Our review
The contact page gives Beslist.nl B.V., Meander 825, 6825 MH Arnhem, Netherlands. A footer link goes to a privacy statement for beslist.nl B.V., which we did not read in full.
On the front page the site claims 100 million products and thousands of webshops with current prices. It adds that it sells nothing itself and only shows what shops offer.
Shopping centre, not a shop
Visitors are passed on to the webshop, or they pay through the beslist.nl Winkelwagen (shopping cart). Home page categories run from electronics and fashion to bikes and games.
Black Friday, reviews, complaints
The front page promotes Black Friday deals that the site says it checks for real discounts. Footer links reach webshop reviews, a page on what to do in a dispute with a webshop, and an entry for shops wanting to connect.
A newsroom adds articles and infographics.
Against Google Shopping
Beslist names a Dutch B.V. with a street address and tells shoppers where to turn when a shop causes trouble. Product pages say prices include VAT and may leave out shipping.
Google Shopping lists far more merchants in many countries; Beslist is built around the Netherlands.
Where it falls short
Privacy statement and terms were not read in full, so company number and ownership are missing. Nothing on price alerts or price history turned up, and the site is Dutch only. Belgian shoppers can look at Vergelijk.be.
Who Beslist.nl fits
Dutch shoppers who compare shops and may prefer paying through one shared cart.
