d.vinci HR-Systems GmbH sells applicant management, onboarding and career pages from Nagelsweg in Hamburg, registered at the Amtsgericht Hamburg under HRB 93221 and describing itself as a family business with no investor or parent named anywhere on its own pages.

The group goes back to 1987, when it was the management consultancy delphi; the applicant management product dates from 2000 and the delphi and d.vinci brands were merged in 2014, so 1987 is the age of the house rather than of this software.

It sits above softgarden here for one reason: it is the only vendor in this directory that names the building its customers’ data is in and administers the machines itself.

The servers are d.vinci’s own, managed by nobody else, in the pop-interactive data centre in Hamburg — not a region rented from a hyperscaler. It has held ISO/IEC 27001 since 2011, with the current certificate dated 13 November 2024, which no other tool on this list publishes. And it prints its prices: applicant management from €785 a month with unlimited users and job advertisements.

The cost of that is the entry ticket. €785 a month is a floor, not an introductory rate, and onboarding (from €1,020 a month) and career pages (from €399 a month) are separate modules priced on top; the implementation workshops are charged separately again, so the first year is not the monthly figure times twelve.

How VAT is treated is not stated. The trial is fourteen days of test access that only opens after a demo, so there is no self-serve start, and the product is pitched at the German-speaking market. The source code is closed.
