European Alternatives to Helium 10

Looking for a European alternative to Helium 10? Its privacy policy names Pixel Labs, LLC (d/b/a Helium10) of Irvine, California as the operator, so the sales, fee and cost data you connect is held by a US company. Pricing is listed in US dollars, with Platinum at $99 a month billed yearly ($129 monthly) and Diamond at $279 ($359) on the vendor's pricing page.

The European tools below split the same ground by task: profit tracking, repricing, advertising, listing monitoring and sourcing, each run by a company in Germany, the UK, Ireland or France.

How we rank these tools — 4-step process
  1. 1
    European ownership, verified

The company is headquartered and incorporated in the EU, EEA, the UK, Switzerland or Israel, and processes customer data in Europe or Israel. A US parent company disqualifies a tool from this page regardless of where its servers are.

  2. 2
    Category fit and hands-on review

What the tool actually does, who it suits, and where it falls short — checked against the vendor’s own documentation, changelog and pricing page rather than its marketing copy.

  3. 3
    Compliance and pricing check

GDPR posture, hosting location and the prices quoted on this page are verified against the vendor’s public pricing before publication, and re-checked when we revisit the category.

  4. 4
    Position on this page

Placement on this page can be paid, and that can affect which tools appear here and the order they appear in. It never buys a good review: a tool that fails the checks above is not here at any price, and payment does not change the shortcomings we write about. A vendor can ask us to correct a factual error — not to remove a criticism.

Vendors can pay for visibility on this page. It never changes what an entry says about a product, including the criticism, and we earn nothing when you click through to a vendor. Vendors can pay for more visibility, higher up on the review pages; it never affects which tools are listed. Editorial policy

Key takeaways

  • Helium 10 is operated by Pixel Labs, LLC of Irvine, California, according to its privacy policy effective 17 August 2026.
  • The policy says EEA residents' personal information is transferred to the United States for processing, with consent as the legal basis.
  • Helium 10 lists Platinum at $99 a month on yearly billing and Diamond at $279, while Sellerboard starts at $15 a month.
  • No European tool in this list copies Helium 10's whole suite; the replacements split by task: profit, repricing, advertising, monitoring and sourcing.
  • Eleven alternatives come from Germany, the UK, Ireland and France, and Repricer.com sits under Irish law.

Why people leave Helium 10

Helium 10 is a suite for Amazon sellers, and the privacy policy on its own site names Pixel Labs, LLC, trading as Helium10, as the company that owns and operates it. The legal contact is a street address in Irvine, California. For a seller in Munich, Lyon or Dublin that means the product that sees your orders, costs and supplier choices is run by a US company under a US contract.

The policy is direct about where the data goes. Personal information may be stored and processed on servers in the United States, and for residents of the European Economic Area it says the information is transferred to the United States for processing, with consent as the stated legal basis. A seller who wants sales figures to stay in Europe will read that clause with some care.

Price and scope pull people the other way. Helium 10 quotes Platinum at $99 a month on yearly billing ($129 if paid monthly) and Diamond at $279 ($359), all in US dollars. That buys one login for research, listings, ads and profit data, which is convenient, but a seller who only needs one of those jobs pays for the rest. This page lists eleven European tools that each cover a slice.

  • Seller data processed in the United States Helium 10 is operated by Pixel Labs, LLC of Irvine, California, and its privacy policy says information can be stored and processed on US servers. Profit figures, cost prices and supplier lists are commercial secrets. Sellers who want them held by a contracting party in the EU, UK or Ireland have a short list of options, and eight of the eleven tools below are German GmbH companies with a register number.
  • Dollar pricing, tiers sized for a full suite The pricing page lists Platinum at $99 a month billed yearly and Diamond at $279. If you only need profit tracking, Sellerboard starts at $15 a month. If you only need advertising, Adspert starts at €99 plus a commission. Splitting the jobs lets the bill follow the task rather than the bundle, at the price of juggling more than one login.
  • One suite for jobs that rarely peak together Research, advertising and profit data are used at different rhythms, yet a bundle charges for all three at one rate. European specialists such as AMALYTIX for listing monitoring or Repricer.com for price rules let you add and drop a function without touching the others.
  • Marketplaces beyond Amazon Several European tools reach past Amazon. Repricer.com and Adspert work on eBay and Walmart too, DataHawk covers Walmart, and Billbee and Tradebyte connect shops and marketplaces for fulfilment and listings. For a seller with a webshop and two marketplaces, one Amazon-centred suite covers only part of the day.

What you have to replace, not just match

Moving away from Helium 10 means deciding which of its jobs you actually use. Profit tracking maps to Sellerboard or SellerLogic. Ad management maps to Adspert or metoda. Listing and Buy Box alerts map to AMALYTIX. Pricing rules map to Repricer.com or SellerLogic. Sourcing checks map to SellerAmp and ProfitPath. Each is a separate tool with its own account, so list the modules you opened in the last month before you shop.

What has no clean European match is keyword and product research from a large database. Sellerboard lists a keyword research module and search term reports, but its public pages show no product opportunity database.

AMALYTIX has keyword rankings for your own listings, not market discovery. If research is the reason you pay for Helium 10, keep it on a short plan while you move profit, ads and monitoring to European tools, and re-check after a quarter whether you still use it.

Then there is the data you built up: cost prices per SKU, listing snapshots, ad history. Sellerboard has a COGS module and a data export, DataHawk offers SKU-level analytics with BI connections, and AMALYTIX compares each product against a daily snapshot. Plan an export from your current tool before you cancel, and enter cost prices once in the new profit tool rather than rebuilding them in three places.

How each alternative compares to Helium 10

#1

Sellerboard

The nearest single login for profit, inventory and PPC reporting

Stuttgart, GermanyStarting at $15 per month, 1 month free trial without credit card (homepage, 29 October 2026)#1 in Amazon Seller Tools

Best for: Private-label and wholesale sellers who want order-level profit before anything else

Sellerboard works from the profit line upward. Fees, advertising, returns and the purchase price you enter in the COGS module are netted down to a single order, with a data export for the accountant. Against Helium 10, this is the module where the German tool concentrates its effort instead of treating profit as one tab among many.

It also reaches into daily operations: inventory planning, review requests, PPC and search term reports, a repricer, listing change alerts and a Chrome plugin. The company behind it, nextechnology GmbH in Stuttgart, states more than 20,000 sellers, and a month of use is free without a credit card. The entry price of $15 is far below the $99 Helium 10 Platinum plan.

What Sellerboard does better than Helium 10

  • Lists a $15 starting price against $99 for Helium 10 Platinum on yearly billing
  • Contracting party is a German GmbH registered in Stuttgart
  • Puts profit down to order level in the first screen
  • Month-long trial with no card

Where Sellerboard is a step down from Helium 10

  • No product opportunity database visible on public pages
  • Tier contents behind the $15 price could not be confirmed
  • Data location is not stated

Standout against Helium 10. It is the only tool in the list that combines order-level profit with inventory, PPC and a repricer in one login.

SellerLogic

A Düsseldorf repricer with a free tier, aimed at the pricing part of the job

Düsseldorf, GermanyFree plan for up to 20 optimised products/day; paid Starter and Advanced tiers (amounts not published); 14-day free trial of full features#14 in Pricing Software

Best for: Amazon sellers who want to test dynamic repricing before paying anything

SellerLogic replaces the pricing side of what you might do around Helium 10. Its repricer is built for Amazon, with Buy Box strategies, and the free plan covers up to 20 optimised products a day without an end date. The Helium 10 plans we saw are priced from $99 a month.

Paid tiers add faster synchronisation, down to hourly on the Advanced plan, and margin tracking across marketplaces. The company, SellerLogic GmbH, is entered in the Düsseldorf register under HRB 79970. Amounts for the paid tiers are not published, so the comparison with the $99 Platinum plan has to wait for a quote.

What SellerLogic does better than Helium 10

  • Free plan for 20 products a day with no time limit
  • Contracting party is a German GmbH in Düsseldorf
  • Trial gives the full paid feature set for 14 days
  • Margin tracking across several Amazon marketplaces for wholesale sellers

Where SellerLogic is a step down from Helium 10

  • Amazon only, with no webshop repricing
  • Paid tier prices are not published
  • Narrower than a suite with research and listing tools

Standout against Helium 10. The free plan has no expiry, which suits a seller who wants to test repricing without a deadline.

AMALYTIX

Watches listings, Buy Box and stock every day instead of researching products

Cologne, GermanyNot published on the pages checked; 14-day free trial without credit card#3 in Amazon Seller Tools

Best for: Brands, vendors and agencies with large catalogues where Amazon changes content without notice

AMALYTIX tackles one fear: you open Seller Central and a title or bullet point is not what you wrote. It stores a snapshot of each product and compares it daily, then sends alerts to e-mail or Slack when content, Buy Box ownership, stock or search visibility changes. For the German tool this is the whole purpose, not one feature among many.

On the Scale plan, workflows can push saved content back to Amazon by rule. It supports Seller Central and Vendor Central, and an agency permission model. Pricing is not published; the trial lasts 14 days without a credit card. AMALYTIX GmbH is registered in Cologne under HRB 100547. Its AI agent runs on models in Amazon Bedrock.

What AMALYTIX does better than Helium 10

  • Compares every listing against a saved snapshot each day
  • Supports Vendor Central as well as Seller Central
  • Rules can restore changed content on the Scale plan
  • Agency permissions and dashboards

Where AMALYTIX is a step down from Helium 10

  • No sourcing or keyword database
  • Prices are not published
  • AI features rely on Amazon Bedrock, so that path is not purely European

Standout against Helium 10. It turns a changed product page into an alert and, on a higher plan, into an automatic fix.

Adspert

Bid management on a goal, priced as a fee plus a share of ad sales

Berlin, GermanyEssential €99 plus commission per month, Scale €499 plus commission, Pro €999 plus commission; 30 days free on Essential#4 in Amazon Seller Tools

Best for: Sellers and agencies with steady ad spend who want software to chase an ACoS or ROAS target

Adspert replaces the advertising part of a bundle. You choose a goal, such as an ACoS or ROAS level, and the software moves bids and keywords toward it, with a simulation of the effect before you apply anything. It supports Amazon Ads, eBay Advertising and Walmart Connect, and Google and Microsoft Ads from the Scale plan.

The price shape differs from Helium 10. Essential costs €99 a month, Scale €499 and Pro €999, each plus a commission that applies only to ad sales attributed to Adspert. The first 30 days on Essential are free. Adspert GmbH is listed in Berlin under HRB 133120 B. The total cost therefore moves with your ad revenue.

What Adspert does better than Helium 10

  • Plan prices are published in euros
  • Covers eBay, Walmart, Google and Microsoft advertising as well
  • Shows a goal simulation before changes go live
  • Berlin GmbH with a register number

Where Adspert is a step down from Helium 10

  • Does only advertising, with no profit, listing or research tools
  • Commission makes the final bill harder to forecast
  • Google Ads and the success manager need the Scale plan

Standout against Helium 10. Its bills combine a published monthly fee with a commission on the ad sales the software manages.

SellerAmp

A buying-side checker for deals in a shop, a browser or a supplier list

Halifax, United KingdomGetting Started $19.95, Getting Serious $29.95, Going Pro $49.95 per month; UK pricing available, annual billing gives 2 months free; 14-day trial#5 in Amazon Seller Tools

Best for: Arbitrage and wholesale buyers who scan many products a day before they commit money

SellerAmp answers the question "is this worth buying?" in a few seconds. It shows fees, ROI and a maximum cost, flags eligibility and IP issues, and charts price and sales history. It runs as a Chrome extension, a phone app that scans barcodes and a web app, all on one account. Compared with Helium 10, it is narrow, but it is quick at the shelf.

SellerAmp Limited is a UK company, Company ID 12239960, in Halifax, with English courts named in its terms. That puts it outside the EEA but under a country with an adequacy decision. Plans cost $19.95, $29.95 and $49.95 a month, with two months free on annual billing and a 14-day trial.

What SellerAmp does better than Helium 10

  • Starts at $19.95 against $99 for Helium 10 Platinum on yearly billing
  • Barcode scanning in a phone app for retail arbitrage
  • Eligibility and IP alerts before purchase
  • Contracting party is a UK limited company with a public Company ID

Where SellerAmp is a step down from Helium 10

  • Sourcing only, with no profit tracking after the sale
  • Differences between the three plans could not be confirmed
  • UK, not EU, jurisdiction

Standout against Helium 10. It is the only tool here that puts a barcode scan and a profit estimate on a phone in the aisle.

Repricer.com

Pure repricing sized by SKU count, run under Irish law

Dublin, IrelandCore $99, Scale $299, Premium $499 per month, custom tier on request; 14-day free trial#6 in Amazon Seller Tools

Best for: Sellers competing for the Buy Box on shared listings across several marketplaces

Repricer.com does one thing and scales the plan with catalogue size: Core handles up to 3,000 SKUs on 3 marketplaces, Scale up to 50,000 SKUs on 5, and Premium up to 250,000 with unlimited marketplaces. Against Helium 10, you give up everything except price rules, and in return the plan matches the size of your catalogue.

The terms name xSellco Limited, an Irish company in Dublin whose contract is governed by Irish law. The same company runs eDesk and RepricerExpress. Core costs $99, Scale $299 and Premium $499 a month, and the Buy Box chaser starts on Scale. The 14-day trial needs no credit card.

What Repricer.com does better than Helium 10

  • Plans measured in SKUs, with a custom tier for very large catalogues
  • Contract governed by the laws of Ireland
  • Also reprices on eBay and Walmart
  • Net margin repricing on the Premium plan

Where Repricer.com is a step down from Helium 10

  • No profit analytics, advertising or listing tools
  • AI price optimisation and the Buy Box chaser need the $299 plan
  • A fair-usage limit of 600 repricing events per minute per account

Standout against Helium 10. It is priced by the number of SKUs and marketplaces you reprice, not by a bundle of unrelated tools.

DataHawk

Parisian analytics layer for sales, ads and organic metrics

Paris, FranceSee website; pricing not visible in the server-rendered page#7 in Amazon Seller Tools

Best for: Agencies and brands reporting across Amazon and Walmart for several clients

DataHawk puts daily SKU-level sales, advertising and organic metrics into one view, and says data arrives through official Amazon partner integrations. Its agency pages describe a multi-account dashboard, white-label reports, role-based access and AI alerts. Where Helium 10 is a seller workbench, DataHawk reads more like a reporting layer.

The terms name Worldeye Technologies Europe, a French SAS in Paris, registered under number 942 570 011. Its Sherlock AI agent explains performance changes, and an MCP connection links assistants to the same data, though Sherlock was a waitlisted beta when checked. Prices were not visible in the server-rendered page, and the terms name Braintree as payment processor.

What DataHawk does better than Helium 10

  • White-label reports and multi-account dashboards for agencies
  • Covers Walmart marketplace analytics
  • Contracting party is a French SAS with a Paris register number
  • Offers BI tool connections on the enterprise analytics side

Where DataHawk is a step down from Helium 10

  • Analytics only, with no repricing, bidding or sourcing
  • Prices are not visible on the pages checked
  • The AI agent is a beta by waitlist

Standout against Helium 10. It produces white-label client reports from one login across several Amazon accounts.

ProfitPath

Finds resale products in European shops before you buy

Leverkusen, GermanyFour plans (Manual, Wholesale, Automated, All Inclusive); amounts not visible; 14-day free trial#8 in Amazon Seller Tools

Best for: Online arbitrage and wholesale buyers sourcing in Europe and the UK

ProfitPath covers the buying side. Supplier Search scans more than 1,000 European online shops daily and ranks items by margin, Wholesale Scanner calculates profit and ROI from an uploaded supplier list, and A2A Search compares Amazon marketplaces in the EU and UK for price gaps. The starting point here is supplier prices rather than Amazon listings.

The imprint names FourByte GmbH of Leverkusen, registered in Cologne under HRB 129836. There are four plans (Manual, Wholesale, Automated and All Inclusive) and a 14-day free trial. Amounts were not readable on the pricing page, so cost is unconfirmed. Supplier coverage is Europe and the UK, which limits it for sellers who source elsewhere.

What ProfitPath does better than Helium 10

  • Scans supplier shops daily instead of waiting for you to look
  • Compares price gaps between Amazon marketplaces in the EU and UK
  • Alerts when a profit target is met
  • German GmbH with a commercial register entry

Where ProfitPath is a step down from Helium 10

  • Sourcing only, with no profit tracking, ads or listing tools
  • Plan prices were not readable
  • Supplier coverage stops at Europe and the UK

Standout against Helium 10. It starts from supplier shop prices and finds the Amazon listing, rather than the other way round.

Billbee

Order, invoice and stock hub rather than a seller analytics tool

Twistetal, GermanyUsage-based on order volume with a minimum fee of EUR 9 per month net of VAT; up to 200 orders a month is the Starter plan, above that the Growth plan, both with all features, all integrations and unlimited users; no minimum contract term#2 in Inventory Management

Best for: Small and mid-sized sellers running orders from several shops and marketplaces

Billbee sits after the sale. Orders, invoices, stock and shipping from several channels land in one account, with stock synchronised across connected shops, reorder suggestions and an option to deactivate a product at zero stock. The vendor counts more than 150 connections and states more than 20,000 online sellers. Billbee does not touch Amazon research or ads, so it complements rather than replaces a seller suite.

Billbee GmbH is registered in Korbach under HRB 2482, and the company says its servers are in the Hetzner data centre park in Nuremberg. Pricing is order-based with a minimum of €9 a month net of VAT, no minimum contract term, and a 30-day trial without a card. Refunds and credit notes count as billable orders.

What Billbee does better than Helium 10

  • Names its hosting location in Nuremberg, Germany
  • Minimum fee of €9 a month net of VAT
  • Both plans include all features and unlimited users
  • No minimum contract term

Where Billbee is a step down from Helium 10

  • No Amazon profit, ad or research modules
  • The per-order rate is only visible through a price slider
  • Warehouse depth through VentoryOne is included only in the Growth plan

Standout against Helium 10. It is the only tool in the list that names its data centre and has no minimum contract term.

metoda

Amazon Ads agency and optimiser from Munich, with price monitoring

Munich, GermanyNot published on the pages checked#10 in Amazon Seller Tools

Best for: Brands that want specialists and software running Amazon Ads and DSP together

metoda is closer to a service partner than a self-serve tool. It lists an Ad Optimizer for Sponsored Products, Brands and Display, an agency layer including Amazon DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud, consulting, and a Price API that crawls e-commerce data for competitor monitoring. Compared with Helium 10 Ads, you buy people alongside software.

The company began in 2012 as PreisAnalytics and states a team of more than 40. The legal entity is Averest Consulting GmbH in Munich, renamed from metoda GmbH according to the site. Pricing is not published, and we could not check the vendor's performance claims, so treat the entry cost as a quote request.

What metoda does better than Helium 10

  • Combines software with named human specialists
  • Covers DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud
  • Price API for monitoring competitor prices
  • Munich company with more than a decade of history

Where metoda is a step down from Helium 10

  • No published pricing, and an agency-led entry point
  • Covers advertising and pricing only
  • Brand and legal names differ

Standout against Helium 10. It sells Amazon Ads software together with the specialists who run it.

Tradebyte

Marketplace connector for fashion catalogues, not an Amazon seller tool

Ansbach, GermanySuccess-based model, no list prices (see website)#8 in Product Feed Management Software

Best for: Fashion and lifestyle brands selling on Zalando, ABOUT YOU and similar marketplaces

Tradebyte is the odd one out and sits here for sellers who list well beyond Amazon. A catalogue is uploaded once and adapted to the specifications of more than 90 marketplaces, including Zalando and ABOUT YOU, with attribute mapping and error tracking. It does not replace Helium 10 modules; it replaces the manual work of feeding other marketplaces.

Tradebyte Software GmbH is registered in Ansbach under HRB 4609. A dashboard shows GMV, return rate and item performance by marketplace and country, with anomaly alerts, and each customer gets a success manager. No prices are published, the model is described as success-based, and hosting is not stated on the pages reviewed.

What Tradebyte does better than Helium 10

  • Connects to 90+ marketplaces beyond Amazon
  • Maps fashion sizes and categories to each marketplace's rules
  • Gives each customer a named success manager
  • German GmbH with a register number

Where Tradebyte is a step down from Helium 10

  • Focused on fashion and lifestyle assortments
  • No Amazon research, profit or ad tools
  • No published pricing and no stated hosting location

Standout against Helium 10. It adapts one catalogue to the rules of each of 90+ marketplaces, including fashion-specific ones.

tradebyte.com Visit Tradebyte

What actually breaks when you switch

The first thing that breaks is the single login. After a switch you will have a profit tool, maybe a repricer, maybe an ads tool, each with its own Amazon authorisation, its own cost-price list and its own idea of a product.

Enter purchase prices once in the profit tool and let the others read from there where they can. Expect a few weeks in which two systems show slightly different profit numbers, because fee and return handling are defined differently.

Contracts and billing are the second break. Helium 10 prices in US dollars, and so do Sellerboard, SellerAmp and Repricer.com on the pages checked, while Adspert and Billbee quote euros. AMALYTIX, DataHawk, ProfitPath and metoda do not publish amounts, so budget time for quotes. Do not cancel Helium 10 until the new tools have run through one full month, and export any history you need first, because keyword research has no European counterpart to move it into.

Can one European tool replace Helium 10 on its own?

Not on the public evidence. Sellerboard is the broadest single login: profit dashboard, inventory, PPC reports, a keyword research module, a repricer and listing change alerts. But its feature list shows no product opportunity database, so a seller who relies on market research would still need a second source.

For a seller whose weak point is margin visibility, Sellerboard alone may be enough. For one who runs large ad budgets, it is more likely to be two tools, for example Sellerboard for the numbers and Adspert for bidding.

What does it cost to rebuild the same coverage with European tools?

Helium 10 lists Platinum at $99 and Diamond at $279 a month. A European set can come out lower or higher depending on the mix. Sellerboard starts at $15, SellerAmp at $19.95, Repricer.com at $99, and Adspert at €99 plus a commission on attributed ad sales. DataHawk, AMALYTIX, ProfitPath and metoda do not publish amounts on the pages checked.

So add up only the tools you will actually run, ask the unpublished vendors for a quote, and compare the total with the yearly Helium 10 price rather than the monthly one.

Which one to pick

Choose by your weakest number. If you do not know your real margin, start with Sellerboard; if your Buy Box share is the problem, take Repricer.com or SellerLogic; if advertising is the largest cost, take Adspert, or metoda when you want a partner who runs it. AMALYTIX fits a large catalogue where content drifts, and DataHawk fits an agency reporting to clients.

Buyers who source for arbitrage or wholesale should look at SellerAmp for the shelf and ProfitPath for supplier scanning, and sellers with a webshop and several marketplaces can add Billbee or Tradebyte. Keep Helium 10 only if keyword and product research is the part you actually use, and then keep it as a lean plan next to the European tools, not as the whole stack.

Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on the job. Sellerboard is the closest single replacement for profit tracking, inventory and PPC reports, AMALYTIX handles daily listing and Buy Box monitoring, Adspert and metoda handle advertising, and SellerAmp covers sourcing checks. None of them reproduces a keyword database, so many sellers combine two tools.

The privacy policy, effective 17 August 2026, names Pixel Labs, LLC, trading as Helium10, with an address in Irvine, California. It says information may be stored and processed on servers in the United States, and that EEA residents' information is transferred there for processing.

Yes. Repricer.com is run by xSellco Limited in Dublin under Irish law, with plans by SKU count from $99 a month. SellerLogic in Düsseldorf offers a free tier for up to 20 optimised products a day and a 14-day trial of the full feature set before it falls back to that free plan.

ProfitPath, from Leverkusen, scans more than 1,000 European online shops daily for resale margins, and SellerAmp, from Halifax in the UK, checks a candidate for fees, ROI and eligibility. Both serve buyers who source for arbitrage or wholesale rather than private-label keyword research.

Not always. Adspert quotes €99, €499 and €999 plans plus commission, and Billbee starts at €9 a month net of VAT. Sellerboard, SellerAmp and Repricer.com quote in US dollars on the pages checked, so check the invoice currency before you sign.
