Detailed Review
AntsRoute plans the daily rounds of delivery drivers, technicians and home carers on a single screen. Dispatchers import orders from Excel or CSV, optimise across several drivers and push the result to a mobile app.
The publisher is Antsway, a French limited company with a board in Nancy. The company states that it joined the Sinari group in January 2025, so it is no longer an independent start-up.
Billing That Follows the Fleet
Three plans are priced per vehicle and month, excluding VAT, and the page states there is no commitment: Lite at EUR 34, Essential at EUR 54 and Pro at EUR 74, each at half price for the first month. A five-van business can therefore read its bill straight off the page.
Lite covers multi-driver optimisation and calendar sync. Essential adds skills, vehicle capacities, proof of delivery, package labels and an API, which is where most parcel businesses will land.
The Driver Side
Drivers get paperless route plans, navigation hand-off to Waze or Google Maps, a timer of actual time on site and an offline mode. Proof of visit can include photos, comments, barcode scans and a customer signature.
Customers can be notified by SMS or email at each step and can confirm or reschedule through a link, via the booking site.
Hosting and Ownership
The legal notice names OVH in Roubaix as web host. The vendor reports more than 300 customers in over 20 countries and roughly 3,500 daily routes, figures that come from its own homepage.
Limitations to Consider
AntsRoute charges per vehicle, so a fleet that grows from five to fifty vehicles pays ten times as much and large networks will compare it with quote-based suites such as ORTEC. It is a SaaS only, with no self-hosting, and the pages read do not describe load planning or tachograph handling. The company is now part of a larger group.
Who Should Use AntsRoute
Small and mid-sized delivery, service and home-care operations in Europe that want routes, driver app and customer messages from one monthly subscription.
