Detailed Review
agilea is operated by escrea GmbH, with its Impressum listing Emil-Figge-Strasse 80 in Dortmund, Amtsgericht Dortmund, HRB 20257, and Tilman Freisen as managing director. The site says the company has 14 years of experience in the fitness industry.
The platform runs in the cloud, with no local installation or server maintenance.
Onboarding and switching
agilea advertises strategy consulting, workflow optimisation, data import from the previous provider, installation, customisation and team training as part of getting started, along with a named contact person.
Studios and chains
The product scales from a single studio to a chain with many locations, and a first-level support offer is described for chains. Related posts mention a cash register with TSE (the German fiscal security requirement), contract management and dunning.
Pricing on consultation
The site describes a 'fair price structure' but publishes no figures. A price page exists, and pricing is through an individual quote.
Limitations to Consider
No prices are published, the hosting location is not stated, and the site is in German. The footer does not name a legal form, though the Impressum identifies escrea GmbH. It is a smaller vendor than Magicline, with fewer public integrations and references.
Who Should Use agilea
German-speaking fitness studios that value hands-on onboarding and a German contracting entity.
