Our review
The TourCMS home page says the service is operated by Palisis AG, Florastrasse 18A, 8610 Uster, Switzerland. Terms of service, an acceptable use policy and a privacy policy are linked, but we did not capture their text.
The product is described as being designed for tours and activity operators, with online and offline bookings, distribution, channel management and CRM.
Plans
Four plans are listed. Small has 2 users, 2 channels and 30 bookings per month. Standard has 5 users, 5 channels and 1000 bookings. Pro has 20 users, 20 channels and 2000 bookings. Enterprise has 500 users, 25 channels and unlimited bookings. The page says no setup fee, free support and commission-free.
Distribution fees
Despite the commission-free line, bookings from any connected partner through the TourCMS API enabled distribution platform carry a per-transaction fee starting at 1.9%. The page adds that fee incentives exist for large distribution partners, and operators working with many online travel agents are told to ask for a quote.
Comparison with FareHarbor
TourCMS shows more public pricing detail than FareHarbor does on the pages we read, and exposes an API and sandbox login from its home page. It does not show a point of sale or mobile app in the text we captured.
Known limits
Prices are shown in USD by default, with an option to switch to euro. The booking cap of 30 per month on the Small plan is low. Privacy and terms pages were not captured, so data location and GDPR terms are unverified.
