Detailed Review
Tiersitter24 is a brand of Lemonfrog AG, Rigistrasse 20c, 8185 Winkel, Switzerland. The legal page lists the same board of directors as the sister sites: Tino Wendland, Tom Stierli and Sandro Principe.
The site targets Austria with city pages for towns such as Vienna, Villach and Wels, and it is offered in German and English. The footer links to prices, terms, privacy and withdrawal policies.
Austrian city pages
Tiersitter24 lists dog sitters and cat sitters by Austrian city, along with job pages for sitters in dog and cat care. There is also a holiday care entry for cats and dogs.
This structure makes the site useful for finding someone in a smaller town, but the pages we read show no sitter count.
Fees and policies
A prices page and a withdrawal policy are linked in the footer, which points to a paid premium option like its sister site Tierio. The amounts are not in the text we read.
The terms and the privacy policy are separate pages.
Tiersitter24 compared with Rover
Rover contracts under US law through A Place for Rover, Inc. Tiersitter24 contracts with a Swiss company in German.
Rover's payment protection has no equivalent described on Tiersitter24 in the pages we read.
Limitations to Consider
Prices, insurance and hosting are not shown in the text we read, and sitter numbers are not given. Lemonfrog AG is Swiss, not EU. For Switzerland itself see Petsitting24.
