Best for: B2B teams with a defined list of target accounts and a LinkedIn budget to point at it
Userled covers the activation half of account-based marketing. Its public pages describe three modules: LinkedIn ads served per target account with up to five creatives each, microsite templates for stages from outreach to proposals, and a browser plugin that lets sellers send account content in one click. Engagement is tracked per account and per contact, so marketing sees which members of a buying committee responded.
The contracting party is Userled.io Ltd, registered in England and Wales, and the platform terms are governed by English law. The integrations page names Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase, 6sense, Marketo, Outreach and Salesloft, which means Userled reads segments built elsewhere. It does not appear to hold its own visitor or intent data, so it needs a feed from a tool such as Snitcher or Leadinfo. Pricing is shown as modules with a demo request.
What Userled does well
- Up to five ad creatives per target account
- Microsite templates across the funnel
- A plugin that puts sellers into the programme
- Reads segments from Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase and 6sense
- English-law terms with a UK contracting entity
Where Userled falls short
- No price list
- Holds no visitor or intent dataset that we could find
- Ad activation centres on LinkedIn
- Hosting location not given
Standout feature. Userled is the only tool in this list that produces account-specific microsites and ads from a CRM segment.
Stuttgart / Karlsruhe, Germany, Germany

Best for: German-speaking B2B marketers and agencies who want account targeting without cookies
WiredMinds sells LeadLab, which names the companies visiting a website and reports on business traffic only, and Domain2IP, which plays advertising to company IP ranges. According to the vendor, both identification and targeting work without cookies. A third line, IP2Content, swaps page content by company name, industry and size when a visitor is recognised.
The imprint lists WiredMinds GmbH under commercial register number HRB 753984 at the Amtsgericht Stuttgart, and the vendor says it is part of the Dealfront Group, which also owns Leadfeeder. Its site claims 27 years of experience in company identification. No prices were found on the pages checked, and parts of the product pages are rendered by script, so integrations and hosting need to be confirmed in a conversation.
What WiredMinds does well
- Commercial register entry in Germany
- Ad targeting by IP range, cookie-free per the vendor
- Web reports that count business visitors only
- Page content that changes per recognised company
- More than two decades in company identification, by its own count
Where WiredMinds falls short
- Prices not shown
- Sits inside the Dealfront Group
- Hosting location not given
- Pitched mainly at German-speaking markets
Standout feature. WiredMinds is the only vendor here that offers account-based ad targeting by company IP range without cookies.
Hilversum, Netherlands
Founded 2015
From $49 per month (0-50 companies) to $529 per month (4,001-5,000), listed in US dollars; custom tier for platforms
Demo on request
Best for: Small and mid-sized B2B teams that want company-level alerts without paying per seat
Snitcher matches website visits to companies, shows pages viewed, session length and button clicks, and sends alerts to Slack or email so a seller sees a pricing-page visit while it is fresh. It syncs with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive and has a REST API. Contact reveal is optional, and the vendor states that it works at company level on a legitimate-interest basis.
Snitcher B.V. in Hilversum is named as operator and data controller in its terms and privacy policy, and the about page dates the project to 2015 and the company to mid-2019. Billing counts unique companies identified, in ten tiers from $49 per month for up to 50 companies to $529 for 4,001 to 5,000, with unlimited users on every plan. Prices are in US dollars, and the data location is not stated.
What Snitcher does well
- Dutch B.V. named as controller
- No per-seat charge
- Ten tiers with prices shown
- Slack alerts and CRM links for HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive
- Two-week trial
Where Snitcher falls short
- Billed in dollars despite being Dutch
- Hosting location not given
- Does not buy or place ads
- Works at company level
Standout feature. Snitcher charges by unique companies identified and gives every plan unlimited users and API access.
Amsterdam, Netherlands
Founded 2008
Free plan of 25,000 credits a month; paid tiers Starter €99, Growth €199 and Scale €399 per month on annual billing; pay-as-you-go from €0.0025 per credit
Demo on request
Best for: Product teams, RevOps and agencies that want visitor data as an API with a free starting point
LeadBoxer is a signals platform: it names the companies and people on your website, tracks email opens and clicks, enriches each record and ranks leads against your ideal customer profile. The same data is offered through an API, so a team can build its own routing on top. Identifying a visitor IP costs 20 credits and contact enrichment 50, so the credit allowance maps to a concrete number of lookups.
LeadBoxer B.V. sits in Amsterdam and goes back to 2008, when three founders started it. Its free plan carries 25,000 credits a month with no time limit, and paid plans on annual billing are Starter at €99 for 100,000 credits, Growth at €199 for 250,000 and Scale at €399 for 1,000,000, with pay-as-you-go from €0.0025 per credit. Paid plans come with a 14-day trial. The pages checked do not state where data is hosted.
What LeadBoxer does well
- A free plan without an expiry date
- Plan prices and pay-as-you-go rate both listed
- Usable as an API as well as an app
- Amsterdam-based operator
- Email opens and clicks tracked in the same product
Where LeadBoxer falls short
- Forecasting credit use takes arithmetic
- Offers less hand-holding than app-first rivals
- Hosting country not stated
- No certification published
Standout feature. LeadBoxer pairs a permanent free tier with per-credit pricing on a platform that doubles as a visitor data API.
Capelle aan den IJssel near Rotterdam, Netherlands
Published tiers starting at €69 per month on annual billing
Demo on request
Best for: Benelux and European sales teams that want visitors tied to named decision-makers at published prices
Leadinfo turns unnamed website traffic into organisations and attaches a database of over 300 million decision-makers, which tells a seller whom to approach as well as which company visited. Starter is €69 per month on annual billing (€99 monthly) for up to 100 identified companies with three seats and three automations. Scale at €159 adds GA4, Looker Studio and LinkedIn Ads connections and ten seats.
Pro, at €359 per month annually, adds Salesforce, Marketo and Matomo integrations, unlimited seats, mobile numbers and a customer success manager, and the higher volume tiers rise to €539 and €889. The operator is Leadinfo, part of teamblue, at Rivium Quadrant 141 in Capelle aan den IJssel, and the company holds ISO 27001. Founding year is not published, and the tool only reports on companies that already visited.
What Leadinfo does well
- Tier prices published, from €69 per month
- Visitor feed joined to a 300M+ contact database
- ISO 27001 certificate
- Trial on each tier, no card needed
- Dutch operator inside teamblue
Where Leadinfo falls short
- Only covers companies that visited
- Mobile numbers and unlimited seats sit in Pro
- Prices climb with traffic volume
- No founding year on the vendor site
Standout feature. Leadinfo links each identified visitor to a named decision-maker from its own contact database.
Stockholm, Sweden
Founded 2015
B2B Bronze €325, Silver €450, Gold €595 per month (20% off annual)
Demo on request
Best for: Nordic and European B2B sites that want onsite personalisation and a visitor list in one euro plan
Triggerbee is a customer engagement platform with separate B2B plans that add a leads list of visiting companies and industry targeting. Forms and calls to action adapt to visitor intent, for example gated content for visitors that match your ideal customer profile or a meeting prompt, and campaigns can target by traffic source, device and CRM segment. There is no ad module, so it personalises your own site rather than buying reach.
Triggerbee AB in Stockholm is the contracting party in its terms, and the company says it began in 2015. B2B Bronze is €325 per month for 25,000 page views, Silver €450 for 50,000 and Gold €595 for 100,000, with 20 percent off annually. The B2B page claims an average of 25 percent of visiting companies identified, which is the vendor's figure. The terms page is dated 2019 and the privacy policy still mentions Privacy Shield.
What Triggerbee does well
- Euro plans with prices shown
- Swedish AB as contracting party
- Any number of team members can be invited
- Forms and onsite targeting come with the plan
- Zapier and native CRM connections
Where Triggerbee falls short
- Limits are set in page views
- Terms text dates from 2019
- No account-based advertising
- Three accounts or markets per plan
Standout feature. Triggerbee changes forms and calls to action on your own site according to what an identified visiting company has read.
Stockholm, Sweden
Starter at €59 and Professional at €149 per month on annual billing (€84 and €213 when paid monthly); Organisation by quote
Demo on request
Best for: Small sales teams that want visitor identification and outreach sequences in one Swedish product
Albacross names the companies on a site, lists the pages they read and clusters visitors by behaviour, engagement and off-site activity using AI segmentation. High-intent prospects can then be approached with email and LinkedIn sequences from the same product, which puts it closer to a sales tool than the pure identification vendors. The Organisation plan is quoted, and there is no permanent free plan.
Albacross Nordic AB, organisation number 556942-7338, trades from Malmskillnadsgatan 42 in Stockholm, and its privacy policy puts stored information on servers in Ireland. Starter costs €59 per month annually (€84 monthly) for up to 100 identified companies, and Professional €149 (€213) for up to 500. A 14-day trial needs no credit card. Founding date and certifications are not published.
What Albacross does well
- Euro prices on two tiers
- Servers in Ireland, per the privacy policy
- Outreach sequences next to identification
- AI grouping of visitors by behaviour
- Trial without a payment card
Where Albacross falls short
- No free plan that lasts
- Largest plan requires a quote
- Monthly cap on identified companies
- No founding date or certification shown
Standout feature. Albacross is the identification tool here that also sends automated email and LinkedIn outreach to the companies it spots.
Bochum, Germany
Founded 2010
Starting at €99 per month and rising with the number of identified visitors
Demo on request
Best for: DACH marketing teams that want a long-running German identification tool at an entry price of €99
SalesViewer decodes anonymous website traffic into named companies and adds behavioural tracking such as pages viewed, time spent and visit frequency, plus lead scoring and CRM integrations. It does not search a prebuilt contact database the way an outbound data product does, so it cannot help with accounts that never visited. Plans start at €99 per month and rise with the volume of identified visitors.
SalesViewer GmbH in Bochum has built the product since 2010, which makes it one of the older vendors on this page. The site describes GDPR compliance and EU hosting. There is no published free tier, so evaluation starts with a demo rather than a self-service trial. Individual contact details are limited, which keeps it at company level.
What SalesViewer does well
- Entry plan at €99 per month
- German GmbH with EU hosting stated
- Product active since 2010
- Tracking of behaviour, not only a company name
Where SalesViewer falls short
- Evaluation requires a demo
- Reports only on companies already on your site
- Few individual contact details
- Cost follows identified-visitor volume
Standout feature. SalesViewer has been selling company identification from Bochum since 2010, longer than most vendors on this page.
Helsinki, Finland
Founded 2013
Around €3,500 per year as a starting point, then quoted per volume and seats
Demo on request
Best for: Sales teams whose target market is Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden
Vainu is a company and contact database that goes deep on four markets, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden, drawing on local business registries, news, job postings and filings in each language. Account lists and trigger events come from those sources, so a hiring spree or a filing can put a company on a list. It is not an identification tool for your own website traffic.
The company is Vainu.io Oy in Helsinki, active since 2013, and the site describes GDPR compliance with EU hosting. There is no price list: the page cites roughly €3,500 per year as a starting point, quoted by volume and seats after a sales call, and no free tier. Outside the four Nordic markets the data depth drops sharply, which makes it the wrong pick for a pan-European programme.
What Vainu does well
- Local-language coverage across four Nordic markets
- Finnish company with EU hosting stated
- Product built since 2013
- Trigger events from news, hiring and filings
Where Vainu falls short
- A sales call comes before any price
- Nothing to try for free
- Useless outside the Nordics
- Budget has to include a data line
Standout feature. Vainu builds its account triggers from Nordic news, hiring and filings in the local languages.
Karlsruhe, Germany, with a second office in Helsinki, Finland
Founded 2022
Free Lite tier; the first paid plan is €79 per month
Demo on request
Best for: Teams that want to try visitor identification at no cost before paying for contacts
Leadfeeder turns anonymous web visits into named companies, then adds real-time alerts, CRM pushes and, on higher tiers, verified contacts and intent filters. The Lite tier is free with unlimited users, up to 100 identified companies per month and seven days of visitor history. Paid plans run from Discover at €79 per month through Activate at €369 to Scale at €599, with a 14-day trial.
Leadfeeder is the name the platform returned to in 2025 after being marketed as Dealfront since 2022, when Echobot of Karlsruhe merged with the Finnish Leadfeeder. The legal entity is Dealfront Group GmbH in Karlsruhe, with an office in Helsinki. The merger was backed by €180 million from the US firm Great Hill Partners, a detail to weigh in an ownership review. Its model is inbound and does not search for strangers.
What Leadfeeder does well
- Free tier with no end date
- German GmbH with EU hosting stated
- Rates shown for each paid plan
- Shows interest that a cold database misses
- Formed from two European data companies
Where Leadfeeder falls short
- Verified contacts start at Activate
- Enrichment credits add cost at volume
- Funded by US private equity in 2022
- No outbound prospect search
Standout feature. Leadfeeder offers a free tier with unlimited users in a category where most vendors ask for a demo first.
London, United Kingdom
Founded 2015
By quote: Standard and Pro plans, five seats included, credits assigned per seat
Demo on request
Best for: Larger outbound teams that need compliant phone data and have a budget for a database
Cognism sells a searchable contact and company database, filtered by firmographics, technographics and buying signals. Pro adds mobile numbers and intent signals, and CRM enrichment, an API and MCP access are listed. It supplies the contact layer that an account list needs rather than tracking who visits your site.
Cognism Limited, company number 09392705 in England and Wales, was incorporated in 2015 and signs the contracts, while the privacy policy lists Cognism d.o.o. in Croatia as joint controller. A Boston office is listed. The vendor states ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and SOC 2 Type II, screens its phone data against Do Not Call lists in the UK, US, Germany, France and other countries, and runs a Privacy Centre for opt-outs. Plans are quoted, with five seats included.
What Cognism does well
- Phone numbers checked against Do Not Call registers
- Lists ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and SOC 2 Type II
- Mobiles and intent signals on Pro
- Enrichment into the CRM, plus API and MCP access
- Opt-out route through a Privacy Centre
Where Cognism falls short
- Plans are quoted only
- UK-registered rather than EU
- Sized for bigger teams that budget for data
- Has a US office beside the UK entity
Standout feature. Cognism makes compliance the product, with Do Not Call screening of phone data backed by ISO 27701 and SOC 2.
