European Alternatives to WorkBoard

Looking for a European alternative to WorkBoard? WorkBoard Inc. is a US company, and its terms send disputes to arbitration by the American Arbitration Association in Palo Alto, California, or to its International Centre for Dispute Resolution in New York for users outside the United States. The pages we read list OKR Management, Strategic Portfolio Management and Talent Management modules and a Book a Demo button, but no public prices.

The European OKR tools below publish an imprint with a company in Germany, Estonia, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands or Spain, and several list prices in euros, from free plans to EUR 15 per user per month.

How we rank these tools — 4-step process
  1. 1
    European ownership, verified

The company is headquartered and incorporated in the EU, EEA, the UK, Switzerland or Israel, and processes customer data in Europe or Israel. A US parent company disqualifies a tool from this page regardless of where its servers are.

  2. 2
    Category fit and hands-on review

What the tool actually does, who it suits, and where it falls short — checked against the vendor’s own documentation, changelog and pricing page rather than its marketing copy.

  3. 3
    Compliance and pricing check

GDPR posture, hosting location and the prices quoted on this page are verified against the vendor’s public pricing before publication, and re-checked when we revisit the category.

  4. 4
    Position on this page

Placement on this page can be paid, and that can affect which tools appear here and the order they appear in. It never buys a good review: a tool that fails the checks above is not here at any price, and payment does not change the shortcomings we write about. A vendor can ask us to correct a factual error — not to remove a criticism.

Vendors can pay for visibility on this page. It never changes what an entry says about a product, including the criticism, and we earn nothing when you click through to a vendor. Vendors can pay for more visibility, higher up on the review pages; it never affects which tools are listed. Editorial policy

Key takeaways

  • WorkBoard Inc. is a US company whose terms of use route disputes to arbitration in Palo Alto, California or New York.
  • WorkBoard shows no prices on the pages we read, while Mooncamp, Futureworks, Goalscape and OKRnest publish euro amounts.
  • Perdoo is free for up to five users and OKRnest is free for up to three users with two OKR teams.
  • Workpath states ISO 27001 certification, the same standard WorkBoard states next to SOC 2 Type II.
  • Treams, Leapsome and Small Improvements replace the talent side of WorkBoard rather than its OKR core.

Why people leave WorkBoard

WorkBoard is an enterprise strategy execution platform sold by WorkBoard Inc., a US company. Its home page describes an AI-native platform that connects strategy to execution and groups the product into three modules: OKR Management, Strategic Portfolio Management and Talent Management. Three named AI agents, Portfolio Analyst, Chief of Staff and Leadership Coach, sit on top of those modules.

People start looking beyond WorkBoard for reasons that have little to do with whether the software works. The pages we read show a Book a Demo button and no price list, so a budget cannot be drafted before a sales call. The terms of use are those of a US company: disputes go to arbitration, and class actions are excluded.

A European buyer also has to decide how much platform the job needs. A company that wants to run quarterly OKRs for 150 people does not necessarily need a portfolio management layer and a talent module around the goals. That gap between what WorkBoard bundles and what a mid-sized team uses is where most of the twelve European tools on this page come in.

  • No prices on the pages we read The WorkBoard pages we read end in demo buttons. No plan names, no per-seat amount and no minimum contract appear anywhere. Against that, Mooncamp prints EUR 7 and EUR 10, Futureworks prints a sliding scale from EUR 15 down to EUR 9, and Perdoo offers a free plan for five users. A procurement team that wants a number before a meeting gets some figure from ten of the twelve European vendors here.
  • Disputes are settled in American arbitration The terms of use of WorkBoard Inc. send claims to the American Arbitration Association in Palo Alto, California for US residents, and to its International Centre for Dispute Resolution in New York for everyone else. The same clause bars class arbitration and class actions and sets a time limit on filing claims. A European works council or legal department may not accept that venue; the terms of Perdoo, OKRnest and Weekdone name German, Swedish and Estonian law.
  • The platform is wider than many OKR programmes WorkBoard sells portfolio management, talent management and AI agents alongside OKRs. If the actual need is a quarterly goal cycle with check-ins, those modules are paid-for surface area that someone must configure and teach. OKRnest, Weekdone and Goalscape cover a far smaller scope and say so on their own pages, which makes the adoption job smaller too.
  • Data location is not stated where we looked WorkBoard states SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 certification on its security and privacy page. What we did not find on the pages we read is a region where customer data is stored. Perdoo names AWS in Frankfurt in its data processing agreement and Treams names AWS in Ireland, so the question can be answered in writing by some European vendors.

What you have to replace, not just match

The OKR hierarchy comes first: company, team and individual objectives with key results, check-in cadence and progress roll-up. Every tool on this page covers that core, apart from Goalscape and Zensai, which describe goals more loosely. Export your objectives, owners, key result values and the full check-in history before you decide anything, because history is the part that most vendors handle worst on import.

Next come the connectors. WorkBoard lists connectors and integrations plus a Data, Analytics and MCP area. Map which of them your teams actually use, whether Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira or spreadsheets, and check each one against the target. Mooncamp lists Slack, Teams, Jira, Excel and Google Sheets; OKRnest lists a Slack app, a public API and MCP access; Perdoo lists Slack, Teams, Jira, Salesforce, HubSpot and Power BI.

Finally there are the pieces that only exist because of the wider platform. If you use WorkBoard for portfolio views or for talent work, you will be replacing a different product category, not an OKR tool. Workpath adds KPI tracking and an analytics suite, while Leapsome, Treams and Small Improvements cover reviews and development. Plan on two tools if your use is broader than goals.

How each alternative compares to WorkBoard

#1

Mooncamp

Dedicated Cologne OKR platform with euro prices where WorkBoard shows a demo button

Cologne, GermanyEssential EUR 7 and Professional EUR 10 per user per month billed annually (minimum 5 users); Enterprise from 100 users on request#1 in OKR Software

Best for: Companies of 20 or more people that want OKRs with a goal tree and a posted price.

Mooncamp GmbH in Cologne sells the OKR layer alone. Essential costs EUR 7 and Professional EUR 10 per user per month on annual billing, and a goal tree, custom dashboards and custom charts arrive in the Professional plan. Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Excel and Google Sheets connect in all three plans.

Against WorkBoard, Mooncamp trades breadth for clarity. There are no talent modules and no named AI agents on the pages we read. Enterprise starts at 100 users with SAML single sign-on and SCIM provisioning, which matches the access controls a large WorkBoard customer asks for.

What Mooncamp does better than WorkBoard

  • Prices for two plans are printed, where WorkBoard shows a demo button
  • Imprint with register number HRB 100526 names the Cologne court
  • Teams and Slack connection is included in every plan
  • Setup is one product rather than three modules

Where Mooncamp is a step down from WorkBoard

  • No portfolio management or talent modules
  • Five-user minimum on Essential and Professional
  • Hosting region and security certification are not stated on the pages we read

Standout against WorkBoard. Mooncamp is the only tool on this page that pairs a goal tree view with published prices for two paid tiers.

Perdoo

Hamburg OKR and KPI tool with a free tier and a named Frankfurt hosting region

Hamburg, GermanyFree up to 5 users; Premium EUR 6.40 and Supreme EUR 8.00 per user per month; price per user falls with more licences#10 in Employee Engagement Software

Best for: Teams that want OKRs and KPIs linked in strategy maps and a free starting point.

Perdoo GmbH, imprinted in Hamburg, links company, team and individual OKRs and KPIs into strategy maps and cascade views. It is free for up to five users, and the paid tiers cost EUR 6.40 and EUR 8.00 per user per month, with the price per user falling as licences are added.

The data processing agreement names AWS in Frankfurt, which answers a question WorkBoard leaves open on the pages we read. The same agreement lists a US billing subcontractor, Chargebee, so Perdoo is not free of American processors either. An AI coach, an MCP server and Salesforce, HubSpot and Power BI connectors arrive on the higher plans.

What Perdoo does better than WorkBoard

  • A free plan for five users exists, and WorkBoard shows none
  • AWS Frankfurt is named in the data processing agreement
  • Published per-user euro prices, falling with volume
  • German law with Berlin courts replaces arbitration in California

Where Perdoo is a step down from WorkBoard

  • Formal reviews and 360 forms are thinner than WorkBoard talent features
  • Which plan holds reviews is unclear on the pricing page
  • A US billing subcontractor appears in the processor list

Standout against WorkBoard. Perdoo puts strategy maps, OKRs and KPIs in one tool and gives the first five users a free plan.

Workpath

Munich platform for large organisations that want OKRs, KPIs and consulting from a certified vendor

Munich, GermanyModular set-up; AI prices scale with usage; no amounts shown on the pages we read#3 in OKR Software

Best for: Large organisations with a strategy office that want an enterprise rollout with training.

Workpath GmbH in Munich is the closest like-for-like rival to WorkBoard on audience. It targets enterprise strategy execution, combines OKRs with KPI tracking and an analytics suite, and states ISO 27001 certification on its trust page. WorkBoard states the same standard plus SOC 2 Type II.

Workpath adds services around the software: certified OKR masterclasses, training, and help relaunching OKR programmes that stalled. Its AI features include an OKR generator and a quality checker. The OKR Coach needs a separate ChatGPT Plus account, according to Workpath.

What Workpath does better than WorkBoard

  • A German legal entity with commercial register HRB 230902 and a VAT ID
  • Consulting and certified masterclasses sold alongside the software
  • An OKR quality checker that reviews wording before a cycle starts
  • English and German interface

Where Workpath is a step down from WorkBoard

  • No prices on the pages we read, the same as WorkBoard
  • No talent management module of the WorkBoard kind
  • The OKR Coach relies on a ChatGPT Plus account outside Workpath

Standout against WorkBoard. Workpath is the only vendor here that sells certified OKR masterclasses next to a platform with a stated ISO 27001 certification.

Weekdone

Estonian weekly-report tool that starts free and names its hosting country

Tartu, EstoniaFree for up to 3 users; 14 day free trial for 4 or more users; paid amounts depend on team size and are shown in US dollars on the pricing page#4 in OKR Software

Best for: Small and mid-sized teams that run goals through a weekly Plans, Progress, Problems cycle.

Weekdone OU in Tartu ties OKRs to a weekly report in which each person lists plans, progress and problems. The tool is free for up to three users, gives a 14-day trial for four or more, and offers an OKR coach and live chat support in the paid plans.

Its privacy policy names UpCloud Ltd in Finland as hosting provider, with servers in Germany. That is more than we found on the WorkBoard pages. The same policy also lists Intercom, Typeform, Pipedrive and Salesforce in the United Kingdom as processors, so the sub-processor list needs a read.

What Weekdone does better than WorkBoard

  • Free for three users, and a 14-day trial beyond that
  • Hosting provider and server country are stated
  • Estonian law and a Tallinn court in the terms
  • Weekly plans and problems reports are part of the product itself

Where Weekdone is a step down from WorkBoard

  • Paid amounts are shown in US dollars on the pricing page
  • No security certification named on the pages we read
  • Portfolio management is thin next to WorkBoard

Standout against WorkBoard. Weekdone builds the weekly status report into the OKR tool instead of leaving it to a separate meeting.

Futureworks

Oslo OKR platform with one all-features plan and a sliding euro price scale

Oslo, NorwayEUR 15 per user per month for 1-25 users, EUR 13 for 26-50, EUR 11 for 51-100, EUR 9 for 101-200; billed annually, excl. VAT#5 in OKR Software

Best for: Companies of 10 to 200 people that want one plan, a strategy map and a printed price.

Futureworks AS in Oslo sells a single plan with all features included. Pricing runs from EUR 15 per user per month for 1 to 25 users down to EUR 9 for 101 to 200 users, billed annually and excluding VAT. Above 200 seats the vendor asks for contact.

The feature list covers OKR management, a personal dashboard, a strategy map, a tree called 360 Vision from priorities to individual objectives, meeting mode with timed agendas and an AI Coach. Norway belongs to the EEA but is not an EU member state.

What Futureworks does better than WorkBoard

  • Seat price is printed for four size bands
  • Meeting mode gives a structure for the OKR check-in
  • No feature tiers to negotiate
  • The interface exists in Norwegian and English

Where Futureworks is a step down from WorkBoard

  • No hosting region, certification or register number read
  • Starting price of EUR 15 is above Mooncamp Essential at EUR 7
  • Custom price needed above 200 seats

Standout against WorkBoard. Futureworks puts timed meeting agendas inside the OKR tool, so the check-in itself is part of the software.

OKRnest

Swedish small-team OKR tool with flat monthly prices and API access

Stockholm, SwedenFree EUR 0 (3 users, 2 OKR teams); Startup EUR 79 per month (10 users, extra users EUR 8); Business EUR 199 per month (20 users, extra users EUR 10); monthly billing#6 in OKR Software

Best for: Teams of 3 to 30 people that want a free start and a predictable monthly bill.

OKRnest is made by Bantero AB of Stockholm and prices by the team rather than the seat. Free covers 3 users and 2 OKR teams; Startup costs EUR 79 per month with 10 users and Business costs EUR 199 per month with 20 users, with extra users at EUR 8 and EUR 10.

A key result can follow a KPI so progress updates with the number. The paid plans add an alignment module, API and MCP access, and monthly AI credits for drafting. Support on paid plans is by email, and no single sign-on option appeared on the pages we read, which separates it from WorkBoard on enterprise controls.

What OKRnest does better than WorkBoard

  • A flat monthly price, with no per-seat arithmetic at small sizes
  • Free plan with a real OKR team limit
  • Swedish law and Stockholms tingsratt in the terms
  • Public API and MCP access on paid plans

Where OKRnest is a step down from WorkBoard

  • No portfolio or talent modules
  • No single sign-on shown
  • Hosting region and certification are not stated on the pages we read

Standout against WorkBoard. OKRnest is the only tool here priced as a flat monthly sum for a team, not as a per-seat rate.

Leapsome

Berlin people platform that replaces the talent side of WorkBoard along with OKRs

Berlin, GermanyFrom $8/user/month#7 in Compensation Management

Best for: Companies that run reviews, feedback, learning and OKRs in one system.

Leapsome GmbH in Berlin started in 2016 and combines performance reviews, 360 feedback, engagement surveys, OKRs, learning and compensation management. It lists over 1,500 customer companies on its tool page, among them Spotify and Babbel. Pricing starts at about $8 per user per month.

Compared with WorkBoard, Leapsome is stronger when talent work leads and OKRs follow. Review results can link to development plans and to pay decisions. It is weaker as a pure strategy execution system, with no portfolio layer, and it needs a separate HR system of record.

What Leapsome does better than WorkBoard

  • Reviews, 360 feedback and development plans in the same product as goals
  • Compensation management linked to performance data
  • Berlin company processing data in the EU
  • Customer list that names European employers

Where Leapsome is a step down from WorkBoard

  • Prices are quoted in dollars
  • No portfolio management view
  • Per-user costs rise with headcount

Standout against WorkBoard. Leapsome connects pay review to the same goal and review data that a team keeps for OKRs.

Treams

Dutch performance layer with goals, 1:1s and talent review, priced openly

Eindhoven, NetherlandsPer employee per month, integrations and security included: Flow €6.50, Momentum €9, Compound on request. Per-head discount from 100 employees and for multi-year contracts (checked on treams.com, 2 November 2026).#1 in HR Software

Best for: Dutch companies that already run an HR system and need a performance layer.

Treams B.V. in Eindhoven covers goals and OKRs, 1:1 conversations, 360 feedback, engagement surveys with eNPS, a 9-grid talent review, a skill matrix and succession planning. Flow costs EUR 6.50 and Momentum EUR 9 per employee per month, with integrations and security included.

Against the Talent Management module of WorkBoard, Treams is narrower but quoted openly. It states ISO 27001 and hosting on AWS in Ireland, and links to AFAS, Visma, Youforce, Nmbrs and SD Worx. There is no payroll, absence or recruitment module, and no free trial; a test environment is set up for you.

What Treams does better than WorkBoard

  • Per-employee euro prices are printed, with integrations included
  • AWS in Ireland and sub-processors in the EEA are stated
  • Dutch HR and payroll connectors exist out of the box
  • AI that the vendor says is not trained on customer data

Where Treams is a step down from WorkBoard

  • No portfolio management or enterprise strategy tooling
  • Integration list centres on Dutch systems
  • Compound plan price is on request

Standout against WorkBoard. Treams offers a 9-grid talent review and succession planning together with goals in a single priced package.

Small Improvements

Berlin review tool where objectives are a feature, not the centre

Berlin, GermanyLaunch $3, Grow $6, Elevate $9 per user per month, billed annually; minimum 20 users (Launch, Grow) or 30 (Elevate); 30-day free trial#5 in Employee Engagement Software

Best for: Companies of 50 to 750 people that want calibrated reviews and 360s.

Small Improvements Software GmbH in Berlin focuses on reviews, calibration reviews, 360 feedback, 1:1 meetings and pulse surveys. Objectives can cascade from company level, and an AI objectives coach turns feedback into goals. The pages we read speak of objectives rather than OKRs.

Prices are public at $3, $6 and $9 per user per month on annual billing, with minimums of 20 or 30 users and a 30-day free trial. Admins can change wording, design and emails. Implementation sessions start at $200 per hour, which is worth budgeting for.

What Small Improvements does better than WorkBoard

  • Calibration reviews without a forced bell curve
  • Entry price of $3 per user per month
  • Admin control over wording, design and emails
  • German GmbH with arbitration in Berlin

Where Small Improvements is a step down from WorkBoard

  • OKR wording is absent from the pages we read
  • Minimum of 20 or 30 users
  • Prices are in US dollars, and hosting is not stated

Standout against WorkBoard. Small Improvements publishes a review process that avoids forced ranking and lets the admin rewrite the screens.

Factorial

Barcelona HR suite where goals are one module among payroll, time and recruitment

Barcelona, SpainFree tier / from about €4.50/employee/month#4 in HR Software

Best for: Small businesses that want HR administration first and light performance goals second.

Factorial HR in Barcelona started in 2016 and sells an HR suite for small and medium businesses. Its modules include time tracking, absence management, payroll, recruitment and performance. A free tier exists, and paid plans start at about EUR 4.50 per employee per month.

As a WorkBoard replacement it only fits if OKRs are a small part of the job. Performance management is lighter than in Treams or Leapsome, and portfolio views do not exist. The reason to choose it is consolidation: one vendor, one employee record, with time tracking built for European working-time rules.

What Factorial does better than WorkBoard

  • A free tier lets you try with real employee data
  • Time tracking, absence and payroll sit next to goals
  • Starting price of about EUR 4.50 per employee per month
  • Spanish company inside the EU

Where Factorial is a step down from WorkBoard

  • Performance and goal depth is lighter than a dedicated OKR tool
  • Modules are shallower than specialist products
  • Strongest fit is Spain and southern Europe

Standout against WorkBoard. Factorial is the only option here that puts payroll and time tracking in the same record as employee goals.

Goalscape

Kiel visual goal-mapping tool, a different idea from a managed OKR cycle

Kiel, GermanyPro EUR 7,50 per user per month billed yearly (EUR 9,00 monthly); Enterprise Corporate Cloud EUR 15,75 per user per month billed yearly, minimum 50 users; 14 day free trial#11 in OKR Software

Best for: Individuals and small teams that want a circular map of goals and sub-goals.

Goalscape Software GmbH in Kiel draws goals as a circular Goal Map with progress shown at a glance. Users can assign persons and tags, search and filter goals, embed images and videos, and export images or Excel reports. Pro costs EUR 7,50 per user per month billed yearly, or EUR 9,00 monthly.

The pages we read do not describe objectives and key results as a framework, and list no check-in reminders or Slack and Teams integrations. It does not replace WorkBoard as an operating system for OKRs. It replaces the habit of keeping goals in slides and spreadsheets. The Enterprise Corporate Cloud plan costs EUR 15,75 and needs 50 users.

What Goalscape does better than WorkBoard

  • Visual goal structure that non-specialists can read quickly
  • Euro prices printed for Pro and Enterprise
  • A 14-day trial and unlimited read access afterwards
  • Dedicated server and SSO in the Enterprise plan

Where Goalscape is a step down from WorkBoard

  • No described OKR cycle or check-in reminders
  • No Slack or Teams integration listed
  • Hosting location not stated on the pages we read

Standout against WorkBoard. Goalscape shows the whole goal structure as one circle, which no table-based OKR tool on this page does.

Zensai

Aarhus learning and performance platform with Goals and OKRs as one use case

Aarhus, DenmarkEditions Grow, Scale and Transform; no amounts shown on the pages we read#12 in OKR Software

Best for: Companies that already want learning and performance on one platform and add goals to it.

Zensai International ApS in Aarhus starts from learning and performance rather than strategy. Its pages list use cases for onboarding, compliance training, performance management, engagement, manager development, skills and Goals and OKRs. Editions are called Grow, Scale and Transform.

Detail on OKR cycles, key result types and goal trees is missing from the pages we read, and no prices are shown. The pairing makes sense for a company that wants training and goals in one system, with a Microsoft 365 integration. For deep OKR work, WorkBoard and most tools above go further.

What Zensai does better than WorkBoard

  • Learning content and goals sit in the same platform
  • Danish and German legal entities are published
  • Microsoft 365 integration is listed

Where Zensai is a step down from WorkBoard

  • OKR functions are described only briefly
  • No prices or hosting location on the pages we read

Standout against WorkBoard. Zensai is the only tool here that attaches OKRs to a training and compliance learning platform.

What actually breaks when you switch

The first thing that breaks is history. Objectives, key result values and check-in comments usually export as spreadsheets, and importing them into a new tool rarely keeps the timeline. Decide before you migrate whether you carry two years of history across or start the next quarter clean and keep a read-only archive. Mooncamp, OKRnest and Goalscape list Excel or spreadsheet paths; ask each vendor for an import test with your own file.

The second break is the cadence. WorkBoard users are used to its agents and reports, and teams have built habits around them. A weekly Weekdone report or a Futureworks meeting mode feels different, and managers need a retraining session. Expect a contract overlap of one quarter: keep WorkBoard read-only until the first full cycle closes in the new tool, and check the notice period in your own contract, since the terms of use we read do not set it.

Can a European OKR tool replace WorkBoard for a company of a few hundred people?

For the goal cycle itself, yes. Mooncamp is built for companies from about 20 people upwards and sells an Enterprise plan from 100 users with SAML single sign-on and SCIM provisioning. Perdoo lists the same two enterprise controls on its higher tiers, and Futureworks prices up to 200 seats on a published scale.

What changes is the surrounding platform. If your teams rely on WorkBoard agents or portfolio views, no single European vendor on this page copies that bundle. You would keep OKRs in one tool and put portfolio work into something else, or accept that the AI features differ: Workpath ships an OKR generator and a quality checker, and Perdoo ships an assistant and an MCP server.

Is the arbitration clause in WorkBoard terms a reason to switch?

It is a reason to ask your legal team, not a reason on its own. The clause is standard for US software firms, and WorkBoard states ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II certification next to it. What matters is whether your contract is negotiated or accepted as published.

A European vendor changes the venue question. Weekdone OU names Estonian law and the Harju County Court in Tallinn. OKRnest names Swedish law and Stockholms tingsratt. Perdoo names German law with Berlin courts. Futureworks, Workpath and Zensai did not show a governing law clause on the pages we read, so ask for it before you sign.

Which one to pick

Choose Mooncamp or Perdoo when OKRs are the goal and you want a quoted price, with Perdoo preferable if a free start and a named Frankfurt region matter. Choose Workpath when a large organisation wants consulting and ISO 27001 alongside the software. Choose Futureworks when one plan at a printed scale is easier to approve than a negotiation.

Choose OKRnest or Weekdone for teams under thirty people. Choose Leapsome, Treams or Small Improvements when talent management was your reason for WorkBoard, and Factorial when HR administration decides the purchase. Goalscape and Zensai are for the narrow cases of visual maps and learning platforms. If your use of WorkBoard is portfolio management, none of these twelve is a one-for-one replacement.

Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on the job. Mooncamp is the closest dedicated OKR platform with published euro prices, Perdoo adds a free plan and strategy maps, and Workpath adds KPIs, ISO 27001 and consulting for large organisations. For a small team, OKRnest and Weekdone start free. Leapsome and Treams fit if the talent module is what you use WorkBoard for.

Not on the pages we read on 4 November 2026. The WorkBoard home page and demo page route visitors to a Book a Demo button. Mooncamp lists EUR 7 and EUR 10 per user per month, Futureworks lists EUR 15 to EUR 9 depending on seats, Goalscape lists EUR 7,50 and EUR 15,75, and Perdoo lists a free tier and two paid tiers.

We could not find a storage region on the WorkBoard pages we read. The security page states SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 certification, and the privacy notice was last revised on 12 June 2026. Ask WorkBoard for its sub-processor list and hosting regions in writing; Perdoo, Treams and Weekdone state theirs.

Perdoo is free for up to five users. OKRnest is free for three users and two OKR teams. Weekdone is free for up to three users and gives a 14-day trial for larger teams.
