Fieldcode is a field service management platform from Nuremberg that automates scheduling, dispatching and routing and coordinates internal teams, subcontractors and service partners in one interface. Fieldcode positions the product for IT and telecom service and names HP, Accenture, Hemmersbach and Kapsch TrafficCom as customers.

The Start plan covers manual ticket creation or file upload, route optimisation and scheduling, a customer self-service portal and the mobile app. Business adds ticket creation through APIs, unlimited dispatch groups and custom workflows. Enterprise adds schedule-based ticket creation, fully automated dispatching and advanced SLA management. The Fieldcode app runs on Android and iOS and supports ticket reporting in offline mode.
