European Employee Advocacy Software Tools

Employee advocacy software lets a company hand approved posts to its staff, who then share them on their own LinkedIn and other social profiles. The European tools below are run by companies registered in Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Poland, Austria and the UK, so the contract and the privacy policy sit under European law instead of a US corporation.

How we rank these tools — 4-step process
  1. 1
    European ownership, verified

The company is headquartered and incorporated in the EU, EEA, the UK, Switzerland or Israel, and processes customer data in Europe or Israel. A US parent company disqualifies a tool from this page regardless of where its servers are.

  2. 2
    Category fit and hands-on review

What the tool actually does, who it suits, and where it falls short — checked against the vendor’s own documentation, changelog and pricing page rather than its marketing copy.

  3. 3
    Compliance and pricing check

GDPR posture, hosting location and the prices quoted on this page are verified against the vendor’s public pricing before publication, and re-checked when we revisit the category.

  4. 4
    Position on this page

Placement on this page can be paid, and that can affect the order tools appear in. It never buys a listing: a tool that fails the checks above is not here at any price, and payment does not change the shortcomings we write about. A vendor can ask us to correct a factual error — not to remove a criticism.

Vendors can pay for visibility on this page. It never changes what an entry says about a product, including the criticism, and we earn nothing when you click through to a vendor. Vendors can pay for more visibility, higher up on the review pages; it never affects whether a tool is listed. Editorial policy

Key takeaways

  • Ambassify ranks first in this directory for employee advocacy because it states EU hosting, shows an ISO 27001 statement on its pricing page and splits its plans by company size, a combination no other advocacy-first tool here offers.
  • Soworker (from €49 a month for 50 users), Sociuu (from €607 a month) and Sharee (€3,950 a year for 50 licences) are the three advocacy vendors on this page that publish euro prices; most others sell by quote only.
  • DSMN8 in Surrey is the only UK entrant, so its contract runs under UK law and courts, and it hosts on Amazon Web Services facilities in Europe, according to its security page.
  • Haiilo, Sociabble, Facelift, Agorapulse and Swat.io sell advocacy as one part of a wider suite for intranet, internal communication or social media management, which changes what you pay for.
  • Social Seeder in Vilvoorde now carries an Ambassify ownership banner on its site, so two entries in this category sit under one owner.

European employee advocacy software is the kind of platform that gives staff a feed of approved company posts to share on their own LinkedIn and other social profiles, supplied by a vendor registered in Europe. The European part matters because the platform logs which named employees shared what and when, so the processor of that activity data decides which supervisory authority and which courts your works council and data protection officer deal with.

Beringen, Belgium Founded 2017 Quote-based: Essential (up to 200 employees), Premium (200 to 500) and Enterprise (500+) Demo on request

Best for: Mid-size and large companies that want a Belgian vendor with stated EU hosting

  • Operating company. Ambassify NV
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Belgium)
  • Where the data sits. European Union (security page: all customer data is hosted within the European Union)
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. EveryoneSocial

Ambassify is the only advocacy platform on this list that combines a stated EU hosting location with an ISO 27001 statement and plans cut by company size. Campaigns, personal posts with compliance guardrails, a leaderboard with rewards and an AI assistant for captions and translations are all part of the product. Integrations named on the site include Microsoft Teams and Salesforce.

Ambassify NV is registered in Beringen under Belgian enterprise number 0830.870.128 and says it began in 2017, founded by Koen Stevens, Bert Celis and Wim Mostmans. The terms follow Belgian law. The plans are Essential for up to 200 employees, Premium for 200 to 500 and Enterprise above 500, and SSO and SCIM appear only on Enterprise. No prices are shown, and we did not read the data processing agreement.

  • Belgian entity with enterprise number published
  • EU hosting stated on the security page
  • ISO 27001 certified platform stated on the pricing page
  • Gamification, leaderboard and rewards

#2 Sociuu

Copenhagen, Denmark From €607 per month (starter, up to 100 employees); Growth €1,400 per month (200 licences); Enterprise on request Demo on request

Best for: Teams of 100 to 200 employees that want a published monthly starter price

  • Operating company. Sociuu ApS
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Denmark)
  • Where the data sits. not stated on the pages we read
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. EveryoneSocial

Sociuu puts a price on the page before anyone talks to sales: the starter package begins at €607 a month for up to 100 employees, and Growth is shown at €1,400 a month from 200 licences. The pricing page says there is a single version without add-on modules. Consultancy, training, adoption webinars and quarterly review sessions are part of every plan.

Sociuu ApS is a Danish company in Copenhagen with company number 37652210. The platform connects existing content through APIs and RSS, so staff choose from a hub rather than pasting links. Hosting and security certifications are not stated on the pages we read. The Growth price and the free extra licences apply to year one, and the price afterwards is not shown. The ROI-in-90-days promise on the homepage is a vendor claim.

What Sociuu does well

  • Published starter price
  • Danish ApS with company number published
  • All features on every plan, per the pricing page
  • Training and quarterly reviews included
  • Content imported by API and RSS

Where Sociuu falls short

  • Hosting location not stated
  • No certification stated on pages read
  • Price after year one not shown
  • Enterprise price on request

Standout feature. Sociuu is the only tool in this category that shows a monthly figure for a hundred-person programme and says no feature sits behind a higher plan.

#3 Soworker

Utrecht, Netherlands Small from €49 per month (50 users), Medium from €149 (250 users), Corporate from €259 (500 users), excluding VAT; two months free Demo on request

Best for: Small and mid-size companies that want a cheap, published monthly price

Each licence includes analytics, coaching and onboarding, unlimited messages, post variants, gamification, white label and 24/7 support by phone, chat and email. The page also describes monthly adjustment of users.

Soworker BV is based in Utrecht and its terms are governed by Dutch law. Customers can share to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Twitter, which the site still lists under that name, from web, iOS or Android apps in 14 interface languages. What Soworker does well

  • Prices published in euros
  • Two-month pilot without credit card
  • 14 interface languages
  • White label included
  • 24/7 support by phone, chat and email

Where Soworker falls short

  • Hosting location not stated

Standout feature. Soworker lets a new customer run a full pilot for two months with unlimited users and no credit card, and the pilot closes by itself.

#4 Haiilo

Hamburg, Germany Quote-based; the pricing page offers plans for Intranet and Advocacy but no prices on the pages we read Demo on request

Best for: Companies that want advocacy and internal communication on one German platform

  • Operating company. Haiilo GmbH
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Germany)
  • Where the data sits. not stated on the pages we read
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. EveryoneSocial

Haiilo treats employee advocacy as one product inside a workplace suite. The same vendor sells an intranet, employee communications, insights, an employee app and an AI assistant, and integrates with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Its use-case menu names employer branding, lead generation and talent acquisition as the goals of an advocacy programme.

Haiilo GmbH is registered in Hamburg (HRB 113327, VAT ID DE 272366685) and publishes separate privacy policies for its services and its website. The terms state ISO 27001 and SOC2 Type II. The about page lists more than 1,000 customers and 3.5 million active users, which are vendor figures. Prices are by quote, and we did not read the Advocacy pricing tab or find a data location.

What Haiilo does well

  • German GmbH with register number and VAT ID published
  • ISO 27001 and SOC2 Type II stated
  • Advocacy, intranet and employee app in one suite
  • Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace integrations
  • Separate privacy policies for service and website

Where Haiilo falls short

  • No public prices
  • Advocacy is one module of a wider suite
  • Data location not stated
  • Advocacy pricing tab not read in detail

#5 DSMN8

Caterham, Surrey, United Kingdom Custom quote; the pricing page tailors plans for 50 to 50,000 employees Demo on request

Best for: UK and international companies that want a managed advocacy program

  • Operating company. DSMN8 Ltd
  • Jurisdiction. United Kingdom (adequacy decision, outside the EEA)
  • Where the data sits. Amazon Web Services facilities in Europe (security page)
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. EveryoneSocial

DSMN8 comes with services around the software. Besides native iOS and Android apps, a web desktop app and an analytics suite, the site lists managed services and an executive influencer tour. The pricing page says every plan is tailored to goals and budget, for anything from 50 to 50,000 employees, and a quote form is the only route to a number.

DSMN8 Ltd is registered in Caterham, Surrey (company number 10023376, ICO registration ZA830948) and the contract follows English law. Its security page states an ISO 27001:2022 certificate and AWS facilities in Europe, and names a data protection officer, a CISO and a compliance officer. Outside the EU, the UK relies on an adequacy decision, and AWS is a US provider.

What DSMN8 does well

  • UK company number and ICO registration published
  • ISO 27001:2022 certificate stated
  • AWS facilities in Europe stated
  • Native iOS and Android apps
  • Managed services and executive influencer program

Where DSMN8 falls short

  • No public prices
  • UK law and courts rather than EU
  • US cloud provider for hosting
  • Aimed at larger programs

#6 Sharee

Marseille, France 50 licences €3,950 a year, 100 licences €5,300, 200 licences €9,200, 500 licences €16,000; extra licences €79 to €32 a year; Pay As You Go option Demo on request

Best for: French-speaking companies that want yearly licence prices in euros

  • Operating company. SO-BUZZ (Sharee)
  • Jurisdiction. EU (France)
  • Where the data sits. not stated for the Sharee platform on the pages we read
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. EveryoneSocial

Sharee publishes the most detailed price ladder in the category: 50 licences at €3,950 a year, 100 at €5,300, 200 at €9,200 and 500 at €16,000. Each extra licence costs €79, €53, €46 or €32 a year depending on the tier. A Pay As You Go option distributes any number of licences and bills only active users, and a custom tier is priced on request.

Sharee is operated by SO-BUZZ in Marseille (SIRET 538 485 996 00051, VAT number FR18538485996), and French law governs the so.buzz legal pages. A programme rests on five pillars: brand influence, internal communication, social selling, employer brand and change support. A customer success manager comes with each tier. The site is in French, the platform hosting is not stated, and extensions are billed separately.

What Sharee does well

  • Prices published per tier in euros
  • SIRET and VAT number published for SO-BUZZ
  • Pay As You Go for active users
  • Customer success manager on every tier
  • Employer brand and social selling covered

Where Sharee falls short

  • Site and legal pages in French
  • Platform hosting not stated
  • Smallest tier is 50 licences
  • Extensions billed separately and not priced

Standout feature. Sharee is the only tool in this category with a billing mode that charges for active users only.

#7 Sociabble

Paris, France Founded 2014 Quoted on request, by company size, users and modules Demo on request

Best for: Communications teams that want internal news and external sharing in one French platform

  • Operating company. Sociabble SAS
  • Jurisdiction. EU (France)
  • Where the data sits. Microsoft Azure, two geographic regions (redundant), per the vendor
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Firstup, Dynamic Signal, Workplace from Meta

Sociabble sits between an intranet and an advocacy tool. The platform turns an internal newsfeed into outside reach, so employees discover, curate and share content on their own networks, and it adds an intranet, a frontline app and recognition tools. Pricing is quoted on request by company size, user numbers and modules, and no free trial is stated.

Sociabble SAS is based at 12 Rue Charlot in Paris and, according to the vendor, was founded in 2014 by Jean-Louis Bénard and Laurent Gauthier and has stayed self-funded. The vendor states ISO 27001, GDPR compliance and Microsoft Azure hosting across two redundant regions, without naming the regions. No SOC 2 report is stated, and the product leans to marketing and communications users. Current ownership was not checked, although the site now shows a different company name.

What Sociabble does well

  • Curation and sharing go further than an internal news feed
  • Self-funded and bootstrapped according to the vendor
  • ISO 27001 and GDPR stated, with Azure hosting in two regions
  • Microsoft Gold Partner for many years

Where Sociabble falls short

  • Pricing is not published and no free trial is stated
  • The vendor security page names no SOC 2 report
  • Leans toward marketing and communications use
  • The two Azure regions are not named on the pages read

Standout feature. Sociabble is the entry in this category with the longest stated track record, dated to 2014 by the vendor.

#8 Sharebee

Warsaw, Poland not shown on the pages we read; a free demo can be booked Demo on request

Best for: Polish and Central European companies that want a vendor to run the program

  • Operating company. Sharebee sp. z o.o.
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Poland)
  • Where the data sits. not stated; the privacy policy lists The Camels as hosting provider
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. EveryoneSocial

Sharebee sells a method as much as a platform. The offer menu lists the Sharebee platform, content creation, LinkedIn workshops and Boss Branding for executives, and the advocacy page names employer branding, social selling, investor relations and thought leadership as targets. A figure on the page says posts on personal profiles can reach up to eight times more people than company page posts, which is a vendor claim citing another source.

Sharebee sp. z o.o. is a Warsaw company with KRS number 0000733366, and its website comes in Polish, English and German. The privacy policy names The Camels as hosting provider, InFakt for accounting and Veracomp S.A. for transactional email. No prices are shown, the hosting country is not stated, and the platform features are described less concretely than the consulting.

What Sharebee does well

  • Polish sp. z o.o. with KRS number published
  • Platform plus program design and training
  • Site in Polish, English and German
  • Processors named in the privacy policy
  • Boss Branding for executives

Where Sharebee falls short

  • No public prices
  • Platform features less concrete on the pages read
  • Hosting country not stated
  • Consulting-heavy offer

Standout feature. Sharebee is the only tool in this category whose privacy policy names its hosting, accounting and email processors one by one.

#9 Social Seeder

Vilvoorde, Belgium Essential (100 ambassadors), Pro (250 ambassadors), Enterprise (250+) by quote; no prices shown on the pages we read Demo on request

Best for: Belgian and French-speaking companies of 250 to 5,000 employees

  • Operating company. Social Seeder BVBA
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Belgium)
  • Where the data sits. not stated on the pages we read
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. EveryoneSocial

Social Seeder sorts its plans by the number of ambassadors. Essential covers 100 ambassadors with one administrator as software, Pro covers 250 ambassadors with two administrators as software plus service, and Enterprise starts above 250. All plans list analytics, two-factor authentication, a dedicated domain name and a conversion tracker, and the pricing page shows plan names without amounts.

Social Seeder BVBA is registered in Vilvoorde (VAT-BE 0524.991.813) and says it typically works with companies of 250 to 5,000 employees. A banner on the site names Ambassify as owner. The privacy statement still names the old company and an earlier Belgian privacy law, so the legal pages may trail the acquisition. The plans differ in onboarding, workshops, coaching and extra service hours; hosting is not stated.

What Social Seeder does well

  • Belgian entity with company number published
  • Plans sorted by ambassador count
  • Conversion tracker and analytics
  • Workshops and coaching available
  • Owned by another European vendor

Where Social Seeder falls short

  • No prices shown
  • Acquisition by Ambassify may change the product
  • Legal pages may be out of date
  • Hosting location not stated

Standout feature. Social Seeder is the only entry in this category with a conversion tracker listed on every plan.

#10 Facelift

Hamburg, Germany Founded 2011 Custom enterprise pricing Demo on request

Best for: Large German-speaking brands managing organic and paid social together

  • Operating company. Facelift GmbH
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Germany)
  • Where the data sits. Germany
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Emplifi

Facelift is a social media suite from which employee sharing is one function. Publishing, an engagement inbox, paid social management, analytics with benchmarking, governance and permissions sit in the same Hamburg platform. The sharing side is the Amplify Social Share app, with link tracking and a leaderboard inside the app. Employer branding and personal branding for corporate influencers appear as separate headings on the site.

Facelift GmbH has operated since 2011 and sells custom enterprise pricing only. Hosting is in Germany under German data processing terms, which the site presents as a central point for German-speaking enterprises and works councils. The tool suits brands with several markets and brands, and the product is strongly oriented to the DACH region. Analytics are competent rather than exceptional.

What Facelift does well

  • Posts, ads and employee sharing managed side by side
  • Permission model built for large brand structures
  • Hosted in Germany with a German-law processing agreement
  • Amplify Social Share app for staff
  • Handles several markets and brands in one account

Where Facelift falls short

  • Sold on quote to enterprises only
  • Reporting is adequate, not a selling point
  • Built mainly for German-speaking markets

Standout feature. Facelift is the only tool in this category that ties employee sharing to paid social advertising within one German-hosted system.

#11 Agorapulse

Paris, France Founded 2011 From about EUR 49/user/month; higher tiers add listening and advanced reporting Demo on request

Best for: Social teams and agencies that need to manage conversations, not just posts

  • Operating company. Agorapulse SAS
  • Jurisdiction. EU (France)
  • Where the data sits. EU
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social

Agorapulse offers advocacy as an add-on to a social media management tool whose centre is the inbox. The Advocacy feature lets ambassadors share with one click from the platform or from an email link, with up to five copy versions per post and segments of advocates. Team assignment, internal notes, saved replies and moderation rules come from the core tool.

Agorapulse SAS is a Paris company that has been building the product since 2011, and it states EU data processing. Pricing starts at about €49 per user a month, with higher tiers adding listening and advanced reporting. A per-user price grows with the team, which makes it a poor fit for a large ambassador base. Listening is less deep than at specialists, and network coverage is narrower than at some rivals.

What Agorapulse does well

  • Inbox is the centre of the product
  • Conversations can be assigned to colleagues with notes
  • Reports that tie social activity to revenue
  • Saved replies and moderation rules for busy accounts
  • Paris-based vendor processing data in the EU

Where Agorapulse falls short

  • Costly for a one-person team
  • Social listening shallower than dedicated tools
  • Fewer networks than some competitors

Standout feature. Agorapulse is the entry in this category where an ambassador can share a post from a link in an email.

#12 Swat.io

Vienna, Austria Founded 2012 From about EUR 89/month; enterprise pricing on request Demo on request

Best for: Regulated brands and public sector where publishing needs governance

  • Operating company. Swat.io GmbH
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Austria)
  • Where the data sits. EU (Austria/Germany)
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Falcon.io

Swat.io puts approval before amplification. The Vienna tool combines a Publisher, a ticket-style Inbox, tag-based analytics, multi-stage approvals with an audit trail and granular roles, and it offers a corporate influencer solution for staff who post about the company. For a bank, insurer or public body, that sequence matters more than a leaderboard.

Swat.io GmbH is based in Vienna and has been trading since 2012. Hosting is in Austria and Germany, which the vendor presents as a requirement for public sector customers who cannot store communications outside the EU. Pricing starts at about €89 a month, with enterprise pricing on request. The tool is heavy for small businesses, focuses on the major networks and has less developed analytics and listening.

What Swat.io does well

  • Posts pass several approval stages and leave an audit trail
  • Inbox works like a ticket queue for formal enquiries
  • Fine-grained roles and permissions
  • Servers in Austria and Germany
  • Passes procurement rules that exclude US platforms

Where Swat.io falls short

  • Too heavy and costly for a small business
  • Analytics and listening are the weaker areas
  • Covers only the major networks

Standout feature. Swat.io is the only tool in this category that treats multi-stage approval and an audit trail as its starting point.

How do I choose employee advocacy software for a company of 100 to 500 people?

Start from the headcount tiers the vendors use, because they decide which products are even offered to you. Soworker prices 50, 250 and 500 users, Sociuu starts at up to 100 employees and moves to 200 licences for Growth, and Social Seeder sells Essential at 100 ambassadors and Pro at 250. Ambassify splits plans at 200 and 500 employees.

Then separate the sharing core from the extras. Every tool here offers a library of approved posts and one-click sharing. Gamification and leaderboards are named by Ambassify, Soworker and Facelift, while Sociuu stresses its content hub fed by APIs and RSS. Pick the extras you will use in the first quarter and ignore the rest.

Finally, run a pilot with one team before signing. Soworker offers two free months with unlimited users and no credit card, which is the cheapest way to see whether employees actually open the feed.

What does employee advocacy software cost in Europe?

Few vendors print a number, and the ones that do use three different units. Soworker charges per month by user bracket: Small from €49 for 50 users, Medium from €149 for 250 and Corporate from €259 for 500, excluding VAT. Sociuu charges from €607 a month for up to 100 employees and €1,400 a month for 200 licences. Sharee charges per year: €3,950 for 50 licences, €5,300 for 100, €9,200 for 200 and €16,000 for 500.

The other nine publish no figure. Ambassify, Haiilo, DSMN8, Sociabble, Sharebee and Social Seeder quote by size, users or modules, Facelift quotes enterprise pricing only, and Agorapulse and Swat.io start at about €49 per user a month and €89 a month for the wider social tool.

Check what a quote includes. Sociuu says training and quarterly reviews are part of every plan, Sharee includes a customer success manager, and Social Seeder splits its plans mainly by service level. A cheap licence with paid workshops can cost more than a dearer one with onboarding included.

Which European employee advocacy tools state where they host data?

Ambassify states that all customer data is hosted within the European Union on its security page. DSMN8 states that its software runs in Amazon Web Services facilities in Europe. Facelift states Germany, and Swat.io states Austria and Germany. Sociabble names Microsoft Azure in two redundant regions but does not name the regions.

Sociuu, Soworker, Haiilo, Sharee, Sharebee and Social Seeder state no location on the pages we read. Sharebee at least names The Camels as hosting provider in its privacy policy, and the hosting line we found for Sharee refers to the website of its operator, not to the platform. Treat a missing location as an open question for the vendor, not as a negative.

A hosting location is also not a legal structure. DSMN8 is hosted in Europe but contracts under UK law, and Amazon is a US cloud provider. Ask each vendor for the data processing agreement and the subprocessor list before you compare.

Which certifications do European advocacy platforms state?

Haiilo states ISO 27001 and SOC2 Type II on its terms page. Ambassify lists an ISO 27001 certified platform on its pricing page, DSMN8 states an ISO 27001:2022 certificate issued after an independent audit, and Sociabble states ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance.

Sociuu, Soworker, Sharee, Sharebee and Social Seeder state no certification on the pages we read. Social Seeder does list two-factor authentication on every plan. The absence of a certificate on a marketing page does not prove it does not exist, so ask for the certificate itself and check the scope and the date.

Remember that a certificate covers the vendor organisation, not your own use of the tool. The decisions that depend on you are who may post for the company, which profiles are connected and what happens to the data when an employee leaves.

When should I buy a suite instead of a dedicated advocacy tool?

Buy a suite when another need is already on the purchase list. Haiilo bundles advocacy with an intranet and an employee app, and Sociabble combines it with internal communication, a frontline app and recognition tools. Facelift, Agorapulse and Swat.io are social media management tools, so they suit a team that also needs publishing and an inbox.

Stay with a dedicated tool when advocacy is the only project. Ambassify, Sociuu, Soworker, Sharee and Social Seeder are built around the ambassador programme, and their plans are sized by licences or ambassadors, not by modules you will not open.

Consulting-led vendors form a third group. Sharebee sells programme design, workshops and executive branding together with its platform, and DSMN8 offers managed services. They cost more per user but suit a company without a social media specialist.

What changes when you leave EveryoneSocial for a European tool?

The first change is the legal counterpart. EveryoneSocial's privacy policy names Gravit, Inc., a Delaware corporation in Sandy, Utah, and says its services are hosted in the United States with Standard Contractual Clauses for EEA transfers. A European vendor is under GDPR directly, with a supervisory authority in your own region.

The second change is the re-onboarding. Each ambassador must connect their own profile again, whichever tool you pick, so budget a few weeks of lower participation. Export the participant list and content library before you give notice, and check the term of your EveryoneSocial contract.

The third change is scope. EveryoneSocial lists Executive Activation, Company Page Insights and Governance & Risk Management as separate products. None of the twelve tools here matches all four, so decide which of them you actually used.

How we selected and ranked these 12 tools

Every tool on this page is in the European Purpose directory, which means the operating company is established in Europe and we have verified that from the company register or the vendor's own legal notice rather than from a marketing page. Tools headquartered outside Europe are not eligible, however good they are.

  1. Feature verification (weight: 40%). We check each capability against the vendor's own documentation and product pages, and record what the tool does rather than what the category is assumed to include.
  2. Ease of adoption (weight: 30%). Integrations, published API access, trial availability and how much configuration stands between signing and a usable result.
  3. Value and transparency (weight: 30%). Published pricing counts in a vendor's favour; quote-only pricing is recorded as quote-only rather than estimated. We weigh what a buyer gets for the entry price, not the headline feature count.
  4. Editorial review. Every page is researched and drafted with AI assistance, and the compliance and pricing claims are checked against the vendor's documentation before it is published under the founder's editorial responsibility. The three weights above decide the order; a position is a ranking against the other European tools in this category, not an absolute score.

Vendor-reported outcomes — ROI figures, margin uplift, time saved — are labelled as vendor claims wherever they appear on this page. We have not audited them, and neither has anyone else who quotes them. Read our full editorial process for how pages are re-verified.

Frequently asked questions

Ambassify holds the first place in this directory, based on stated EU hosting, an ISO 27001 statement and plans by company size. The better pick depends on the situation: Soworker or Sociuu if a published monthly price matters, Sharee for French-speaking companies that want a yearly euro price, Haiilo if an intranet belongs in the same purchase, and Swat.io where posts need approvals and an audit trail.

Yes, twelve are listed here. Ambassify (Belgium), Sociuu (Denmark), Soworker (Netherlands), Haiilo (Germany), DSMN8 (United Kingdom), Sharee (France) and Sharebee (Poland) are the closest replacements, because our tool pages list each of them as a replacement for EveryoneSocial. Sociabble, Facelift, Agorapulse and Swat.io are wider suites that cover advocacy as one function.

Soworker, Sociuu and Sharee. Soworker lists €49, €149 and €259 a month for 50, 250 and 500 users excluding VAT. Sociuu lists a starter from €607 a month for up to 100 employees. Sharee lists €3,950 to €16,000 a year for 50 to 500 licences, with a Pay As You Go option for active users.

No tool in this list states a permanent free plan. Soworker gives every new customer two free months with unlimited users and no credit card, and the pilot ends by itself if no licence is picked. All the others offer a demo on request.

Sharebee in Warsaw designs the programme, runs LinkedIn workshops and trains executives under its Boss Branding offer. DSMN8 offers managed services and an executive influencer programme. Social Seeder adds workshops, coaching and extra service hours on its higher plans, and Sharee puts a customer success manager on every tier.

DSMN8 has native iOS and Android apps, and Soworker lists web, iOS and Android. Ambassify supports web, mobile, email notifications, a browser plugin and a Microsoft Teams embed. Facelift offers a sharing app called Amplify Social Share, and Agorapulse lets people share from a link in an email.
