Memberships and prices at GoStudent
The GoStudent price page quotes from €19.99 per unit and elsewhere from €20. The calculator offers 4, 6, 8 or 12 units a month, and more units lower the price per unit, with examples running up to €36.01 on four units.
The FAQ gives a base price of €15.90 for a 50-minute online unit, and the real price depends on the membership.
Trial and learning extras
GoStudent offers a free, non-binding trial lesson, and the page states that no credit card is needed. The GoStudent Learning subscription costs €14.90 a month after a free first month.
The examples assume a 12-month membership, and the pages we read do not state cancellation notice periods.
GoStudent as a European alternative to Wyzant
GoStudent gives families an Austrian contract under terms revised in August 2025, where Wyzant bills per lesson with no subscription. GoStudent suits those who want a fixed rhythm rather than ad hoc booking.
Wyzant is more flexible for a single lesson, since GoStudent sells units in monthly plans.
Limitations to Consider
GoStudent prices depend on membership length and units, and the lowest price assumes a 12-month plan. For single lessons without a plan, Tutorful or MyTutor are closer to Wyzant's model.
Who Should Use GoStudent
Families who want a regular weekly tutoring plan and a free trial before committing.
