What makes it belong here rather than in a list of conveniences is where each step happens. The company is registered in the Netherlands, builds and origin files sit on Scaleway in Paris, delivery runs over Bunny.net, and payments go through Creem as a European merchant of record. There is no American company anywhere in that chain, which is not something Netlify, Vercel or Cloudflare Pages can say about theirs.

Pricing is published, which in this corner of the market is itself worth noting: a free tier with no time limit covering one site, then EUR 9, EUR 19 and EUR 49 a month for more sites and bandwidth, with no overages, no credits and no per-seat charge.

The limits are real ones. deploybase serves static files, so anything needing server-side code at request time — serverless functions, edge middleware, on-demand rendering — has no home here and has to live elsewhere; a site built on those will not lift and shift.

It is also a young and very small operation next to the other names in this category, which is a continuity question worth asking directly, and it is a layer over Scaleway and Bunny rather than infrastructure of its own.
