation Insights are separate add-ons at +$129 a month each. A company that crosses $360K ARR therefore sees the base plan change and often adds the add-ons within the same quarter.
  • Cancelling requires a phone or video call Section "Cancellation and Termination" of the terms says all cancellation requests must be made by phone or video call, and that emails or chat requests are not treated as cancellation. Payments are non-refundable, with no credit for partial months or unused months on an open account. Founders who signed up with a card and a single click tend to be surprised by the asymmetry, particularly when the person who signed up has since left the company.
  • Dispute terms point to Alabama, with a small liability cap The terms apply Alabama law and require individual arbitration in Shelby County, with no class actions. Liability is capped at the greater of the fees you paid or $100, and Baremetrics may suspend or terminate an account for any reason without notice. For a tool that holds a year of billing history, those clauses leave a European customer with little leverage if an export, outage or account suspension goes wrong.
  • The data-transfer language predates the current rules The privacy policy was last updated on 14 August 2018 and builds its EU section on Privacy Shield, with the FTC named as the supervisor. It also states that employees, contractors and affiliates may sit outside your home country and that using the service counts as consent to that transfer. A data protection officer who needs a current transfer basis, a sub-processor list and a processor agreement will have to ask for those documents; they are not on the legal pages we read.

What you have to replace, not just match

Baremetrics is a stack of four things, and the European tools split them differently. The first is the dashboard itself: more than 28 subscription metrics read from the billing system, with trial insights, daily to monthly email reports and automatic segments enriched through Clearbit. Almost every tool on this page covers that core, and ChartMogul, GrowPanel, SaaSFlow and NoNoiseMetrics are closest to it.

The second and third are the paid add-ons, which are where the gaps are. Payment Recovery sends reminders to customers with failed cards, offers branded card forms and in-app paywalls, and comes with a refund-your-next-month guarantee if it does not recover more than the subscription costs.

Cancellation Insights collects reasons through in-app prompts and sends follow-up emails. None of the entry-level European analytics tools lists a comparable module: the vendor pages for ChartMogul, GrowPanel, ProfitWell Metrics and NoNoiseMetrics describe no dunning or cancellation survey. Hyperline and Cleeng handle collections and churn work inside a billing product, which is a bigger migration.

The fourth is planning: Scale adds scenario planning, budget and expense tracking, an analytics API and a dedicated support rep. Fincome, SaaSFlow and ScaleXP are the European tools that put forecasting and cost data next to the revenue. Decide which of the four you use before shortlisting, because replacing only the dashboard leaves the add-on revenue unaccounted for.

How each alternative compares to Baremetrics

#1

ChartMogul

the closest match in metrics, with several billing systems in one view

Berlin, GermanyFree up to $10K MRR; Starter from $69 per month billed monthly ($57 billed annually); Pro from $119 per month ($99 billed annually); Enterprise from $19,900 per year. Prices rise with the ARR you track.#1 in SaaS Metrics and Subscription Analytics

Best for: Companies that bill through more than one system and need one revenue series the board accepts

ChartMogul GmbH & Co. KG is registered in Berlin at the Charlottenburg court (HRA 55193). Like Baremetrics it rebuilds MRR, ARR, churn and lifetime value from payment events, but its paid plans let you combine several billing systems on Pro and add two-way CRM sync and warehouse export. The vendor states a SOC 2 Type II report under NDA.

The comparison with Baremetrics comes down to price shape and jurisdiction. ChartMogul is free to $10K MRR, with Starter at $69 a month on monthly billing, and Enterprise from $19,900 a year. Terms follow Irish law, and the pages do not state a hosting region, so a German contracting party does not by itself settle where the data sits.

What ChartMogul does better than Baremetrics

  • Several billing sources merged into one customer timeline on Pro
  • A free plan up to $10K MRR, where Baremetrics has a trial only
  • German registered entity with a named general partner, instead of an Alabama arbitration clause
  • Built-in CRM and warehouse export for teams that want revenue data in other systems

Where ChartMogul is a step down from Baremetrics

  • No payment-recovery or cancellation-survey module like Baremetrics Payment Recovery
  • Dollar pricing that rises with tracked ARR
  • No hosting region stated, and Irish law governs the terms

Standout against Baremetrics. It is the only tool here that merges multiple billing systems into one MRR series and offers a SOC 2 Type II report.

GrowPanel

the Baremetrics-style dashboard with a Danish contract and EU hosting

Copenhagen, DenmarkFree up to $200k ARR; Startup $49 per month (up to $1m ARR); Scaleup $99 per month (up to $2m ARR); Pro from $199 per month, billed annually; 14-day trial without a card#2 in SaaS Metrics and Subscription Analytics

Best for: Small and mid-sized SaaS companies leaving Baremetrics on Stripe, Chargebee or Recurly

GrowPanel ApS is based in Copenhagen, with Danish law and Danish courts in its terms. Its pricing page compares itself with Baremetrics, ChartMogul, ProfitWell and Fincome, so the intent is clear: MRR, expansion, contraction and churn from Stripe, Chargebee or Recurly, plus trial insights, cashflow reporting and forecasts.

The free plan runs to $200k ARR and carries every report, which is a higher ceiling than the other free tiers here. Paid plans step to $49 (up to $1m ARR), $99 (up to $2m) and $199 per month. The sub-processor page names Frankfurt for the account database and a Leaseweb cluster in the Netherlands for analytics data.

What GrowPanel does better than Baremetrics

  • Free up to $200k ARR with all reports, where Baremetrics Launch starts at $49 a month
  • Documented EU hosting and a sub-processor page, where the Baremetrics policy says US servers
  • Every feature on every plan, so there are no add-on prices to compare
  • Danish governing law and courts

Where GrowPanel is a step down from Baremetrics

  • No dunning or payment-recovery module described
  • Three main billing platforms, narrower than some rivals

Standout against Baremetrics. It combines the highest free-plan ceiling here with a sub-processor page that names where each layer of data sits.

SaaSFlow

subscription metrics plus costs, priced in euros

Ennepetal, GermanyFree under €120k ARR (€10k MRR); Pro from €100 per month for up to €500k ARR, tiered by ARR; custom pricing above €10M ARR; 14-day Pro trial without a card#3 in SaaS Metrics and Subscription Analytics

Best for: Seed-stage SaaS founders who want MRR and CAC payback without running accounting software

Walletguide GmbH, trading as SaaSFlow, is registered in Ennepetal (HRB 11842, Hagen) with two named managing directors. It imports subscriptions from Stripe or HubSpot and costs from connected banks and tools, so the revenue waterfall sits beside the spending that produced it. That is a question Baremetrics leaves to a spreadsheet.

Pricing is in euros: free under €120k ARR with all features, Pro from €100 a month up to €500k ARR. The app and production database run on Google Cloud in Frankfurt, so the contract is German but the infrastructure provider is American; the vendor says its AI features run in EU data centres.

What SaaSFlow does better than Baremetrics

  • LTV/CAC and CAC payback calculated from real cost data
  • Euro prices, which remove currency exposure on the subscription fee
  • A free tier with all features and unlimited users
  • Named managing directors and a commercial register number

Where SaaSFlow is a step down from Baremetrics

  • Fewer integrations: Stripe, HubSpot, Finway, Pleo, DATEV Payroll and Slack
  • Not a replacement for accounting software, according to the vendor
  • Runs on Google Cloud, a US-owned provider

Standout against Baremetrics. It is the only one here that calculates CAC payback from cost data connected inside the same product.

Fincome

the board-reporting option from France

Champigny-sur-Marne, FranceNot published; the site offers a demo booking instead of a price list#4 in SaaS Metrics and Subscription Analytics

Best for: Finance-led subscription companies that produce branded board and investor reports

C&G Partners SAS, which trades as Fincome, has its seat in Champigny-sur-Marne (SIREN 901 210 054) and says it was founded in early 2022 by a former private equity investor and a data scientist. The audience is the CFO, with ARR, ACV, NRR, cohorts, revenue recognition and deferred revenue views, and forecast scenarios compared with actuals.

Against Baremetrics the trade is openness for depth. Pricing is hidden behind a demo and the integrations page shows "Coming soon" on every connector, so confirm what is live. The security page states SOC 2 Type I, read-only API access and servers in Europe, without naming the hosting provider.

What Fincome does better than Baremetrics

  • Reports in the customer's own branding for investors or the board
  • Forecast scenarios compared against actuals without a separate model
  • Servers stated to be in Europe and a French contracting party
  • Revenue recognition and deferred revenue views beyond subscription metrics

Where Fincome is a step down from Baremetrics

  • No public price and no self-serve trial
  • Connector availability must be confirmed with the vendor
  • SOC 2 Type I is lighter than a Type II report

Standout against Baremetrics. It sets forecast scenarios against actuals and prints the result in the customer's own branding.

ScaleXP

metrics that start from the ledger, not the payment processor

London, United KingdomStarter $125 per month; Growth $350 per month; Scale from $600 per month; $50, $80 or $120 per month per extra subsidiary; Stripe import $65 per month add-on; 10% off for annual payment; 7-day free trial#5 in SaaS Metrics and Subscription Analytics

Best for: Finance teams with Xero or QuickBooks books, several entities or CRM-tracked renewals

ScaleXP Ltd is a London company (number 11447363) founded in 2021 by a chartered accountant. Where Baremetrics reads Stripe events, ScaleXP reads invoices and contracts from an accounting system and a CRM, then calculates ARR, MRR, churn and NRR from them. It also covers revenue recognition under ASC 606 and IFRS 15, accruals, prepayments and consolidation.

Cost and speed are the trade-offs. Starter is $125 a month, Growth $350 (the first plan with the 30+ metrics), Scale from $600, and a Stripe import is a $65 add-on. Go-live takes one to three weeks, slower than connecting a billing source, but the figures reconcile to the ledger the board already sees.

What ScaleXP does better than Baremetrics

  • Numbers that reconcile to accounting and CRM data
  • Revenue recognition and multi-entity consolidation in the same product
  • Seven-day trial and public prices
  • SOC 2 Type II stated on the site

Where ScaleXP is a step down from Baremetrics

  • More expensive at the entry point than Baremetrics Launch
  • Stripe is a paid add-on, so Stripe-first teams pay extra
  • Setup of one to three weeks, and hosting region not stated

Standout against Baremetrics. It is the only tool here that builds SaaS metrics from the accounting ledger rather than from payment events.

ProfitWell Metrics

free standard metrics from a London entity, tied to Paddle billing

London, United KingdomFree; the Metrics page describes it as 100% free#6 in SaaS Metrics and Subscription Analytics

Best for: Early SaaS teams that want standard MRR and churn reporting at no cost

ProfitWell Metrics is the free analytics product that Paddle runs next to its billing service. The Metrics page lists MRR, churn, upgrades and downgrades, lifetime value, active customers, benchmarks, segmentation and health signals, with one-click connections to Stripe, Chargebee and Paddle according to the page.

The main Paddle terms name Paddle.com Market Limited in London (company 08172165), but also entities in New York and Dublin, and the pages do not say which one contracts for Metrics. Data location is not stated, and enrichment uses Clearbit and FullContact. Free is real, though, and the roadmap follows Paddle's billing priorities.

What ProfitWell Metrics does better than Baremetrics

  • No licence fee at any revenue level, described as 100% free
  • Benchmarks and segmentation included
  • UK registered office, outside the Alabama arbitration setup

Where ProfitWell Metrics is a step down from Baremetrics

  • Contracting entity for Metrics unclear among several Paddle companies
  • Data location not stated and third-party enrichment applies
  • No dunning or cancellation survey on the Metrics page

Standout against Baremetrics. It is the only option here with no licence fee at any revenue level.

NoNoiseMetrics

a deliberately small Stripe-only dashboard with minimal data retention

Strasbourg, FranceFree up to €10K MRR (1 Stripe account); Growth €79 per month with unlimited MRR and 5 Stripe accounts; 14-day trial#7 in SaaS Metrics and Subscription Analytics

Best for: Solo founders and micro-SaaS teams that bill only through Stripe

NoNoiseMetrics is a French micro-entreprise in Strasbourg (SIREN 842 134 223) run by one person. The operator's About page says the tool reads Stripe with a read-only key, computes the metrics and deletes the raw Stripe data when the session ends, with no copies or backups. That is the opposite of an account database that keeps years of billing history.

The free plan covers one Stripe account up to €10K MRR, and Growth is €79 a month with unlimited MRR and five Stripe accounts. The About page says plainly that Chargebee or Recurly users, CRM seekers and teams needing warehouse exports should look elsewhere. Hosting is with Hostinger in Lithuania, and there is no security certification.

What NoNoiseMetrics does better than Baremetrics

  • Raw Stripe data deleted at session end, per the vendor, where Baremetrics keeps an account
  • A flat €79 a month with no per-seat fee and no ARR tiers
  • EU hosting named in the legal notice

Where NoNoiseMetrics is a step down from Baremetrics

  • Stripe only, with no Chargebee or Recurly
  • One operator, so continuity and support hours depend on a person
  • No dunning, recovery or certification

Standout against Baremetrics. It keeps no raw billing data after a session, which no other tool on this page claims.

Younium

a Swedish quote-to-revenue platform, not a dashboard swap

Stockholm, SwedenNot published, request a demo#2 in Subscription Billing Software

Best for: B2B software companies that outgrew dashboard-only tools and need contracts, billing and revenue recognition

Younium AB in Stockholm sells a B2B platform covering CPQ with approval workflows, subscription changes, billing, invoicing, accounts receivable and revenue recognition, with analytics on top. Against Baremetrics this is a different layer: Younium creates the subscription records, where Baremetrics only reads them.

The vendor lists more than 20 native integrations, including HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero and Stripe. EU customer data is stored in Europe, per the vendor, and disputes go to arbitration at the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. Prices are not published, and the pricing page returned a 404 when checked.

What Younium does better than Baremetrics

  • Covers quotes, billing and revenue recognition, not only reporting
  • EU customer data stored in Europe, per the vendor
  • Swedish contracting party and Swedish-forum arbitration

Where Younium is a step down from Baremetrics

  • No published pricing and a sales-led onboarding
  • More system than a simple Stripe plan needs

Standout against Baremetrics. It owns the subscription record itself, so the metrics come from the system that created the contract.

Hyperline

billing with usage pricing and collections, closer to Baremetrics Payment Recovery

Paris, FranceLaunch: USD 299 per month plus 0.7 % of revenue processed (up to USD 2M annual revenue); Growth and Scale on request#4 in Subscription Billing Software

Best for: B2B and AI companies on usage-based or hybrid pricing

Hyperline SAS (Paris, registered under 909 894 305) is a billing platform: subscriptions, real-time metering, CPQ quotes with e-signature, dunning sequences, retries and reconciliation. Of the tools on this page it is the one whose collections features resemble the work Baremetrics Payment Recovery does.

The Launch plan is USD 299 a month plus 0.7 % of revenue processed, up to USD 2M annual revenue and 100 active subscriptions, which makes it a larger commitment than a dashboard. Revenue recognition and usage-based pricing start on Growth. Mollie, GoCardless, Exact Online and Pennylane sit among the integrations; the platform data location is not stated.

What Hyperline does better than Baremetrics

  • Dunning sequences and collections inside the platform
  • Usage-based and hybrid pricing with metering
  • Integrations with Mollie, GoCardless, Exact Online and Pennylane
  • French SAS with Paris courts

Where Hyperline is a step down from Baremetrics

  • A billing migration, not a dashboard switch
  • Dollar pricing plus a revenue percentage on the Launch plan

Standout against Baremetrics. It is the only tool here that bills customers and retries failed payments in the same product that reports the revenue.

Cleeng

subscriber management for consumer media, with churn analytics

Amsterdam, NetherlandsPro: USD 0 up to 10,000 monthly subscribers, then USD 0.39 per subscriber; Enterprise on request#6 in Subscription Billing Software

Best for: Streaming, publishing and sports brands that sell consumer subscriptions

Cleeng B.V. in Amsterdam launched in 2011 and now sells a subscriber retention suite on top of subscriber management: hosted pricing, sign-up, checkout and account pages, offers for passes and live events, and ChurnIQ churn analytics and prediction. Its customers are media brands, not B2B SaaS companies.

The Pro plan is USD 0 up to 10,000 monthly subscribers, then USD 0.39 per subscriber. A Merchant of Record option handles payments and tax. Dutch law applies with arbitration in Amsterdam, but data location is not stated, and the entity acting as Merchant of Record was not verified.

What Cleeng does better than Baremetrics

  • Hosted customer flows and checkout, not just reporting
  • Free for the first 10,000 subscribers on Pro
  • Dutch B.V. under Dutch law

Where Cleeng is a step down from Baremetrics

  • Built for consumer media and a poor fit for B2B contract billing
  • Dollar pricing and data location not stated

Standout against Baremetrics. It is the only option here designed around consumer subscribers rather than business accounts.

Custify

customer success tooling that reuses billing data for churn work

Bucharest, RomaniaNot published; the pricing page describes flexible pricing and no setup fees#2 in Customer Success Software

Best for: SaaS teams that want health scores and playbooks more than MRR charts

Custify S.R.L. in Bucharest sells a customer success platform: health scores built from product usage, billing and survey data, alerts to Slack or email, playbooks, surveys and a customer portal. It does not report MRR the way Baremetrics does, so treat it as a companion for the churn work, not a swap.

Customer data is stored in German data centres according to the vendor's FAQ, and the terms and privacy policy name the Romanian company as contracting party and controller. Pricing is not published, and the vendor says setup is guided by its own team, with no setup fees.

What Custify does better than Baremetrics

  • Playbooks, surveys and a customer portal where Baremetrics has cancellation prompts
  • Concierge onboarding included, with no setup fees
  • German data centres stated by the vendor

Where Custify is a step down from Baremetrics

  • Not a revenue-metrics dashboard
  • No published pricing

Standout against Baremetrics. It turns billing signals into health scores and tasks for a customer success manager.

What actually breaks when you switch

Data export is the first thing to test. Pull the last 24 months of MRR, churn and customer counts out of Baremetrics before you cancel, because the cancellation call ends the plan immediately if you are inside a paid month. Then connect the new tool to the same Stripe or Chargebee account and let it import history; a billing-source tool rebuilds the past from payment events, so only manual adjustments you made in Baremetrics need to be recreated by hand.

Integrations and habits break next. Baremetrics Slack and Intercom connections (Growth), email reports, saved segments and Clearbit-enriched fields do not carry over, so list them and recreate the ones the team reads. If Payment Recovery or Cancellation Insights is switched on, keep it until the replacement is tested. Check the renewal date, call to cancel, and ask the new vendor for a processor agreement and sub-processor list on the same day.

How do I cancel Baremetrics and keep my historical data?

Cancelling comes first and has a procedure. The terms require a phone call (+1-855-948-6210) or a scheduled phone or video call; a support email or chat message does not count as cancellation. Because payments are non-refundable and cancellation before the end of the paid month takes effect immediately, book the call close to your billing date rather than at the start of the cycle.

Before the call, take what you need out of the account: the terms say you own the business data you provide, and the Growth plan lists advanced exports while the Scale plan lists an analytics API.

Your MRR history is recomputed from Stripe, Chargebee or the other source by any new tool, so the export is mostly useful for checking that the new numbers match. Save the monthly MRR, churn and customer-count series for the last 24 months and compare them against the new dashboard in the first week.

Will MRR and churn figures differ when I switch tools?

Usually by a little, and the reasons are predictable. Tools differ in how they treat annual plans, discounts, refunds, trials, paused subscriptions and currency conversion, and a dashboard that reads accounting data (ScaleXP) will differ from one that reads payment events (ChartMogul, GrowPanel, SaaSFlow). Run both tools in parallel for one full billing cycle and write down the definition of MRR you want to report before you compare.

If the board has seen Baremetrics numbers for years, send a one-page note with the old and new series side by side for the last six months. A difference of one or two percent explained by a refund rule is a non-event; an unexplained gap is what makes a board distrust the new tool.

Which one to pick

If the job is a dashboard for a Stripe or Chargebee business, start with GrowPanel for the free tier and the documented hosting, or ChartMogul for several billing systems and a SOC 2 Type II report. Choose SaaSFlow when euro pricing and CAC payback matter, NoNoiseMetrics for a Stripe-only founder who wants minimal retention, and ProfitWell Metrics if free and Paddle billing are both acceptable.

If the job is board reporting, Fincome and ScaleXP are the finance-led options, and the choice is between a French demo-led product and a London tool that reconciles to the ledger. If failed-payment recovery is what you pay Baremetrics for, look at Hyperline or keep Baremetrics until you have measured the alternative. Younium, Cleeng and Custify solve neighbouring problems, so shortlist them only when the problem is contracts, consumer subscribers or customer success.

Frequently Asked Questions

For a like-for-like dashboard, ChartMogul in Berlin and GrowPanel in Copenhagen are the closest matches, with GrowPanel free up to $200k ARR and ChartMogul free up to $10K MRR. SaaSFlow in Germany adds euro pricing and unit economics, and Fincome in France targets finance teams that report to a board. NoNoiseMetrics suits Stripe-only founders. Pick on billing sources and on whether you need dunning, which none of them lists.

Yes, several. GrowPanel is free up to $200k ARR with all reports, SaaSFlow is free under €120k ARR, ChartMogul is free up to $10K MRR, NoNoiseMetrics is free up to €10K MRR with one Stripe account, and ProfitWell Metrics from Paddle in London is described as free. Baremetrics has a free trial but no free plan on the pricing page we read, so any of these removes the entry fee for a young product.

None of the analytics tools on this page lists an equivalent module. Hyperline in Paris lists dunning sequences, retries and reconciliation as part of its billing platform, and Cleeng in Amsterdam offers subscriber retention tools for consumer media. If failed-payment recovery is your main reason for paying Baremetrics, test the recovery rate you actually get before leaving, then compare it with the billing tool's native retries.

Not automatically. GrowPanel states an EU account database in Frankfurt and analytics data on a Leaseweb cluster in the Netherlands, SaaSFlow states Google Cloud in Frankfurt, and NoNoiseMetrics names Hostinger in Lithuania. ChartMogul, ScaleXP, ProfitWell Metrics and Hyperline do not state a hosting region on the pages we reviewed, so ask for it in writing.

ChartMogul connects Stripe and Chargebee natively and others through partners, GrowPanel lists Stripe, Chargebee and Recurly, and ProfitWell Metrics lists Stripe, Chargebee and Paddle. NoNoiseMetrics is Stripe only, and SaaSFlow imports Stripe and HubSpot. Check the connector list before the trial starts.
