The site says Xink has been trusted since 2013.

How it works
According to the vendor, the signature is added directly to the email, so Xink does not need to access or store email content. It authenticates your account only to synchronise the personalised signature. The privacy policy cites OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 principles.

The pricing page has a calculator with USD, EUR and GBP options, monthly or yearly billing and a user-count input. The values are filled in by script, so the amounts could not be read from the page text. For more than 300 licences the vendor asks you to use its chat.
Data and retention
The vendor says it uses certified Azure data centres. The privacy policy says that if a customer stops using Xink and does not request deletion, data is deleted from the Xink server after 90 days. The DPO contact is security@xink.io.
