Hireflix does one thing: candidates record answers to your questions, and your team watches them when it suits. The product is run by Hireflix S.L. from Barcelona and its privacy policy states that the relationship is governed by Spanish law.

Pricing is by company size rather than by interview volume. The Small plan (under 50 employees) is $75 per month and the Medium plan (50 to 250 employees) is $150 per month when billed yearly, each with unlimited seats, positions and responses.

Both published plans include all features and unlimited interview responses, so cost does not rise with candidate volume. Larger companies, high-volume processes and recruitment agencies are routed to a Custom plan.

Sharing and Integrations

Recorded interviews can be shared with hiring managers or clients through a link, and Hireflix connects to applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, so invitations can be sent from the ATS.

Security and Contracting Entity

The site states that Hireflix is SOC 2 compliant. The data controller named in the privacy policy is Hireflix S.L. in Barcelona, which also says some of its providers may be located outside the EEA, with safeguards in place.

Limitations to Consider

Hireflix is a one-way tool only, with no live interviews, assessments or AI scoring. Prices are quoted in US dollars, and the pages reviewed do not state where interview recordings are hosted. Its privacy policy notes that some providers may sit outside the EEA. Agencies and high-volume users need the Custom plan, whose price is not published, and SMS and WhatsApp notifications outside the US and Canada are not included on the Small and Medium plans.
