Detailed Review
Signitic is a SaaS tool for managing email signatures and signature banner campaigns on Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. The French company register lists it as POSITIVE GROUP LYON (SIGNITIC), an SAS whose president is Groupe Positive. The site shows an address in Lyon and calls Positive its parent group.
The vendor's site carries notices that Mailtastic, the German signature tool, is now Signitic and that Sigilium joined Signitic, so one product now covers what were three brands.
Features
The vendor lists central signature management, banner campaigns with targeting and A/B testing, deliverability settings, statistics by campaign and by user with CSV export, digital business cards, directory sync and an API. Roles and permissions let marketing and IT share administration.
Compared with WiseStamp's Chrome-extension approach for individuals, Signitic is aimed at organisation-wide deployment from a directory.
Pricing
The pricing page shows a Standard plan at 1 euro per user, with a free version for companies with fewer than 20 employees and a Custom tier through a demo. The page does not state the billing period next to the 1 euro figure, so confirm it before purchase.
Hosting and group
The vendor says the platform is made and hosted in Europe with no transfers outside the EU. Signitic sits inside the Positive group, which also lists user.com, Surfer and Iconosquare among its products. Investor ownership of the group was not checked.
Limitations to Consider
The legal notice page was not reachable at the URL tried, so the entity comes from the French company register. The billing period behind the 1 euro price is not stated next to it. Ownership of the parent group was not verified.
Who Should Use Signitic
Teams under 20 employees that want a free tier, and larger teams that want European hosting at a stated per-user price.
