Detailed Review
Noreja starts from a different premise than most tools on this page. Its FAQ says it does not use event logs and instead reads directly from operational databases such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, proAlpha, Sage and Odoo, plus ServiceNow, Jira, PostgreSQL, Snowflake and BigQuery.
The imprint names Noreja Intelligence GmbH, Bruck 12, 6914 Hohenweiler, Austria, entered at Landgericht Feldkirch under FN 552351 g, with Philipp Waibel and Lukas Pfahlsberger as managing directors.
Event knowledge graph instead of a flat log
Events, objects and their links are stored as a graph, so an order, a delivery, an invoice and a customer remain separate objects. The vendor says this lets it test whether one step triggers another or whether both depend on a third factor such as incomplete master data.
The Minerva layer adds AI agents that monitor processes and flag deviations. Those agents run on the causal model, according to the FAQ, and are billed by token usage beyond the amounts included in the Pro and Excellence plans.
Published plans
The pricing page shows three plans priced by data volume (graph nodes from 15 million to 300 million) and perspectives. Core starts at €1,605 per month with three power users, Pro at €2,464 with six, and Excellence at €3,845 with ten, each with extra power users at a stated monthly rate.
Every licence begins with a two-month proof of value. Opting out afterwards costs a fixed €12,500, while continuing credits the proof of value towards the licence.
Hosting and security
The FAQ states that data is hosted at Google Cloud and Amazon AWS in Frankfurt, with tenants fully separated, and that other regions or on-premises hosting are possible at extra cost.
Noreja states ISO 27001 certification and links a trust centre. Private LLM hosting runs in an isolated environment at a cloud provider chosen with the customer.
Limitations to Consider
A proof of value is the entry route, so there is no self-service trial, and leaving after it costs €12,500. Annual licences renew automatically unless cancelled one month before the term ends. Plans are tied to power-user counts and graph-node volumes that need sizing in advance. On-premises hosting costs extra. The causal approach differs from standard event-log tools, so teams that already hold XES or CSV logs may prefer Fluxicon Disco or ProcessMind.
Who Should Use Noreja
Mid-size and large organisations with SAP, Dynamics or Oracle data that want root-cause analysis and can commit to an annual licence.
