Offorte

Offorte is a proposal-software company based in Breda, in the south of the Netherlands, and has built nothing else since it was founded in 2010 — the entire product is a proposal editor, not a quoting module bolted onto a broader CRM.

Pricing is published rather than quote-only: the Standard plan is €12.50 a month for one user, 200 products in the library and unlimited proposals, while Premium scales in blocks of five users from €49 a month (€390 a year) for five users to €98 a month (€780 a year) for ten, with a library of 2,000-plus products.

The editor covers interactive content blocks, a native digital signature, PDF export, an AI Textwriter for drafting copy, custom design and branding, statistics and read tracking, a reusable content library with version management, a media browser and client-facing input forms.

Premium adds a custom domain and email domain, trend and insight reporting, automations and reminders, account sharing with user permissions, and a technical API with webhooks; a Zapier connection covers integration with roughly 1,300 other systems rather than named native CRM connectors.

The trade-off for approachable, published pricing is that Offorte does not publish any named security certification — its own site describes hosting only as secure Amsterdam-based servers over SSL with daily backups, which is thinner than the ISO 27001 or SOC 2 claims some competitors lead with.

Premium's five-user pricing blocks also mean a team of six pays for a sixth seat it barely uses. For a small or mid-size sales team that wants a dedicated, transparently priced proposal tool with unlimited sends from the entry tier, it remains one of the most accessible starting points in this category.
