Detailed Review
Evocon sits at the light end of the MES market. It focuses on what happened on each machine and shift: running time, stops with reasons, scrap and OEE, shown on dashboards that operators and managers both use.
The company contracts through Evocon OÜ, an Estonian company, and states that new customers from 2026 sign a Subscription Agreement, a Hardware Rental Agreement, Terms of Service and a Data Processing Agreement.
Published Per-Machine Pricing
Most MES vendors quote on request. Evocon lists three plans per machine with annual billing, and a lower rate for a 3-year agreement than for a 1-year one. The IIoT device that connects a machine is rented separately at EUR 19 per month on a 1-year term or EUR 15 on a 3-year term.
Integrations are an add-on in the Professional and Enterprise plans, and the pricing page says on-site visits, sensors, cables, displays and custom development are not part of the licence.
Security Posture
Evocon states it was recertified under ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and that its information security management system received a Mature rating from CyberVadis in 2024. It also publishes a subprocessor list, which helps a procurement team map where data goes.
Where It Stops
The feature list centres on monitoring, reporting and alerts. Work-order scheduling, genealogy and recipe control are not listed on the pages checked, so a plant with those requirements needs a broader system such as FASTEC 4 PRO or MPDV HYDRA X.
Limitations to Consider
Evocon is priced per machine, so cost grows with every line you connect, and all licences within one company must be on the same plan. Scheduling and traceability modules are not listed, and integrations, hardware and on-site work are charged separately.
Who Should Use Evocon
Small and mid-sized manufacturers that want OEE, stop reasons and shift reports on selected machines, from an EU vendor with transparent pricing.
