Our review
Poppy's terms of 1 July 2026 name Poppy Mobility NV, a limited liability company with its registered office at Sanderusstraat 25, 2018 Antwerp, registered in the Antwerp register of legal entities. The footer shows company number BE 0681.505.370.

How a Poppy trip works
Users download the app, add a driving licence and a payment method, and drive without a subscription. A car can be reserved up to 24 hours ahead, or a delivery can be scheduled up to one month in advance, according to the home page.
At the end of a trip the car is left anywhere legal in the Poppy zone. Zones listed are Antwerp, Brussels, Brussels Airport, Charleroi Airport and Antwerp Airport.
Terms and prices
The terms state that fees and amounts include VAT, that Belgian law applies and that the courts of Antwerp have jurisdiction. They refer to the car liability insurance and to the insurer's own terms.
The pricing page returned only its footer in our read, so no tariff is quoted here. Check the app for the current price before you register.
Compared with Turo
Turo is a marketplace across many regions. Poppy is a local operator with its own fleet in two Belgian cities, so it fits short trips and airport runs, not a month-long rental in another country.
The home page also mentions visits to neighbouring countries, but the conditions for that were not read.
Known limits
Only Antwerp and Brussels on the pages we read. Prices were not visible in our read of the pricing page, and the data location is not stated. No private-owner choice. For the Netherlands, see Greenwheels.
