European Alternatives to Outreach

Looking for a European alternative to Outreach? Outreach Corporation of Seattle contracts under Washington law, quotes every package on request as seats plus AI credits, and its terms make orders non-cancelable and non-refundable with automatic twelve-month renewal.

The European tools below publish their prices and are run from France, Belgium, Poland, Estonia and the United Kingdom; none sells Outreach's conversation intelligence or forecasting, so they replace its sequencing and calling layer.

How we rank these tools — 4-step process
  1. 1
    European ownership, verified

The company is headquartered and incorporated in the EU, EEA or Switzerland, and processes customer data in Europe. A US parent company disqualifies a tool from this page regardless of where its servers are.

  2. 2
    Category fit and hands-on review

What the tool actually does, who it suits, and where it falls short — checked against the vendor’s own documentation, changelog and pricing page rather than its marketing copy.

  3. 3
    Compliance and pricing check

GDPR posture, hosting location and the prices quoted on this page are verified against the vendor’s public pricing before publication, and re-checked when we revisit the category.

  4. 4
    Position on this page

Placement on this page can be paid, and that can affect which tools appear here and the order they appear in. It never buys a good review: a tool that fails the checks above is not here at any price, and payment does not change the shortcomings we write about. A vendor can ask us to correct a factual error — not to remove a criticism.

Vendors can pay for visibility on this page. It never changes what an entry says about a product, including the criticism, and we earn nothing when you click through to a vendor. Paid placement can affect which tools appear here and the order they appear in. Editorial policy

Key takeaways

  • Outreach Corporation is headquartered in Seattle, its terms are governed by Washington law, and its privacy statement says it is a US company with offices in Europe.
  • Outreach prices as seats plus AI credits (10,000 to 100,000 per package) and publishes no figures, so every European tool on this page with a posted price is easier to budget.
  • Outreach orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable, and renew automatically for twelve months unless notice comes 30 days ahead.
  • No European tool here sells conversation intelligence or forecasting as a core product, which makes a full Outreach replacement a multi-tool decision.
  • Overloop, Zeliq and Lemlist are the closest European fits for reps who prospect by email and phone, and Salesforge is the closest to the AI-agent side of Outreach.

Why people leave Outreach

Outreach started as an email sequencing tool for sales development reps and today describes itself as an agentic AI platform for revenue teams. The packages on its pricing page bundle sequencing with AI agents, a dialer, conversation intelligence, deal and pipeline management and, at the top, forecasting. A buyer who only wants to send timed emails and LinkedIn steps to a prospect list is buying a small corner of a large suite.

The legal side is plain in its own documents. The contracting party is Outreach Corporation at 333 Elliott Avenue West in Seattle, the agreement is governed by Washington law, and disputes go to the federal or state courts of Washington. The privacy statement says outright that Outreach is a US company whose service providers sit in the US and other countries, and that it has offices in Europe. Prague is listed among its locations, but the company is not European.

People who look past it usually name one of three things: the quote-only price, the seat-plus-credits model that makes next year's bill hard to predict, or the fact that a ten-person outbound team is paying for forecasting and call analysis it never opens. The European tools below answer the third complaint well and the first two partly. They do not answer the need for an enterprise revenue platform, and this page says so where it matters.

  • The price is a quote, and it has two meters Outreach publishes no prices. Its pricing page says the model combines seat-based access with consumption-based AI credits, and every package, from Amplify Essentials with 10,000 credits to Amplify Pro with 100,000, ends in a "Request pricing" button. Credits are spent by research, personalisation, sequencing automation, conversation analysis and forecasting. You cannot budget a year from the page, and usage decides part of the bill.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled mid-term The terms state that orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable, that each order renews automatically for successive twelve-month periods, and that notice to stop the renewal must arrive at least 30 days before the term ends. After the initial term, Outreach may change the fees on 60 days' notice before a renewal. A team that outgrows or misjudges the package carries it to the end of the term.
  • Washington law and a US parent hold the contract Outreach Corporation is the party to the agreement, Washington law governs it, and Washington courts hear claims. Transfers of European personal data rest on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework certification and on standard contractual clauses, according to its privacy statement and GDPR page. Because the parent is American, the CLOUD Act lets US authorities compel it to produce data it controls, wherever the servers are.
  • Most of the suite is for revenue leadership, not reps The Plus and Pro packages add deal health alerts, relationship maps, real-time coaching cards, win and loss analytics and forecast rollups. Those are tools for managers and revenue operations. A small outbound team that only needs sequences, a dialer link and CRM sync can leave all of that unused while still paying for the package it comes in.

What you have to replace, not just match

The first job is to separate what you actually use. Open the Outreach reports for the last quarter and list which features produced activity: sequences and tasks, the Outreach Voice dialer, meeting scheduling, call transcripts and summaries, deal records, forecast views.

Sequencing and the dialer are replaceable by the tools on this page. Call transcription, action-item detection and sentiment analysis are not sold by any of them, so you would need a separate meeting-recording tool, and forecasting needs your CRM or a dedicated forecasting product.

The second job is the CRM link. Outreach is built to sit on top of Salesforce or another CRM and write activity back.

Among the European tools, Overloop syncs with HubSpot, Pipedrive and (on its Enterprise tier) Salesforce, Zeliq with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, and La Growth Machine with HubSpot and Pipedrive on its top plan. Waalaxy has CRM sync, and Lemlist and Emelia run mainly on their own lists and inbox. Check field mapping, task creation and activity logging against your own CRM setup before you move a team.

The third job is the data you built inside Outreach: prospect lists, sequence templates, snippets, custom objects and the history of who was contacted by which rep. Outreach's Plus package includes 10 custom objects and Pro includes 20. None of the European tools models custom objects the same way, so decide what must move into the CRM and what can stay behind as an export.

Overloop

Closest European match for rep prospecting with CRM sync and a built-in contact database

Brussels, BelgiumStarter USD 69 per user per month (250 credits, 1 email account, 3 campaigns); Growth USD 99 per user per month (500 credits, 3 email accounts, 10 campaigns, HubSpot and Pipedrive integration); Enterprise on request#2 in Sales Engagement Software

Best for: Outbound teams that want contacts, sequences and HubSpot or Pipedrive sync in one tool

Overloop covers the part of Outreach that a prospecting team touches every day: contact data, email and LinkedIn sequences, verification and CRM integration. The vendor says its database holds more than 450 million contacts, a figure it reports itself. Against Outreach, where enrichment is a metered AI-credit activity, Overloop meters credits too, but the credits sit inside a published per-user price, so a rep's monthly cost is visible before a quote call.

Starter is USD 69 per user per month and Growth USD 99, with HubSpot and Pipedrive from Growth and Salesforce reserved for the custom Enterprise tier. Overloop SRL is registered in Brussels, and the product dates from 2015 as Prospect.io. It has no conversation intelligence, no forecasting and no dialer of its own, so a team that records calls in Outreach needs another tool.

What Overloop does better than Outreach

  • Posted per-user prices instead of a quote and an AI-credit meter
  • Contact database inside the product, no separate data contract
  • Belgian contracting entity rather than Washington law
  • Seven-day trial without a sales call

Where Overloop is a step down from Outreach

  • No conversation intelligence, deal management or forecasting
  • Salesforce integration only on the custom Enterprise tier
  • Smaller campaign and account limits on Starter (3 campaigns)

Standout against Outreach. It is the only tool here that combines a self-reported 450 million contact database with published per-user pricing and three CRM integrations.

Zeliq

Free entry plan plus database, sequences and a dialer link for reps who also call

Paris, FranceBasic free (100 imported leads a month, 2 active email sequences); Starter USD 59 per user per month (750 credits, unlimited sequences, HubSpot sync); Custom from USD 1,500 per user per year with a minimum of 3 licences; 20% off with annual billing; extra credits USD 109 per 2,500#9 in Sales Engagement Software

Best for: Reps who split their day between email sequences and phone calls on Aircall or Ringover

Zeliq is the nearest to Outreach's email-plus-phone rhythm. It connects to the Aircall and Ringover dialers, syncs with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, and ships its own lead database, which the vendor says covers more than 450 million prospects. Outreach sells Outreach Voice as its own dialer. Zeliq hands the call to a dialer you may already pay for, so there is no second phone product to replace.

The Basic plan is free, with 100 imported leads a month and two active email sequences. Starter is USD 59 per user per month with 750 credits and unlimited sequences, and the Custom tier starts at USD 1,500 per user per year with at least three licences. The contracting entity is GetHeroes SAS in Paris. Its privacy policy states that website data is hosted outside the EU, which belongs in the data processing agreement discussion.

What Zeliq does better than Outreach

  • A permanent free plan, where Outreach offers demos and quotes only
  • Works with the Aircall or Ringover dialer you may already use
  • Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive sync at a published per-user price
  • Credits that do not expire

Where Zeliq is a step down from Outreach

  • No built-in dialer, call recording or transcript analysis
  • Website data hosted outside the EU according to its privacy policy
  • Lighter sequencing than Outreach's multi-step cadences and task rules

Standout against Outreach. A free Basic plan with a lead database behind it is the lowest-risk way to test a move away from Outreach.

Lemlist

Widest channel mix among the European tools, with calling on the Multichannel plan

Paris, FranceEmail plan USD 55 per month billed annually (USD 69 monthly) for 50,000 emails a month with unlimited users and senders; Multichannel plan USD 87 per month billed annually (USD 109 monthly) with unlimited emails and messages, 5 senders per user, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and calling; Enterprise on request; lead enrichment and buying-intent add-ons at USD 16 and USD 21 per month#1 in Sales Engagement Software

Best for: SDR teams that want email, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and calls in one cadence for a flat fee

Lemlist runs the sequencing job that Outreach is known for, then adds channels. The Multichannel plan puts LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and calling in the same cadence, with five senders per user. LEMPIRE SAS in Paris is the contracting company. Where Outreach charges for seats and AI credits, Lemlist's Email plan allows unlimited users and senders, so adding a rep does not change the invoice.

The Email plan costs USD 55 per month billed annually for 50,000 emails, and Multichannel USD 87. Lead enrichment and buying-intent signals are add-ons at USD 16 and USD 21 per month. SSO and SAML need an Enterprise conversation. There is no conversation intelligence or forecasting, and no certification is published beyond the French incorporation, so a security questionnaire goes through the vendor.

What Lemlist does better than Outreach

  • Unlimited users on the entry plan, so headcount does not drive the price
  • SMS and WhatsApp steps that Outreach does not list on its pricing page
  • Published prices for the first two tiers
  • French entity under EU law rather than a Washington-law contract

Where Lemlist is a step down from Outreach

  • No conversation intelligence, deal management or forecasting
  • SSO and SAML still require a sales conversation
  • Fewer governance controls than a platform sold to large revenue teams

Standout against Outreach. One sequence can reach a prospect by email, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and phone, and the first plan has no per-seat charge.

La Growth Machine

Multichannel sequences priced per sending identity, not per seat or AI credit

France (city not confirmed in an official legal notice)Per sending identity per month: Basic EUR 60 (LinkedIn and email only), Pro EUR 120, Ultimate EUR 120 (all four channels, unlimited campaigns); Agency plan from 6 identities; Custom plan from EUR 150 with a 6-month minimum; 2 months free on annual billing#5 in Sales Engagement Software

Best for: Small teams that run LinkedIn, email, X and call steps from the same sequence

La Growth Machine is built for a prospecting flow that starts on LinkedIn and follows up on other channels, which is a different centre of gravity from Outreach's email-and-phone base. Sequences cover LinkedIn, email, X and calls and send from the cloud through dedicated mobile proxies. CRM integrations with HubSpot and Pipedrive come on the top tier.

The price unit is the connected sending identity: EUR 60 per month for Basic with LinkedIn and email only, EUR 120 for Pro and Ultimate, and a Custom plan from EUR 150 with a six-month minimum. Compared with Outreach's quote model, that is easy to total, though five reps with one identity each cost five identities. The vendor shows France as its country but no exact city on an official legal notice.

What La Growth Machine does better than Outreach

  • Prices posted in euros per identity, instead of a seat-plus-credit quote
  • X and LinkedIn steps alongside email and calls in a single sequence
  • Cloud sending, nothing to install on rep laptops

Where La Growth Machine is a step down from Outreach

  • Only HubSpot and Pipedrive named, no Salesforce on the pages checked
  • Per-identity billing climbs quickly with several accounts per rep
  • No conversation intelligence, meeting analytics or forecasting

Standout against Outreach. It sequences across four channels from one flow and bills by the account you send from, not by licence.

Salesforge

Closest European answer to Outreach's AI agents, with an AI SDR sold as a separate product

Tallinn, EstoniaPro USD 40 per month (1,000 active contacts, 5,000 emails, 1 LinkedIn sender, 1 user); Growth USD 80 per month (10,000 contacts, 50,000 emails, unlimited LinkedIn senders and users); Agent Frank AI SDR USD 499 per month billed quarterly; 2 months free on annual billing#12 in Sales Engagement Software

Best for: Teams that want to scale sending volume and test an AI SDR instead of adding reps

Outreach now pitches AI agents that research accounts, personalise emails and run sequences. Salesforge has its own version in Agent Frank, an AI SDR that handles research and outreach for 2,000 or more contacts a month at USD 499 per month billed quarterly. The core product is a cold email sequencer from Tallinn with unlimited mailboxes and premium warm-up on both plans, which suits teams whose volume comes from inboxes, not seats.

Pro costs USD 40 per month for 1,000 active contacts and one user, and Growth USD 80 for 10,000 contacts, 50,000 emails and unlimited users and LinkedIn senders. Salesforge OU is listed in the Estonian register. The pages checked name no hosting region or certification, and credits are metered for validation and personalisation. It has no call recording, deal tracking or forecast view.

What Salesforge does better than Outreach

  • Published prices from USD 40 per month where Outreach gives none
  • Unlimited mailboxes and warm-up on both plans
  • An AI SDR product with a stated monthly price
  • Unlimited users on the Growth plan

Where Salesforge is a step down from Outreach

  • No dialer, call analysis or deal management
  • No hosting location or certification stated on the pages checked
  • Pro is limited to one user, which does not fit a team

Standout against Outreach. It is the only European tool here that sells an AI SDR with its own published monthly price.

Skylead

UK-registered LinkedIn and email sequencer with an AI SDR on one seat plan

London, United KingdomAll-in-one plan USD 100 per seat per month; Agency plan USD 999 per month for 25 seats or USD 1,999 for unlimited seats as a first-year promotion; annual billing is pay 10 months get 2 free#10 in Sales Engagement Software

Best for: LinkedIn-led teams that want image personalisation and one price per seat

Skylead suits a team that prospects mainly on LinkedIn and wants email steps in the same smart sequence. Its distinctive feature is image and GIF personalisation, and the single All-in-one plan also lists account-based prospecting, a B2B database, an email finder and verifier, API access and an AI SDR that handles conversations toward booked meetings. Outreach spreads its AI features across packages.

The plan costs USD 100 per seat per month, the highest entry price among the tools here, and the Agency plan is shown as a first-year promotion. Skylead Technologies Ltd is registered at Companies House in London under English law, so it is a UK vendor rather than an EU one, and its privacy policy says data is processed primarily in the UK and the US. It has no dialer, forecasting or call analytics.

What Skylead does better than Outreach

  • One flat seat price that includes the AI SDR and API
  • Image and GIF personalisation inside LinkedIn and email steps
  • English-law contract with a Companies House entry, not a Washington one

Where Skylead is a step down from Outreach

  • USD 100 per seat is dearer than most tools on this page
  • Processing mainly in the UK and the US, per its privacy policy
  • No call, CRM-deal or forecast features

Standout against Outreach. It bundles an AI SDR, a database and an email finder into one seat price instead of metering them.

Emelia

Euro-priced email and LinkedIn sequencing that scales by mailboxes, not seats

Paris, FranceStart EUR 37 per month (EUR 31 billed yearly), up to 3 mailboxes and 1 LinkedIn account; Grow EUR 97 (EUR 81 yearly), up to 50 mailboxes and 3 LinkedIn accounts; Scale EUR 297 (EUR 248 yearly), unlimited mailboxes and up to 10 LinkedIn accounts; extra LinkedIn accounts EUR 29 per month; optional credits EUR 19 per month#8 in Sales Engagement Software

Best for: Small teams and agencies that want unlimited sending in fixed euro plans

Emelia puts cold email and LinkedIn actions in one visual flow, with conditions on opens, clicks, replies and LinkedIn acceptances and A/B testing per step. It also includes an email finder, a phone finder, an email verifier and a unified inbox. Against Outreach's AI-credit meter, sending and warm-up are unlimited on every plan, and the limit is the number of mailboxes.

Start is EUR 37 per month for three mailboxes and one LinkedIn account, Grow EUR 97 for 50 mailboxes and three LinkedIn accounts, and Scale EUR 297 for unlimited mailboxes and ten accounts. Bridgers SAS is the French company behind it, confirmed in the register. The legal notice says the site is hosted by Amazon Web Services without naming where customer data sits, and the homepage presents the current version as a beta..

What Emelia does better than Outreach

  • Fixed euro plans with unlimited sending and warm-up
  • Phone and email finder bundled with the sequencer
  • No per-seat charge, so extra reps do not raise the bill

Where Emelia is a step down from Outreach

  • No dialer, conversation intelligence or forecasting
  • No stated data location or certification, and a beta label on the product

Standout against Outreach. Three euro plans with unlimited sending make its cost predictable in a way Outreach's credit meter is not.

Woodpecker.co

Email-first sequencing that bills per contacted prospect with unlimited team members

Wrocław, PolandUSD 7 per 100 contacted prospects, 25% off when billed annually; every plan includes 16,000 emails a month, email verification, 4 warm-ups, 100 Lead Finder credits and unlimited team members; LinkedIn outreach USD 29 per month per connected account as an add-on#6 in Sales Engagement Software

Best for: Email-first outbound teams that want to pay for prospects contacted instead of reps

Woodpecker.co strips the problem to cold email: sequencing with built-in verification, inbox warm-up and a lead finder. It charges USD 7 per 100 contacted prospects, with every plan including unlimited team members and email accounts and 16,000 emails a month. The unit differs from Outreach on both counts, because Outreach prices by seat and AI credit, and the unit here is the person you actually reach.

LinkedIn outreach is a paid add-on at USD 29 per month per connected account, so it is not a multichannel replacement. Woodpecker.co S.A. is registered in Wrocław, Poland. The 14-day trial has full features and needs no card. A team that contacts a lot of prospects will see cost grow with volume, and the product has no dialer, call analysis or deal management.

What Woodpecker.co does better than Outreach

  • Unlimited team members, so reps cost nothing extra
  • Verification and warm-up included in every plan
  • A price unit that follows results of the list, not licences

Where Woodpecker.co is a step down from Outreach

  • LinkedIn only as a paid add-on, with no native multichannel flow
  • Cost rises directly with the number of prospects contacted
  • No calls, CRM-deal tracking or forecasting

Standout against Outreach. It is the only tool here that charges per contacted prospect, which suits low-volume, high-value outbound.

Magileads

French-hosted prospecting from EUR 25 a month for buyers who care where the list sits

France (city not stated by the vendor)Usage-based, from EUR 25 per month excluding tax, scaling with enrichment volume and number of accounts; white label at standard subscription rates#7 in Sales Engagement Software

Best for: Small agencies and teams that need a named French host and a low usage-based price

Magileads is the one tool here whose own pages name a European host: OVH servers in France. Outreach's own page offers an EU data center on request, while Magileads states its location up front. It covers email, LinkedIn and SMS campaigns, contact database creation and enrichment, analytics and a white-label option, from EUR 25 per month excluding tax on a usage basis.

It is also the hardest vendor on this page to verify. The pages checked name no registered city, founding date or certification, and the original review did not check a company register entry, so ask for the legal entity before signing. Pricing scales with enrichment volume and accounts, so model your own volume. It has no dialer, call recording or forecasting.

What Magileads does better than Outreach

  • Names its European host, where Outreach offers EU hosting only on request
  • Entry price from EUR 25 per month
  • White-label option for agencies

Where Magileads is a step down from Outreach

  • Legal entity and city must be confirmed before contracting
  • Usage-based pricing is hard to compare with a fixed plan
  • No dialer, call recording or conversation analysis

Standout against Outreach. A stated French host and a EUR 25 entry price make it the smallest-commitment move away from a US vendor.

Waalaxy

Low-cost LinkedIn-first tool with cold email on the top tier and CRM sync

Montpellier, FrancePro EUR 19 per user per month (300 LinkedIn invites a month); Advanced EUR 49 (800 invites, API, Make, Zapier and n8n); Business EUR 69 (adds cold email sequences and 500 email finder credits); 20% off quarterly and 50% off yearly billing#3 in Sales Engagement Software

Best for: Individual reps and small teams that prospect mainly on LinkedIn and want flat per-user prices

Waalaxy is the lightest option on this page and the furthest from Outreach's scope. It automates LinkedIn invitations and messages, adds email sequencing on the top Business tier and syncs with CRMs, all from the cloud. A rep gets a clear monthly price and can start a campaign the same day, where Outreach starts with a pricing or demo request.

Pro is EUR 19 per user per month with 300 LinkedIn invites, Advanced EUR 49 with 800 invites and API access with Make, Zapier and n8n, and Business EUR 69 with cold email and 500 email finder credits. Billing quarterly takes 20 percent off and yearly takes 50 percent. SAS Waapi in Montpellier is the operator. Invitation volume stays capped, and there is no dialer, call analytics or deal management.

What Waalaxy does better than Outreach

  • Clear per-user prices from EUR 19 per month
  • Self-serve start with a 14-day trial
  • Large billing discounts, 20 percent quarterly and 50 percent yearly

Where Waalaxy is a step down from Outreach

  • Email sequences only on the top tier, and invites stay capped
  • No phone, dialer or conversation intelligence

Standout against Outreach. At EUR 19 per user it is the cheapest published seat on this page, and it needs no sales call.

waalaxy.com Visit Waalaxy

What actually breaks when you switch

Contract timing comes first. Outreach orders are non-cancelable and renew for twelve months unless notice reaches the company 30 days before the end of the term. Find the renewal date in your order form now. Start a pilot of two or three reps on a European tool a quarter ahead, so the decision falls inside the notice window and not after the renewal has run.

Next comes the work in flight. Active sequences, prospect states and snippets do not transfer between tools as a clean file, so export lists and templates and rebuild cadences by hand. Reps who relied on Outreach tasks and dialer prompts need retraining on a different daily screen. Call recordings and transcripts stay in Outreach, so download what compliance needs before access ends. Finally, repoint CRM integrations and check that no prospect in an old sequence is contacted twice.

Can a European sales engagement tool replace Outreach for a team on Salesforce?

For the sequencing layer, yes, with limits. Zeliq syncs with Salesforce, and Overloop lists Salesforce on its custom Enterprise tier. Check which objects are written back and whether activity appears on the contact timeline the way Outreach does it, because that is where reps notice a downgrade first.

For the layers above sequencing, no single European tool on this page covers them. A Salesforce shop that uses Outreach mainly for sequences and calls can move. One that relies on forecast rollups and Deal Agent style alerts should keep Outreach for managers and move the reps' prospecting to a cheaper tool, or leave the platform alone.

Does Outreach offer European data hosting?

Its GDPR page says an EU data center is available for customers who require EU data tenancy, and that EU model clauses are included in customer contracts. The privacy statement adds an EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework certification and names Rivacy GmbH in Hamburg as its EU representative. Ask for the data center option in writing, with the list of subprocessors, when you request a quote.

Hosting in the EU does not change who the contracting party is. Outreach Corporation remains a Washington-law contract with a US parent. The European tools here are contracted with French, Belgian, Estonian, Polish or UK companies, and the hosting statements differ: Magileads names OVH in France, while most of the others name no host on the pages checked.

Which one to pick

Pick Overloop or Zeliq if you are an SDR team on HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce and the daily job is email, LinkedIn and calls.

Pick Lemlist when you want the widest channel mix without paying per rep, and La Growth Machine when LinkedIn starts the conversation. Choose Salesforge if the draw of Outreach is its AI agents, Skylead if you want an AI SDR on a LinkedIn-led plan and accept a UK entity, and Emelia, Woodpecker.co, Magileads or Waalaxy when price and simplicity matter more than reach.

Do not switch if you depend on Outreach for conversation intelligence, deal management or forecasting, because none of these tools replaces them. In that case, keep the platform for managers and move the reps' prospecting to a European tool, or negotiate the next renewal with a seat count that matches who actually uses it. The European route fits best when a smaller outbound team is paying for a revenue suite it does not use.

Frequently Asked Questions

There is no single European replacement for the whole platform. For reps who prospect by email, LinkedIn and phone, Overloop in Brussels, Zeliq in Paris and Lemlist in Paris are the closest fits, with CRM sync at Overloop and Zeliq. Salesforge in Tallinn is the nearest to Outreach's AI agents. Conversation intelligence and forecasting have no European equivalent on this page.

Outreach publishes no prices: every package is "Request pricing", and the cost combines seats with AI credits. The European tools publish theirs.

Zeliq has a free Basic plan and USD 59 per user on Starter, Overloop USD 69 to USD 99 per user, Lemlist USD 55 to USD 87 per month with unlimited users on the Email plan, Waalaxy EUR 19 to EUR 69 per user and Salesforge USD 40 to USD 80 per month. Credits and enrichment usually cost extra.

According to its terms, orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable. They renew automatically for twelve months, and either side can stop the renewal with written notice at least 30 days before the term ends. Fees can change on 60 days' notice before a renewal. Plan a migration to finish inside the notice window, and run the new tool in parallel with a pilot group first.

Zeliq has a permanent free Basic plan with 100 imported leads a month and two active email sequences. The others use time-limited trials: 7 days at Overloop, Emelia and Skylead, 14 days at La Growth Machine, Woodpecker.co, Magileads, Waalaxy and Salesforge, and none stated for Lemlist. Outreach's pricing page offers pricing and demo requests.

Its GDPR page says an EU data center is available for customers who require EU data tenancy, and the privacy statement says transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. The contracting company is still Outreach Corporation in Seattle under Washington law, so an EU data location is a hosting choice, not a change of jurisdiction.
