Detailed Review
Eventtia sells credits for registered attendees over 12 months, with unlimited events. The pricing page states there are no per-registration fees and that implementation, support and upgrades are included.
The terms name Eventtia OU in Tallinn for users based in the EU, and Eventtia Inc. in Delaware, Open Doors Software in Mexico and Eventtia S.A.S. in Colombia for others. The founders describe the start in France and Colombia in 2014.
Three plans up the ladder
Essential at USD 1,650 for 250 attendees covers registration, payments, communications, check-in and reports. Premium at USD 2,500 adds a branded mobile app and a virtual stage with live streaming, Q&A and polls. Networking at USD 3,500 adds matchmaking, one-to-one meetings and video conferencing.
Enterprise is licensed per admin user and, according to the page, usually starts above USD 12,000 per year.
AI assistant access
Every plan includes an MCP server with 51 tools so assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot can create events and read registration data under the signed-in user role.
This is an unusual inclusion in the category and is stated as free of any add-on fee.
Terms and law
The general terms effective 1 September 2026 split entities by user location. Clause 15.6 states the contract is governed by United States commercial law.
That wording conflicts with the usual expectation of European law for EU users, so ask for the order form before signing.
Limitations to Consider
Prices are shown in US dollars by default, the hosting region is not named, and the terms state US commercial law as governing, even though EU users contract with the Estonian entity. See Evenium or Wisembly for euro-priced alternatives.
Who Should Use Eventtia
Organisers with a yearly calendar of events who prefer a flat licence to a fee on every ticket.
