Full review
Oferteo S.A. has its seat at ul. Swieradowska 51-57/102A, 50-559 Wroclaw, NIP 899-269-34-75. The service regulations in force since 20 August 2026 name Oferteo S.A. as administrator and list its entry in the National Court Register.
The About page says the platform has run since 2008 as a reverse marketplace. It claims 900 service categories, 750,000+ contractors and 150,000 new requests each month.
How the points model works
Oferteo explains that contractors see requests and pay with points to unlock contact details. The price in points depends on industry, size and location of the job, so a house build costs more points than a small task.
Packages of points are bought in flexible sizes, and a start package promotion of PLN 259 appears on the pricing page.
Satisfaction guarantee and protection
Oferteo states a satisfaction guarantee: buy the first package, try Oferteo for 45 days, and the money is returned if you win no client. The full conditions are in the regulations.
The site also advertises protection for requesters, described on a separate page we did not open.
Oferteo as a European alternative to Thumbtack
Oferteo resembles Thumbtack in that customers post a job and professionals pay to reach them. The difference is that Oferteo publishes its pricing logic in points and the contracting entity is a Polish joint-stock company.
Categories reach from construction and photovoltaics to mortgages, insurance and lawyers.
Known limits
Oferteo is written for Poland, so the pages are in Polish and the supply is Polish. Point prices per request are not fixed and package prices rendered only through script, so we cannot quote them. Data hosting is not stated. Like Thumbtack, contractors pay before they know if they win, which the guarantee only partly offsets. See Bark for a similar credit model in the UK.
Best suited to users of Oferteo
Customers in Poland comparing offers for construction, renovation or services, and Polish contractors who want purchased leads with a refund window.
