Fele-facture

Fele-facture is a Swiss invoicing app for self-employed people, tradespeople and small businesses. You dictate what you did, photograph a handwritten note, or type it, and an AI reads client, services, quantities and prices into an invoice or quote. It works in the browser (also on iPhone), as an installable web app and on Android via Google Play, and the interface is available in French, German, Italian and English.

The Swiss part is the QR-bill. The payment slip is included from the Independent plan at CHF 15 a month or CHF 150 a year (25 documents a month) and in Unlimited at CHF 29 or CHF 290 (no cap, plus revenue reports and Excel export).

The free plan allows 5 invoices or quotes a month but produces PDFs without the QR section, and a one-off 48-hour QR-bill trial starts when you enter an IBAN. It does not do double-entry bookkeeping, payroll or stock.

The company is the youngest and thinnest on this page, and the vendor says so itself. The imprint gives a name, a Renens address and a founding year of 2026, and the founder, Jérémie Cañabate, builds the app himself with an AI coding assistant.

It gives no UID, no commercial-register entry and no VAT number, and no legal form. The terms are under Swiss law with the courts of Vaud. The app was published on Google Play on 27 July 2026, and the vendor reports five Play ratings as of 29 August 2026.

Hosting is in the EU, but not all processing is. Account data, invoices and clients sit in Supabase in Frankfurt (AWS eu-central-1), and the server functions run on Vercel in Frankfurt since 7 October 2026, though Vercel is a US company and serves static pages and middleware from its global network.

Dictation and photos go to US providers named in the privacy policy: Anthropic, and OpenAI, Deepgram or Groq for voice. E-mails from the app run through Resend in the United States. The vendor does not host in Switzerland and says so.

What Fele-facture does well

• Invoice from a voice note or a photo of a handwritten note, a feature the vendor says only one other Swiss tool claims
• Swiss QR-bill from CHF 15 a month, with published monthly and yearly prices on every plan
• Free plan with no card, and a one-off 48-hour QR-bill trial
• Frank about its limits: names the US processors, the Frankfurt (not Swiss) hosting and what it does not do

Where Fele-facture falls short

• Operator is an unregistered one-person business: no UID, commercial-register entry or VAT number stated
• Founded in 2026 with a handful of public ratings, so no track record yet
• Dictation and photos are processed by US providers, and e-mail goes through Resend in the US
• Free plan has no QR-bill, and invoices are capped at 25 a month below the Unlimited plan
• Not an accounting package: no double-entry bookkeeping, payroll or stock
