European Alternatives to WiseStamp

Looking for a European alternative to WiseStamp? WiseStamp's privacy policy names WiseStamp Technologies Ltd., a company incorporated in Israel, as controller, and its terms of service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Its pricing page lists Basic from $19 a month, Grow from $49 a month and Platform from $189 a month, each plus $1 a month per employee, billed annually.

The European tools below come from Poland, France, the United Kingdom, Denmark and Czechia. They cover Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace signature management, banner campaigns and legal disclaimers, with several publishing per-user prices.

How we rank these tools — 4-step process
  1. 1
    European ownership, verified

The company is headquartered and incorporated in the EU, EEA or Switzerland, and processes customer data in Europe. A US parent company disqualifies a tool from this page regardless of where its servers are.

  2. 2
    Category fit and hands-on review

What the tool actually does, who it suits, and where it falls short — checked against the vendor’s own documentation, changelog and pricing page rather than its marketing copy.

  3. 3
    Compliance and pricing check

GDPR posture, hosting location and the prices quoted on this page are verified against the vendor’s public pricing before publication, and re-checked when we revisit the category.

  4. 4
    Position on this page

Placement on this page can be paid, and that can affect which tools appear here and the order they appear in. It never buys a good review: a tool that fails the checks above is not here at any price, and payment does not change the shortcomings we write about. A vendor can ask us to correct a factual error — not to remove a criticism.

Vendors can pay for visibility on this page. It never changes what an entry says about a product, including the criticism, and we earn nothing when you click through to a vendor. Paid placement can affect which tools appear here and the order they appear in. Editorial policy

Key takeaways

  • WiseStamp's privacy policy names WiseStamp Technologies Ltd. and/or WiseStamp Inc., and its terms are governed by Delaware law with Delaware courts.
  • WiseStamp prices organisation plans at $19, $49 and $189 a month plus $1 a month per employee, billed annually, and server-side integration and SSO only appear in the $189 Platform plan.
  • CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 (Poland) publishes $1.22 per user per month on a yearly subscription with a 10-licence minimum, and Letsignit (France) publishes $2 per user per month.
  • Signitic (France) has a free version below 20 employees, and Email Impact (France) has a free plan for 20 signatures, which is the closest European match to WiseStamp's Pro+ entry level.
  • Rocketseed (UK) and Symprex (UK) are outside the EEA, so they trade EU jurisdiction for server-side deployment and, at Symprex, an Exchange Server product.

Why people leave WiseStamp

WiseStamp began as a browser extension that let individuals build a signature for Gmail and Outlook, and it still sells that way: a Pro+ plan at $9 a month for an individual or micro-team, plus the option to add up to 10 team members at $2 a month each.

The company later added an administrator product for whole organisations, with directory sync to Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra, departments, banner campaigns, surveys and QR links. That history explains both its appeal for small teams and its limits for larger ones.

The legal picture is mixed. WiseStamp's privacy policy, last revised on 5 January 2026, names WiseStamp Technologies Ltd. and/or WiseStamp Inc. as the parties behind the service, and the terms of service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, with the courts of Delaware competent.

A European customer therefore signs a contract under US state law with a company whose controller is incorporated in Israel. Nothing here is unusual for a SaaS firm, but it is the opposite of a contract with an EU entity and an EU court.

People who look beyond WiseStamp usually do so for one of three reasons: the per-employee fee stacked on top of an organisation plan, the way server-side deployment and single sign-on only arrive at the $189 tier, or a procurement rule that wants a European contracting party. The first two are questions of price structure, the third a question of paperwork, and the European tools below answer each differently.

  • Two prices at once: a plan and a seat fee Every WiseStamp organisation plan shows a monthly base and the same line underneath: "+ $1 /mo per employee", billed annually. Basic is $19, Grow is $49, Platform is $189. For 200 people that is $219, $249 or $389 a month before any quote, by our arithmetic from the pricing page. European vendors price differently: CodeTwo and Letsignit charge one rate per user, Rocketseed prints a total by headcount band, and Email Impact charges by signature.
  • Server-side deployment sits on the Platform tier On the pricing page, "Server-side integration" appears first in the Platform list, along with SSO through SAML or Okta, roles and permissions and an onboarding specialist. Basic and Grow install signatures through the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 integration. If your policy says a signature must be stamped on every message whether or not the user cooperates, you reach the $189 plan, whereas Rocketseed describes its deployment as server-side from the start.
  • US state law and courts in the contract The terms select Delaware law and Delaware courts for any dispute. The privacy policy names an Israeli Ltd. and a US Inc. together. For a company whose data protection officer expects a processing agreement with an EU or UK party under European law, that mix needs a legal review each time the contract renews. Eight of the ten tools below name a French, Polish, Danish or Czech company as contracting party on their legal pages.
  • Automatic renewal on annual plans The terms say subscriptions may renew automatically for a period equal to the original one, and the plan prices are billed annually. That is common, but it means a decision to move has to be made ahead of the renewal date, not after it. Monthly billing is available from CodeTwo, Rocketseed and Symprex, per their pricing pages, which reduces the lock-in if you want to test before committing.

What you have to replace, not just match

You are replacing more than a signature template. WiseStamp's organisation plans combine four things: a design studio with an AI signature designer, a directory connection that installs signatures and adds new hires, a campaign layer (banners, rules for primary, reply and forward emails, analytics) and a survey and link layer with QR codes and AI Insights.

Decide which of these your team actually uses. A company that only needs a uniform name block and disclaimer can drop the campaign and survey layers entirely, and then even Signitic's free version or the Email Impact free plan covers the job.

Next, the connection to your identity system. WiseStamp reads from Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra, and its Platform tier adds SSO and deeper field mapping. Whichever European tool you pick must read the same directory fields, and the cleaner those fields are, the easier the move: job titles, phone numbers and office addresses stored in free text will show up in every signature unchanged. Fix the directory first, then pick the vendor.

Finally, what sits outside the product: custom banners, tracked links, survey responses and the Chrome extension some staff may use privately. Banner analytics and survey data stay in WiseStamp, so export reports before the contract ends. Links already sent in old emails will keep pointing at WiseStamp-hosted addresses, so keep the account active until the last campaign has run its course.

CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

the Polish Microsoft 365 option with a single published rate

Jelenia Gora, PolandFrom $1.22 per user per month on a yearly subscription or $1.36 monthly, minimum 10 licences, excluding VAT (vendor pricing page, checked 2026-10-19)#1 in Email Signature Software

Best for: IT admins on Microsoft 365 who want server-side signatures and a transparent per-user rate

CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 turns WiseStamp's four-tier ladder into one line: one plan, all features, $1.22 per user per month on a yearly subscription or $1.36 monthly, excluding VAT, with a minimum of 10 licences. There is no extra platform fee. The vendor is CodeTwo sp. z o.o. sp. k. in Jelenia Gora, Poland, which describes itself as independent and co-owned by two founders.

Where WiseStamp installs signatures through its Microsoft 365 or Google connection, CodeTwo lets you choose between cloud signatures stamped on the server, signatures added in Outlook, or both together. The cloud preview covers Outlook on Windows, Mac and the web. Settings and an Entra ID cache stay in an Azure region the customer selects, although the page does not name a European region, so make that part of the contract.

What CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 does better than WiseStamp

  • One plan with every feature, where WiseStamp withholds server-side integration until the $189 tier
  • No flat monthly platform fee on top of the per-user charge
  • A Polish company as the contracting party, named on its contact page
  • Choice between cloud, client-side and mixed signature placement

Where CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is a step down from WiseStamp

  • Microsoft 365 only; WiseStamp also connects to Google Workspace
  • No individual or micro-team plan, because of the 10-licence minimum
  • No Chrome extension for staff who want to design their own signature

Standout against WiseStamp. It is the one tool on this page where server-side stamping is part of the base price instead of a higher tier.

#2

Letsignit

the French platform closest to WiseStamp's campaign and survey layer

Marseille, France$2 per user per month for Email signatures & vCards, Slides or Platform as shown on the pricing page (currency selector for USD, CAD, EUR, GBP); Enterprise on request#2 in Email Signature Software

Best for: Marketing and IT teams on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace who want banners and vCards included

Letsignit covers the same ground as WiseStamp's Grow plan: targeted banner campaigns, A/B testing, dynamic polls and analytics, with the addition of digital business cards that can be saved to Apple and Android wallets. The pricing page shows $2 per user per month for the signature, Slides and Platform products, so the arithmetic is one multiplication where WiseStamp needs a base plus a seat fee.

The legal notice names LETSIGNIT, a SARL registered in Marseille under number 824 622 740, and the about page dates the company to 2013. Letsignit also names ISO 27001 and ISO 27018. Two things to settle in the contract: the pages do not say where customer signature data is stored, and the privacy policy allows subcontractor transfers outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

What Letsignit does better than WiseStamp

  • Flat per-user rate in place of a plan plus seat fee
  • Digital business cards and PowerPoint template management in the same platform
  • A French register entry and a named data protection officer
  • Enterprise options for API or SCIM sync and on-premise or SMTP deployment

Where Letsignit is a step down from WiseStamp

  • Prices show in dollars by default, and the Terms and DPA are sent only on request
  • Data location for signatures is not stated
  • No low-cost individual plan like WiseStamp Pro+

Standout against WiseStamp. It is the tool here that extends the signature into digital business cards and slide templates, which WiseStamp does not list.

Signitic

the cheapest French path with a free tier for small teams

Lyon, FranceStandard plan 1 euro per user (pricing page); free version for companies with fewer than 20 employees; Custom on request#3 in Email Signature Software

Best for: Companies under or near 20 employees that want banners and a stated 1 euro per-user plan

Signitic is the clearest cost contrast with WiseStamp: the Standard plan is 1 euro per user, and a free version covers companies with fewer than 20 employees. WiseStamp's Basic is $19 a month plus $1 per employee, so a 15-person company pays a fixed fee for what Signitic gives away. The pricing page does not state the billing period next to the 1 euro figure, so confirm it.

Signitic lists banner campaigns with targeting and A/B testing, statistics by campaign and user with CSV export, digital business cards, directory sync, roles and an API. The vendor says the platform is made and hosted in Europe with no transfers outside the EU. The register lists POSITIVE GROUP LYON (SIGNITIC), an SAS whose president is Groupe Positive, and the investors in that group were not checked.

What Signitic does better than WiseStamp

  • A free version below 20 employees, where WiseStamp's organisation plans start at $19 plus seats
  • Vendor-stated European hosting with no transfers outside the EU
  • Roles, permissions and an API listed by the vendor
  • A French SAS as the contracting entity

Where Signitic is a step down from WiseStamp

  • Billing period of the Standard price is not stated
  • Parent group ownership not verified
  • Website split across several domains and languages, which makes the documentation harder to follow

Standout against WiseStamp. It combines a free tier, a 1 euro paid plan and a no-transfer-outside-the-EU claim, which gives the largest saving against WiseStamp for a small team.

Rocketseed

the London server-side vendor with printed totals by headcount

London, United KingdomAnnual: 564 pounds for 50 employees, 1,056 for 100, 1,474 for 150, 1,916 for 200; monthly: 59, 110, 154, 204 pounds; above 200 custom (vendor pricing page)#4 in Email Signature Software

Best for: Mid-size organisations with 50 to 200 staff that want deployment without add-ins

Rocketseed replaces WiseStamp's plan-plus-seat formula with totals printed per headcount band: 564 pounds a year for 50 employees, 1,056 for 100, 1,474 for 150 and 1,916 for 200, or 59, 110, 154 and 204 pounds monthly. Above 200 the price is custom. That is useful for a budget request, because nothing needs to be multiplied.

The vendor says deployment is server-side for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Exchange, with no add-ins installed by users, and one dashboard handles several brands, domains and tenants. Rocketseed Limited is a UK company with a single British individual listed as person with significant control, and subsidiaries in South Africa and the United States. Being outside the EEA, transfers from the EU depend on the UK adequacy decision.

What Rocketseed does better than WiseStamp

  • Printed totals by headcount, where WiseStamp needs a plan plus a seat fee
  • Server-side deployment that works without user action across Microsoft, Google and Exchange
  • Multi-brand and multi-domain management in one dashboard
  • UK Companies House record showing individual ownership

Where Rocketseed is a step down from WiseStamp

  • UK jurisdiction, not EU
  • Sub-processor data centre locations were not checked
  • Nothing comparable to WiseStamp's surveys or AI signature designer is listed

Standout against WiseStamp. It is the only vendor here whose cost for 50, 100, 150 and 200 employees can be read straight off a public page.

Symprex Signature 365

the Guildford option for Microsoft 365 with an Exchange Server sibling

Guildford, United KingdomOne price for all features, monthly or annual (20 percent saving), volume discounts; amount shown after calculation on the vendor page, not in server-rendered text#5 in Email Signature Software

Best for: Microsoft-based organisations that also run Exchange Server or want one all-features price

Symprex Signature 365 is the product for Microsoft 365 only, from Symprex Limited, incorporated on 26 November 1999 per Companies House. Pricing is one rate for all features, with 20 percent off for annual billing and volume discounts, but the amount appears only after a calculation in the portal. The free 14-day trial needs no credit card.

Compared with WiseStamp's feature gating, Symprex does not split functions across plans. The vendor states ISO 27001, ISO 27018 and SOC 2, and says Signature 365 data is stored in the location the customer chooses, for example in the EU. Its separate Email Signature Manager is the product for organisations that still run Exchange Server.

What Symprex Signature 365 does better than WiseStamp

  • One price for all features instead of four tiers
  • A separate product built for Exchange Server
  • Customer-chosen data location, per the vendor's privacy policy
  • Discounts for education, healthcare, government and non-profit buyers

Where Symprex Signature 365 is a step down from WiseStamp

  • The cloud product is for Microsoft 365 only, so Gmail users are left out
  • No price visible without the calculator or a quote
  • UK, not EU, jurisdiction

Standout against WiseStamp. It is the vendor here with a separate product for a mail server you run yourself.

#6

Xink

the Danish calculator-priced option for Microsoft and Google tenants

Copenhagen, DenmarkCalculator by number of users in USD, EUR or GBP, monthly or yearly; above 300 licences by chat (calculator values not in server-rendered text)#6 in Email Signature Software

Best for: Teams on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace that want a Danish contracting party

Xink comes from Xink ApS in Copenhagen, registered in 2009 per the Danish business register. Its pricing page works through a user-count calculator in USD, EUR or GBP with monthly or yearly billing. WiseStamp lists its prices in plain text, whereas Xink's values were filled in by script and could not be read, so you need to run the calculator or ask for a quote.

The vendor says its signature is added directly to the email, so it does not need to access or store email content, and that it uses certified Azure data centres. After a customer leaves, data is deleted from Xink's server after 90 days unless deletion is requested earlier. Ownership is not published, and two Copenhagen addresses appear in the privacy policy and the register.

What Xink does better than WiseStamp

  • A Danish ApS as the vendor entity, registered in 2009
  • A stated no-access position on email content
  • A concrete post-contract deletion period of 90 days
  • Price quoted in euro through a calculator

Where Xink is a step down from WiseStamp

  • Prices cannot be read without the calculator
  • Ownership is not published
  • More than 300 licences requires a chat with the vendor

Standout against WiseStamp. It is the only tool here that publishes a fixed retention period after the customer stops paying.

gSignature

the Wroclaw Gmail API tool for Google-first companies

Wroclaw, PolandSee website (pricing page content not server-rendered)#7 in Email Signature Software

Best for: Google Workspace administrators who want signatures pushed centrally with a custom HTML design

gSignature is the closest European match to WiseStamp's Gmail origins. It writes signatures through the Gmail API and keeps employee data, units and groups in sync. Updates can reach chosen addresses, organisational units or an entire domain, and new employees receive a signature without manual steps.

The terms name MOK YOK GROUP sp. z o.o. in Wroclaw, entered in the National Court Register under number 0000503224, while the Google Workspace Marketplace lists DBC1 as developer. The vendor says it will code a custom design to HTML at no extra charge. The pricing text could not be read, so ask for a quote and, in the data processing agreement, confirm which Polish company acts as processor and where data is held.

What gSignature does better than WiseStamp

  • Custom HTML design included, where WiseStamp relies on its own editor and a template limit per plan
  • A Polish court-register entry for the contracting company
  • Optional employee self-service for updating signatures

Where gSignature is a step down from WiseStamp

  • Price and hosting location not readable on the pages checked
  • Two Polish company names across terms and Marketplace listing
  • No banner analytics or survey layer like WiseStamp's is described

Standout against WiseStamp. It is the one tool here that offers to hand-code a customer's own signature layout to HTML without a fee.

SignatureSatori

the Prague credit-based option for small Gmail teams

Prague, CzechiaCredits or monthly per-user plan, minimum 5 users on the subscription, 5 free credits monthly; amounts set by slider, not in page text#8 in Email Signature Software

Best for: Small Google Workspace teams that change signatures a few times a year

SignatureSatori from AppSatori s.r.o. in Prague breaks WiseStamp's subscription logic. In the credit model, one credit sets or changes one signature for one user and then allows unlimited changes for 24 hours, and 5 credits are free every month. A company that rebrands once a year pays almost nothing, whereas WiseStamp bills a fixed fee for every month.

The subscription alternative is a monthly per-user payment for at least 5 users, with a marketing planner and daily directory sync. Amounts are set by a slider and could not be read. It works for Gmail only, writes through the Gmail API, and states that the mail flow stays unchanged. Hosting region and ownership are not stated, though a DPA and GDPR page exist.

What SignatureSatori does better than WiseStamp

  • Pay-per-change credits, which have no equivalent in WiseStamp's plans
  • 5 free credits a month, as a way to test with real users
  • No change to mail flow, according to the vendor
  • Czech s.r.o. with a postal address on the contact page

Where SignatureSatori is a step down from WiseStamp

  • Gmail and Google Workspace only
  • Prices need the slider
  • Hosting region and ownership are not stated

Standout against WiseStamp. It is the only tool in this comparison that bills for the change instead of for the person.

Boost My Mail

the French option with a sovereign host and two plain plans

Saint-Herblain, FranceBasic and Premium plans, prices on request#9 in Email Signature Software

Best for: French organisations that want a French host and a clear Basic or Premium choice

Boost My Mail replaces WiseStamp's four tiers with two. Basic gives unlimited signatures without banners, and Premium adds unlimited banners. Both include directory sync for Microsoft, Google and Lucca, a template library and disclaimers. No prices are published; the pricing page offers a demo, a brochure and a free test of each plan, so a quote is the first step.

The legal notice gives SIREN 835398272 for an SAS created in 2018, with A5 Groupe as president. The vendor says it uses a French sovereign host that meets the HDS standard alongside Microsoft Azure, and that emails are never stored on its servers. Documentation is mostly in French, so check that your administrators can work in it.

What Boost My Mail does better than WiseStamp

  • Two plans against four, with banners as the only dividing line
  • A French sovereign host named in the vendor's materials
  • Lucca directory sync, which WiseStamp does not list

Where Boost My Mail is a step down from WiseStamp

  • No public price at all
  • Part of the hosting is on Microsoft Azure
  • Mostly French documentation

Standout against WiseStamp. It is the one tool here that names a French HDS-certified host as part of its stack.

Email Impact

the Lille-area flat-price option with a free tier

Villeneuve d'Ascq, FranceFree plan 0 euro per month (20 signatures); Premium from 20 euro per month with 25 signatures, 0.80 euro per extra signature; coaching option +60 euro per month (vendor pricing page)#10 in Email Signature Software

Best for: Small and multi-brand French companies that want a free start and a flat price per signature

Email Impact is the cheapest way to move away from a WiseStamp plan on paper. The free plan costs 0 euro a month for 20 signatures, one template, one campaign and one social network, with an Email Impact logo. Premium starts at 20 euro a month for 25 signatures, charges 0.80 euro for each extra one and removes the logo. A coaching option adds 60 euro a month.

Carredas Communication, the SAS behind it, is registered in Villeneuve d'Ascq under SIREN 384493094. The vendor says the platform is hosted in France and that it syncs with Microsoft 365, with compatibility stated for Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail. The site is French only, per-signature pricing rises with headcount, and the owner of the company was not checked.

What Email Impact does better than WiseStamp

  • A free plan and a 20 euro Premium base price against $19 plus $1 per employee
  • Social network relay from the same platform
  • Hosting in France stated by the vendor

Where Email Impact is a step down from WiseStamp

  • Cost grows with signatures, which can exceed WiseStamp for larger staff counts
  • French-language site only

Standout against WiseStamp. It is the only tool here that prices by signature and still offers a plan at zero.

email-impact.fr Visit Email Impact

What actually breaks when you switch

The first friction point is the signature itself. Outlook on Windows, Outlook on the web, Outlook for Mac and the Gmail web client each handle HTML in their own way, and a banner that looks right in one may break in another.

Test the new design in all clients your staff use, with a few real accounts, and do so before the old tool is switched off. Server-side tools such as Rocketseed and the cloud mode of CodeTwo place the signature at a different point than a client-side add-in, so replies and forwards may look different from what people are used to.

The second is contract timing. WiseStamp's terms say subscriptions may renew automatically for a period equal to the original one, and plan prices are billed annually, so a move needs a date that sits before the renewal.

Ask the new vendor for a trial: CodeTwo gives 14 days limited to 1,000 mailboxes, Symprex gives 14 days without a credit card, and Boost My Mail offers a free test of each plan. Run the old and new tool in parallel for one department for a week, tell staff in advance, and keep the WiseStamp account until the last tracked link has expired.

Can I keep using the WiseStamp Chrome extension for individuals while the company moves?

Technically yes, since the extension and the organisation product are sold as separate plans, with Pro+ at $9 a month for an individual or micro-team. In practice it creates two sources of truth. An employee who builds a signature in the extension in Gmail will overwrite the one pushed centrally, or show up in your outgoing mail with a design that does not carry the new disclaimer.

The safer route is to switch off personal extension use as part of the roll-out, announce the new central signature, and tell staff why. If your people work in Gmail, SignatureSatori and gSignature set signatures through the Gmail API, which gives them the same starting point as the extension without a browser add-on.

What happens to my WiseStamp banners, links and survey data?

They stay with WiseStamp. Tracked links, QR codes and surveys are part of the Basic plan and up, and their analytics are in the WiseStamp dashboard. Before you cancel, export the click and response data you want to keep, and screenshot the banner set-ups, because no European tool imports them.

The new tool will start with fresh statistics. Signitic offers statistics per campaign and per user with CSV export, and Letsignit lists native analytics with A/B testing, so both can restart the same reporting. Plan a short gap in comparable numbers and tell the marketing team so that nobody reads a drop in clicks as a failed campaign.

Which one to pick

If you are on Microsoft 365 and want the shortest route, CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is the strongest like-for-like, since one plan covers server-side placement at a published rate.

If your people use both Microsoft and Google and marketing wants banners and A/B tests, Letsignit is the broader platform and Signitic the cheaper one. For a company of around 20 staff or fewer, Signitic's free version or the Email Impact free plan will probably save most of what you pay WiseStamp.

Stay with WiseStamp if you are a small team using the Pro+ plan at $9 a month and your biggest need is a good-looking Gmail signature with an extension, or if you depend on its surveys, QR links and AI Insights, which none of the ten European tools replicates in full.

Move when a contract requirement asks for a European counterparty, when the seat fee has outgrown the value, or when you need server-side deployment without the $189 tier. For Gmail-only companies, gSignature or SignatureSatori is the lighter switch.

WiseStamp's privacy policy names WiseStamp Technologies Ltd. and/or WiseStamp Inc. and any of their subsidiaries and affiliates. The terms of service are governed by Delaware law, and the courts in Delaware are competent.
