European People Analytics Software

People analytics software turns HR records, survey results and payroll data into headcount, attrition, absence and cost figures that HR and finance can act on. The data describes identifiable employees, so the vendor's jurisdiction and hosting region decide who can be compelled to disclose it. This page lists eleven European options, from dedicated analytics platforms to HR suites and survey tools with analytics built in.

How we rank these tools — 4-step process
  1. 1
    European ownership, verified

The company is headquartered and incorporated in the EU, EEA, the UK, Switzerland or Israel, and processes customer data in Europe or Israel. A US parent company disqualifies a tool from this page regardless of where its servers are.

  2. 2
    Category fit and hands-on review

What the tool actually does, who it suits, and where it falls short — checked against the vendor’s own documentation, changelog and pricing page rather than its marketing copy.

  3. 3
    Compliance and pricing check

GDPR posture, hosting location and the prices quoted on this page are verified against the vendor’s public pricing before publication, and re-checked when we revisit the category.

  4. 4
    Position on this page

Placement on this page can be paid, and that can affect the order tools appear in. It never buys a listing: a tool that fails the checks above is not here at any price, and payment does not change the shortcomings we write about. A vendor can ask us to correct a factual error — not to remove a criticism.

Vendors can pay for visibility on this page. It never changes what an entry says about a product, including the criticism, and we earn nothing when you click through to a vendor. Vendors can pay for more visibility, higher up on the review pages; it never affects whether a tool is listed. Editorial policy

Key takeaways

  • Crunchr (Amsterdam) ranks first because it is the only dedicated platform here that states 250+ predefined metrics, 150+ connectors, a customer-chosen EU or US hosting region and a yearly SOC 2 Type 2 audit.
  • Ingentis (Nuremberg) is the tool for organisation design, with what-if simulations and span-of-control boards, and it can run on-premise as well as in the cloud.
  • Cezanne HR, Sloneek and PeopleForce put analytics inside an HR system, and only PeopleForce publishes per-employee prices ($2.5 or $3 a month, billing from 50 employees).
  • Effectory, People Insight and Leapsome cover the survey side, where Effectory lists the hosting location of each data processor and Leapsome starts at $8 per user per month.
  • Personio, TechWolf and HiBob each answer one narrower question: reports on the records of a full HR system from €2.88 per employee per month, skills supply and demand, and pay-cycle guardrails.

European people analytics software converts HR, recruiting, payroll and survey records into turnover, headcount, absence, cost and engagement figures, and comes from a vendor established in the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland or Israel, a distinction that counts because each row describes a named employee and the vendor's home jurisdiction sets the regulator and the transfer rules.

#1 Crunchr

Amsterdam, Netherlands Not published; demo on request Demo on request

Best for: Enterprise HR teams that run Workday, SAP or Oracle and want one metrics layer across systems

  • Operating company. Focus Orange Technology B.V. (trading as Crunchr)
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Netherlands)
  • Where the data sits. EU or US region, chosen by the customer
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Visier plus consultancy-built HR dashboards

Crunchr is the people analytics platform here that behaves most like an enterprise data project. The vendor lists 150+ pre-built sources, with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion HCM, UKG, BambooHR and HiBob among the HRIS connectors, and says 250+ metric definitions are included with the first release. A data engineer and a customer success manager are assigned from the start, and a customer quoted on the homepage describes a four-week sprint.

Focus Orange Technology B.V. trades as Crunchr from Amsterdam (KvK 61307068). Its founder, Dirk Jonker, began as an actuary at Towers Perrin and later founded the HR consultancy Focus Orange, which PwC acquired.

The homepage names Dura Vermeer, Booking and Cosun Beet Company as customers, as a vendor claim. The security page names a CISO and a DPO and reports a yearly SOC 2 Type 2 audit and penetration test. A Boston office exists, so the signing entity needs a check, and no price or founding year is published.

What Crunchr does well

  • Predefined metric catalogue stated at 250+ definitions
  • Connectors for Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle and UKG
  • Customer-chosen EU hosting region
  • Named CISO and DPO plus yearly SOC 2 Type 2 audit and pen test
  • Assigned data engineer and customer success manager

Where Crunchr falls short

  • Pricing hidden behind a demo
  • US office, so the signing entity needs checking
  • Aimed at enterprises, with little for small teams
  • Founding year and ownership structure not stated

Standout feature. Crunchr lets the customer pick an EU or US hosting region, backed by a yearly external SOC 2 Type 2 audit.

#2 Ingentis

Nuremberg, Germany Not published; free demo on request Demo on request

Best for: Large employers that plan reorganisations and need span-of-control and headcount views

  • Operating company. Ingentis Softwareentwicklung GmbH
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Germany)
  • Where the data sits. Cloud or on-premise, region not stated
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Visier org analytics, Lucidchart-style org charts

Ingentis builds the analytics around the organisation chart. Its org.manager product combines charts, analytics boards for diversity, supervisors and HR trends, real-time dashboards for headcount, age distribution and span of control, and a what-if feature for restructurings and post-merger integration. SAP, Workday, Oracle and UKG connectors are named, and the company is an SAP Silver Partner.

The imprint of Ingentis Softwareentwicklung GmbH gives register court Nuremberg and number HRB 14491, and names two managing directors. On the about page the company claims 25+ years in business and over 2,000 customers in more than 50 countries (vendor claims). The imprint also lists US and UK subsidiaries. Hosting is cloud or on-premise with no cloud region named, and demos are free on request without a published price.

What Ingentis does well

  • Org chart, analytics and design in one product
  • Boards for DEI, supervisors and HR trends ready to run
  • Cloud or on-premise installation
  • Connectors named for SAP, Workday, Oracle and UKG
  • GmbH with an entry in the Nuremberg commercial register

Where Ingentis falls short

  • No published pricing or trial
  • Little coverage of recruiting or engagement analytics
  • Hosting region for cloud not stated
  • US and UK subsidiaries exist, so the contracting entity needs checking

Standout feature. Ingentis states an on-premise installation, so its analytics can run on servers the customer owns.

#3 Cezanne HR

London, United Kingdom Founded 2013 Monthly subscription by modules and headcount; quote only Demo on request

Best for: Organisations of 50 to 3,000 employees that want analytics inside the HR system

  • Operating company. Cezanne HR Limited
  • Jurisdiction. UK, outside the EEA and covered by the EU adequacy decision
  • Where the data sits. AWS European Union data centres
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Visier basic reporting, Workday reporting

Cezanne HR keeps analytics inside the HRIS. The Insights module accepts plain-English questions, such as where attrition risk is highest, over turnover, absence, workforce planning gaps, pay and diversity data. Core analytics and dashboards ship with the system, while the AI and advanced layer is the separate paid module. Pricing is a monthly subscription by modules and last month's average headcount, from 50 to 3,000 employees.

Cezanne HR Limited operates from Southwark Street in London, and the website terms are issued jointly with Cezanne HR Srl. According to its about page, the cloud HR system launched in 2013. The data security page states ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification by BSI (certificate IS 696606), Cyber Essentials and AWS European Union hosting. As a British entity it relies on the EU's adequacy decision for the UK, and the pricing page states no implementation or data upload fee.

What Cezanne HR does well

  • Analytics module integrated into the HRIS
  • Plain-English AI questions on workforce data
  • ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certificate number published
  • AWS EU hosting stated
  • No implementation or data upload fee stated

Where Cezanne HR falls short

  • Advanced analytics sold as a separate module
  • No published prices
  • British entity, so the adequacy decision applies
  • Aimed at 50 to 3,000 employees, less suited to very large groups

Standout feature. Cezanne HR is the one tool where a buyer can ask the HR records a question in plain English.

#4 Sloneek

Kosice, Slovakia Quote or free trial; billed per active user Demo on request

Best for: SMBs and growing teams that want dashboards without a data team

  • Operating company. Sloneek Europe s.r.o.
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Slovakia)
  • Where the data sits. Within the European Union per terms (section 5.4)
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Visier light use cases, BambooHR reports

Sloneek is an HR system from Kosice with an analytics module as one of five product areas next to core HR, time management, performance and hiring. The analytics page lists prepared dashboards, a hybrid-teams view by job type and location, competence gap analysis, a period comparison of KPIs and export to spreadsheets. Everything is built from data inside Sloneek, and no external warehouse connector is described.

The privacy policy names Sloneek Europe s.r.o. (ID 53 319 737, Taborska 8, Kosice) as data controller and lists a DPO. The website also shows a London address. The terms state in section 5.4 that customer data stays within EU member states and in section 5.3 that it is not used to train AI models unless agreed. A 14-day trial needs no card and billing covers active users only, but amounts did not appear on the page we read.

What Sloneek does well

  • Analytics module with predefined charts and custom reports
  • EU-only data storage written into the terms
  • 14-day trial without a card
  • Pay only for active users
  • Terms bar use of customer data for AI training unless agreed

Where Sloneek falls short

  • No amounts visible on the pricing page we read
  • Analytics limited to data held in Sloneek
  • Smaller vendor, with fewer enterprise references
  • Founding year and hosting provider not stated

Standout feature. Sloneek writes both EU-only data storage and a ban on AI training into its terms.

#5 PeopleForce

London, United Kingdom Founded 2019 Core HR from $2.5 per employee per month (Standard) or $3 (Professional), billing from 50 employees Demo on request

Best for: Mid-sized companies wanting HR suite reports at a published price

  • Operating company. PeopleForce Ltd
  • Jurisdiction. UK, outside the EEA and covered by the EU adequacy decision
  • Where the data sits. Frankfurt, Germany
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Visier basic dashboards, BambooHR reporting

PeopleForce delivers reports as part of an HR suite. The analytics page describes a monthly headcount report, capacity reports for project resourcing, leave balances and eNPS surveys in one dashboard, with separate pages for recruiting and engagement analytics. The pages we read describe no forecasting or what-if modelling. Core HR costs $2.5 per employee per month (Standard) or $3 (Professional), with billing from 50 employees, in dollars.

PeopleForce Ltd has company number 12537808 in England and Wales and an office on John Street, London. Its about page describes a 2019 start in Kyiv, customers in 25+ countries and a 2022 investment by Pracuj Ventures. Customer data is hosted in Frankfurt. The terms list affiliates in Poland and Estonia and one LLC whose country is not stated, and let the customer choose the billing entity.

What PeopleForce does well

  • Published per-employee prices
  • Frankfurt hosting stated
  • Headcount, capacity and eNPS reports in one suite
  • Recruiting and engagement analytics pages
  • Billing entity selectable in the terms

Where PeopleForce falls short

  • Prices in US dollars
  • Billing starts from 50 employees
  • No predictive analytics described
  • Affiliate entity outside the EU not located on the pages read

Standout feature. PeopleForce shows the per-employee price of the suite that contains its reports.

#6 Leapsome

Berlin, Germany Founded 2016 From $8/user/month Demo on request

Best for: Companies that want survey, goal and review data in one place

  • Operating company. Leapsome GmbH
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Germany)
  • Source code. Closed source

Leapsome analyses engagement, goals and reviews rather than headcount. According to its tool page, survey results are segmented by department, team, location and tenure, heatmaps show which engagement drivers score highest and lowest, and anonymity thresholds are configurable. Goal progress and pay equity dashboards sit in the same product, and feedback, goal and survey data are combined into one view for managers.

Two founders, Jenny von Podewils and Kajetan von Armansperg, started Leapsome GmbH in Berlin in 2016. The vendor claims more than 1,500 customer companies (Spotify, Unity, Monday.com, Babbel and Northvolt are named), ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II and servers in Europe. A demo is on request, prices begin at $8 per user a month, and German employers get works council agreement templates.

What Leapsome does well

  • Compensation reviews that draw on goal and performance records
  • Meeting agendas for one-to-ones
  • AI-assisted feedback writing for managers
  • Berlin company processing in the EU
  • Entry price near $8 per user and month

Where Leapsome falls short

  • Does not replace the HR system of record
  • Per-user pricing rises with headcount
  • Outcome depends on leadership follow-through
  • Prices are quoted in dollars

Standout feature. Leapsome joins survey, goal and pay equity segments under the same team and tenure filters.

#7 Effectory

Amsterdam, Netherlands Quote only, three packages (Starter, Professional, Expert) Demo on request

Best for: HR teams that run recurring surveys and want outside benchmarks and advice

  • Operating company. Effectory B.V.
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Netherlands)
  • Where the data sits. EEA, hosted by Microsoft according to the processor list
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Culture Amp, Qualtrics EmployeeXM, Peakon

Effectory is a survey provider whose results dashboard shows trends and strengths and offers downloadable reports. Benchmarking by country and industry, an action planner and HRIS integration come with the Starter package. Professional adds single sign-on, up to 5 languages, around 175 coordinators and custom segments, and Expert adds deeper customisation of benchmarks, themes and group anonymity.

Effectory B.V. (trade register 72541644, Rokin 16, Amsterdam) and Effectory Deutschland GmbH (HRB 164901, Munich) are the controllers. The company describes about 200 specialists, says it supports more than 1,200 organisations, and offers surveys in 60 languages, all vendor claims. Its privacy policy lists each sub-processor with a location: Microsoft hosts and stores survey data in the EU (EEA) and MailJet sends invitations from the EU. No prices are published.

What Effectory does well

  • Entities in Amsterdam and Munich, each with a register number
  • Benchmarks by country and industry
  • Action planner built into the results
  • Processor list with locations published
  • Packages for different coordinator counts

Where Effectory falls short

  • Prices only by quote
  • Not a performance management suite
  • Little self-serve room for small teams
  • Languages and coordinators capped per package

Standout feature. Effectory publishes a location for every data processor it uses.

#8 People Insight

London, United Kingdom Quote only, Managed or Unlimited at Core or Enterprise level Demo on request

Best for: Employers choosing between a vendor-run survey cycle and doing it themselves

  • Operating company. People Insight Limited
  • Jurisdiction. UK, outside the EEA and covered by the EU adequacy decision
  • Where the data sits. Not stated on the pages reviewed
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Culture Amp, Qualtrics EmployeeXM

People Insight sells employee surveys either run by its own team (Managed) or by the customer (Unlimited), each at Core or Enterprise level. Core Unlimited includes unlimited survey creation, up to 3 languages, up to 2 external benchmarks and up to 5 admin users, and Enterprise adds unlimited languages, unlimited dashboard users, up to 5 benchmarks and an HRIS API. Its Prism AI writes a next-steps summary for managers when a survey closes.

The company number of People Insight Limited is 05224597 (England and Wales), which puts it under English law and the UK GDPR, with the EU relying on its adequacy decision for the UK.

It sells consultancy, communications and implementation services next to the software, plus a separate 360 feedback product with models and coaching. Results land in a dashboard with an action planning centre and the iDeck for leadership. Prices are on request and the pages we checked did not state a hosting region.

What People Insight does well

  • Managed or self-run delivery, chosen per plan
  • Action planning built into survey workflows
  • 360 feedback in the same vendor
  • Prism AI writes manager summaries once a survey ends
  • UK company with a register number

Where People Insight falls short

  • Prices only by quote
  • No hosting region on the pages we checked
  • Core Unlimited caps languages at 3
  • Governed by UK law and the UK GDPR

Standout feature. People Insight will run the entire survey cycle on the customer's behalf under its Managed plans.

#9 Personio

Munich, Germany Founded 2015 From €2.88/employee/month Demo on request

Best for: SMBs (10-2000 employees) seeking comprehensive HR solution

  • Operating company. Personio SE & Co. KG
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Germany)
  • Where the data sits. European Union (AWS Frankfurt)
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. BambooHR, Workday, ADP

Personio gives people analytics a home in the HR system of record. Per its tool page, it combines digital personnel files, absence management, time tracking, recruiting and payroll preparation, so the reports draw on one database of employee records. Payroll is prepared there, not executed, and a payroll provider stays in the stack.

Personio SE & Co. KG began in Munich in 2015. Its tool page cites 15,000+ customers (a vendor claim) and targets companies with 10 to 2,000 employees. Prices start at €2.88 per employee per month, and EU processing runs on AWS Frankfurt. Individual modules are less deep than dedicated specialists, and a group operating in many countries tends to stretch the all-in-one design.

What Personio does well

  • Personnel files, absence, time, recruiting and payroll preparation share one database
  • Lowest listed full-suite price in this category, €2.88 per employee and month
  • EU processing on AWS Frankfurt
  • Sized for companies from 10 to 2,000 staff
  • Integrations with national payroll providers

Where Personio falls short

  • Prepares payroll but a payroll provider still runs it
  • Single modules shallower than specialist products
  • Groups in many countries outgrow the single-system design
  • Pricing scales with headcount

Standout feature. Personio lists the lowest full-platform price in this category, from €2.88 per employee per month.

#10 TechWolf

Ghent, Belgium Founded 2018 Not published Demo on request

Best for: Enterprises on Workday, SAP or Oracle that need skills data for planning

  • Operating company. TechWolf BV
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Belgium)
  • Where the data sits. Not stated on the pages read
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Visier skills and workforce planning views

TechWolf supplies skills data to planning teams. Its solution pages cover skill gap analysis, strategic workforce planning (skills supply and demand), internal mobility, targeted upskilling, AI transformation readiness and role redesign, and several are labelled coming soon. It states direct integrations with Workday's Skills Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM Dynamic Skills, and Crunchr's connector catalogue lists TechWolf as a source.

TechWolf BV is registered at Overzet 14B in Ghent and listed with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under 0702.852.201. The about page dates its founding to 2018, starting from helping students find jobs and moving to skill-based workforces. A Workday case study cites a 15% faster time-to-hire. No price, hosting region or certification is published, and the privacy policy read, last updated in January 2023, covers website visitors only.

What TechWolf does well

  • Belgian BV with a public register number
  • Direct integrations with Workday, SAP and Oracle skills modules
  • Focus on skills supply and demand for planning
  • Founding year and story stated
  • Role redesign and AI readiness use cases

Where TechWolf falls short

  • Not a general HR metrics platform
  • Several features marked coming soon
  • No pricing or hosting region published
  • Customer data terms not visible on pages read

Standout feature. TechWolf is the only tool here that produces skills supply and demand data instead of HR metrics.

#11 HiBob

Tel Aviv, Israel No published prices; quote via form Demo on request

Best for: HR teams already on Bob who want review cycles tied to their people data

  • Operating company. Hi Bob Limited (Hi Bob Ltd.)
  • Jurisdiction. Israel (outside the EU/EEA)
  • Where the data sits. Not stated in the pages reviewed
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Pave, Workday Compensation

HiBob qualifies here through its Compensation module, listed under Planning and Compensation in the Bob platform beside Workforce Planning. It runs customisable comp cycles, gives Finance real-time budget tracking with overrun visualisation, and models proposed increases against actual employee data and pay bands. Pay equity is monitored while decisions are made, and managers see performance data and compensation history in context.

Israel's privacy law is the frame in HiBob's privacy policy, which names Hi Bob Limited as operator and Hi Bob Ltd. as database controller, and that is why the tool counts as Israeli on this page. The page does not describe running the module without the HR system, and pricing sits behind a form that asks about team size and modules. The entity's jurisdiction is not stated on the pages reviewed and the benchmark source is not named.

What HiBob does well

  • Budget guardrails visible to Finance
  • Scenario planning on actual employee data
  • Pay equity monitored during the cycle
  • Context for managers inside the workflow
  • Same data as the HRIS

Where HiBob falls short

  • Sold as part of the Bob platform
  • No published prices
  • Entity jurisdiction not stated on pages reviewed
  • Benchmark source not named

Standout feature. HiBob builds guardrails into the manager's pay workflow so that out-of-band proposals are blocked before approval.

Which European people analytics tool should I choose for my company size?

Start from the number of HR systems that feed the questions. A group running Workday or SAP SuccessFactors beside a separate applicant tracker needs something that joins the two, and Crunchr and Ingentis are the two built for that. Crunchr lists 150+ connectors and 250+ metric definitions, so a first release starts from agreed figures. Ingentis lists the same four HRIS names (SAP, Workday, Oracle, UKG) but centres on the org chart.

A company of 50 to 3,000 employees on one HR system rarely needs a second vendor. Cezanne HR is aimed at exactly that range, Sloneek charges for active users with a 14-day trial, and PeopleForce bills from 50 employees. Under 50 employees the reports in any HR suite are usually enough, and a dedicated analytics project would cost more time than it saves.

How are people analytics tools priced in Europe?

Few vendors here print a price. Crunchr, Ingentis, Cezanne HR, Effectory, People Insight, TechWolf and HiBob sell through a demo or a quote, and Cezanne bases its monthly fee on modules and the previous month's average headcount. The pricing models that are public are per employee or per user: PeopleForce at $2.5 or $3 per employee per month, Personio from €2.88, and Leapsome from $8 per user per month.

Compare like with like. A per-employee suite price includes recruiting, absence and other modules, while a per-user survey price counts only the people who log in. Sloneek bills active users, which changes the maths for a company with many occasional users. Ask every vendor whether implementation, extra connectors and the AI or advanced analytics layer are inside the quote: Cezanne states there is no implementation or data upload fee, but its advanced analytics sit in the separate Insights module.

Where does the employee data actually live?

The answer differs sharply by vendor. PeopleForce states Frankfurt, Personio states AWS Frankfurt, Cezanne HR states AWS European Union data centres, Effectory lists Microsoft hosting in the EU (EEA), and Sloneek's terms (section 5.4) say customer data stays in EU member states. Crunchr lets the customer choose an EU or US region. Ingentis offers cloud or on-premise without naming a cloud region.

For People Insight, TechWolf and HiBob, the pages we reviewed do not state a hosting region, a point to settle in procurement rather than a reason to exclude them. Also check the contracting entity: three of the eleven are British companies (Cezanne HR, PeopleForce, People Insight), which the EU covers through an adequacy decision, and HiBob's controller is Israeli.

What should I check before moving off a US or Canadian analytics platform such as Visier?

Check the definitions first. Every platform encodes its own formula for turnover, headcount at period end and time to fill, and a migration changes those numbers even when the data is identical. Run old and new side by side for one reporting quarter. Crunchr and Cezanne HR are the most direct replacements, because one ships a metric catalogue and the other keeps analytics in the HR records.

After that, count the connectors you rely on, list who opens the dashboards weekly, and read the notice clause of the current contract. Visier's privacy statement points to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for transfers from the EU, so the legal reason to move is a preference for an EU contracting party, not an unlawful position. The alternative-to page for Visier covers that comparison in detail.

When is a survey tool better than a people analytics platform?

When the question is why people leave or how they feel, not how many leave. Effectory benchmarks results by country and industry and has an action planner, People Insight offers managed or self-run survey programmes with a Prism AI summary for managers, and Leapsome segments survey, goal and pay equity data by team and tenure.

None of these three replace a headcount and cost report. Pair a survey tool with an HR suite report, or choose Crunchr, which lists Effectory and Qualtrics among its connectable sources. If the only data you hold is survey data, a survey vendor is the shorter route.

When should I not buy a dedicated people analytics product at all?

When the HR system already answers the five questions your leadership asks every month. Personio reports on the personnel files, absence and time data it holds, from €2.88 per employee per month, and its weakness is depth, not coverage. Sloneek's analytics are limited to data inside Sloneek and PeopleForce's pages describe no forecasting, so neither is the right pick if you need predictive models.

TechWolf and HiBob are the reminder that narrow tools exist. TechWolf supplies skills data for planning, with several pages marked coming soon, and HiBob's compensation analytics are sold as part of the Bob platform. If neither problem is yours, skip them.

How we selected and ranked these 11 tools

Every tool on this page is in the European Purpose directory, which means the operating company is established in Europe and we have verified that from the company register or the vendor's own legal notice rather than from a marketing page. Tools headquartered outside Europe are not eligible, however good they are.

  1. Feature verification (weight: 40%). We check each capability against the vendor's own documentation and product pages, and record what the tool does rather than what the category is assumed to include.
  2. Ease of adoption (weight: 30%). Integrations, published API access, trial availability and how much configuration stands between signing and a usable result.
  3. Value and transparency (weight: 30%). Published pricing counts in a vendor's favour; quote-only pricing is recorded as quote-only rather than estimated. We weigh what a buyer gets for the entry price, not the headline feature count.
  4. Editorial review. Every page is researched and drafted with AI assistance, and the compliance and pricing claims are checked against the vendor's documentation before it is published under the founder's editorial responsibility. The three weights above decide the order; a position is a ranking against the other European tools in this category, not an absolute score.

Vendor-reported outcomes — ROI figures, margin uplift, time saved — are labelled as vendor claims wherever they appear on this page. We have not audited them, and neither has anyone else who quotes them. Read our full editorial process for how pages are re-verified.
