Detailed Review
TravelSim says it started its roaming service in 2006 and sells both a physical SIM and an eSIM. Its terms name Top Connect OÜ as the provider of the site.
The eSIM range includes an international plan for 70+ countries and country bundles that add calls and text to data.
Data with voice
Most travel eSIMs are data only. TravelSim lists bundles for Europe, Spain, Germany and the United Kingdom that include data, calls and text, which matters if you need to be reachable by phone call rather than only through messaging apps.
Refund terms
The home page states a money-back guarantee: unused services are refunded from 14 days of purchase if you change your mind or cannot use the service. The refund policy has its own page, so read it for the exact conditions before buying.
Prices in several currencies
The shop offers USD, EUR, CAD, AUD and GBP. The prices on the page reviewed were shown in US dollars, even though the seller is in Estonia, so check the checkout currency and any conversion fee on your card.
Limitations to Consider
The reviewed home page showed prices in US dollars, and the description of the company's history is the vendor's own claim. Plans appear as bundles per destination rather than one global unlimited plan, so a multi-country trip needs the international eSIM. For a reseller store with local-network plans, Sim Local is an alternative.
Who Should Use TravelSim
Travellers who need calls and texts as well as data, and who want an Estonian company as counterparty.
