European Alternatives to Gong

Looking for a European alternative to Gong? Gong's terms name Gong.io Inc. and its affiliates as the provider, are governed by California law, and send disputes exclusively to the federal and state courts in San Francisco.

Ten European tools cover the job of recording sales calls, scoring them, coaching reps and watching the pipeline: conversation-intelligence platforms, a CRM with built-in forecasting, a phone system with an AI add-on and meeting recorders with sales features, from companies in France, Germany, Slovakia, Estonia, Belgium and Romania.

How we rank these tools — 4-step process
  1. 1
    European ownership, verified

The company is headquartered and incorporated in the EU, EEA or Switzerland, and processes customer data in Europe. A US parent company disqualifies a tool from this page regardless of where its servers are.

  2. 2
    Category fit and hands-on review

What the tool actually does, who it suits, and where it falls short — checked against the vendor’s own documentation, changelog and pricing page rather than its marketing copy.

  3. 3
    Compliance and pricing check

GDPR posture, hosting location and the prices quoted on this page are verified against the vendor’s public pricing before publication, and re-checked when we revisit the category.

  4. 4
    Position on this page

Placement on this page can be paid, and that can affect which tools appear here and the order they appear in. It never buys a good review: a tool that fails the checks above is not here at any price, and payment does not change the shortcomings we write about. A vendor can ask us to correct a factual error — not to remove a criticism.

Vendors can pay for visibility on this page. It never changes what an entry says about a product, including the criticism, and we earn nothing when you click through to a vendor. Paid placement can affect which tools appear here and the order they appear in. Editorial policy

Key takeaways

  • Gong's terms name Gong.io Inc. and its affiliates, apply California law and send disputes exclusively to the courts in San Francisco, with no arbitration clause.
  • Modjo (France) is the closest in shape: call scoring, deal coaching, pipeline insights and CRM auto-fill, hosted on AWS in Paris, with price on request.
  • Claap (France, part of lemlist) scores calls against MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, BANT and SPICED and publishes prices from a free Basic plan, then €24 per user a month on annual billing.
  • tl;dv (Germany) and Bliro (Germany) add sales coaching to a meeting recorder, and Bliro does not store audio.
  • Pipedrive (Estonia) covers the forecast and pipeline side with forecasting on every plan, but does not record calls.
  • All ten are smaller products than Gong, with fewer integrations and less data behind them, and several (Modjo, Bliro, Leexi, Noota) give no price on the pages we read.

Why people leave Gong

Gong records and analyses what happens in sales conversations. Calls, video meetings and emails go in, and out come transcripts, call scoring, talk-time and topic tracking, deal boards, pipeline views and forecasts. Sales managers use it to coach reps, and revenue leaders use it to see which deals are slipping. It is a platform sold to teams, not a notetaker for individuals.

Its terms name Gong.io Inc. and its affiliates as the provider, are governed by the laws of California, and give the federal and state courts in San Francisco exclusive jurisdiction. There is no arbitration clause. Gong does offer EU data storage: new customers can choose US or EU data centres on AWS, with the US as the default, and Gong is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

This page is about revenue work: scoring calls, coaching sellers and watching a pipeline. If you only want meeting minutes, the Otter.ai and Fireflies pages are the better start. Ten European tools qualify here, and they differ a lot: some are conversation-intelligence platforms in their own right, some are meeting recorders that added sales coaching, one is a phone system and one is a CRM.

  • The contract is with a US company under California law Gong's terms are an agreement with Gong.io Inc. and its affiliates, under California law, with exclusive jurisdiction in San Francisco. The sub-processor list also names Gong.io Ltd in Israel and an Irish subsidiary. For a European buyer that means a US counterparty, a US court and a DPA that relies on standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework. The tools below contract with companies in France, Germany, Slovakia, Estonia, Belgium or Romania.
  • EU storage exists, but it is a choice, not the default Gong lets new customers pick EU data centres, and that is a real answer to the question of where recordings sit. It is not the default, the sub-processor list shows AI features running on cloud providers with "global endpoints", and the contract is still the US one. Several European tools here host in a named European location and say so on their own pages, for example Modjo on AWS in Paris and Sally in Germany.
  • You pay a platform fee on top of every seat Gong publishes no prices. Its pricing page says licences are priced per user, with a platform fee that depends on the number of users, and that you request a proposal. That suits large teams and is hard for small ones. Claap, CloudTalk, Pipedrive and tl;dv let you start without a sales call, and Claap prints its prices.
  • Recording people has its own rules in Europe Recording a call means telling the other person, and in some countries asking for consent. Gong ships a consent page and tools for the right to be forgotten. European tools differ on how far they go: Bliro does not store audio at all, Noota offers bot-free recording, and Claap records without a visible bot. Check how each handles consent on calls with customers in several countries.

What you have to replace, not just match

Write down which Gong features your team really uses. Many teams use three: recording and transcripts, call scoring against a scorecard, and the deal or pipeline view. Recording and scoring are available from most tools here. The pipeline and forecast layer is the part that is hardest to replace, and Pipedrive covers it only if your deals already live in Pipedrive.

Run a pilot on one team for a month before you export anything. Keep Gong's recordings and transcripts for as long as your retention policy and the law require, check how long it takes to export them, and give the new tool the same CRM fields so that managers can compare reports side by side.

How each alternative compares to Gong

#1

Modjo

the nearest to Gong in scope, hosted in Paris

Best for: Revenue teams that want call scoring, deal coaching and pipeline insights in one platform

Modjo is provided by RINGO, trading as MODJO, a French SAS registered at the Nanterre trade register under number 879 606 283, with its office at 59 avenue Sainte-Foy in Neuilly-sur-Seine. The governing law clause was not read for this page.

Its homepage describes call and meeting capture, transcription in more than 100 languages, call scoring, deal coaching, pipeline insights, churn-risk and expansion signals, and automatic CRM updates in Salesforce and HubSpot. It lists an open API and an MCP server, says data is hosted on AWS in Paris, and states SOC 2 Type II certification.

Pricing is by recording licence, and listener licences for managers are unlimited and included. There is no price on the page, and there is no free plan we could find.

What Modjo does better than Gong

  • French contracting company with data in Paris, where Gong's default is the US
  • Scope is close to Gong: scoring, coaching, pipeline and CRM updates
  • Unlimited listener licences for managers on the price model
  • Open API and an MCP server for your own tools

Where Modjo is a step down from Gong

  • No published price and no free plan
  • Far smaller installed base and data than Gong
  • Governing law not confirmed on the page we read
  • Certifications and claims are the vendor's own

Standout against Gong. It is the one European tool here that describes call scoring, deal coaching and pipeline insights as a single platform.

#2

Claap

public prices and methodology scorecards, now part of lemlist

Paris, France

  • Which law reaches it. eu-eea. Gong is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.

Best for: Sales teams that want MEDDIC or BANT scoring and a free start with prices they can read

Claap's privacy policy says it is incorporated in France, and its terms are under French law with the court of Paris as the venue. The pages do not give a registered name, address or number, and the site now carries the line "Claap by lemlist", so check the entity on your order form.

It records calls, meetings and emails, fills CRM fields in Salesforce and HubSpot, and scores reps against MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, BANT and SPICED scorecards, with separate cards for account executives, sales engineers and customer success. Basic is free, Pro is €24 per user a month on annual billing (€30 monthly) and Business is €48 (€60 monthly).

Data controlled by Claap is stored in an AWS EU region, but its sub-processors may process data in the EU or the US.

What Claap does better than Gong

  • Prices published in plain text, from a free plan
  • Scorecards for named sales methodologies
  • French law and a Paris court
  • No visible bot joins the call

Where Claap is a step down from Gong

  • Legal entity and register number are not stated on its pages
  • Sub-processors may process in the US
  • Now part of a larger sales-tools company, so the product roadmap may change
  • Deal and forecast views are lighter than Gong's

Standout against Gong. It prints per-seat euro prices for a product that scores sales calls against MEDDIC and BANT.

#3

tl;dv

a free recorder with a sales coaching section, under German law

Aachen, GermanyFree forever plan with unlimited recordings and transcripts / paid plan prices not readable on the vendor pages

  • Which law reaches it. EU (Germany). Gong is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
  • Where the data sits. EEA: Google Cloud and Wasabi in Germany, Hetzner in Germany and Finland; AI features may process transcripts in the US if the user selects that hosting preference.
  • Source code. Closed source, as Gong is.
  • Independently checked. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 stated on the homepage; customer content never used for model training.

Best for: Small teams that want to try sales coaching and CRM logging without paying first

tl;dv is provided by tldx Solutions GmbH, Kaiser-Friedrich-Allee 51, 52074 Aachen (VAT DE330894275). Its terms of 18 May 2026 are under German law, with the district court of Aachen as the venue.

Its homepage lists a Free Forever plan with unlimited recordings, transcripts and summaries, CRM logging, multi-meeting AI reports and a section on sales coaching and playbooks with scorecards. It says data is hosted in the EU.

It started as a meeting recorder and the coaching layer sits on top. Paid prices were not readable on the pages we checked, so none are quoted here.

What tl;dv does better than Gong

  • Free Forever plan with no credit card
  • German company under German law with a named court
  • Playbooks and scorecards for sales coaching
  • Multi-meeting reports that look for trends across calls

Where tl;dv is a step down from Gong

  • Paid prices could not be verified
  • A meeting recorder first, with less pipeline depth than Gong
  • No forecasting or deal board that we could find
  • Hosting and certification claims are the vendor's own

Standout against Gong. A real free plan plus a sales coaching and scorecard section, from a German company.

#4

Bliro

a field-sales assistant that never keeps the audio

Best for: Teams that meet customers in person and online and want coaching without stored recordings

Bliro is provided by bliro GmbH, Schellingstraße 112, 80798 München, registered at the commercial register under HRB 274887. The governing law was not stated on the pages we read.

Its pages describe voice assistants named Vicky and Tim that you can call before a visit, transcription without a visible bot and without storing audio or video, processing on EU servers, and CRM field updates in Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP and HubSpot. The Sales Assistant tier adds AI conversation analytics and coaching against your playbook.

It has three tiers (Note Taker, Sales Assistant, Enterprise) with no prices shown, and you book a demo.

What Bliro does better than Gong

  • Does not store audio or video, which helps with consent and retention
  • Works for in-person visits as well as video calls
  • Updates fields in SAP and Dynamics as well as Salesforce and HubSpot
  • German GmbH with a published commercial register number

Where Bliro is a step down from Gong

  • No prices and no free plan on the pages
  • Without audio, you cannot replay a call to hear tone or timing
  • Built around field sales, with fewer pipeline views than Gong
  • Security certifications are the vendor's claim

Standout against Gong. It coaches reps from a transcript and keeps no recording at all.

#5

CloudTalk

a phone system with conversation intelligence added on

Bratislava, Slovakia

  • Which law reaches it. eu-eea. Gong is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.

Best for: Teams that sell mostly by phone and want the dialler and the analysis from one vendor

CloudTalk's terms name CloudTalk, s.r.o., Tallerova 4 in Bratislava, as a provider, and say they are governed in all respects by the laws of Slovakia with the courts of Slovakia. They also name CloudTalk.io, Inc., a Delaware company, so check which entity is on your order form.

Its AI conversation intelligence is an add-on that works with any plan. It transcribes and summarises calls, scores them against criteria you set, detects sentiment and topics, measures talk ratio and syncs to Salesforce and HubSpot. A 14-day trial is offered, and the add-on and plan prices differ by country, so none are quoted here.

It is a phone system first. Meeting recordings from video platforms are not what it is built for.

What CloudTalk does better than Gong

  • Number, dialler and call analysis from one vendor
  • Custom scoring criteria and sentiment on every call
  • Slovak law and courts in the terms
  • 14-day trial

Where CloudTalk is a step down from Gong

  • Phone calls only in practice, so video meetings sit elsewhere
  • A US Delaware entity also appears in the terms
  • Prices vary by country and could not be quoted
  • No deal board or forecast

Standout against Gong. AI call scoring is an add-on to a phone system you may already use.

#6

Leexi

a Brussels meeting suite with a coaching add-on

Brussels, BelgiumStarter $12, AI-Meeting $23, Business $39 per month (struck-through list prices $15, $29, $49), Enterprise on request; add-ons Governance $5, Coach $16, Scaleway storage $5

  • Which law reaches it. EU (Belgium). Gong is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
  • Where the data sits. Europe: the privacy policy states data is hosted on AWS servers located in Europe, with no country named; a Scaleway storage add-on is sold separately.
  • Source code. Closed source, as Gong is.
  • Independently checked. No certification found on the pages that were read.

Best for: Teams that want notes, search and coaching and already use Aircall, Ringover or 3CX

Leexi is a Belgian company in Oudergem, Brussels, with VAT number BE 0782.527.110 and a start date of 23 February 2022 in the company register extract we found. Its terms were not read, so no governing law is given.

Its site lists 13 connected tools: a notetaker, a search over past conversations, a task manager, Leexi Coach for team coaching and syncs to Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho. It also connects to the VoIP systems Aircall, Ringover and 3CX. A 7-day free trial gives access to the full suite.

It says it is hosted in Europe and ISO 27001 certified, both by its own account, and names no country for the hosting.

What Leexi does better than Gong

  • Connects to phone systems as well as video meetings
  • Coaching offered as a separate add-on you can switch on
  • Belgian company with a register entry
  • Syncs to Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoho

Where Leexi is a step down from Gong

  • Governing law and hosting country not confirmed
  • No deal board or forecast
  • No free plan, only a 7-day trial
  • Pricing varies and is not quoted here

Standout against Gong. It is the one meeting suite here that plugs into the phone systems sales teams already run.

#7

Pipedrive

the pipeline and forecast layer, with no call recording

Tallinn, EstoniaFrom about €14/user/month (annual)#1 in CRM

  • Which law reaches it. EU (Estonia). Gong is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
  • Where the data sits. EU data centres.
  • Source code. Closed source, as Gong is.

Best for: Teams whose deals already sit in a CRM and who mainly want forecasts and at-risk alerts

Pipedrive's terms name Pipedrive OÜ, Mustamäe tee 3a, Tallinn, as the provider for EU and most other customers, governed by Estonian law, with arbitration under ICC rules in English and Tallinn as the venue. Customers in the UK and Gibraltar contract with Pipedrive UK.

Its forecasting page says forecasting and customisable pipeline views are included on every plan. It lists AI-powered revenue predictions, forecast against actual by rep and team, notifications for deals at risk and deal-momentum tracking with suggested next actions, plus a 14-day free trial.

It is a CRM, so it does not record or score calls. Teams that want that pair it with a recorder.

What Pipedrive does better than Gong

  • Forecasting and pipeline views included on every plan
  • Estonian company under Estonian law
  • 14-day free trial
  • Several recorders here integrate with it

Where Pipedrive is a step down from Gong

  • No call recording, transcripts or scoring
  • Disputes go to ICC arbitration, not a court
  • A CRM is a bigger change than adding a recorder
  • Plan prices vary by country and are not quoted

Standout against Gong. The only tool here that covers the forecast and pipeline side, and it comes from a CRM, not from calls.

pipedrive.com Visit Pipedrive
#8

Sally

a meeting assistant that tracks talk time and objections, hosted in Germany

Best for: German-speaking teams that want meeting analytics and a German contract

Sally is provided by Aliru GmbH, Julius-Hatry-Straße 1, 68163 Mannheim, registered at the Mannheim district court under HRB 739079. Its terms were not read, so no governing law is given.

Its pages list transcription in 99 or more languages, action items with owners, meeting analytics for talk time, objections and follow-through, and connections to HubSpot, Salesforce and other tools. German hosting is stated, and the Enterprise plan includes an on-premise option. A 30-day trial needs no credit card.

Its prices are shown in dollars on the pricing page, so no amount is quoted here.

What Sally does better than Gong

  • German company with a register number and German hosting
  • On-premise option on the Enterprise plan
  • 30-day trial with no credit card
  • Tracks objections and follow-through, not only notes

Where Sally is a step down from Gong

  • A meeting assistant first, with no scorecards or deal board that we found
  • Pricing is in dollars on the page
  • Governing law not confirmed
  • Accuracy figures depend on the plan

Standout against Gong. German hosting with an on-premise option for a meeting tool that measures objections.

#9

Noota

a French notetaker with a free tier, aimed as much at recruiting as at sales

Toulouse, France

  • Which law reaches it. EU (France). Gong is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
  • Where the data sits. France, Belgium and the Netherlands: the security page states Google Cloud Platform data centres exclusively in Europe.
  • Source code. Closed source, as Gong is.
  • Independently checked. Security page: SOC 2 Type II audit ongoing, ISO 27001 in preparation, GDPR; homepage lists ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II as held.

Best for: Teams that want a French contract and a free start, and also run interviews

Noota is provided by NOOTA, a French company at 13 rue Sainte Ursule, Toulouse (RCS 888 965 951), under French law, with disputes before the French courts.

It describes itself as an AI notetaker and conversation-intelligence platform, with a bot-free recording option, a free tier and ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II and a SecNumCloud-enabled architecture for EU hosting by its own account. Its second product, Noota Talent, is for recruitment, and the page does not describe sales scoring or coaching.

That makes it the loosest fit on this list for revenue teams.

What Noota does better than Gong

  • French company under French law, with a French court
  • Free tier and a bot-free recording option
  • Covers interviews as well as sales calls
  • EU hosting through a SecNumCloud-enabled architecture, by its own account

Where Noota is a step down from Gong

  • No sales scorecards or pipeline views described on the page
  • Prices were not shown on the page we read
  • Product focus is split between productivity and recruitment
  • Certifications are the vendor's claim

Standout against Gong. A French notetaker with a free tier and a bot-free option, whose second product is recruitment.

MeetGeek

MEDDIC field fill and deal-risk alerts, but pick the EU instance

Buzău, RomaniaFree (3 hours a month) / Pro $15.99, Business $27 per user per month, Enterprise on request, 30% off for startups, non-profits and education

  • Which law reaches it. EU (Romania). Gong is run from the United States, so the CLOUD Act obliges the provider to hand over data on a valid order regardless of which country the servers are in.
  • Where the data sits. EU or US by instance: the EU instance stores data in the EU under Romanian law; the US instance is contracted with MeetGeek US Infra, Inc. (Delaware).
  • Source code. Closed source, as Gong is.
  • Independently checked. SOC 2, GDPR and HIPAA stated on the pricing page.

Best for: Teams that want sales-field automation and a free tier, and are happy to choose the EU instance

MeetGeek runs two instances. The EU one is contracted with AIVISION PRODUCTS SRL, Str. Vânători 5, Buzău, Romania (CUI 43674804), under Romanian law with the courts of Bucharest, with data stored in the EU. The US one is contracted with MeetGeek US Infra, Inc., a Delaware company, under Delaware law.

Its homepage lists agents that qualify opportunities, update CRM fields in HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, draft follow-ups and flag deal risk, MEDDIC field auto-fill and talk-to-listen and engagement metrics. It has a free tier of 3 recording hours a month, and paid plans are listed in dollars.

Which company you contract with depends on which instance you sign up for.

What MeetGeek does better than Gong

  • Free tier with no card and CRM syncs to three named CRMs
  • MEDDIC field fill and deal-risk alerts
  • EU instance with a Romanian company and Romanian law
  • Talk-to-listen and engagement metrics for coaching

Where MeetGeek is a step down from Gong

  • You must pick the EU instance, or the contract is with a Delaware company
  • A meeting recorder first, with no deal board
  • Paid prices are listed in dollars
  • Certification claims are the vendor's own

Standout against Gong. It writes MEDDIC fields into the CRM from the call, and the EU instance is a separate Romanian company.

What actually breaks when you switch

The hard part of leaving Gong is the history, not the recordings. Scorecards, call libraries, deal boards and dashboards are built on Gong's own data model, and we found no European tool that advertises a Gong import. Export what you must keep, set a date when old calls are no longer needed, and start the new tool on live calls.

The forecast and pipeline layer does not come with the recorders. Modjo and Claap say they write call insights into your CRM, but the forecast itself stays in Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive. If managers run their weekly review from Gong's deal board, plan how that meeting will work before you switch.

Check consent and sub-processors, not only hosting. A tool that stores data in Paris may still send transcripts to a US AI provider. Read each DPA for who touches the transcript, and tell your reps what the recording policy is on calls with customers in other countries.

Which European tool is closest to Gong?

Modjo is the closest in what it sets out to do. Its own page describes call recording and transcription in more than 100 languages, call scoring, deal coaching, pipeline insights, churn-risk and expansion signals, and automatic CRM updates in Salesforce and HubSpot, hosted in Paris. Claap and Bliro are next, with scorecards and coaching against a playbook.

None matches Gong's size of installed base, and Modjo does not publish a price. Ask for a pilot on your own calls before comparing features on a page.

Can a meeting recorder replace Gong?

For recording, transcripts and coaching, yes, in several cases. tl;dv has a sales coaching and playbook section, MeetGeek lists MEDDIC field fill and deal-risk alerts, Leexi sells a Coach add-on and Sally tracks talk time and objections. They are built around meetings first.

What they lack, by their own descriptions, is a pipeline view across all deals. If your managers run weekly forecast calls from Gong, look at Modjo, Claap or Pipedrive instead.

Where does the forecast and pipeline layer come from?

Of these ten, Pipedrive is the only CRM, and its forecasting and pipeline views are included on every plan, with AI alerts for deals at risk and a forecast-versus-actual view. It does not record calls, so it pairs with a recorder such as Leexi or Claap, which list a Pipedrive integration.

Modjo and Claap say they write call insights to CRM fields in Salesforce and HubSpot, so the forecast stays in the CRM you already use.

Is a phone system with AI enough?

If your reps sell mostly by phone, CloudTalk is a practical choice: its AI conversation intelligence is an add-on to any plan and covers call scoring, summaries, sentiment and talk ratio. It is built around phone calls, so video meetings are better served by the recorders on this page.

It also means one vendor for the number, the dialler and the analysis, which is simpler to run and harder to move away from.

Which one to pick

If you want the nearest thing to Gong, with scoring, coaching, pipeline insights and CRM updates in one platform, Modjo is the one, with data in Paris. Ask for a trial on your own calls, since it has no public price. If you want to read prices and start free, Claap is the cleaner choice, and tl;dv is the option with a free plan and a German contract.

If the real need is the forecast, look at Pipedrive for pipeline and forecasting from an Estonian company, and pair it with a recorder. If your reps sell by phone, CloudTalk adds scoring to a phone system, and Leexi connects to the phone systems you already run. Bliro suits field sales where you do not want recordings kept.

Sally, Noota and MeetGeek are the lighter options: meeting tools with some sales features. MeetGeek works only if you choose its EU instance, and Noota is the loosest fit for revenue work.

Be realistic about the gap. Gong has a far larger installed base, more data behind its models and a deeper deal and forecast layer than any of these ten. Switch if you want a European contracting party and EU hosting by default, and keep Gong if your forecast process depends on its deal boards.

Frequently Asked Questions

Modjo is the best fit on the criterion of scope: it covers call scoring, deal coaching, pipeline insights and CRM updates in one platform, with data hosted in Paris. Claap is the better fit if you want public prices and a free start, tl;dv if a free plan and a German contract matter most, and Pipedrive if your need is the pipeline and forecast rather than the calls.

Gong's terms identify Gong.io Inc. and its affiliates as the provider, and they are governed by the laws of California with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of San Francisco. The copyright line names Gong.io Ltd, and its sub-processor page lists Gong.io Ltd in Israel and Gongio Ireland Limited. Which Gong entity you sign with depends on your order form.

It can. Gong's help centre says new customers can choose to store data in the US or the EU, with the US as the default, both on AWS. Gong also says it is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and uses standard contractual clauses in its DPA, and its sub-processor page lists AI services on AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft with global endpoints.

Gong does not publish prices. Its pricing page says licences are priced per user and that a platform fee based on the number of users applies, and it asks you for your team size to prepare a proposal. Expect a sales process, not a price list.

Claap lists Basic as free, Pro at €24 per user a month on annual billing (€30 monthly) and Business at €48 (€60 monthly), with custom Enterprise pricing. Pipedrive's forecasting is included on every plan, and it offers a 14-day free trial. Its plan prices vary by country and are not quoted here.

Claap has a free Basic plan, tl;dv has a Free Forever plan, MeetGeek has a free tier of 3 recording hours a month, and Noota says it has a free tier. Sally offers a 30-day trial without a credit card, CloudTalk and Pipedrive 14 days, and Leexi 7 days. Modjo and Bliro are demo-led and quote on request.

Modjo says its data is hosted on AWS in Paris. Claap stores its controlled data in an AWS EU region, though its sub-processors may process data in the EU or the US.

Sally hosts in Germany, Bliro processes on EU servers and does not store audio, and MeetGeek lets you choose the EU instance. Noota names a SecNumCloud-enabled architecture for EU hosting, and Leexi says it hosts in Europe without naming a country. Read each DPA for the sub-processors that touch transcripts.

Only if you choose the EU instance. MeetGeek runs two instances: the EU one is contracted with AIVISION PRODUCTS SRL in Buzău, Romania, under Romanian law with Bucharest courts, and the US one with MeetGeek US Infra, Inc., a Delaware company. Choose the EU one when you sign up.

Its privacy policy says Claap is incorporated in France, its terms are under French law with the court of Paris, and it presents itself as part of lemlist. We could not find a registered name or number on its pages, so check the entity on your order form.

Jiminny is a London company and a natural Gong alternative, but its terms say the agreement is with Jiminny, Inc., governed by the laws of Massachusetts with the courts in Boston. This page only lists tools where the contract itself is with a European company.

We found no European tool that advertises an import of Gong recordings or scorecards. Plan on keeping a Gong export for the retention period you need and starting the new tool with fresh calls. Check with the vendor before relying on a bulk import.
