ReviewMix is operated by Maven Advertising SRL, a Romanian limited liability company in Iasi, which the Romanian tax authority lists as active under CUI 21027661 and trade register number J2021003339221.

The product does a narrow job: it imports a business's Google Business Profile reviews, collects written testimonials through a shareable link, lets the owner approve each one, and shows both kinds in a single website widget. Extras include printable QR codes for asking Google reviews, a review inbox where Pro users can reply to Google reviews, and analytics on the Agency plan.

The consent handling is the part that sets it apart from Trustindex, the other widget tool on this page.

Each testimonial submitter consents separately to name, photo, company and marketing use, can withdraw without an account, and the widget reads the host page's consent banner and falls back to a cookie-free rendering. The vendor says the application and database run at Hetzner in Germany, billing runs through Stripe Payments Europe in Dublin, and a DPA and public sub-processor list come with every plan, including the free one.

Be clear about the limits. Importing Google reviews makes Google LLC a US sub-processor under standard contractual clauses, which the vendor discloses itself, and the sub-processor list also names US-parented providers such as Cloudflare, Resend and PostHog. Testimonials alone avoid that.

It is a young, one-founder product, not a verified-purchase review platform, and it has no Trustpilot-style public profile. Prices are in euros: Free, then Pro EUR 12, Agency EUR 29 and Studio EUR 69 per month, with annual billing about 17 percent cheaper. It suits local businesses and agencies, not webshops needing product reviews.
