Omnisend is the clearest pricing story among the multichannel tools in this category.

Omnisend UAB is registered in Vilnius under legal entity code 302530363; the product started life in 2014 as Soundest, a simple email tool for ecommerce brands, and rebranded to Omnisend in 2017 as SMS and then web push were added. Web push is not a bolted-on extra: it is included on every plan, unlimited from the first paid tier, installed through the same Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or Shoplazza connection as email.

The free plan needs no credit card: 500 emails, 250 contacts and 500 web push notifications a month, enough to test whether push moves a store's numbers before paying anything. Standard starts at $11.20 a month and Pro at $41.30, both with unlimited web push and email, and Custom pricing takes over above 150,000 contacts. For a store already running Omnisend for email, adding push costs nothing beyond flipping it on.

The gap is disclosure below the price list. The Data Processing Agreement names Google Cloud Platform as the host but not a region, and no security certification is claimed anywhere on the public site. Web push itself reaches Chrome, Firefox and Opera only — no native iOS or Android SDK — and the channel is not available to Wix stores at all.
