Detailed Review
PlentyONE is the name plentymarkets now trades under. The imprint still lists the old plentymarkets domains next to the new one, so a seller who knew the old brand is looking at the same company, PlentyONE GmbH in Kassel, registered at the Kassel district court under HRB 20404.
Where Brightpearl sells a bespoke set-up behind a request form, PlentyONE puts five plans on a public page and starts at EUR 59 a month. The vendor says it has served online sellers since 2006 and counts more than 55,000 users.
Plans differ by channels, SKUs and turnover
The price ladder is built from limits you can count. Lite allows 5 marketplaces, 1,000 product variants, 5 users and one warehouse, with up to EUR 50,000 turnover a month. Scale allows 25 marketplaces, 25,000 variants, 40 users and 10 warehouses.
Because the limits are listed, a seller can see which step comes next before hitting it. Ultimate is the only plan without a price.
One system for product data and orders
The vendor lists PIM, OMS, WMS and CRM as core functions from the smallest plan, with POS added from Expand. Product text and images are kept once and sent to each shop or marketplace in the format that channel wants.
For sellers who already run another ERP, PlentyONE also describes a middleware role that syncs products, stock and orders with marketplaces without replacing the core system.
Automation and the AI layer
Workflows run without code, and the vendor describes prompt-based automation and AI functions that read orders, stock and costs together. The number of automated workflows is capped per plan, from 10 on Lite to 250 on Scale.
The vendor states that the user sets the rules and can step in at any time.
Limitations to Consider
The site and imprint are German first, and the pricing page and several limits (turnover caps of EUR 50,000 or EUR 200,000 a month) mean fast-growing sellers hit a plan step early. No data location or security certificate was stated on the pages reviewed. A seller who only needs invoices and labels for a few hundred orders may find Billbee lighter, and a warehouse-first operation may prefer Picqer.
Who Should Use PlentyONE
