Detailed Review
Scoro is built around the idea that a service firm should not buy a PSA as one block. It splits the product into eight core apps (Do, Deliver, Track, Resource, Sell, Estimate, Spend, Invoice), shares one data model across them, and prices the combination you choose.
The contracting party is Scoro Software OÜ, registered in Tallinn, and its privacy policy refers to Estonian law. Customers can choose where the data is hosted.
Pick the apps you need
The pricing page shows combinations such as Projects and Resources and Quote to Cash, and an End-to-end bundle that adds CRM, estimating and revenue recognition. Each app works on its own, so a firm can start with time and project tracking and add invoicing later.
All apps share the same data model, so hours logged on a project flow into budgets, margin reports and invoices without a separate sync.
Finance integrations
Scoro connects to Xero, QuickBooks and Sage Intacct and lists a further set of integrations on its site, along with a REST API, webhooks and an MCP server for AI tools. It also supports multiple entities and currencies, which matters for firms invoicing across borders.
Hosting and security
Scoro runs on AWS data centres and each client can specify the hosting region. The security page lists Frankfurt, Stockholm, Toronto and Sydney. The company states it is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR-compliant.
Limitations to Consider
Scoro requires at least five users and has no free plan, only a 14-day trial. The hosting provider is AWS, a US company, even though the contracting entity is Estonian and you can choose a Frankfurt or Stockholm region.
Larger teams need paid onboarding, since the free self-onboarding is limited to teams of up to 15 people. The pricing page does not state the billing period behind the per-user prices. For a lighter, cheaper tool without invoicing see Resource Guru.
Who Should Use Scoro
Service firms with five or more people that want sales, delivery, resourcing and billing in one system run by an EU company with a choice of EU hosting region.
