happyhotel is the product of Revenue Cloud Solutions GmbH, whose imprint gives Im unteren Angel 1, 77652 Offenburg, Germany, and a commercial register entry at the district court of Freiburg under HRB 720791. The imprint names Rafael Weissmüller, Marius Müller and Sebastian Kuhnhardt as representatives.
The software reads PMS data, past bookings and competitor prices and turns them into rate suggestions with a stated reason. The home page claims more than 1000 hotels and accommodations use it.
