AtlasForgeX, which its own site simply calls Atlas, is a desktop program for Windows and Mac made by Tarmex Oy, a Finnish limited company in Vantaa (business ID 3579018-8, entered in the Finnish trade register on 19 November 2025).
It reads official business registers, puts newly registered companies at the top of the list and then looks for each company's website, phone number and decision-maker. When nothing is found the field stays empty, because the vendor says it does not guess.
The price is one fixed figure: €600 plus VAT per two months, which the vendor presents as unlimited company search across 92 countries with a built-in CRM (lead bank, reminders, worklist and team history), buying signals from register changes, public tenders and municipal purchase invoices, and CSV export.
The subscription renews automatically every two months and can be cancelled before the next billing date. A search that finds no results qualifies for a refund if the customer writes within 14 days of billing.
The privacy policy, rewritten on 15 October 2026, is direct about one trade-off: searches run on your computer, but the company rows the program finds are sent to the vendor's server and merged into a shared company bank that other users also receive.
Decision-maker names and addresses at free email services are not shared, and sharing can be switched off by writing to the vendor. Servers are at Hetzner in Finland. It is the youngest company and the narrowest product in this category: register coverage is published for Finland, Sweden, Norway and Estonia (Denmark is still limited), and it has no email sequencer or dialer.
