Detailed Review
SportEasy splits its offer in two. The team product is aimed at a coach or manager who wants to know who turns up on Saturday: invitations, automatic reminders, availability per player and a line-up builder. The club product adds a shared calendar, a club roster, newsletters and registration with fee collection across several teams.
The company is a French SAS registered in Paris, and its legal notice names Scaleway, a French host, as the provider of the website. That makes it one of the few tools in this category where both the contracting entity and the hosting sit in one EU country, which a club board asked about data location can answer in one line.
Languages and reach
The site is offered in seven languages (English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch), so a club with members from several countries can use it without a workaround. The vendor states more than 20,000 active clubs; we could not verify that figure independently.
Limitations to Consider
Free teams are capped at 30 registered members and see banner ads. Per-member club pricing grows linearly with membership, so a large club should price a year in advance. There is no member accounting or invoicing module on the pages we read, so a club needing bookkeeping still needs a second tool such as ClubDesk. The pricing page also states that brand placements can appear on free plans.
Who Should Use SportEasy
Coaches who want availability and line-ups on a phone, and small to mid-sized clubs that prefer a flat per-member fee over a custom quote.
