Famulor is the closest European counterpart to the build-it-yourself voice platforms. You assemble the agent in a flow builder, pick a voice and a language model, attach knowledge and calendars, and test it with simulated calls before publishing.
The legal operator is BEK Service GmbH in Kempten, with a London sister company named in the imprint. The terms identify the GmbH as the data controller for data you give it directly.
Pricing you can read
The pricing page shows a free start with 800 credits, then EUR 0.15 per minute with no monthly minimum. Monthly plans lower that rate: the Plus plan at EUR 27 a month billed yearly includes 100 minutes and charges EUR 0.13 for each extra one.

The platform changes quickly (a 2.0 release is announced on the site), and the pricing page changed in August 2026. For a ready-made receptionist with less configuration, fonio is simpler.
