Bookwhen is built for sessions rather than one-to-one appointments: a yoga course, a workshop series, a webinar, a multi-date event, each with a capacity and a waiting list behind it. That puts it closer to Eversports than to a personal booking link, but without Eversports' consumer marketplace — Bookwhen expects you to bring your own audience through your website, social or Zoom link.

The free plan covers 50 bookings a month on one page, and paid plans from €12 add more team members, booking pages, memberships, reminders and vouchers as the volume grows. A two-week trial with no credit card lets a course provider test a real term's worth of sign-ups before committing.

Bookwhen Ltd is based in Oxford, England, and is the only tool in this category to publish its own security certifications: ISO 27001:2022 and Cyber Essentials Plus, both independently verifiable. As a UK company it sits outside the EU under the adequacy decision, alongside Doodle and Calenso from Switzerland, rather than inside it.
