European Alternatives to ShipStation

Looking for a European alternative to ShipStation? ShipStation is operated by Auctane LLC, a Texas limited liability company in Austin, with parent Auctane, Inc. (Delaware), and its terms of service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Its pricing page lists plans in US dollars, starting at $14.99 per month for 50 shipments.

The European shipping platforms below contract through companies in the EU, UK and Norway, publish pricing in euros or local currencies, and connect to European carriers, pickup points and customs documents.

How we rank these tools — 4-step process
  1. 1
    European ownership, verified

The company is headquartered and incorporated in the EU, EEA or Switzerland, and processes customer data in Europe. A US parent company disqualifies a tool from this page regardless of where its servers are.

  2. 2
    Category fit and hands-on review

What the tool actually does, who it suits, and where it falls short — checked against the vendor’s own documentation, changelog and pricing page rather than its marketing copy.

  3. 3
    Compliance and pricing check

GDPR posture, hosting location and the prices quoted on this page are verified against the vendor’s public pricing before publication, and re-checked when we revisit the category.

  4. 4
    Position on this page

Placement on this page can be paid, and that can affect which tools appear here and the order they appear in. It never buys a good review: a tool that fails the checks above is not here at any price, and payment does not change the shortcomings we write about. A vendor can ask us to correct a factual error — not to remove a criticism.

Vendors can pay for visibility on this page. It never changes what an entry says about a product, including the criticism, and we earn nothing when you click through to a vendor. Paid placement can affect which tools appear here and the order they appear in. Editorial policy

Key takeaways

  • ShipStation is operated by Auctane LLC of Austin, Texas, and its terms of service are governed by Texas law.
  • ShipStation's entry plan is priced at $14.99 per month for 50 shipments, against EUR 0 for Sendcloud's free tier of 20 parcels or Shipmondo's Free plan.
  • ShipStation advertises 200+ parcel carriers, while ShippyPro lists 190+, Sendcloud 170+ and nShift 1,000+.
  • Sendcloud, MyParcel and Shipmondo publish their prices in euros; nShift and Furgonetka do not publish a subscription table.
  • A shop that ships only within Europe gains pickup points, local carriers and a GDPR-bound contract by leaving ShipStation, and loses USPS-centred discounts it did not use.

Why people leave ShipStation

ShipStation is a shipping platform for online sellers: orders from stores and marketplaces arrive in one screen, labels are printed for a long list of carriers, and tracking goes back to the shop.

Its own pricing page speaks of 200+ parcel carriers and 50+ LTL freight carriers, and of bringing your own carrier accounts or using ShipStation's discounted rates. It is the product many shops reach for first, and that is why it is worth asking what you are signing when you pick it.

The contracting party is Auctane LLC, a Texas limited liability company in Austin, owned by Auctane, Inc. of Delaware. The terms of service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the plans are priced in US dollars, starting at $14.99 per month for 50 shipments. A European shop that signs up therefore hands order data, customer names and delivery addresses to a US company under US law, even when every parcel it ships stays inside Europe.

People start looking elsewhere for practical reasons as often as legal ones. The carrier discounts ShipStation advertises are built around USPS, UPS and FedEx, which matter little to a shop shipping from Rotterdam to Lyon. A European platform is built around PostNL, DPD, GLS, Colissimo, InPost or Poste Italiane, pickup points in checkout and customs paperwork between the EU and the UK. The rest of this page compares twelve of them with ShipStation.

  • A US contract for European order data Every parcel carries a name, a street address and often a phone number and email. With ShipStation those records sit with Auctane LLC in Austin, under a contract governed by Texas law. A Dutch, Italian or Danish platform contracts under its own country's law and is bound by GDPR as a processor. For a shop with a data protection officer, moving that contract is simpler to defend than explaining a transfer to the United States.
  • Carrier strength points at the US ShipStation's pricing page names USPS, UPS and FedEx when it talks about carrier discounts. Those matter if you ship in the United States. A European shop mostly needs national carriers, parcel lockers and pickup points chosen by the customer in checkout, and these are where the European platforms put their effort, with Sendcloud, ShippyPro and MyParcel all listing pickup points or service points as a standard feature.
  • Dollar plans for a euro business The entry plan is quoted as $14.99 per month for 50 shipments, so your monthly cost moves with the exchange rate and your card issuer's conversion fee. The European platforms publish in euros, and in kroner or pounds where that is the home market: Shipmondo from EUR 0 to EUR 29 a month, Sendcloud from EUR 28 plus EUR 0.10 per label, ShippyPro from EUR 49 a month on yearly billing.
  • Post-purchase pages in the same product Customers in Europe expect a branded tracking page, a return portal and delivery messages in their own language. Several of the alternatives treat those as part of the platform: Sendcloud tracks in 8 languages, Shipmondo includes a return portal on its free plan, and nShift runs separate Track and Return products. If your returns process is a spreadsheet and a mailbox today, that is where a switch pays back.

What you have to replace, not just match

Moving off ShipStation means replacing more than a label printer. First list the store connectors you use, because each shop and marketplace is an integration that has to exist on the other side: Sendcloud lists 100+ integrations including Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, Magento and PrestaShop, MyParcel connects to 30+ webshops and marketplaces, and Furgonetka is built around Polish stores and Allegro. Check your own store system against the target's list before you compare prices.

Next come the carrier relationships. ShipStation lets you use its discounted rates or your own carrier accounts, and the European platforms split the same way.

Sendcloud supports your own contract on every paid plan, MyParcel does it through the MyContracts add-on from EUR 10 a month, Shipmondo on its higher plans, Sendify on Plus with additional fees, and Shipmate keeps your negotiated rates. If you ship on negotiated rates today, ask each vendor which of your carriers it can attach, and whether label cost passes through or is rebilled.

Finally, rebuild the rules and the customer-facing pieces. Shipping rules that pick a carrier by weight or destination, saved packaging presets, customs data for the UK and non-EU destinations, and the emails customers receive all live in ShipStation's account and do not export as a working configuration. Plan to write them down first, then rebuild them in the new platform, and run both side by side for a week of orders before cancelling.

Sendcloud

Closest all-round replacement for a webshop leaving ShipStation

Eindhoven, NetherlandsFree up to 20 parcels per month; Lite EUR 28/month + EUR 0.10 per label; Growth EUR 87/month; Premium EUR 175/month; Pro EUR 639/month (monthly billing, yearly saves 20%)#1 in Shipping Software

Best for: Webshops shipping with several European carriers that want branded tracking and returns and a free starting tier.

Sendcloud does what most ShipStation shops use it for: orders arrive from Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, Magento and PrestaShop, labels print against 170+ carriers, and your own carrier contract is accepted on every paid plan. The contracting entity is Sendcloud B.V. in Eindhoven for the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and the rest of the world, with a German and a UK entity for those countries, and Dutch law governs the services.

The pricing is easy to set next to ShipStation's $14.99 entry plan: a free tier up to 20 parcels, then Lite at EUR 28 a month plus EUR 0.10 per label. The catch is the yearly label cap on each plan (4,800 on Lite, 12,000 on Growth), which a growing shop reaches quickly.

What Sendcloud does better than ShipStation

  • Free tier and published euro pricing, against a dollar entry plan
  • Branded tracking pages and a return portal in the Growth plan
  • Service point picker and tracking in 8 languages
  • A Dutch contracting entity bound by GDPR

Where Sendcloud is a step down from ShipStation

  • Carrier count of 170+ is lower than ShipStation's advertised 250+ with its own accounts
  • Yearly label caps per plan that ShipStation's shipment tiers do not mirror one to one
  • Cross-border partnerships and dynamic checkout options only on the Pro plan

Standout against ShipStation. It is the only alternative on this page with a permanent free plan and a branded return portal at a low tier.

ShippyPro

Rules-based carrier selection for retailers shipping across many countries

Florence, ItalyPro250 EUR 49/month (up to 250 shipments, yearly billing only); Pro2000 EUR 199 list price; Pro4000 EUR 259 list price; promotional prices shown on the page; 14-day free trial#2 in Shipping Software

Best for: Multi-country retailers and 3PLs that want automation rules and ERP connectors with an Italian contracting entity.

ShippyPro lists 190+ carriers, the highest count among the mid-market European platforms and the nearest to ShipStation's own figures. Its automation rules choose carrier, service and options without manual work, which is the feature that ShipStation users with automation rules will look for first. Italian Valley S.r.l. in Florence owns the software, and the site lists ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II.

Plans are named after monthly shipments: Pro250 at EUR 49 for up to 250 shipments on yearly billing, then Pro2000 and Pro4000. That is more than ShipStation's $14.99 entry, and the discounted prices on the larger plans step up from year two, so read the page carefully before you commit.

What ShippyPro does better than ShipStation

  • Enterprise connectors for SAP Business One, Dynamics 365 and Cegid
  • Pickup points at checkout and WhatsApp notifications included
  • Carrier optimizer and invoice analysis in beta
  • An Italian entity instead of a Texas one

Where ShippyPro is a step down from ShipStation

  • Entry plan sold on yearly billing only and priced higher than ShipStation's lowest tier
  • Caps on shipments and on carrier integrations per plan
  • Enterprise pricing is not published

Standout against ShipStation. Of the twelve tools here it lists the most carriers outside the enterprise tier, 190+.

MyParcel

Dutch platform that prints its carrier tariffs openly, best for Benelux shops

Hoofddorp, NetherlandsCarrier tariffs published per volume band (e.g. DHL parcel EUR 5.95 ex VAT at 1,000-2,499 shipments a year); add-ons from EUR 5/month#3 in Shipping Software

Best for: Dutch and Benelux webshops shipping with PostNL, DHL, DPD or UPS that want to see the rate before ordering.

MyParcel prints unlimited labels and connects 30+ webshops and marketplaces. Where ShipStation sells subscription tiers, MyParcel publishes the carrier tariff itself, filterable by volume band, package type, country and carrier. The company, a trade name of DM Productions B.V. in Hoofddorp, was started in 2010 by two brothers running a webshop.

The model suits a shop with a clear volume on Dutch carriers and less well a shop that needs many national carriers elsewhere. Several functions are paid add-ons: returns at EUR 20 a month, orders at EUR 20, and own-contract shipping via MyContracts from EUR 10. The site and terms are in Dutch.

What MyParcel does better than ShipStation

  • Public per-carrier rates by volume band, so the label price is visible up front
  • Delivery day and pickup point chosen by the customer in checkout
  • Support six days a week, including phone
  • Own contracts for DHL, UPS, DPD, GLS and Trunkrs

Where MyParcel is a step down from ShipStation

  • Dutch-language site, terms and privacy statement
  • Carrier set centred on Dutch carriers
  • Returns, analytics and order management are separate paid add-ons

Standout against ShipStation. It is the only platform on this page that shows per-parcel carrier prices by volume band on a public page.

Shipmondo

Low-fee Danish platform with a free plan and a return portal included

Odense, DenmarkFree EUR 0/month; Essentials EUR 11/month; Pro EUR 29/month; Enterprise on request#4 in Shipping Software

Best for: Nordic webshops that want a fixed monthly fee from EUR 0 to EUR 29 and a delivery checkout with a return portal.

Shipmondo is a Danish company in Odense with three published plans: Free at EUR 0, Essentials at EUR 11 and Pro at EUR 29 a month, all with access to Shipmondo's shipping rates. Even the Free plan has freight booking, labels, order management, a delivery checkout, a return portal and one order integration, which is more post-purchase function than ShipStation's lowest plan advertises.

Against ShipStation, the trade-off is geography. Prices come in DKK, SEK, NOK, EUR and GBP, the site has Danish and Norwegian versions, and carrier coverage outside the Nordics needs checking. Own carrier agreements, custom branding, analytics and the Document Designer sit on the higher plans, and the Free plan connects only one order source.

What Shipmondo does better than ShipStation

  • Fixed monthly fees that stay low up to EUR 29
  • Return portal and delivery checkout on the Free plan
  • Digital pick paths for warehouse staff
  • Pricing in local currencies instead of dollars

Where Shipmondo is a step down from ShipStation

  • Nordic focus, so coverage elsewhere needs a check
  • One order integration on the Free plan, with branding and analytics on Pro

Standout against ShipStation. It is the cheapest paid plan here, with Pro at EUR 29 a month.

Wuunder

Checkout and shipping in one system, aimed at retailers with real volume

Weert, NetherlandsEssential EUR 35/month + EUR 0.10 per label; Growth EUR 150/month; Scale EUR 745/month; Enterprise on request (yearly billing saves 20%)#5 in Shipping Software

Best for: Retailers with enough order volume to use delivery options in checkout and who want one platform from checkout to returns.

Wuunder is a Dutch platform from Weert that bought Paazl in 2024; Wuunder Checkout is the former Paazl Checkout. Its Ship product draws on a database of more than 120,000 rates and services to book the cheapest or fastest carrier, or uses your own transport rates. ShipStation covers rate shopping too, but not a checkout product from the same vendor.

Plans run Essential at EUR 35 a month plus EUR 0.10 per label, Growth at EUR 150 and Scale at EUR 745. The carrier count is capped per plan (2, 3 and 5), and the parcel shop locator, nominated day delivery and checkout styling start at Scale, so the checkout advantage is a high-tier feature. The pages are mostly in Dutch.

What Wuunder does better than ShipStation

  • Checkout delivery options and shipping from one vendor
  • Rate database of 120,000+ services for choosing a carrier
  • Rules-based carrier choice
  • Offices in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany

Where Wuunder is a step down from ShipStation

  • Carrier connections capped at 2, 3 or 5 per plan
  • Key checkout features only from EUR 745 a month
  • Pages mainly in Dutch and plans arranged through the website

Standout against ShipStation. It is the only platform here that owns a standalone checkout product, Paazl.

nShift

Enterprise delivery management platform with 1,000+ carriers

Oslo and London, NorwayPricing on request#6 in Shipping Software

Best for: Large retailers and logistics teams running many carriers and countries that need checkout, tracking, returns and invoice audit together.

nShift is headquartered in London and Oslo and has offices across the Nordics, the Netherlands, Belgium, Romania and the UK. Its products are Checkout, Deliver, Track, Return and Audit on top of a network of 1,000+ carriers, and it lists ISO 27001 certification and NIS2 alignment. That is a larger scope than ShipStation, which is organised around stores, labels and rates.

The price of that breadth is access. nShift does not publish prices and onboarding is sales-led, so you book a demo and sign a contract before you can test anything. A shop sending a few hundred parcels a month will find it too much; a retailer with a carrier management team may find ShipStation too little.

What nShift does better than ShipStation

  • 1,000+ carriers, far above the other European platforms
  • Invoice audit and sustainability reporting
  • ISO 27001 and NIS2 alignment listed on the site
  • Checkout, tracking and returns as modules

Where nShift is a step down from ShipStation

  • No public pricing and no self-serve trial
  • Heavy for small shops
  • Sales-led onboarding

Standout against ShipStation. It has the longest carrier list on this page, 1,000+.

Sendify

Swedish freight booking tool for parcels and pallets with one invoice

Gothenburg, SwedenBas SEK 0/month; Plus SEK 379/month billed yearly (SEK 449 monthly); Pro on request#7 in Shipping Software

Best for: Nordic businesses that book parcels, pallets and part-loads and want one booking tool and one invoice.

Sendify, from Gothenburg, was started in 2015 and launched its platform a year later. It compares and books parcel, pallet, part-load, container and express freight, books pickups automatically and puts all freight on one invoice. That makes it closer to a freight desk than ShipStation, whose strength is the webshop-to-label flow.

The Bas plan costs SEK 0 and states savings of up to 20% on freight prices; Plus is SEK 379 a month on yearly billing, and own freight contracts are limited to Plus with extra fees. Prices and the user agreement are in Swedish crowns and Swedish, and the tool cannot be used for private shipments.

What Sendify does better than ShipStation

  • Pallet, part-load and container freight in the same booking tool
  • One invoice for all freight
  • Free Bas plan with shipping rules and automations

Where Sendify is a step down from ShipStation

  • Fewer branded returns and tracking tools on the pages reviewed
  • Own freight contracts only on Plus, with additional fees
  • Swedish-language user agreement and SEK prices

Standout against ShipStation. It is the one that covers container freight next to parcels.

Furgonetka

Polish courier panel for stores and Allegro sellers

Warsaw, PolandPer-service price list on the website; see website#8 in Shipping Software

Best for: Polish online stores and Allegro sellers that compare couriers and run returns from one panel.

Furgonetka, from Warsaw, imports store orders, creates shipments and prints documents for 13 courier companies, with parcel machines and pickup points, a returns system and a Print Assistant app. For a Polish seller on Allegro this fits the domestic market far better than a US-centred tool.

Outside Poland the fit weakens. Pricing is a per-service list for each courier rather than a subscription table, KSeF invoicing and Allegro packages are Polish features, and the English site is partial. Treat it as a domestic specialist, not a general ShipStation replacement.

What Furgonetka does better than ShipStation

  • Parcel machine and pickup point networks used in Poland
  • Allegro packages and KSeF invoice support

Where Furgonetka is a step down from ShipStation

  • Thirteen couriers is a fraction of ShipStation's carrier count
  • English site only partial

Standout against ShipStation. It is the only platform here built around Allegro.

Shippingbo

French order, stock and warehouse suite that includes shipping

France, FranceStarter from EUR 19 ex VAT/month; Pro, Premium and Expert on quote#9 in Shipping Software

Best for: E-commerce sellers and logistics providers running their own warehouse with PDA picking.

Shippingbo, from SAS Facilecomm, combines an order management system, a warehouse management system and a transport management system. It centralises orders from several sources, runs stock and picking with PDA scanning, and prints shipping labels. That is wider than ShipStation, which does not present itself as a warehouse tool.

Only the Starter pack has a published price, from EUR 19 ex VAT a month, and Pro, Premium and Expert are on quote. The site and legal pages are French, and a shop that only needs labels will pay for warehouse functions it does not use.

What Shippingbo does better than ShipStation

  • Stock, picking and B2B and pallet handling in one suite
  • Split shipments and warehouse zones

Where Shippingbo is a step down from ShipStation

  • Overbuilt for a shop that only needs labels
  • French-language site and mostly quote-based pricing

Standout against ShipStation. It is the only one on the page that covers warehouse picking as well as shipping.

Shipmate

UK and Ireland carrier integrations under a UK company

Derby, United KingdomFrom GBP 49.99/month billed annually (GBP 69.99 monthly) for 500 labels per month and 3 carriers#10 in Shipping Software

Best for: UK and Irish online retailers and 3PLs that want multi-carrier labels, tracking and an API.

Shipmate Systems Limited of Derby builds shipping software for retailers and 3PL aggregators in the UK and Republic of Ireland. It keeps your negotiated carrier agreements and prints 4 x 6 inch labels through a desktop app, with tracking from all carriers in one portal and exception alerts and SLA reports.

The price starts at GBP 49.99 a month on annual billing, or GBP 69.99 monthly, for 500 labels and 3 carriers. It suits UK sellers more than cross-border European ones, and the entity sits in the UK, outside the EU, which matters if your requirement is EU or EEA jurisdiction.

What Shipmate does better than ShipStation

  • UK and Irish carrier integrations
  • Branded tracking portal with exception alerts and SLA reports

Where Shipmate is a step down from ShipStation

  • UK entity, outside the EU
  • Caps on labels and carriers per plan, priced in pounds

Standout against ShipStation. It is the only UK-based tool here, which matters for post-Brexit shops.

Eurosender

Booking marketplace for parcels, pallets and vans across Europe

Luxembourg, LuxembourgPrices from EUR 2.99 per shipment shown on the site; quotes per route#11 in Shipping Software

Best for: Businesses shipping parcels, pallets and freight across Europe in varying volumes with one monthly invoice.

Eurosender, a Luxembourg company, is a booking platform rather than a label printer for your own carrier accounts. You enter a route and an item, compare quotes from 100+ connected shipping companies and book pickup and delivery. The business offer adds a dashboard, batch import of 100 orders, a wallet and monthly invoicing.

The model differs from ShipStation's store-connected flow. The pages reviewed describe an API and batch import but name no native webshop connectors, so automation may need developer work, and prices of EUR 2.99 per shipment and up are quoted per route. It suits irregular shipments, not a steady stream of webshop orders.

What Eurosender does better than ShipStation

  • Pallet, van and freight booking in the same account
  • Quotes from 100+ shipping companies without separate contracts
  • Monthly invoicing for the batch

Where Eurosender is a step down from ShipStation

  • No native webshop connectors named
  • No branded tracking, returns portal or checkout options

Standout against ShipStation. It needs no carrier contract at all, since the shipping companies are booked through Eurosender.

Cargoson

Estonian transport management system for freight, not a webshop tool

Tallinn, EstoniaBasic from EUR 199/month (annual billing, 2 users, 100 shipments), Standard from EUR 399, Advanced from EUR 599, Enterprise from EUR 1,000; one-time setup fee#12 in Shipping Software

Best for: Manufacturers and wholesalers that book freight through their own carriers and contracts.

Cargoson OU of Tallinn is a cloud transport management system for manufacturers and wholesalers, with plans published from EUR 199 a month on annual billing and a one-time setup fee. It compares rates, books carriers and tracks shipments through your own contracts.

It answers a different question from ShipStation. A webshop printing 40 labels a day will not find marketplace connectors here, while a wholesaler with a freight desk gets a TMS instead of a label tool.

What Cargoson does better than ShipStation

  • Freight-oriented booking through your own contracts
  • Published plan prices from EUR 199 a month

Where Cargoson is a step down from ShipStation

  • Not a webshop label tool, and a high starting price

Standout against ShipStation. It is the only transport management system on the list.

cargoson.com Visit Cargoson

What actually breaks when you switch

The first thing that breaks is the order flow. Each store connector has to be set up again, carrier accounts re-linked, and any open orders finished or exported before the cutover. Your label history and tracking numbers stay with ShipStation, so download them for customer service and customs records, and keep the account open until the last parcel shipped from it has been delivered, because tracking links for those parcels need the old system.

The second is people. Packers who know the ShipStation screens must learn another layout, label formats may change (check that your printer takes the new format, since Shipmate for example standardises on 4 x 6 inch), and customer messages will arrive from a new sender with a different look.

Check contract terms before switching, run a pilot with one carrier for a week, and only then move the rest. Annual billing on entry plans, as at ShippyPro, makes a failed pilot more expensive.

Will I lose carrier discounts if I leave ShipStation?

Only the ones you actually use. ShipStation's published discounts are tied to carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx, so a shop shipping mainly within Europe is unlikely to be using them. If you hold your own contracts, for example with DHL or DPD, you carry them over: Sendcloud, MyParcel, Shipmondo, Wuunder and Shipmate all list support for your own carrier agreements.

What changes is where cheap rates come from. The European platforms publish their own carrier tariffs, often per volume band (MyParcel shows DHL parcels at EUR 5.95 ex VAT in the 1,000 to 2,499 shipments a year band), so compare the all-in label price for your top five routes rather than the monthly fee.

Can I keep shipping to the United States from a European platform?

Often yes, but through the carriers rather than a US-specific rate engine. nShift connects 1,000+ carriers, ShippyPro 190+ and Eurosender over 100 shipping companies, and the platforms handle customs documents for cross-border parcels. Whether a given USPS or UPS service is available depends on the carrier list of the platform, so ask for your exact lanes before you move.

If the United States is your main market, ShipStation is probably still the stronger fit, and this page does not argue otherwise. The case for leaving applies to shops whose parcels mostly stay in Europe.

Which one to pick

For most European webshops the order is simple. Pick Sendcloud for the widest fit and a free start, ShippyPro if you ship through many countries and want automation rules, MyParcel if you are in the Benelux and want to see carrier prices before you sign, and Shipmondo if you are Nordic and want a low fixed fee. Wuunder suits shops with the volume to use delivery options in checkout, and nShift suits enterprises with a dedicated carrier team.

For other situations the answer changes. Sendify and Eurosender fit businesses shipping pallets and freight, Cargoson fits a freight desk, Shippingbo fits sellers who run their own warehouse, Furgonetka fits Polish sellers, and Shipmate fits UK-only retailers. If you ship mostly to the United States, ShipStation is likely still the stronger fit than any of these.

Frequently Asked Questions

For most webshops it is Sendcloud, a Dutch platform with 170+ carriers, branded tracking and returns, and a free plan up to 20 parcels a month. ShippyPro (Italy, 190+ carriers) suits multi-country retailers that want rules-based carrier choice, MyParcel (Netherlands) suits Benelux shops that want public tariffs, and Shipmondo (Denmark) suits Nordic shops that want a low fixed fee. nShift is the enterprise option.

Yes. It is operated by Auctane LLC, a Texas limited liability company in Austin, and its parent is Auctane, Inc., incorporated in Delaware. The terms of service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. That does not make it unusable for a European shop, but it does mean the contract and the processing of delivery addresses sit under US jurisdiction.

It depends on volume. ShipStation starts at $14.99 per month for 50 shipments. Shipmondo's Free plan costs EUR 0 and Sendcloud's free tier covers 20 parcels, while ShippyPro starts at EUR 49 a month for 250 shipments on yearly billing. The monthly fee is only part of it, so compare the label price on your common routes as well.

Not with most of the alternatives. Sendcloud, Shipmondo and MyParcel include or offer a return portal and branded tracking, nShift sells Track and Return as modules, and Shipmate has a branded tracking portal. MyParcel sells returns as a EUR 20 per month add-on, so check which plan holds the feature you need.

Sendify (Sweden) books parcel, pallet, part-load and container freight with one invoice, and Eurosender (Luxembourg) compares quotes for parcels, pallets and vans across 100+ shipping companies. Cargoson (Estonia) is a transport management system for manufacturers and wholesalers, with plans from EUR 199 a month, and fits freight desks better than a webshop.
