European Dropshipping Platforms Tools

A dropshipping platform connects an online shop to suppliers so that products, stock and orders move between them without the shop holding inventory. The European dropshipping platforms below are run by companies in the EU, the UK, Norway or Israel, so your contract, your invoices and your supplier data sit with a European contracting entity, and most list products that ship from European stock.

How we rank these tools — 4-step process
  1. 1
    European ownership, verified

The company is headquartered and incorporated in the EU, EEA, the UK, Switzerland or Israel, and processes customer data in Europe or Israel. A US parent company disqualifies a tool from this page regardless of where its servers are.

  2. 2
    Category fit and hands-on review

What the tool actually does, who it suits, and where it falls short — checked against the vendor’s own documentation, changelog and pricing page rather than its marketing copy.

  3. 3
    Compliance and pricing check

GDPR posture, hosting location and the prices quoted on this page are verified against the vendor’s public pricing before publication, and re-checked when we revisit the category.

  4. 4
    Position on this page

Placement on this page can be paid, and that can affect the order tools appear in. It never buys a listing: a tool that fails the checks above is not here at any price, and payment does not change the shortcomings we write about. A vendor can ask us to correct a factual error — not to remove a criticism.

Vendors can pay for visibility on this page. It never changes what an entry says about a product, including the criticism, and we earn nothing when you click through to a vendor. Vendors can pay for more visibility, higher up on the review pages; it never affects whether a tool is listed. Editorial policy

Key takeaways

  • Hertwill, based in Tallinn, ranks first in this list because it combines a free plan, euro prices and a catalogue drawn from EU and US brands under Estonian law.
  • GOGETTERS in the Netherlands publishes six euro price levels from a free plan with up to 50 products, and updates supplier stock every hour on every plan.
  • Gelato, Cloudprinter, Prodigi and Spreadconnect are print on demand services, so they replace a dropshipping marketplace only when the shop sells its own designs.
  • Woosa charges nothing for its WooCommerce dropshipping plugins, while Brandsdistribution charges 99 EUR a month plus VAT for unlimited fashion products.
  • Droplo in Poland and AutoDS in Israel both mix European suppliers with global ones, so delivery time depends on which supplier a product comes from.

European dropshipping platforms are services run by companies established in Europe that connect an online shop to suppliers or print partners, so that the supplier ships each order directly to the shopper. The European part matters because the contract, the invoice currency, the data protection regime and the warehouse that holds the stock all sit inside the market where the customers live.

Hertwill is a dropshipping app run by Hertwill OÜ from Tallinn, with a catalogue that its home page limits to EU and US brands. The company says 80% of the products are made in Europe or the US, and that orders leave from EU or US warehouses. Merchants connect a Shopify, WooCommerce or Wix store and Hertwill handles stock sync and fulfilment.

The Estonian entity publishes its registry code, VAT number and address, and its terms name Estonian law and Harju County Court. The free plan stops at 5 products and 10 orders a month, and the paid tiers climb from 100 to unlimited products. No catalogue size and no hosting country appear on the pages we read, which makes the range hard to compare.

What Hertwill does well

  • Registry code, VAT number and address of the Estonian company are public
  • Euro price list with a free plan
  • Stock ships out of EU or US warehouses
  • Contract under Estonian law, with Harju County Court named

Droplo charges 79 euro a year for Basic and 249 euro a year for Premium, which adds one free integration, Droplo Trends analytics and priority support. How do I choose a European dropshipping platform?

Start from what you sell, because the platforms in this list split into four groups. Marketplaces with a supplier catalogue are Hertwill, GOGETTERS, Droplo and Droppery. Fashion wholesalers are BDroppy and Brandsdistribution. Print services are Gelato, Cloudprinter, Prodigi and Spreadconnect. Connectors and automation are Woosa and AutoDS.

Then check three practical things: which shop systems the tool connects to, where the stock ships from, and what the plan limits are. Hertwill caps products at 100 or 500 below its Growth plan. GOGETTERS limits suppliers per plan. Woosa works only with WooCommerce. A shortlist built on those limits is shorter than one built on feature lists.

How much does dropshipping cost on a European platform?

Pricing models differ more than the numbers suggest. Hertwill charges a monthly fee by product count, from 0 EUR to 34.99 EUR on yearly billing. GOGETTERS charges by variants, from 33 EUR to 141 EUR a month on yearly billing, plus a 99 EUR setup fee on monthly plans. Droplo charges 79 or 249 euro a year. Brandsdistribution charges 99 EUR a month plus VAT.

Print services charge per order instead. Gelato takes no commission and the seller pays for product and shipping. Spreadconnect uses a formula of base price, print cost and shipping, with 5 EUR for each extra print area. Prodigi has a free Core account and a Pro plan at GBP 35 to 40 a month. Cloudprinter, AutoDS and BDroppy did not show plan prices on the pages we could read.

Is a European dropshipping platform better for GDPR and jurisdiction?

It gives you a contract with a company that answers to a European court and a European data protection authority. Hertwill names Estonian law and Harju County Court. Cloudprinter names Dutch law and the courts of Rotterdam. Droppery and GOGETTERS name Dutch registrations, and BDroppy and Brandsdistribution name IDT S.p.A. in Turin.

It does not tell you where the data is stored. None of the platforms here states a hosting location on the pages we read. Several also name affiliates outside Europe: Gelato USA LLC, Prodigi USA Inc, Spreadshirt, Inc. and, for AutoDS, two US payment agents. Ask each vendor for its data processing agreement and a list of sub-processors before you connect a shop that holds customer addresses.

How do I switch from Spocket to a European platform?

Plan on rebuilding the catalogue instead of moving it. Export your sales by product from the shop, rank the products by margin and keep the top ones. Search the new platform for the same item or a similar one from a European supplier, and compare cost price and delivery time before you import it.

Run both platforms in parallel for a few weeks. Keep the old listings live until the new supplier has delivered at least one order for each product, and cancel the dollar subscription on the renewal date, not before. For Shopify shops, GOGETTERS and Hertwill offer apps. For WooCommerce shops, Woosa plugs in BigBuy, DropXL or vidaXL.

When should I stay with a non-European dropshipping platform?

Stay when catalogue size or marketplace reach is the main driver of your sales. Spocket and AutoDS list eBay, Amazon and TikTok Shop channels that most European tools here do not show. Hertwill and GOGETTERS state much narrower catalogues than the 100 million products Spocket claims.

Stay as well when your customers are mostly outside Europe and your suppliers ship from there. A European contract does little for a shop whose stock sits in another continent. Switch when your orders ship to EU customers, your margin suffers from long delivery times or dollar conversion, or your accountant wants euro invoices from a European entity.

Which European dropshipping platform works with my shop system?

Shopify is covered by Hertwill, GOGETTERS, Droplo, Gelato, Cloudprinter, Spreadconnect and BDroppy, and Brandsdistribution via its BrandsSync app. WooCommerce is covered by Hertwill, Woosa, Gelato, Cloudprinter, Spreadconnect and AutoDS. Wix is covered by Hertwill, Gelato, Cloudprinter and AutoDS.

Local platforms are a separate matter. Droplo connects Allegro, Shoper, IdoSell and BaseLinker, Woosa has bol.com and eBay plugins, and Spreadconnect lists Shopware and Magento. Droppery and Cloudprinter offer an API, and Droppery also accepts FTP and feed URLs, which suits a custom shop.

How we selected and ranked these 12 tools

Every tool on this page is in the European Purpose directory, which means the operating company is established in Europe and we have verified that from the company register or the vendor's own legal notice rather than from a marketing page. Tools headquartered outside Europe are not eligible, however good they are.

  1. Feature verification (weight: 40%). We check each capability against the vendor's own documentation and product pages, and record what the tool does rather than what the category is assumed to include.
  2. Ease of adoption (weight: 30%). Integrations, published API access, trial availability and how much configuration stands between signing and a usable result.
  3. Value and transparency (weight: 30%). Published pricing counts in a vendor's favour; quote-only pricing is recorded as quote-only rather than estimated. We weigh what a buyer gets for the entry price, not the headline feature count.
  4. Editorial review. Every page is researched and drafted with AI assistance, and the compliance and pricing claims are checked against the vendor's documentation before it is published under the founder's editorial responsibility. The three weights above decide the order; a position is a ranking against the other European tools in this category, not an absolute score.

Vendor-reported outcomes — ROI figures, margin uplift, time saved — are labelled as vendor claims wherever they appear on this page. We have not audited them, and neither has anyone else who quotes them. Read our full editorial process for how pages are re-verified.

Frequently asked questions

There is no single winner, but Hertwill ranks first here for its free plan, euro prices and European catalogue. GOGETTERS is the pick for European suppliers with hourly stock updates, Droplo for Polish marketplaces and Woosa for WooCommerce. Print sellers should compare Spreadconnect, Prodigi, Gelato and Cloudprinter, and fashion sellers BDroppy and Brandsdistribution.

Yes, with limits. Hertwill has a free plan with 5 unique products and 10 orders a month. GOGETTERS has a free plan with up to 50 products. Woosa's dropshipping plugins are free without limitations, and Droplo gives a free B2B merchant account. Gelato and Prodigi charge no monthly fee on their basic accounts.

BDroppy and Brandsdistribution, both owned by IDT S.p.A. in Turin, focus on designer fashion. BDroppy states more than 120 brands and flat shipping from 6.90 euro. Brandsdistribution sells a flat subscription at 99 EUR a month plus VAT. For printed clothing with your own designs, Spreadconnect is the German option.

Yes. Gelato in Norway produces locally in 32 countries, Prodigi in the United Kingdom focuses on art prints, Cloudprinter in the Netherlands offers a print API, and Spreadconnect in Germany prints apparel. These replace Printful more than they replace a marketplace like Spocket.

Often, but check each product. GOGETTERS lists European suppliers, Droppery works with approved European brands, and Hertwill says orders ship from EU or US warehouses. Droplo and AutoDS also connect global suppliers, so some items ship from outside Europe.
