Detailed Review
Shareflo's about page tells a founder story: after scaling a previous company, the author found Carta expensive and US-centric and built a cap table of his own in Airtable before turning it into a product. The aim is a tool where UK conventions are the default.
Shareflo Ltd is registered at 124 City Road, London, under number 17005740 and was incorporated on 2 February 2026, which makes it the youngest vendor on this page.
One plan, no tiers
The pricing page offers a single plan. Up to 20 stakeholders the full product is free, described as not a trial and not cut down. Beyond 20, the price is £5 per stakeholder per month on the annual plan or £6 monthly, with a three-month trial before paying. Worked examples show 35 stakeholders at £2,100 and 75 at £4,500 a year, and the Companies House confirmation statement fee of £50 is passed through at cost.
Registers and filings
Listed features include ordinary and preference classes, custom classes, allotments, transfers, splits, conversions, cancellations, the registers of members, PSCs and directors, and two-way sync with the Companies House filing history. Buybacks, warrants and convertible loan notes are marked as scheduled for early 2027.
EMI paperwork
EMI scheme rules, option award agreements, joint elections, exercise notices and approval documents are prepared and signed on the platform for a flat £1,500 a year, with no limit on awards. CSOP and growth share wordings are shown as planned rather than live.
Limitations to Consider
Shareflo is a company registered in 2026, so it has little track record, and several items on its feature list are dated for late 2026 or 2027. The privacy policy says the platform runs on Bubble using AWS servers in the United States, which matters for strict UK or EU data location rules. EMI wordings cost £1,500 a year on top of any stakeholder fees. The review rests on public pages, not a hands-on test.
Who Should Use Shareflo
Pre-seed to Series A UK companies with up to a few dozen stakeholders that are comfortable with a young vendor.
