The hosting is the part worth reading closely. The privacy policy names NETHOST s.r.o. in Brno as the server provider and the data processing agreement commits to processing exclusively in the European Union or the European Economic Area — a Czech company on a Czech provider rather than a European front end on an American platform.
There is one documented exception: bulk email invitations go out through Twilio SendGrid in the United States, so respondent email addresses reach a US processor even though the responses do not. Intercom in Ireland handles support.
