The product centres on three things: a shared inbox for the team, automations such as order updates, appointment reminders and review requests, and an AI agent that answers from the knowledge you give it and hands over to a colleague when it does not know. Tobachat says that the AI agent tells the customer it is an AI assistant, and that a staff reply switches the agent off for that conversation.
Pricing is by conversation, not by seat. Every plan includes every feature and unlimited users: free (50 live conversations once), then €24, €83 and €166 a month for 200, 750 and 2,500 conversations. Meta's per-message WhatsApp fees are billed by Meta directly with no markup.
